Mcdonald's Restaurants in Highland

I waited about 10 minutes for my order, and while they were apologetic for the wait, they also forgot one of my items which I failed to notice until I walked 15 minutes back to my hotel room. Otherwise the food that did make it into my bag was good

Vino a almorzar rápido. Utilizó la pantalla del ordenador por primera vez, todo funcionó bien. La comida estuvo lista en pocos minutos, muy eficiente en comparación con algunos otros McDonalds en los que he estado en todo el mundo. El personal tomó mi bandeja y basura cuando me fui. Buena experiencia para mí.

Not sure If they understaffed or there is a Managment issue, but for sure the slowest McDonalds where I have ever been

no Minecraft collectibles were delivered with the order which is the whole reason my kids want McDonald's

Order took absolutely ages to be delivered and had no collectible toy inside now my daughters crying , the only reason i would consider ordering from here was for the collectible and it wasn’t even included , food was also cold and came with onions when i explicitly asked for no onions.

Food was cold, order was’being prepared’ for far took long, this is why it would have been cold. Very poor.

Whole order was cold, 5 chicken nuggets rather than 6, no dips just laziness.

Delivery time was changed 5 times. By the time it eventually arrived the food was stone cold and the child that was waiting for the happy meal had fallen asleep. Took an hour and items were missing too

Ordered the Menphis burger for the first time, see my chicken and dips placed into bag...10 minutes later after new customers had been served with fresh fries etc mine was finally ready...with old fries and no pickles in the burger...poor service on that behalf...need learn if it's its waiting more than 5 mins it needs fresh fries...

according to the app the driver sat outside the restaurant with my order for 25 minutes. then when he finally arrived sat in his car on the phone while driving for 5minutes

Although the food is nice, toilets stink so bad, dirty and unkempt place, arrogant staff and slow service upon ordering. Will give this "establishment" a wide birth where possible.
