Great food highly recommend Keskins special chicken sandwich 🥪

We have probably had 50+ orders from here in the last 3 yrs and the majority have been fine, this evening made an order including chips, chips were forgotten so phoned straight up as the chips are an important part and their chips are good if I'm honest, and the chap on phone just said "can you just have them next time" not interested in offering a re delivery, fair enough if no one avaible to deliver but didn't even get offered a refund! Just said he would put a note on the order that they owe me chips! All over £2.90 worth of chips, probably give them a miss for a bit we will.

Been eating here years and wont stop, wonderful staff and wonderful food ! My fav restaurant in the UK , love the donors and chicken kebabs ! Keep it coming !

10/10 atmosphere what an away day

It was great when first opened but has gone down hill very poor the worst I have tasted for along time as travel through out the uk and noticed cash only so not declaring transaction

Bought 2 pizzas and a special kebab both pizzas the bases weren’t cooked toppings were okay and the kebab meat kofti,shish was dry. Doner meat was good I phoned them they told me (not) to bring the food back to the shop and that they would refund me the next day. So far nothing!!

Food is always fine, but delivery instructions always go ignored and usually the opposite of what you instruct happens. Most of the time i am called on the phone but today i wasn’t and the knocking woke up my family. :/

Friendly staff and amazing doner meat. Usually doner meat is as thin as paper but not this. Highly recommend if you fancy a great kebab

I am editing my review of Keskins to improve it even further. Man, do those merry chums know a thing or two about customer care, and 'care in the community'. Let me tell you the amazing story. I was at my regular low part of the month for money, and having to suffer the night without food, starving. But I knew my wonderful friends were wont to help me on occasion, so through weekend celebratory 'festival season is open' shenanigans, I was out of my marble cage. I dared phone them... knowing how convivial and friendly they are, and not a drop of menace among them. They answered with grand cheers of 'Hello Nicholas!', and offered me a free 'emergency meal' which I would obviously pay back later. (This is always the deal). I had to walk to town though, and that's about a mile away. I was absolutely bing bang bongoed on the old bionic tonics however, and making it to the location was a quest a la Indiana Jones with a balance problem. Then, when I got there, they were closed! I went round the back to see if I could find the staff entrance, and triggered a sentry light. I then tried knocking on the door, as I could see them... but they seemingly couldn't hear even as I banged, and could see them through the glass. It was surreal. Like that scene in some movie. Regrettably, I made my way home feeling very sad about matters. I think it's fair to say my usual enthusiasm and positivity was greatly waned... and I internally whinged and moaned and frustrated the air with my upset fist I'm sure on occasion. As I crossed the dual carriage way bridge, a car then rapidly pulled up. I nearly shat myself. 'Oh know. Not another psychotic street assassin' I thought. 'Hello Keskins!!!' said the driver, and handed me my favourite Keskins meal with a hearty and merry smile on his face, and in his heart. And THAT ladies and gentlemen... is 'care in the community'. EDIT: They helped me again last night. Champs of social welfare and love. Each member of Keskins is a lovely person, and their kebab meat and chips are a supreme delicacy of Ringwood. EDIT x2: The boys from Turkey haven't let me down. Again. I just remembered I'd say some more kind words for these lovely people. They are a well honed unit. Each of them, decent to the core, and with their minds and hearts firmly in the right place. I know a naughty Keskins isn't meant to be great for your health, but it's hard to deny their addictive properties over time, but, so much more than just eating, meeting these lovely fellows who shine a light in the local community in many ways. Thanks chaps. Hope resides here in part due to your incredible efforts.

Ordered again lastnight cheese burger poor no cheese hot spicy pics poor, chicken burgers poor never ever again just give up you can't cook food properly food cold yet again just don't very very poor disgusting sale up move on seriously

Terrible service got the order wrong we phoned up told them they accused us of trying to get free food then turned up at my front door shouting there mouth off whilst my kids in bed then get on the phone to get others involved they don’t deserve any stars and should be closed down terrible people

When I work in the area I always pop in here to grab some tea at least once. Always decent portions and very tasty indeed. Will be back again soon 👌

Closed….called at 23.25 and was refused an order when online it said was closed at 12pm. I know it’s not a big difference but turned out a bit inconvenient x.

You call with 10 mins to spare and they just say sorry and hang up on you! They clearly don’t want to take any money! I’m really hungry after working and they don’t want to take my order. Disgusting, I’d never treat a customer this way.

Everything is better when you’re drunk

All food arrived hot. 1/2 cheese burger my partner had came hot and tasty as I'm sorry to say the bun s not great and ends up going straight into the bin. But this Burger bun came soft and delicious and the burger was cooked amazingly that my partner eaten it all plus would of eaten another. Cheesy chips was freshly cooked hot and tasty . The 1/4 burger my daughter had was as delicious as the 1/2 burger all in all it was a get meal fir a change . Just a 20 minute delivery time wait .

My family ordered from Keskins growing up and now myself and my partner do, always good quality, fast delivery and much larger quantities than you'd expect. Always recommend to family and friends when staying in Ringwood. Great, loyal, friendly business

Since change of ownership, keskins has changed. Portion sizes restored and quality is as always excellent. Service is prompt and reliable for when collecting, always made welcome into shop. Great value for money when compared to fish n chips, Chinese & Indian food.

Absolutely love Keskins. Food is always great quality and staff are the best. We had a slight mistake with our order tonight and within a short time it had been put right. Not only that we had complimentary chips and dips added as a welcome extra. Great service as per usual. Thank you!

Kebad done very dry and tasteless burger really over ccooked and dry could resole your boots not good cash only wonder why swerve it don't waste your money.

Waited over an hour and half. Chicken burger was okay, wrong order or separate chicken given, chips Luke warm. Won't be ordering again

Worse experience from keskins in 4 years of using them. Hour and half wait and food turns up cold and nasty. Use to be such a good place but the quality and service has gone down the pan. I’m all for supporting local business but unfortunately Keskins won’t have my business anymore. Bad bad service!!!

Realised only this week that I've never left a review for Keskins, which is remiss to say the least! So here's correcting things, as they do deserve IMHO some good press... We've lived in Ringwood now for around 23 years. In that time some pubs & restaurants have been great, then gone downhill, and some have been the other way around. Some have simply been inconsistent. I can honestly say though that the one place that has been consistently reliable is Keskins, be that for a kebab, chicken & chips, or a pizza. We do enjoy a nice meal out, but there are times when simple food really hits the spot! Sometimes home delivered, though more often than not these days picked up by us (ordered, quick pint somewhere, then picked up!) Staff really friendly too. So not a long, long review... simply to recognise the consistency we've enjoyed for quite some time - thank you :-)

Cheap and cheerful. Good if want something quick. Although does take up to 45 minute wait for delivery. But everytime you phone them and pay over the phone they always,say they cant here you.

This is sad, I used to love keskins and they used to be cheap and tasty but no, not anymore it tastes disgusting 🤢 plus it was a rip off you get 3 stale chips and an uncooked burger with rocksolid edges would have recommended if it wasn't for the past few visits I've had so will not be returning for a simular price I would go to prezzo down the street and get lovely service lovely food etc

Consistently great food. We do a takeaway on a Friday. So generous, we make a soup with the leftovers.

Ordered a large donor kebab but only got a small one and for £3.30 got a small bottle of drink when got told it would be a large one. Definitely not worth the money

Got a meat feast pizza delivered looked nice but tasted terrible worst pizza I have ever ordered do not recommend this to anyone very disappointed.

Been ordering from here for 15 years and the service and food order delivery accuracy has dropped massively. Won't be ordering again after being a loyal customer for all these years. Food is good sometimes and not so good others. Something has gone very wrong here over the last few months. Will be having a dominoes or curry from the very limited choice in Ringwood. Farewell keskins. It's a shame. Pull your fingers out.

Both got donner kebabs ,wow the food was cold meat had no taste horrible don't eat there awful, we should of got refund .how does a shop do kebabs raw cold and yuck don't go.

I ordered a pizza at 6-50pm for collection at 7-30pm , turned up at 7-30 and they said they were just going to cook it. They were not busy and my pizza was the only one they had. I sat and waited patiently and finally got my order at 7-45 NOT IMPRESSED

Just a simple kebab place. Not the best or the worst. They deliver in Ringwood and Verwood. Good if you have come out of the pub and are hungry. There are several meal deals. But wouldn't recommend the chicken pieces, it seems some of them may have been in the warmer for some time, but the same as any other kebab shop I would suppose. Ordered a collection takeaway, looked OK apart from one chicken kebab was drowned in very hot sauce that wasn't asked for, unfortunately it wasn't until we got home that we realised the error. So thus made it quite inedible

My partner likes your chicken sandwich when the roll is nice and soft and not hard and cardboard as if hard then it's a waste that ends up in the bin. My son likes your mushroom pizza everytime hwe have keskins. My daughter likes your beef burgers and salad, chips are nice when hot and freshly cooked and y your onion rings. We will definitely use keskins in the future as the food has always comes so far nice, hot and tasty.

Placed an order, didn’t arrive! Called to tell me it’s not coming and said they would process a refund! We are 4 days later and I keep being told oh yes sorry I’ll do it now! Still not done! Not happy!

Foods good if you pick it up, cold if delivered, but can only pay cash in shop? Told to go to cash point!! Cash point does not take Apple pay!!! o well there lost.. Chinese was good though.

Always great food from Keskins, the kebabs are generous and fresh.

1st time iv used them went in to collect it at the time. Chips were not ready there must of been 10 staff in there. I waited and waited i just saw them serving up chips and I just had enough.

Well... There is a lot to say about this local love palace to fast food. Not only to the believers inherent welcome you with open arms, the kebab meat is second to none. Succulent, fluid meat just festoons with larynx with meaty goodness... Then come the chips, fried to quasi-perfection... With lashings of vinegar and salt. On top of this already almighty local food group, comes chili sauce, which makes you just want to eat, luxuriate, and feel great pleasure, in a world of sweet, sweet everyday folk performing excellence in the field of culinary pursuits. Word. These guys are the real deal. Survive off their grub with happy, treated delight.

3 times now they have delivered our order missing stuff or wrong. Zero customer service and no refund given. Bad customer service and as a customer who uses them regular we will never use them again!!!

We’ve had food from here before and it’s been ok. The customer service is utterly rude and horrendous. Not listening properly to phone orders because they’re have another conversation and then decided to hang up on us because they went to do something else. Talk about utterly rude! Gone down hill over the last couple years, won’t be around much longer at this rate

Had a kebab from Keskins on Friday and was really impressed with the quality of the food! Portion size was good too.

I normally love eating from here as food is quick but food recently its getting worse ordered kids meal with extra lettuce and it comes with Coleslaw (not what I ordered) and food is cold like its been sitting around not good really disappointed!

I ordered online without knowing they were busy without many drivers. I Spent nearly £50 on this food which came cold or like warm so I wasn't happy. Chips were cold, dry and just plain uneatable. My beef burger came overcooked cold hard as cardboard and the bread bun was just to hard to even bite into and I just couldn't eat it . The mixed grill my partner had wasn't impressed or nice the pita bread was ruined by the spicy meat that was put on the top the kababe meat was nice though but at £11 its a bit over priced. Pizza was the only item I got that was luke warm and could eat. Your chicken sandwich was spicy cardboard and just Luke warm. I sorry I will not be buying from them in the future to be kept waiting for over an hour late knowing they can't deliver there food on time without it being compromised.

Fast food, good hamburger and chips, chicken kebab. Place is busy with regulars so that's a good thing.

Large order (£140) placed and everything arrived within a reasonable time given the size of order. Kebabs were tasty but very disappointed to find no salad on any of them. Pizzas were a real disappointment- looked like frozen bases and also lacked taste. Garlic bread was soggy- would suggest not serving in fouled bags. Overall yes for kebabs- remember to ask for salad but a big no for pizzas

Very good fries, burgers and chicken! The staff are always very friendly and we always like to go there for a little snack between or after the obligatory evening in the pub. I would recommend going to Keskins to anyone who is holidaying in Ringwood or the surrounding area.

The last twice I ordered and been a mistake with my order. Won't be using again. And as for their manners and customer service skills don't get me started. Appalling way to speak to a customer

Best kebab shop by far, love there lamb shish, there burgers are lovely. My whole family from London love there food.infact my son asks me to bring him a take away when I go back to london

All off the grilled meat was over cooked. The chicken was jet black in areas. Shame as we chose this take away based on reviews

Tried ordering tonight and this message come up so as far as I'm concerned my order wasn't placed?. 45mins later the food arrived by that time I had already gone elsewhere. Driver was rude making out it was my fault.

I had a mix kebab. Chicken, Lamb and Kofte, so write from a well informed perspective. This was very tasty, thoroughly enjoyed by me and the rest of the family. Portion sizes good. Prices reasonable. Wait time good. Well staffed and kitchen seemed clean too! Very happy.

There be no watering hole or glad tavern of fodder by the way late at night by which to catch some well needed scran, Yet wonder deep into the heart of Ringwood micro-city centre, and there you will find a fast food joint run by the loveliest fellows in eternia.Yes, their chicken may be a little dry at times.Yes, their pizza's aren't Domino's...But if you want a fair slice of kebab meet, in a glorious box of protective meaty goodness, then Keskins is your Xanadu of meat.I literally, on often occasion, sit here panting for want of their Keskins meaty goodness. I walk miles to obtain one, and when I indulge, I am glad... I am fond also of their polite ways, and their chips with vinegar, and salt, are awesome.Come the apocalypse, these guys have my protection. Their leader, is a saint. I've seen it. He glows with wise knowing finery of happy business means.Many can learn from him. Many, I trust, shall.

Misleading closing times. The only reason I am giving this place a 2 star rating is because after a long days work, Starting at 07:00am and finishing at 22:00pm. I thought I would drive 20 mins further past home to pop and grab myself a kebab. Only to get there and it had already closed over 30 min early, lights off, fridges all closed down. Google advises that this establishment should be open til Mid-night. Why then was is closed early? Toast, butter and bed for me then

Working in Ringwood in the industry I work in sometimes I need a quick bite to eat and I usually end up in Keskins. It's great food lots of choice and very friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend

I visited Keskins for a takeaway and was appalled to see that they were totally ignoring the Covid rules. They have signs on the windows stating that a max of 2 people can be inside at a time and that they must go inside to place their order then go back outside to wait for their order to be ready, so two more customers can go in and order. This was being totally ignored, there were ten people inside when I was there, standing or sitting around close to each other. There are signs inside and outside telling people to wear masks, yet 5 of the customers who were inside the premises were not wearing masks. No cleaning of the public areas was being undertaken – customers were using the chairs and when they left others were using them, but they were not being cleaned in between. The staff made to attempt to enforce the rules. It is clear that Keskins has put the signs on the windows to give the appearance that it is a Covid Secure establishment – but in fact it is very far from it.

If your feeling like a dirty kebab this is then best place to go in the area. Great chicken, lamb and kofta Kebabs!

Negative Chips were hard and dry. Both Burgers were over cooked and tasted of soap aswell as the mayo tasted wierd. Chicken pieces was spicy, Luke warm and dry. Chicken kabab was really spicy, hard and dry. Afraid to say most items went into the bin such a waste of food and money what a disappointment. PositiveMy Son likes your tasty cheese and tomato pizza the only item eaten. Polite on the phone. Have been a regular customer for some time now due to working shifts and convenience but no more.Placed a order online for delivery with the wife having a Shish and myself a COMBINATION kebab with Lamb Donor & Chicken.YES A COMBINATION WRAP WHICH MEANS A COMBINATION OF TWO MEATS!!!!!Driver arrives and disappears and dish up to find wrap has 5 pieces of Chicken in it,no lamb donor meat.How hard can it be,the order is printed out in front of them?Very, very disappointed this is not the first time they have forgotten something and nine times out of ten the food arrives like warm.Bye bye Keskins, toodle pip!!!!!!

Such a shame that the delivery times are so ridiculous. Over 2 hours wait is simply not acceptable.... especially when you call after an hour to be told it’s out for delivery ???

Love it, miss it, too fat to keep going back, but once the diet is over I will return for a treat! Can't wait
