Domino's Pizza in New Forest

If you work night shifts and you're hoping to be kept awake all night this is your food of choice. The dough will carry on baking inside your stomach whilst forcing you to down pints of water throughout the night. Ingredients are cheap. However the staff are friendly and professional.

We keep hoping the service and more importantly the food will arrive hot or at least hot- just had one delivered- took over an hour- pizza was barely warm, fries stone cold. Not rung the store, as last time this happened they were unhelpful- lesson to self no more and I won’t bother with New Milton store after reading their reviews

Ordered using the app and paid online and pizza was ready as I arrived to collect. Piping hot and staff were pleasant and polite! Definitely try a pizza from here!

Ordered a pizza and some garlic bread for lunch yesterday and the pizza was super delicious. Definitely worth the money, tomatoey just how customers like it. will return

Ordered 2 pizzas and took over 2 hours to arrive. Chased them by phone and the man on the phone was terrible with no social skills at all Arrived stone cold. Very little tomato base which ruined the pizzas. Very poor quality The app send it was out for delivery. This is a lie - it took one hour from that point. I live 10 minutes from the shop I have read today there is a new Dominoes opening in New Milton. Hope they are not the same franchise. But anything has to be better

My starter chicken kickers had bite marks in 2 plus 2 were missing , pizza had hardly no tomato base on it for the price your paying it’s a poor service I will using the local takeaway next time . They did replace the starter which I appreciate but this should not of happened in the first place

We’ve been eating from Domino’s in Lymington since it first opened in 2016/2017 ish (?) It’s really gone down the hill these last couple of years. Ordered a Pepperoni Pizza and Garlic a bread pizza last night and was just so disappointed. There was literally NO tomato sauce whatsoever on either of the pizzas. I was so annoyed as this was not the first time, they regularly don’t put enough sauce on the pizzas even when i ask for extra! shan’t be returning. the pizza bases were also pretty burnt so rather upset with domino’s and won’t be eating from them again.

Ignore the app that says it’s out for delivery. It’s not. I called them to check in it’s whereabouts. It took close to an hour to arrive by which point pizza was stone cold and chicken dippers were soggy from condensation. Total waste of money for what is already over priced. Shocking service. AND they have the audacity to ask for tips for the delivery driver when you’ve already paid £2.50 for delivery. UNBELIEVABLE.

Do not bother, ordered online with a delivery time of 40-45 minutes. I called after an hour to be told my order would be another hour. Not good if you have kids. I will never use this restaurant again

Understaffed and pizzas are just cooked and then left there till someone has time to pick it up. After 15 minutes of saying it’s delivered, I called up and they said it’s leaving the kitchen now. 15 minutes later and it’s not arrived! (We only live 2 minutes away) When I arrived, the pizzas were cooked about 20 minutes ago, left there to go cold. I had to drive to pick it up and paid £1.99 delivery fee and no refund or anything chucked in. I just got a ‘very sorry’ and then the person behind the counter walked off. Terrible dominos had to heat it up. Ordered garlic bread and dough balls but they said garlic bread was another 10 minutes if I wanted that. After waiting an hour…

Potentially theft. The stupid website gives an update saying food about to prepare, but then stayed in this state for an hour. Then progressed to being made, for another hour. Phoned 12 times over an hour or more, until I finally got a response. And was told refund would be made and order will still come - it never did come and therefore went without eating whilst on holiday. Still awaiting refund too. Avoid - unless being served in person.

Just opened my box of cookies to burnt and hard cookies. They are uneatable and dry: taste like they’ve been barbecued. The colour of them are black and clearly overcooked on the photo.

Amazing value for money plus the quality so consistent and all delivered quickly. The family pack at about £22 is the best value so far.

Having ordered the wrong pizza for my son 🙄 I gave a call and even though it was my fault they helped me out and sent me another pizza. Iv never faulted the lymington dominos.

One of our daughter's friends is very picky about food so we were told Domino's was one of the few things we could be sure she would like. Even with a voucher online to pay £10 for a margarita pizza of this standard feels like a mugging. Genuinely the quality was worse than a 99p pizza you could buy from Tesco.. Staggers me that people waste their money on this awful quality, overpriced junk. It says a lot about how easily satisfied & wasteful.of their money people are today. I would genuinely rather go without a meal than eat this muck.

Whilst on Holiday in Lymington, we ordered a large Pizza to our own specification online which came to £22. Well I thought this was rather expensive, so I searched online for deals, but needed to spend £25!! However I was quietly surprised that after spending £25, we'd added to our Pizza with side dishes and sauces, but after adding the online voucher the price came down to £18!! Wow - now that's value for money. They even delivered to our Holiday Location a few miles away, so how good is that! And this was all done on my phone, which I'd never done before - always used a PC!. Well I definitely recommend Domino's Pizza to anybody as they taste heavenly and their sauces too!.
