Got a chicken rice box and the chicken was mushed into the box and the smell coming from the chicken actually stunk like my garbage bins. Didn’t even bother tasting it because I would’ve been in the hospital on life support. DONT EVEN BOTHER GOING TO THIS SPOT!!!

Close to the train station (3 min walk from the alt entrance); great for a breakfast item before catching the train. Nearby is a Starbucks. Trust me; it is better to get some food from Greggs vs being stuck in the station with "Upper Crust"

So apparently there chicken wings 🤢 ordered 10 got 3 took about 4hrs and the burger was soaked in what ever n tasted like dog food! Wouldn’t even give a dog the food to be honest

I used to use favourite chicken all the time was very good, but unfortunately over the last two years it’s gone downhill if you order late at night believe me they’re giving you some chicken.That been sat there for like 3 hours 4 hours hard and dry. And the colours off I’ve had that happened to me multiple times Another thing I’ve never understood they’re willing to give you catch up up mayonnaise for free but when it comes to the chilli sauce, they charge you 50p which is very surprising considering most chicken shop the chilli sauce is free like I said it never used to be the case I don’t know what happened to it. New owners. Maybe I don’t know.

Imagine travelling 20 minutes to a 24 hour mc Donald’s to be told they can’t accept any orders for a minimum of 20 minutes due to ‘system updates’. Utter nonsense. Waste of time and now, no food for the overnight workers 👌🏼 thanks mc d’s, stigmas becoming facts once more. Would give less than 1 star for food as I received none, obviously.

Honestly, guys, you need to try this place, amazing pizzas 🍕 gorgeous burger 🍔 delicious chips🍟 with the pri-pri red salt 🧂. Thank you guys for serving us God bless you all🙏

The ladies toilet block was absolutely filthy with spattered toilet bowls, toilet paper all over the place I honestly felt like wiping my feet on the way out !

Absolutely terrible food just slapped together wrong order even when we went and got the rest of order stil just slapped together , used xtra fuel to go bk no salt in the chips everything cold not even offered anything for the hassel of their mistake don't normally leave a review but this has made this dinner service given has made me

Definitely the worst McDonald’s in the UK, can’t put simple orders together, never have milkshakes machine working, orders are always wrong 9 times out of 10, always blame Uber, and Uber blames them, food is always cold and to a poor standard, definitely not good quality fast food, Manager Josh is wetter than the lettuce in there, absolutely useless, very poor management from him, refused a refund or to even replace the order even though I had proof, Never will go there again

Disgusting, sat I'm my car outside of burger King and just watched two members of staff outside smoking . The young lady moved away from the store but the young lad stood outside an open kitchen door vaping and blowing the Vale smoke in to the kitchen . Whilst sat here I have rung the number 3 tines and each time it's been person unavailable. So I've taken photos of him smoking and I'm reporting it to environmental health first thing in the morning. Unacceptable . And no way am I going in there again

The worst Kentucky I’ve had for a long time I had a fillet twister. The wrap was brittle and hard. The cabbage stalk in the centre was hard to chew on the coleslaw, plus it only contained one small mini fillet no pride whatsoever in their food

I was here with my partner and 11 month old for a pit-stop on the way to family for Christmas. After spending 150 quid on food and fuel we tried to leave but a traffic jam had formed all the way from the main road right into the car park so after sitting in stationary traffic in the carpark we decided to wait it out back in the services. The traffic eventually cleared and we left exactly 2 hours and 34 mins after arriving. I know this because when we got home after Christmas a parking charge was waiting for me issued because I didn't pay for my 34 minutes over the free two hours. Never mind that I spent 150 quid there, never mind that I'm a regular visitor, and never mind that I was physically unable to leave the site which constitutes a frustration of contract. I appealed under mitigating circumstances, it was rejected. I appealed to the adjudicator POPLA, it was rejected. I brought the to the attention of moto services director Ken McMeikan to let him know his customers were being ripped off by predatory parking frim CP Plus aka Group Nexus and was told it was nothing to do with them. I'm appealed at the way they've handled this.
