Holbury Kebab & Pizza House in New Forest

Well we've had a few bad kebabs from here in the past but I must say the Kebabs we had last night were up there with the best. Great food, quick delivery (poor girl was lost bless her but called and found us) can't knock it. Will be ordering again.

Food always turned up wrong and they do nothing about it. Over priced scuff fish and chip shop few doors up 100% better quality and price. Won't order or takeaway from holbury kebab and pizza again.

I have been getting Kebabs here for the past year! really good quality, tastes amazing and big portions! I also live right on the beach so sometimes the weather is beating and they always turn up with a smile regardless of the elements! Great service, great Kebabs, what more do you want!

Food is overpriced and they will only accept cash (can't think why that is!!!) food quality is below average and they short changed me.

Beef jerky sorry I mean kebab was rough. Would not feed it to my dog. Cheesy chips.. still a lump of cold cheese ontop of nearly cooked chips. Save yourself the trouble of waiting for this disaster to arrive.

We are new to the area, found it difficult to find a place that delivered to us. Finally found Holbury Kabab. Went to place an order over the phone and was told they would call back. An hour passed and still no call, so we placed an order else where which was a shame as we had to go with something different. Then they call as soon as we confirmed delivery else where. Absolutely gutted! Not sure why they had to wait over an hour to call back but if we was told clearly our order was accepted and they would call when it’s cooked then call for payment I would of understood but the caller ended the call so abruptly I didn’t know where I stood.

Chicken kebab and pineapple cheese burger lovely. I like their online ordering, easy to adjust each item to how you want it. First time and will order again. Went to order again, this time by paying with debit card, they charge £1 for doing that. Sorry but youve lost a star from my original rating, I cannot find anywhere on your website that says a customer will be charged a fee for paying by debit card.

I am a regular customer and cannot recommend this takeaway highly enough. Portion sizes and the quality of the food are absolutely superb. The staff are all extremely friendly, especially the delivery driver - on one occasion, I had mistakenly handed over an extra note without realising and instead of pocketing it, as someone less honest would have done, he immediately made me aware and returned it. Well done guys and keep up the brilliant work!

Amazing kebabs, great pizza and superb service. We've had many things on many occasions and the quality and service have always been top-notch. Their chilli sauce is amazing too, so definitely try that.

Always good food never disappoints. This afternoon I have just had the best chicken bbq pizza thin crust. Stick it Dominos this beat yours ten fold ...Thanks for being respectful of the dog too 10/10

By far best,most loyal kebab house,that my family have used for years. I've always been disappointed when using different kebab houses. The guys at Holbury kebab work hard, the meat is amazing and an they are a friendly a very bunch. I'm not sure if they have awards , but they certainly should should have. An easy 5 star🌟 Amazing quality!👌❤

Amazing food, amazing service. Always so welcoming when you pop in and never known such a speedy delivery service. Spend most days craving the doner meat or cheeseburgers and they are always generous with the salad. Have used this kebab shop for over 13 years and have never had a bad meal.

Received a Kebab with two pieces of meat and got told thats how it comes for over £7 with no apology. when i said id order something different in future just got whatever up to you as a response. On top of that it was all cold. I am never ordering from here again. Disgusting attitude and just rude

Really poor quality. Grease was pooled in the bag. Cabbage is red and really thick. Pitta bread outside the box without being fired or cut. Asked for no tomato and cucumber but still received despite an allergy. Called to complain and the woman that picked up laughed and said she didn't know what to say. Avoid like the plague. Terrible.

Never had such a greasy kebab and chips. I could have poured the greasy into a pan and cooked with it. I'll be avoiding this one

Terrible food. Delivery drivers often try to run people down when walking past the shop.

I would highly recommend the chicken sandwiches. My husband has tried a variety of other dishes and never been disappointed. The food is often ready before predicted and delivery guys are always nice. If you order for collection though, they call you multiple times if you're not there to collect within minutes of it being ready.

No customer service. Placed order and then totally ignored by all 3 people behind the counter (turned their backs to us) until the order was ready. Only question asked "salt and vinegar on the chips" and guess what having answered YES please didn't get! Won't be returning.

Great kebab shop with a good choice of food and plenty of drinks to choose from. Most meals include the drink with them and prices are reasonable. Well worth checking out if you want a good kebab or burger👍👍

Do not waste your money there customer service is an absolute joke they got my order wrong and did not even care. The staff are rude I will certainly not be spending another penny in there shop

I feel quality and quantity has got slightly worse/less in the last 12 months but prices have risen, if it was just the price I would star differently but quality is only acceptable not great

Used to use these a lot but after messing up my order at 11.20pm in a Sunday after a ten hour shift at work and after spending £16 in food and delivery costs and promising next time they would do me bigger portions and free drinks to only be told I needed to spend over 15 pounds and pay the delivery, when this has all been their fault in the first place, and to top it all they had my number linked to another address in hythe after having lived here 7 years and same number! I ended hanging up and told them I won’t be using them again, poor service such a shame, I even gave them a good review 2 years ago, on a plus have a lovely stress free phone call with hythe Kebab and food on its way, should of just let me off the 1 pound delivery charge and the 25p I was short on making it up to 15 pounds as I explains it wasn’t my fault in the first place!

Been going here for 10+ years since I was at school, never had a bad meal yet! Become good friends over the years too! Delivery is always quick and I won’t ever get my chicken kebabs else where again! 😃

Use Holbury Kebab regularly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. All staff are lovely and accommodating. Food is delicious and we wouldn’t go to any other kebab in the area. Would recommend to everybody, if you haven’t tried it you need to. Lovely kebab and people!!

This place is a joke! They never get your order right even if you do it online! The manger is so rude...! He said to me when I phoned up to complain, "i don't care if I lose a customer have plenty more!!" 😱😱

i love their kebabs and pizzas i found that when i wanted to order online it wasn't an option but i love the service they have the servers are always friendly and the deliver to your house which is amazing the quality of everthing is good so overall i love it

As a takeaway this is really the epitome of the type and style. Service is always respectful and pleasant, all the staff are from outside the UK and seem to understand the protocol involved in public service outlets, similar to what you find when you go abroad, some British outlets could learn a bit from these people. The only thing to bear in mind is at the proverbial "Closing Time" you do get some colourful language and rudeness from the local Pissheads, as that is what they are!!! Try it, it's OK.

Doner Kebabs are ok(ish). The salad served lacks cucumber, tomato and chilli's. Big jar of Chilli's in the cold cabinet but are never offered. Chilli sauce leaves a lot to be desired, even though it appears to be mashed chilli's. It's probably down to a lack of local competition. Having worked in an area of London where there were 3 or more Kebab places within walking distance of work, they were all far better than Holbury. Going to try Hythe Kebab instead. I've now tried the Hythe Kebab place and would recommend it over Holbury. It's worth the trip. ;)

Very poor. Phoned for a order to pick up. I arrived within 5 mins of phoning up and my order was already bagged. A large order at that. I got home to find it was not fresh and had been mostly microwaved. Really no need for it at all. Obviously they had food that was previously cooked and they had decided they didn't want it wasted. I understand whilst i was stood at the counter paying why they were sniggering and talking in a foreign language now! The joke was on me!! Also I found an item missing. I was charged £18+ for three items. I would usually cook but felt I could treat myself and co, for once. For that kind of money I expected a meal half decent but no. Ripped off and served leftovers just so I can line their pockets. Absolutely disgusted.
