Food was cold and they didn’t give any dips with it even after asking for some and the delivery driver was nice but could not find the place even though it says the name on the side of the building and has 30 lorry’s with it on then as well

disappointed driver wouldn't take away wrong order delivered earlier so that's my food bin full with a week to go before it's emptied next. so just waiting for my refund then closing just eat account this was the final straw think wrong deliveries should be looked into more especially with a certain race of drivers.so 2 orders just wasted or are they?

paid for extra cheese and extra sauce and didn't get sauce at all and unfortunately it's not the first time.....Apart from that it was all right

My order was good, however I did not receive the mini mcflurries!

I took screenshots of the delivery guy and he was driving all around the park apart from the big blocks of flat that I live in, my phone number on my just eat account so he could of easily phoned me if he was lost, food was cold!

Really good service and a nice, hot breakfast. The restaurant itself was very quiet but the toilets were, unfortunately, pretty grimy and some of the grime was not recent...

Wrong food given and chips weren't exactly warm and that was using drive through.

2nd order within a week has been lost and apparently delivered elsewhere,tbh I don’t think that’s what’s happening,I would avoid ordering a Macdonalds via just eat folks

Why is it ever time I order condiments they never get sent with the order?! I order these to eat with the fries and when they do not get sent I cannot eat said fries!!!!

First time I have ordered from you online - delivered on time and courier was pleasant and polite . Both Burger and chips stone cold - chips ended up in the bin as did most of the burger.

between ordering food and getting it was about an hour it used to be half an hour. the order was also missing items, this is not the first time this has happened almost every second time we order it is wrong. by the time i had gone out and got the missing items my food was cold and dry. some items were missing due to them having run out but is still able to order on your site. i contacted the store who were very unhelpfull. your drivers are nice so not blaming them at all just very unhappy.

Food came freezing, black hair was found on hash brown, juice was half empty never getting food from here again avoid at all cost if there was an option to not put any atars I would pick it it’s disgusting

Missing 2 items and one item was missing the inside filling. The sausage McMuffin was just an empty muffin and 1 hash brown was missing as well as the share box of mini hashbrowns!

Estaba bien, la comida era buena hay un problema los molestos idiotas que son niños de 3 años corriendo sobre molestar a mi Big Mac, de pie en las mesas no sé por qué los padres no les decían que se callaran siéntense y comen su mcflurry, mala crianza. Y una vez en julio cuando nos dirigíamos a casa de 7 días de vacaciones en creiff hydro (lugar fantástico 5 estrellas) tuvimos nuestro almuerzo y 2 mesas a nuestro lado había 4 adultos molestos tirando pepinillos entre sí y lo que parecía 19 o 22 años de edad diciendo “soy el hombre de pepinillos” en voz alta no sé por qué un empleado no estaba diciendo que salir y dejar de molestar a la gente y sus Big Macs, también la música de fondo es demasiado alta, en general meh.

¡Qué puedo decir horrible! ¡Apenas hablaba inglés! Me equivoqué de orden por segunda vez. Una chica desagradable en la ventana, apenas podía hablar inglés. ¡No parecía entender lo que le dijimos y ella literalmente nos tiró las bebidas de otra persona y luego cerró la ventana! No volverá

Pathetic customer service, missing items from our delivery order but they just wanted to blame UberEats...it was a sealed delivery bag, you packed it accept responsibility for your incompetence.

Got a drive through and it was worst I ever had no Mayo or sauce on any burgers and they were cold and buns on burger were burnt was worst I have ever had staff need re training basically fed it to the dog even he didn't want it

Just tried my first Big Mac after 42 years on the planet. Gotta say, I enjoyed it very much. Whatever is in the sauce is real tasty. Washed down with the best value coffee around. Very nice.

Visited Macdonalds at Inverness Retail Park today 9th Oct and ordered a drive through takeaway of 3 chicken Selects plu 5 chicken Selects plus selection of dips. Arrived home to discover that in the bag was a Big Mac, a Crispy Chicken, a Portion of medium fries and 4 cheese dippers. Not sure how they got it so wrong. Will try to complain directly.
