Not one customer in store drive through drink machine broke but if we want a drink we would have to come in store to pour ourselves a drink. I’d understand if the were busy ! But not one customer. Rubbish. Customer service

In here a lot and the McFlurrys are melted every time. It’s like a milk shake and they don’t do anything about it. You can see it coming out of the machine and doesn’t look solid or frozen at all.

I wrote my review 3 out of 5 because they did not send an apple pie and they must not have read my order properly some of my food came cold as well.

Nunca uno se quejaba, pero no estaba contento con cómo llegó así que llamaron pensando que serían comprensivos ya que ordenamos cada fin de semana a veces días de la semana, me preguntaron ¿qué quiero que haga al respecto? Haha. Vaya. Tan grosero. Nunca más volveré aquí.

Un amigo y yo visitamos Joe y el jugo cerca de Gloucester Road hoy para dos bebidas para llevar, me tomó 8 minutos para ser reconocido por un miembro del personal a pesar de que la tienda estaba casi vacía. Eventualmente la chica que servía me dijo un precio diferente a lo que había en el tablero y cuando lo cuestioné me dijo groseramente que era el precio correcto. Pagué de todos modos porque había esperado mucho. ¿Entonces para que mi amigo ordenara tomó otros cinco minutos ya que el miembro del personal estaba ocupado cambiando los contenedores? He trabajado en hostelería y los clientes son una prioridad sobre el cambio de papeleras. No nos habría importado que nos hubieran reconocido en el momento en que fuimos al mostrador con “hola estaré contigo en un minuto”, pero no nos ignoraron. A mi amigo también le cobraron un precio diferente al anunciado. Había cinco miembros del personal en el mostrador, así que no hay excusa, no estábamos pidiendo el mundo, solo ser reconocidos y recibir un servicio educado. Tomó veinte minutos para dos bebidas para llevar. Sin embargo, las bebidas eran encantadoras y los baristas estaban trabajando duro - es solo el mal servicio al cliente de la señora en la caja que fue decepcionante.

Frozen thick cut chips just like you’d buy at the shop and watery bisto gravy. £5 for about 20 chips🤣Awful

Close to the train station (3 min walk from the alt entrance); great for a breakfast item before catching the train. Nearby is a Starbucks. Trust me; it is better to get some food from Greggs vs being stuck in the station with "Upper Crust"

Got a chicken rice box and the chicken was mushed into the box and the smell coming from the chicken actually stunk like my garbage bins. Didn’t even bother tasting it because I would’ve been in the hospital on life support. DONT EVEN BOTHER GOING TO THIS SPOT!!!

Ordered breakfast went to machine to get a barbecue sauce machine had none ask at counter was told will get you one and they just walked off and carried on ignoring me. Food was getting cold I see barbecue sauce right near counter. So I took one myself then they threaten to throw me out told me I had to pay 15 p most pathetic thing ever
