Cold and ordered the Minecraft special edition for toys for the kids, no toys in bag

I didnt receive the sauces and all items in one small bag messy

It was good delivery time, but the restaurant forgot my milkshake, sprite and a small chips

Items ordered were missing and the food was awful and barely edible

always missing ketch up dip, large fries, straw for milk shakes please make sure to check before packing

Food was okay unfortunately missing a part of the order as usual

My daughter’s happy meal missing. Bought the Minecraft meal no toy. No chips with any of my meals only got nuggets & my drinks. Spend £40 on a meal and didnt receive half of it!

Delivery tike got changed about 10 times.

once again mcDonalds forgets this from my order. its on the recipt but you cant put it in the bag for the driver

absolutely disgraceful service lots of items missing from our order and stuff that was there was freezing cold and juice spilled everywhere, ordered at 6pm and it was delivered at 8:05pm. this is the second order in a row that stuff has been cold and missing and the third time we have been refused a refund! so i’m now around £30-£40 down on teams not been refunded ! and no way to complain , shocking way to treat customers!

Twice on both orders no sauces, no straws no “toy” item that’s to be with the order. The Minecraft nuggets & happy meals

I asked for no lettuce on my chicken burgers and I got lettuce, I'm not happy about it at all.

Update 16/03/2025- The guy working upstairs cleaning and keeping the place spotless this evening around 18:50 gave me the most polite and genuine service I have ever received in any restaurant. We were greeted with "Good evening sir", and saying "Have a good night sir" when we left. Hardest working employee I have seen ever in a McDonalds, never stopped being busy or looking bored and still had time to be polite. Outstanding!!!! It has been quite a while since they got my meal wrong so obviously something has changed for the better. The self serve sauces looked odd with napkins with sauce on them, under the nozzles, upstairs and downstairs. Also, why don't they have one BBQ and one ketchup at each station?

Food was stone cold the delivery driver stopped for fuel my drink was all over the bag the delivery time kept changing

Ordered the Shamrock Shake.. wasn't too bad but could barely taste the mint

There were 6 dips ordered with this delivery and not a single one turned up. Absolutely ridiculous. Chips were also missing. Can’t exactly call them to rearrange delivery either. Completely rubbish service!!

The Philly burger was a disgrace, definitely not what is advertised & badly overcooked. Chicken selects were alright. Chips were cold. Chicken mayo looked like it someone sat on it and was dry as the sand in the Sahara. Waste of money. :)

Wrong drink and no straw but the rest was fine. Too much hassle to change the drink so I just kept it.

La gente que sirve en el restaurante era muy agradable, pero tristemente el producto era terrible. Las papas fritas llegaron frías, tuvieron que ser reemplazadas. La doble hamburguesa con queso que pedí estaba olvidada, tuve que ir a perseguirla. La doble hamburguesa con queso no era nada como se supone que es (ver fotos). Sé que esto es normal para Mac Donald's pero ¿qué tan mal se puede hacer una hamburguesa doble con queso?

La zona de estar no estaba limpia de comida en el piso, el dispensador de salsa estaba sucio con salsa de tomate por todas partes y el gerente asistente estaba constantemente menospreciando al personal más joven y gritando órdenes y también tuvo que esperar más de 5 minutos para ser servido en el mostrador cuando el personal estaba caminando

Missing all dips. Asking for extra sauce on a burger doesn't mean you put so much on that it makes it inedible. Full size Mcflurrys were smaller than minis. Get a grip McDonald's Inshes

One of the worst McDonald's I've encountered. Items are always missing. Today's was horrendous. No dips AGAIN. Full size Mcflurry smaller than a mini. Extra sauce does not mean you put so much on you make it inedible. Give this branch a miss, it's actually awful

Missing straw for my drink and sauces I ordered

Forgot all the dips. One of the items was a sharebox and it’s meant to have 2 dips in ot. Don’t know how you can forget that

I accidentally put in the wrong address. I did tell the driver I had done this and he told me he could drop off to the right address instead but then blocked my number.

Spent nearly 50 quid for granddaughters bday no chips in any of the happy meals asked for plain hamburger as one child has dairy allergy didn't make it plain 1 main burger missing no sauces whatsoever and nugget share box missing too place is a joke granted they were rushed off their feet but if they can't handle all the just eat orders plus onside customers need to stop the just eat and focus on improving their service and staff before adding it back

Food is okay if they get your order right the first time. Usually have to go back for something. Very annoying as it should be pretty simple to get it right. The app is useless as well. Loads of items out of stock but you can order them at the drive thru!

That’s two different orders now have arrived cold, and the delivery driver kicked my dog, who is a small lapdog who barks but is incredibly friendly, so was pretty angry. Just really disappointed in the delivery service here in Inverness, having lived in Dublin for thirty years it’s been a real shock coming back to Inverness, as delivery service here is not good.

The place is family friendly and the place is clean and friendly staff but the food is their short fall as the all food has down sized from what it should be your only getting half measures of food and drink yet the prices have gone up .so not value for money any more .

You know something....I never used to sit in to eat. It was always a drive-through. But it's far better, especially with young kids.. Food is always yummy!

No complaints this time at all. Sometimes it’s a nightmare but 100% satisfaction on this order. Thank you
