Mcdonald's Restaurants in Highland

Order was wrong. Selects instead of nuggets, burger made wrong and cookie instead of brownie. Cold and as always no sauces.

The food was really cold, couldn’t eat any of it,

the burger came not in the burger but in the bag outside the box in the bag with all the food

Ordered 4 burgers and 4 fries, 2 burgers and 4 fries were delivered

All good except for no sauces which were ordered and paid for

When delivered notice that whoever prepared the the order had packed the order very sloppily had payed for 9 nuggets and 2 dips got the nuggets failed to put the dips in the order was not happy items were missing

food was cold, ordered and paid for cheese bites and sauces and never recieved them

As usual items missing and refused a refund because we’ve done it so many times!! I don’t think we’ve ever had the full order delivered

Didn’t give strawberry or chocolate milkshake instead gave a fruit bag and didn’t put CHEESE on a CHEESEBURGER?! Lack of effort

Why is it every single time we order dips and pay for them you don’t deliver them? Is there an issue that you can’t read that part of the order? My client can’t eat hers without the sauces so this was a waste of money yet again

Every time we order from here we always end up getting the wrong items or items missing from the meal. Has happened the last couple of times we’ve ordered so won’t be ordering from here in future.

Driver was very impolite, late then called me to complain because he went to wrong location then demanded i leave my property to collect delivery from his car. Wasn't easy considering it was a large order.

The delivery time kept shifting and ended up being a very long time before we got our order. The two hashbrowns were inedible, overcooked and hard.

Remembered my sauces and Delivery person was polite and efficient.

The best delivery man. Food was hot when arrived. Arrived on time very polite never had warm fries when ordering but tonight they were hot. Amazing service from this delivery man.

The meal actually turned up warm for a change. Once again no straw does McDonald’s never check that everything is with the order?

Having seen the advert for the Steakhouse Stack, what you get is somewhat underwhelming. My partners had a single piece of crispy onion in it, both had a smudge of the sauce on one part of the roll, so no sauce throughout the whole thing.

Food was cold waited 40 minutes and missing burger

Genuine question but how is it so hard to forget the dips that are part of the meal. They even have the space for them and you still forget.

They delivered it to the wrong address, I thought that was the whole point of getting given a code so the code could be given to the driver to make sure it was the correct person, now I’ve had to cook for my children and lost out on £25!!

The delivery time kept going back, when receiving the food it was freezing to the point I couldn’t eat it and the coke was spilled everywhere

Food was all fine. The is a negative however; this is the THIRD time that I have chosen dips and not had them delivered, but this time I added one on just in case this happened, and neither were delivered! I'm not happy about this because there isn't a function to ask for them or report them missing and you can't exactly ask a driver to come all the way back out with them. The food would be cold. I hope this is fixed.

When ordered delivery was 22-28mins. Over 1hr later, food arrived cold, had a coke zero instead of the classic coke I paid extra for. Food was inedible and went in the bin.

No issues food was still warm very tasty would re order again
