never got my chips with my meal juice was. half full

food quality was shocking also cold not good enough every time I order from McDonald's it's either missing items or cold

food was missing items and also the mindcraft toy to go with the set meal. which upset my son. food cold.

I am appalled at how thos useless excuse for a resutraunt gets away with sending the wrong orders time and time again .... it is beyond a joke

My child is bawling her eyes out as she was so excited about getting her Minecraft toy seen as she has all the other ones she really really wanted that purple one I can’t believe you have done this

no Minecraft collectibles were delivered with the order which is the whole reason my kids want McDonald's

ordered the minecraft meal for my son and never got the Minecraft toy that i paid extra for

food turned up missing half the order and other food was cold

Food was cold, order was’being prepared’ for far took long, this is why it would have been cold. Very poor.

Order took absolutely ages to be delivered and had no collectible toy inside now my daughters crying , the only reason i would consider ordering from here was for the collectible and it wasn’t even included , food was also cold and came with onions when i explicitly asked for no onions.

Delivery time was changed 5 times. By the time it eventually arrived the food was stone cold and the child that was waiting for the happy meal had fallen asleep. Took an hour and items were missing too

Are food at been eaten the bag was ripped open we only noticed after we got in at the door I don’t even want a refund just want to put in a major complaint because that’s absolutely shocking

Ordered the Menphis burger for the first time, see my chicken and dips placed into bag...10 minutes later after new customers had been served with fresh fries etc mine was finally ready...with old fries and no pickles in the burger...poor service on that behalf...need learn if it's its waiting more than 5 mins it needs fresh fries...

according to the app the driver sat outside the restaurant with my order for 25 minutes. then when he finally arrived sat in his car on the phone while driving for 5minutes
