Mcdonald's Restaurants in Highland

Excellent. Our tour group, whose bus broke down during an excursion to Loch Ness, was provided with exceptional service at this McDonald's. The manager kindly offered us the use of his facilities and all necessary assistance.

Guilty pleasure to grab a McD breakfast prior to grocery shop!

Had to take the food back a few times chip's was cold and the wrap, even the manager agreed. Had a chicken bacon Mayo and the chicken was missing 🤔 wouldn't go back

no jam with pancakes no porridge at all think you need to check orders because you clearly have idiots wworking for you.

Always the same with MacDonalds - never get sauces etc that you pay for. Tell the delivery driver and he says “it’s ok”. Well no actually it’s not, it’s frustrating!

The chilli burgers are by far the best you’ve done so far hopefully they will stay and be part of a meal

order just after 4pm and order said had been delivered at 19.50 which it is only 18.40. Full refund is needed

Usually good and fast delivery, food fab. But it's the second time they forgot my quarter pounder cheese!!

yet another poor delivery, large drinks ordered and cups cane only 2/3 full and no ice

all food was cold. 45 mins later than it was quoted on initial delivery. when reporting for was cold I get offered a fraction of my money back.....absolutely shocking service. the inability to request a proper refund or even be offered a subsequent amount of compensation is testament to the abysmal level of customer service I have experienced with this order. Will be reluctant to use again

It was okay, the food was warm and delivered to the table relatively quickly. As soon as we stood up the table was cleared and cleaned which was reassuring.

we waited 1hour and 35 mins to be delivered cold food. I understand they may be busy but don't take orders if you can't cope.

As usual with this Mcdonalds, the order was wrong. items missing & in an attempt to pre empt items not being missed, I even wrote 'please dont forget the dips' (a usual occurance) Food arrived and despite my delivery note, they not only forgot the two dips but they forgot the selects too. You dont need to be a rocket scientist to work here but surely the ability to read and follow a simple instruction is a necessity.

Absolutely appalling really disappointed this time Macdonalds no straws in the order and forgot napkins and tomato salsa that was supposed to come in order with the cheese melt dippers and food was lukewarm can’t say I will be in a hurry to order again

Coffee was half full and cold. Wrong wrap came (ordered sweet chilli and garlic came which I don’t like). Chips freezing cold. Ordered extra mayo on burger and there was barely any. Order time was extended 3 times and was 30 mins after the orginal delivery time.

3 times in a row my order has been wrong I get the same order ever time and it always wrong for someone that can’t stand sauce you always put sauce when I ask for you not to never get anything right

the delivery driver picked rhe order up at 8.03pm was stone cold wen it arrived and food missing and no sauce or cheese on the burgers

forgotten the accessories of drink the Straw

the courier couldn't find the address , although 6 comes after 5 & before 7 he couldn't find address which left my food cold ,he was approx 7-8 mins looking where to deliver, not his fault ,it was still eaten

so basically my chips were half way full and i ordered large and it looked more like a XS and my delivery driver snatched the bag of me and my big mac was apart and too juicy when came and my drink had no ice and half way full which was again a large but again looked more like a XS , not happy but overall i enjoyed my food cause i was hungry

Food cold. Asked for no sauce on the burgers and they had sauce on both the burgers. Juices were spilled in the bags. In fact one didn’t even have a lid on

I was ordering at 4pm I set the delivery at 5:35 because the guests have to leave at 6pm...from the order missed 2milk shake and 2burger.I spent 51pound for that order...so disappointed....!!

Order was not delivered to me driver also replied “good” when I said I was on way outside to which he wasn’t there.

I submitted my order about 1715 and it arrived about 1830, and unfortunately it was cold.

2 portions of chips ordered only one in the bag.

ordered the mcrib to see what the fuss was about, was utterly revolting, was like warm wet cardboard, zero taste other than the rancid bbq sauce.

Chips were dry and hard. This is 3rd time. Binned them!

I live in a very very small city with very very little traffic and my food had to be microwaved yet again
