McDonald's in Highland

The food is passable, nothing special.. Sitting in this restaurant is made UNBEARABLE by one of the women who work here, whom without fail will overbearingly harrass and pester any customers she finds enjoyong their meal. inundating them with silly questions.. the worst is she thinks she does a good job, but everyone finds her annoying. It really ruins the experience.. she either needs putting in the back, or ordered to leave people the hell alone.

Shocking presentation of food, chips still frozen not cooked. Hardly any toppings on burgers chicken was so dry. No sauces that paid for. Absolutely disgusting

I cannot fault the staff,they are excellent,but twice have been there at 7 in the morning,and no toilet paper in disabled, toilet and staff using it ,when disabled people need to use it ,and what has happened to the coffee,cup came half full ,we would be willing to pay maybe 20p extra for it ,as it is the best coffee,but half full 🤔

We visited with a class from UHI Inverness, quite a large group and they all ordered separately, with cash. We were given an area to sit, and the food orders were brought out to us. Staff members Alicia (on the till), Faye (taking food out to us) and Hannah (on the till) were extremely patient, friendly, helpful and kind. We had a fantastic experience! Thank you very much McDonald's at Inshes :)

Hardly ever any milkshakes...unintelligible staff...bad mannered management. Not a big fan of fast food anyway but that place is terrible.

This place is a total joke! You have to sit in the car and check the contents of your order before you leave as always something missing! The day you don’t check, lo and behold, you get someone else’s order. Not worth the hassle, will be avoiding!

This is the 5th time when my take away order from this particular place been wrong again. It starts to feel like a system. No dips at all, fries smelling of fish (probably not clean fryer), once I even got delivered something totally different, but my original order was on the bag. I usually dont make a big fuss, I can understand that people can make mistakes, maybe someone is new, training etc. But this is too much. So could you please look after that your teams knows what they are doing. And please clean your friyers. I ordered a meal, but was not able to enjoy it at all. It used to be fine a year ago, now your service is more then down, I give 5 stars to your nice delivery drivers, but everything else seems falling apart.

Called in for breakfast whilst staying in the area. Looks an impressive, large outlet from the outside, sadly looks can be deceiving. Once inside, only the downstairs seating area was available, and this was very small, any available seating was few and far between. The upstairs floor was sadly cordoned off. The screen ordering system was not accepting payments, and so it redirected us to pay at the counter after ordering. Not so fast food after all. Staff friendly throughout, food of reasonable value, Plenty of parking.

My friend ordered something for £3.60 and got 0.50 PENCE CHANGE!!! This is unbelievable service and he also didn’t get his peel and play. 1 star I would. Never ever go here if I had a choice!!!!!!

This is a review over approx several drive through visits. I occasionally treat my family of 5 to a McDonalds every so often. We live in Culloden Moor, so its around a 25 minute drive for me, depending on traffic. I have a couple of children who have a special order (no mustard etc), which is a service they offer. I am now at the point of not wishing to go back anymore to line McDonalds pockets with food missing, or food that wont be eaten due to mustard being put in. I keep hoping it will change which is why I end up going back, but I cannot believe how many times I have fallen victim to missing meals/items, cold food, half charged drink quantities. I am sick of looking at the disappointment on my children's faces when they realise, they cant or wont eat what's been brought home, and of course, its too far to go back. If I get these problems as one person, I dread to think how many people are in the same boat! Please, get on the ball Mc Donalds staff and management!

Have been coming here many times as a treat for the kids as we live about 35 miles away. Its here or Elgin. Everytime we do go they get something wrong......without exception. Not once have I not had to go back and rectify an issue. The food is always wrong and served cold the attitude surly. So on our latest visit we ordered 2 triple cheeseburger meals 1 big mac meal 1 chicken stack 2 mini flurry What we got 2 double cheese not meals 1 big mac meal 1 straw for 3 people 2 knapkins for 3 people. I appreciate this is a drive through and it has to be fast but it is done at the expense of quality and customer service. There are probably about 3 people in there in the last 6 years that have actually shown a decent level of engagement and customer service skill. A visit from an Area Manager or Trainer is long overdue. Do yourself a favour eat elsewhere and get more for your money. "Don't sacrifice quality for speed or speed for quality"

Ordered Italian Stack, 6 Nuggets (Sweet & Sour and Curry sauces) and Coke Zero (no ice). See receipt (if you can). Got ice. And 2 x BBQ sauce. They ask for feedback on the receipt, but I can't read the www address (see photo), so leaving feedback here instead. And Italian Stack is revolting. So I had watered down Coke Zero and six dry nuggets. Yummy. Won't be back. But they (management / owner) won't care.

I ordered a side salad and received a handful of dried out lettuce, when I attempted to speak to staff supervisor I was told some people just want lettuce and said they had no tomato,cucumber or red onion, disgusting attitude and customer service. I said I shoud have been told this when they brought ny order and suggested they take the salad off the menu but there was no response to that. Terrible service.

McDonalds in the UK is really dying. Every time I visit it gets a little worse. Cold, thrown together burger. Fries barely warm. I did find a nice member of staff who got me a replacement warm meal (warm, not hot).
