Burger King in Highland

Ayer fui a Burger King en Eastgate y pedí una hamburguesa. Cuando terminé de comerlo encontré un pelo en el envase. Fue horrible, he estado allí un par de veces, antes de que todo estuviera bien. No sé si voy a ir allí de nuevo

Excelente servicio. Personal muy amable que estaba dispuesto a ayudar con nuestras elecciones y decisiones de comida. Recién cocinado también, que era encantador . .

My experience in the drive thru eastfield way, was brilliant! Not only was my food nice and hot and fresh, but the service with brilliant! I was served my food from one of their manager’s Tracy, and she was absolutely amazing! I had some questions about products and allergy and she pointed me straight to the allergen sheet and helped me find what I was looking for! She went above and beyond to make sure my experience there was good. Will defo come back.

I do like Burger 🍔 king 🤴 but it's not my favourite. It's always busy, and the staff are pleasant enough, i just have problems with my digestive system, so I tend not to go in. But I do like it.

The Drive-Thru was quicker than you think. From order to taking your meal in 2 minutes? One Word! ASTONISHING!!!

Visited Tuesday 10th Dec. 2 guys serving had a poor attitude towards customers at counter, best to go to drive through, I was 3rd till in sitting. 3 cold chips on my tray before bag of chips was actually put down on tray, clearly from someone else, chips looked old and they were also cold, coke machine was warm, warm flat coke. I will be surprised to see this place still trading here in the future, burger wasn't bad,

La tienda está sucia y el inodoro es tan malo que puedes probar la orina y no dejarías que un animal se sentara, no importa un ser humano, el personal es horrible, la actitud cuando les preguntas algo es ridícula y esto es gerentes que se supone que predican con el ejemplo, lo hemos intentado varias veces en caso de que solo fue mala suerte, pero no hay cambio y luego la compañía ni siquiera dará una tina de 30 peniques de salsa después de gastar casi £ 60, así que se les pidió que reembolsaran las comidas y muestra el margen que deben hacer, ya que estaban más contentos de reembolsar todo el pedido por el bien de 30 peniques y esto era el gerente de hamburguesas debe mirar cómo están tratando a los clientes que llenan los bolsillos de los propietarios / accionistas

The place was a tip! Tables were not cleaned, bins were overflowing. This was at 8.30pm and it wasn’t busy, 5 staff on, 2 of them standing at counter on their phones. What a disgrace! We won’t be dining in here again after the cinema!

Había 5 empleados trabajando, 2 de ellos parados en el mostrador en sus teléfonos. ¡Qué desgracia! ¡No volveremos a cenar aquí después del cine! ¡Prefiero conducir las dos millas adicionales hasta el MacDonalds más cercano!

Don't accept cash. That alone is worth zero stars but I cant give that so one star it is. Was told by the robotic worker that it's "cos of COVID". Won't be back.

It is extremely terrible to use internet here. 1. Burger king app force you to register to use wifi. 2. If you use your own mobile phone signal is extremely slow. I wasted 15 minutes trying to login and order but frustrated and leave without order.

It's Burger King and glad it was still here on the Retail Park in Inverness, as I needed food and refreshment after a long day's travelling. Used the drive-thru and was attended to by a lovely lady with glasses. Had a nice conversation about the day and some good banter. She said she never forgets a face, so will put that to the test on my next visit next year.

I eat at this restaurant quite often and it is always 5 star. The food comes out very quickly, hot and seems freshly made, the potatoes are of very good quality, always crispy and all the stuff is very friendly. There are 2 BKs in Inverness and I always come to this one, 100% recommended.

The workers are always very friendly and attentive. They never make you wait longer for your food. The place is always neat and clean.

Messy. Floor littered with food waste and packaging. Juice and used cups etc sitting on the counter around the utensils area. Half our meal was missing when served. Staff appear young and maybe lack experience and/or training Food ok and warm.

A Burger King like many others in the world. The order was prepared quickly and tasted as expected. A little more cleanliness wouldn't have been bad but otherwise you get what is expected.

Don’t know if the green hair stuff has any problems or maybe this one is a racist. Don’t even bother to talk to you. Really annoying and disgusting

I don’t go to these places often due to the fact that customer service is often lacking, however everyone here was generally amazing and super polite! The burgers also tasted slightly better than other places so I know I can count on a good experience. Would definitely eat here again 💖

frankly goated food when all other burger kings in my life have been a massive let down. plenty of stores across scotland could stand to take notes from this sleek and professional operation. delicious food, kind and helpful staff, and a quick preparation. couldn't ask for more.

1st time in a BK for ages. We were assisted by the shop manager to order on the electronic screen and was impressed with his energy and enthusiasm for the store and its products. Toilets were very clean, I am happy to report as was the restaurant in general. Only 4 stars for atmosphere as the restaurant was quiet but all in all our visit was a positive experience, mainly down to the staff. We'll done BK.

Myself and my grandson got spoken to like a dog from employee called suzana and told me if I wasn’t happy with her attitude she’ll give me a refund and you can leave I reported it to the manager he said he couldn’t do anything about it as he did not know what happened absolutely disgusting will not be going back

Very welcoming atmosphere, good food, and friendly customer service! I had a BBQ double melt with caesar loaded fries and a mango monster when I visited, and the service was fast, and the meal really hit the spot. Will definitely be coming back!

The opening hours online and on their own door states that it closes at 11pm. But when getting there at 9pm the doors were shut, the staff are the only redeeming feature here, as with most places it’s proof that staff need appreciation shown to them because they were great at the drive through, but they’re clearly either understaffed or underpaid because everything took ages coming out and was somehow still lukewarm when they were only servi nt drive thru customers.

Would give minus stars if I could. Staff were rude one girl in particular. Asked to pay by cash and I was directed to the kiosk where the very rude girl said you could pay by cash!! Had to then wait for another 10 minutes for a staff member to come and take the cash. We were about to walk out, wish we had now as was not a pleasant experience. Had to send burgers back twice as they weren’t cooked. The staff member who was extremely rude said it feels okay to me even though inside was stone cold. She also said we can’t take these back. I said well I’m not eating raw food. I asked to speak to a manager but was ignored. All the staff then gawped at me which made me feel very uncomfortable . The third burger I got had steam coming out of it as it had clearly been in the microwave. My chips were cold by the time I got back to my seat. Will not be eating here again. Avoid like the plague if you know what’s good for you! 😡

Never been here for years but my grandson really wanted to go. I got a pleasant surprise far superior to motorway burger kings . Manager was very polite and chatty also got help from another customer about getting bargain meals with the app. Great place will definitely be going again good atmosphere and happy staff x

Great staff always happy to help with any questions or food allergys, the restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere to just relax at lunch and enjoy your meal. Will be back everytime I am in Inverness.

Advertising said open til 11, got there and it said dinning room til 8pm, couldn't get in, please fix when you actually show online, we came from kirkwall.

I've not been to Burger King or McDonalds for 10yrs+, and won't be going again. I remember them having way better burgers than McDonalds, but this one was rubbish - just grey, tasteless meat - tasted more like the boiled sole of a welly. Plus, the drive through guy gave me not one, not two, but SEVENTEEN packs of salt!! Just a touch wasteful.

Luckily there was still something open at 10:20 PM in Inverness Scotland

Gone downhill since self serve, food is meh, not great at all. Atmosphere is dead, came in easter Sunday for lunch. Place was filthy and tired, desperately needs a clean and revamp.

Went to Burger King Eastgate Inverness on Sat 9th 11am we where greeted by A guy behind the counter with a lecture on how to open the door no hello we ordered food and I got a double Cheese Burger meal Partner Got a Whoppa meal staff don't interact with customers but chat to each other all the time you feel like a bit of an inconvenience if honest worst bit on getting our food Cheese Burger was stone cold 🥶 I returned it girl didn't even check it just binned it I got a new one but on opening it it was colder than the 1st one again girl didn't check it just binned it didn't really say sorry I got a 3rd Burger witch was hot but by this chips had gone cold my Partner left most of his meal as did I the food was not very appetising and it left you feeling like it was a total wast of Money after no apology from Staff but the staffs customer skills are so poor I just felt from walking in to the place was a Mistake not to be repeated if you hungry and looking for a nice meal and warm atmosphere with Freindly staff go else where it certainly is none of the above

I love burger King! It tastes so much better than mcdonalds not only because the food tastes better but simply because it has a better atmosphere and it a lot cleaner. It may be a bit pricier than mcdonslds but it tastes so much better and it's definitely worth the spend.

Went to get a takeout after my work at 10pm. They are open till 11 but everything was locked by 10:10 and the employees inside chatting and ignoring, someone running away from smoking outside. Been in customer service for years. But this branch might need the definition what opening times or customer service mean.

Food is OK however one member of staff trying to push people over to the order machines. Don't like using them and don't like pushy staff. Seen this happen on atleast two orders.

Went here after going to eden court, was a bit confused on arrival as stated on Google bk was still open. However, on arrival the restaurant was in darkness. Thankfully I saw a car go through the drive through or would have gone home hungry
