McDonald's in Highland

My !eal was stone cold and all squashed in the bag chips all over the inside bag and frozen cold and the drink was half emoty and spilt in the bag a disgrace and cost me a lot of money

Never received my order driver stole it, 2 nights in a row, not good service in Inverness needs checked to many drives stealing, drives need to take a code I never seen the drive or order

Missing items but delivery guy was superb

After spending £60 I received x4 drinks and x4 mcflurrys only.

Got a crispy katsu wrap and oh my god it was so dry barely any sauce on it my mouth felt like a desert

absolutely fuming order has just arrived with more than half of the meal missing, this seems to be a regular occurrence with just eat. kids in tears as their meal has not arrived and no one to speak to in regards to this matter. shocking and this isn't the first time either Avoid!!!!

That’s two different orders now have arrived cold, and the delivery driver kicked my dog, who is a small lapdog who barks but is incredibly friendly, so was pretty angry. Just really disappointed in the delivery service here in Inverness, having lived in Dublin for thirty years it’s been a real shock coming back to Inverness, as delivery service here is not good.

The place is family friendly and the place is clean and friendly staff but the food is their short fall as the all food has down sized from what it should be your only getting half measures of food and drink yet the prices have gone up .so not value for money any more .

You know something....I never used to sit in to eat. It was always a drive-through. But it's far better, especially with young kids.. Food is always yummy!

Fries were not that great and we were missing our dips for our meal but not a big deal

Food was over an hour late and freezing cold, I understand the weather was poor but that does not excuse the hour wait for a 10 minute drive in the snow.

Order food was complete opposite of what I ordered delivery driver said that they just handed him this order to say if was for me. Not my order as order on the bag said 1 bbq stack , pineapple stick, 1 milk and a sugar donut which was missing from the bag appalling service. Surely they can read an order and see what was ordered.

was packaged poorly most of the burgers had fallen apart and some of the sauce packs exploded and got all over the place

It’s truly embarrassing how my order is wrong every single time!!

I know it fast food but the least you'd expect is cleanliness. Food was served on a dirty tray. No napkins in the dispenser or on the tray. Dirty, unwiped tables. At least this time the coffee was full and not its usual ¾ of a cup. Also sauce cups just dumped in the bag as seen in the pics. It wasnt busy at all either. Myself and only 1 other customer were in so plenty of time for cleaning.

Yet again no dipping sauces.... how hard is it to do your job?

got us a grimace shake and a cheese sharebox, life is good... the kitchen staff seemed stress tho lol they were was one shouting at their coworkers 😭 the grimace shake effect

delivery driver was very polite(have more people like him and everyone would be happy!!)am happy with everything keep hold of delivery man!!!

Ordered at 11.57am for delivery at 12.35pm. It arrived at 1.55pm

Never got my full order only got juice not very happy about it and the delivery driver wasn’t very respectful to me either

delivery was good, but missing a full bag of food, so called McDs to find out if this was still at the premises. It was and hubby drove there to pick this up. Missing the chicken nuggets and a Tropicana - which were part of the meal deal - but no biggy-claim refund. Extremely busy there, Drive Thru was like a gridlocked M25 and staff were trying their best to keep up. Had a Big Tasty, don't think the shredding of lettuce and onions as had hugmungous chunks so had to eat most of it like a salad!

Changed the address then driver didn’t bring food after agreed upon destination

Food is okay if they get your order right the first time. Usually have to go back for something. Very annoying as it should be pretty simple to get it right.

delivery spot on. Too bad who ever packed the meal couldn't read i guess. didn't even get half the items I asked for. class act for that mcdonalds location as always. waste of 30 quid. might actually come down and launch the 2 sweet chilli wraps I didn't ask for across your counter ya clowns.

2nd time ordering from McDonald's on just eat and they have got my order wrong TWICE. not happy!

Only 15 nuggets in the 20 share box. This is the second time this has happened to us. No fault to the delivery drivers. They are 5* as always. Polite and prompt.

ordered triple cheese burger with extra cheese and bacon but burger only had 2 burgers in it and NO bacon or extra cheese. Also no sauce that was ordered extra

got two hashbrowns instead of two cheesy bacon flatbreads and my wrap had brown sauce instead of red sauce so the whole order had to be thrown away

great but yet again no sauce for the nuggets?! 3 times in a row..... i dont expect 5 star service from McDonalds but I do expect the sauce with my meal

Only ordered three items cheese burgers , fries and barbecue sauce and you still managed to mess it up . If your that person that's not the full picnic you will fit in well here . Totally spoiled my lunch break

Always runs out of food. They literally ran out of the McCrispy. Ridiculous. Tables not very clean, food is cold. We asked for a cheeseburger and they gave us a cheeseburger... without any cheese! Food comes quick, but quality is better than quantity. Try to avoid if possible. The one on the high street (bridge street) is better but it's a hassle to get to.

We got a takeaway and oh my goodness it filled the spot! So yummy 😋 I love the cheeseburger 🍔 meal! Went with family and sat in the car to eat it .. was so good! Oh I'm getting hungry now 😂

disappointed driver wouldn't take away wrong order delivered earlier so that's my food bin full with a week to go before it's emptied next. so just waiting for my refund then closing just eat account this was the final straw think wrong deliveries should be looked into more especially with a certain race of drivers.so 2 orders just wasted or are they?

My order was good, however I did not receive the mini mcflurries!

I took screenshots of the delivery guy and he was driving all around the park apart from the big blocks of flat that I live in, my phone number on my just eat account so he could of easily phoned me if he was lost, food was cold!

Really good service and a nice, hot breakfast. The restaurant itself was very quiet but the toilets were, unfortunately, pretty grimy and some of the grime was not recent...
