KFC in Highland

An utter shambles of a place, every single order has missing items and the chicken is frequently burnt. Please is a shambles and I wont be back. Cklearly have no management and no process.

Best KFC I've been to. Staff we're fantastic especially Tyler. He's a credit to the company. Chicken was cooked to perfection & chips were surprisingly good.

Worst KFC, by far. Never open. Pay Staff a decent wage (comparable to MacD's), and business will improve as will the standards and Staffing. I have never been so disappointed in a KFC, ever! As I live local, I would (and used to) use this KFC often. But since Covid it has gone to the dogs mega style.

It's a KFC. You order using the screens and then pay. The day we went the drive through wasn't operating. There is no sign posting for the entrance on the main road, so if coming from Loch Ness side be ready to turn in early! Also, you can't see Ben Nevis from the restaurant (well we couldn't as it was a foggy day!). If you like KFC, then you won't be disappointed, although they did need to empty the outside dustbins which were full!

Food dire, took ages, place dirty and bins outside overflowing with rubbish. First KFC in 4 odd years, wont be another thats for sure….

Who runs this business? Closed 3 days a week, opening times are utterly random, advertised as opening at 12 midday, 20 minutes later it is still closed (no sign of staff) and I have watched a lot of potential customers walk away.

We ordered our food via the touch screen and waited 18 minutes until i asked the staff how long our food would be. We were then told another 30 minutes. I asked for a refund and a rude employee put it through with no apology for the appalling service.I'm an avid KFC(er) and this is by far the worst experience in the KFC world.

Drive through shut again. Only 2 staff serving. 1 only doing the drinks. No Beans. 20 people waiting. Was going to spend £40. Ish but left. Do not go here anytime. I've been 3 times now and they just don't have enough staff to cope.

Ordered the gravy mega box and fillet burger meal. Was told sorry no fries available for the burger meal. So ordered rice. Questioned the mega box, as it comes with fries. Was told it didn't, we said it did. Mega box had fries?! My burger meal rice, but nothing to eat it with?!! Fillet burger was dry and very thin. Terrible!!

This restaurant is never fully staffed. On Saturday 29th October it was operating just take away service. Outside bins full to over-flowing. Toilet would not flush , only one working. Food served quickly but chicken was very dry. So disappointed, as I normally love KFC

Confession: We stopped here because the McDonald's drive-through queue was around the corner! I'm glad it was because the meal and service at the KFC was excellent. Our order was prepared very quickly and it was very good. We hadn't been to KFC in quite a while and were pleasantly surprised. We will visit again and hopefully have another good report.

Ignore the negative reviews!!! Best ever KFC food ( and I have had hundreds! ) Lovely, fresh hot food, fast service and lovely lovely friendly staff, well maintained, clean as anything and a beautiful view from the expansive window!!!! Must EMPHASISE a lovely efficient and friendly staff, thank you for top class KFC!! Sairlie was beyond helpful and supportive!!!

By far the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. We ordered meals with chicken in, but the cashier didn’t put the chicken in the boxes. We politely asked for the chicken, but he said that it wasn’t his problem and turned away. When it did finally come, it was disgusting. Make sure to avoid this place at all costs, there are far better restaurants in town

We are local and have used this KFC 10 times since it opened over a year ago! Each time slow than ever 25-30 mins drive thru. Every-time is worse. Half the time the place is shut or there’s a cone blocking the drive way. We thought there’s one car there let’s go. Ten mins later still waiting on the car in front to get served, our turn came and the lady on the tannoy says I’ll be with yous in a minute! You can’t even get out of the car queue your stuck! 5 mins later everyone is getting annoyed in the car, went to collect at the window, she hands the juice then talks to a person outside across the road, shuts the window goes on the phone, 3 mins later sitting watching and waiting for our food, she finally notices, opens the window hands the food n carries on talking to the person across the road l! what are they doing in that place? Whoever runs it is gna run it into the ground, loads of locals won’t go there because it’s soooo slowww! We will never set foot in that place again. Be quicker going to Inverness KFC without the hassle!
