The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Ordered through Uber eats and food arrived freezing cold and stale, called up restaurant and they refused to send any hot food out and told me it wasn’t their fault and was very unhelpful and rude. Won’t be ordering again save your money and go somewhere else

Two double sausage and eggs muffin meals got home one of them had half a burned bun went back and exchanged it got home again this time the egg was full of shell. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MCDONALDS

Disgusting - tables dirty no staff willing to even wipe tables asked three times still not done Staff involvement to customer service is awful are they even trained to help customers . Customers pay there wages Won’t be going again

Fast food but really slow. If you’re in a hurry give this drive through a miss. For the second time in two visits I have had to park up and wait 15 minutes for my food to be delivered to the car. It’s not like our order was anything out of the ordinary: a Big Mac meal and a Cheeseburger Happy Meal. A really poorly managed franchise.

The food is good but overpriced. They give you free fountain drinks which is plus. Sometimes the machine is empty. The place is very crowded but occasionally you can find a place to sit down. There is this food court, benches sometimes don't charge your phone, gotta charge it in the hallways by the shower and toilet. The airport doesn't do good gate checks upon arrival.

Useless, Rude staff. We placed an order for around 25 pounds and got half the meal. Person taking my order was very hard done by, constantly sighing. Didn’t even get a receipt so we could go back!

The ladies toilet block was absolutely filthy with spattered toilet bowls, toilet paper all over the place I honestly felt like wiping my feet on the way out !

Came at 1am told it was 24/7, my van is 3 metres high and doesn’t fit underneath the height restriction barrier, doors locked so I tried to speak to the people on the drive threw and was very rudely denied and was actually quite upset in the response. Think the manager could do with working on staff morale and approachability….

Ordered of McDonald app and they forgot my meal ! Tried contacting didn’t answer the phone ! Will not be ordering again !!

This is the 3rd time now the waiting time nobody in restaurant no cues 25 to 30 minutes and customer service and health and safety shocking!!!

It’s Food and Fast, what more else do you need, I don’t know why others have been writing bad reviews on here slating the staff but the staff have always been friendly to me as a regular, you can tell the ones who expect Ritz level of service aren’t from Cumbria that’s for sure 😂

Honestly the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Waited over an hour for our food, everything was stone cold, no dips or straws. Ordered through deliveroo (poor rider was sat waiting at restaurant for over 20 mins) McDonalds couldn’t offer refund or new food and deliveroo only refunded £7 out of a £35 meal!!!! Not the first time this mcdonalds has been awful but defo the last time I’m ever ordering at this one!

Disabled toilets out of order. Directed to an alternative that didn't have a working lock. For goodness sake it's hard enough being confined to a wheelchair without the indignity of having to pee in public. The place is a shabby mess that is in need of proper management.
