McDonald's in Kensington and Chelsea

In here a lot and the McFlurrys are melted every time. It’s like a milk shake and they don’t do anything about it. You can see it coming out of the machine and doesn’t look solid or frozen at all.

This was a very disappointing meal. Almost NO pickles, onions, mustard, or ketchup. So the burger was dry and tasteless. The fries were stodgy, not crisp and golden, and left a cloying aftertaste. I’ve eaten McDonalds in the USA, Germany, and Australia and they’ve been consistently good standard. Certainly FAR better than this outlet. This burger and fries was almost as bad as what the Scots dish up as a “burger”. And a Scottish burger is as bad as haggis. I’d avoid this store.

Absolute shocking! Couldn’t organise a p&&s up in a brewery! Management is sandy lacking as they should ensure all runs smoothly and manage the staff. Orders al out of sequence, food lying for ages and the computer system not responding. Waited over 30 minutes for a double cheeseburger and medium fries and then got staff getting all snippy when I remarked it had been lying there for ages! So cold it was inedible! Joke of a place!

This place is just disgrace. Rude staff members which just throw your order in your face, doesn't care if u missing anything or even doesn't matter if they gave u actually what u've ordered. Ridiculously slow service. I never seen something like this in ,,fast food" restaurant.

This place is just a joke!!! I might understand when it's a busy evening period, but come on, being waiting OVER 1 BLOODY HOUR for a small order???!!! This is just ridiculous!!! This suppose to be fast food!!! People literally couldn't fit anymore inside the store, either order anything, because the store was packed by people which was waiting for their orders for disgraceful amount of time. One staff member being running on front like a headless chicken and then I've seen manager in white shirt just floating around, not even willing to help!!! What is this?!!! Then, the best thing is the customer service in here. When my order FINALLY showed up on the screen and I approach the counter to collect it, this dude just throw the bag on front of me, not being bothered that my drink was missing, not being bothered that I got no napkins, straw and I was missing sauces which I paid for. On top of all of this, during the one hour of me waiting for my food (which I couldn't eat anyway cos it was stone cold and rock hard), I had ,,beautiful" encounter with 4 different homeless guys begging for food in veeeery rude and abusive way. This place is just disgrace. I can not name even one thing in positive way. When I've seen the condition my food was at, I really wanted refund, but I just couldn't be bothered to wait anymore for anything. Money down the drain and time as well.

Very very poor service. After waiting 45 min, my order is disappearing from the screens. Another 20 min later they deliver a wrong and cold order. No excuse nothing. Poor, sheets and vary bad service. I won't recommend that place at all...

We actually wanted to go to Nero’s but it was closed so tried here. Used self service machine to order, choice on screen collect or table service. We opted for table service. 10 mins later no food arrived so I went down to be told by two rude staff members they do not do table service!!!! Ok so maybe tell your computer ordering service this and remove the table number stands from the order point. I could have sat waiting for who knows how long & I would never have got my order. The wasn’t even correct when I DID get it. The toilets had poo on the floor and were being used by numerous homeless people. But the best is yet to come a homeless man was actually fully laid out asleep snoring and half dressed. This place is a disgrace. AVOID AVOID AVOID. The staff clearly know homeless people are using this place to sleep and hang out but do not want to do anything about it.

Take my advice steer clear. Visiting London popped in as a promise to 7yr old. ordered from the App entered table number app says food will be delivered to your table. Waited 15 mins nothing, went downstairs to find it ready didn't say anything went back upstairs to find stone cold. Went back downs stairs approached what i believe to be the manageress only to be told THEY DONT DO THAT. they don't even have table numbers,(table 16 with App instructions attached to the table!) Was then told it was my fault for not having the common sense to go and get after waiting 2-3 mins after placing the order. Now find myself having a stand up argument and showing her the APP and what is on my phone, she still goes on that she knows what it says but they don't do it. After arguing a couple more mins and the customers behind us joining in agreeing that if we have table service then that's what it should be, Requested a refund but they cannot do that because Macdonald's took the money and not them. Totally fed up give back the cold food and leave. I have complained to head office whom are just as bad taken 8 emails to get a refund on the food we did not get and nothing at al about the service. The worst thing however, my 7 year old apologising to me because he thought it was his fault for wanting the maccie d in the first place.

Waaaaaw!!! I never saw nothing like this, specially from McDonald's brand. This place its not even like its McDonald's!!! Such a disgusting place!!! Everything dirty from outside to inside, absolutelly incredibly rude staff members including managers, treating customers just like street animals, unbelievably poor food quality and the speed of service is just remarkable, too pitty only in bad way!!! Never gonna step in this place, specially now in this situation! I was strongly afraid to even touch the screen while placing the order, everything was highly visibly dirty and when i wanted to sanitize my hands, all holders was empty!!!!!!!!!! Shame!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry but the vegetarian deluxe was not good at all.. at least put a fake chicken patty or burger!! Meh meh meh

I am disabled and pregnant and was not allowed on to use the toilet!!! The manager told me I had to go upstairs even though I have a Radar key for the disabled toilets which are located on the ground floor!!!! Absolutely disgraceful I will never set foot in this McDonald’s ever again!!!!!

Any time i visit this store, i do take away, because there is always plenty amount of homeless people sitting inside and bothering customers and never nobody willing to deal with this issue. Each time i ordered food, i was missing something. Every single time. The behaviour from stuff members is just remarkable, i never saw more rude people in my life. I ask for sauces and the feedback i got is just disgusting. This store got extremely poor customer service and same food standards.

We just popped in here for drinks and got large sodas to go. It was crowded with lines to order. The staff were friendly and we were served momentarily.

La comida era hasta diferente de la que se vende aquí. Me ha gustado mucho los McFlurry's indivinduales. Nos ha salido más barato que en Cataluña. Eso si, de noche hay poco sitio, y los ingleses se te meten en tu mesa aunque estés con tu pareja si no hay más sitio.

Clásico Mcdonals Earl, buena atención y las hamburguesas clásicas , barato y rápido para salir del paso mientra se recorre la ciudad, nada especial.

Tried the new double cheeseburger. Service was quick enough, food was hot enough. Nothing spectacular but just what you’d expect.

Only bad experience- staff don’t speak english, the lady who served me didn’t correct her mistake I had to go back and ask for a refund. They also keep forgetting the sauces/dips!

It is very crowded and busy, near the Earls Court Station. Limited seating area. Fine for a quick meal.

I am regular costumers at McDonalds I came with my son happy meal was fantastic and I love the batman Lego toy. My grand big mac was absolutely amazing first time I had a burger like that. Staff always happy and play wiry my son....

Conveniently located close to the exit of Earls Court tube, I popped in for a quick breakfast on the way to a course. I usually have the view of McDonalds that no matter where you are in the world, you know what to expect when...

Absolutely how food should not be procured or consumed. Visited around 10pm and it was a bear pit. I am no fan of McDonalds and this confirmed my opinion in spades

Clean McDonalds in Earls court. Lots of seating area. Clean restrooms, Easy access from the hotels in the area. Friendly service.
