Una comida de Greasy tirado junto, aman un KFC en serio que necesitan para actuar en esta franquicia ya que es horrible , sin competencia por el tipo de comida y dependiendo de la marca. No malgastes tu dinero

NO trabajo para ti... Entro a su restaurante todo lo que quiero es comida bien cocinada, un tamaño de porción razonable (sí nos damos cuenta cuando corta tamaños de café / papas fritas / bebidas frías) y finalmente se supone que es comida RÁPIDA... Le digo a su personal la orden y pago ... NO ... Espero a que algún dedo vacante manchado pantalla con una cola para convertirse en libre para que pueda hacer el maldito pedido yo mismo. SERVICIO AL CLIENTE me trae de vuelta... la falta de ella me mantiene lejos... Dicho esto, es muy poco probable que vuelva a pasar por este camino, pero la próxima vez que entre en un KFC, será mejor que tenga la opción de hacer un pedido o deje un ex cliente para todo KFC. Por favor recuerde, ¡NO trabajo para usted!

Por favor, nunca comas aquí, largas esperas, comida horrible. Clasificado 2 / 5 y casi el "mordisco rápido" más bajo en enfermedad por una razón. "Muerdo rápido" mi culo tardó casi 25 minutos en recibir mi pedido y ni siquiera estaba tan ocupado

Just drop of the A9 at Inverness you cannot miss it, four self service or go to the counter, spot on service and ready in no time, staff even checked twice if I wanted it spicy and it lived up to its spicy credential’s, coffee was spot on just to top off a good lunch.

Went there ordered an 8x piece chicken 2xportions of gravy and 2 portions of fries as carry out found the pieces of chicken were dry batter seemed to be over cooked and quite hard inedible,difficult to get teeth into, over cooked or reheated, fries were cold and gravy tasteless no more for us bring on home😜

Drive thru staff didn’t even give everything in the order. Ordered a shared meal and didn’t five everything that was in the deal.

Drove halfway across lnverness to get there, only to be told thecwidely advertised deal on a bucket had been withdrawn. The guy then rattled off various itemscstarting at around £13 up to £23. Hardly comparable. Told him l can't eat anything slicy or hot/chillis etc... so twice more he offered me deals contsining hot or spicy items. Asked him if l could swop items for ordinary drumsticks. Nope. Despite discussing this with an area manager previously, and him agreeing, apparently this sort of customer service might bring the company to the brink of bankruptcy. Your loss KFC. My entire carload went elsewhere. Here's a strange retail concelt for you... try supplying the customer with what they want...?Waste of time - don't waste your fuel time or money.

Comportamiento horrible de un miembro del personal que se enojó mucho, me molestó y me agredió mientras esperaba mi comida después del pago, abriendo la ventana exigiendo en un tono agresivo lo que estaba esperando. Cuando dijo esperar comida, el caballero me echó un vistazo y se fue agresivamente para responder más tarde con la comida y se perdió un trago fuera del orden, en el momento en que ya no estaba tratando con él, ya que solo dos niños pequeños coche en el momento. ¡Lástima que el miembro del personal haga que el lugar se vea mal ya que el resto del personal es perfecto!

Went for the drive through. Spent 18 quid on a boneless bucket. Chicken was warm not hot with old chips. Not worth it and felt ill after with sweating.

My son likes KFC so we go quite often. We went with a group of my son’s friends for a birthday treat recently. Whilst the food was what you would expect the service was woefully slow with more staff in the back producing and serving drive in customers than anyone apparent out front who appeared to have any speed other than slow/stop. I queued again to get them a Krushem (which I regretted) as the length of time it took 15/20 mins meant we were almost late for taking them bowling and as a result most had to leave without finishing their food.

Hemos comido en este restaurante en el pasado con buenos resultados, pero parece que algo va mal aquí ahora. Primero fui a ordenar en una cola muy lenta. La persona que estaba sirviendo el disco a través de los clientes pensó que era una buena idea venir e interrumpir a la chica que estaba a punto de servirme como si yo no estuviera allí. La primera reacción fue que el restaurante estaba absolutamente helado a media tarde. No hay excusas, las puertas no se dejaron abiertas, simplemente no hay calefacción encendida. Así que la comida fría se enfrió en minutos. Restos de comida esparcidos alrededor de las mesas, pero casi ningún cliente entra. Y cualquiera que ni siquiera pueda hacer salsa no debería estar cerca de la preparación de alimentos. Era tan espeso que parecía mousse de chocolate. Vergonzoso. Iré a McDonalds la próxima vez.

Family visit at 9pm ,I zinger meal stone cold,the other Luke warm,chips soggy looked like they’d been lying around for hours .To sum it up the worst KFC we’ve ever had,I’d like to add I normally love KFC.

Visité esta noche y a la llegada un montón de mesas sucias. ¡No como si las colas de personas esperaran pedidos, así que no hay razón para que las mesas no se limpien! ! Orden realizada, tuvo que esperar un tiempo, pero la camarera se disculpó. Genial, pensamos que la comida será fresca y caliente. Qué equivocados estábamos. Al recibir el pedido, faltaban los artículos y las patatas fritas estaban frías. Pidió el pedido completo y los chips de reemplazo que obtuvimos. El pollo no estaba caliente y considerando la demora, esto fue decepcionante. Estuvimos en el restaurante durante aproximadamente media hora y en ningún momento el personal hizo ningún intento de limpiar las mesas. Esta será nuestra última visita como realmente decepcionado con la limpieza y la calidad de la comida recibida. No es como si fuera el lugar más barato para tomar una comida rápida o sentarse en Inverness.

Clean with many tables, usually full, Good fast service. Good for a light snack during the day. Plenty staff to cope with orders.

very nice food , served quickly , no problems at all , chicken was very moist and tasty and there werent many small bits in our bucket

A really bad experience. Order delivered incorrectly. Food rancid and cold. Chicken tough and stringy. Chips cold and floury. Had to return the cokes as they tasted like fizzy water. Horrible. Avoid.

Arrived as part of a rugby bus load en route to Edinburgh from Invergordon. We were very surprised to be greeted by only two staff members on the front counter on a Friday night ! There was quite a few people in before us. Nonetheless, Cameron cleared the queue quickly and had very good menu knowledge. The packer, think her name was Mady, was very cheery and kept calm. Overall, the service wasn't the quickest but it is quite hard when there is only two staff members and a queue of 49 people... The restaurant seemed to be very tidy but we were left slightly disappointed the ice cream machine was broken.

Took the Grandkids for tea, clean and bright restaurant. Food as expected, tasty but basic. Double bucket not enough for 2 adults and 3 children. Needs a menu at the door so you can choose before joining the queue
