Not one customer in store drive through drink machine broke but if we want a drink we would have to come in store to pour ourselves a drink. I’d understand if the were busy ! But not one customer. Rubbish. Customer service

This place legit never has card machines working... no signs saying so until you're at the drive thru speaker so you're screwed by this point as the waiting space(s) (for when they inevitably have no food ready coz why would they at a fast food place?) Block the exit!!

I've visited a number of times but the customer service 9/10 is pretty awful, can't even crack a smile. The girls wear false nails and no hair nets. You do get much better service at other fast food restaurants and the latest gag is paying for condiments.

We drove in and after a few minutes were told to wait to give our order by a voice from the speaker. We waited for 14 minutes, in which time there was silence and no more communication. We wondered if the server had gone home. We decided to leave, and we could see that there was a member of staff behind the counter, so we have no idea why we weren't served. Won't be returning.

Ordered two kids meals, asked for adult cheeseburger meal and was told only kids burgers have cheese so asked for kids cheeseburger with large fries, told no you have to have small fries with cheese burger! Then asked for a flat white coffee, told they are not doing hot drinks anymore. I cancelled order and left will not be returning.

just been in 29.07.2021 5pm 3 large cheese burger meals and a double cheese burger with diet coke,,,diet coke was flat had to have sprite (not much better) got home and shocked, whan we walked in the place we noticed pic on wall and thought looked great so got three, when opened at home it wasnt remotley close,,dry and combined with the almost flat sprite felt robbed, just spent roughly 24.00 in the place, what a waste of money,never never will i go back there,,,kfc, youve got a new customer

Ordered food through drive thru and first person i see on way in is a member of staff sat having a fag break not appealing and the place from outside looks scruffy ,these burger king places never seem to have the same cleanliness as other fast food outlets maybe thats why they are quiet and cant afford extra staff,food was nice and hot but pricier than most.could be a lot smarter ,service was ok but could do with older experienced staff as seemed plenty of younger staff in here messing about and not taking the job seriously .

Wow...absolutely shocked , let’s begin with the adore aroma. Smelled absolutely bloody awful...smelt like decaying body’s and athletes foot had a baby with aids.Now the food...holy moly, talking of moles I think I ate one. A worker then proceeded to approach me as I was tucking into my mole burger, and then lubed his fingers up using his own spit and stuck it in my rear end. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy it so that’s why it gets a 2* rating from myself.

This restraunt should be shut down. Visited today and there was old food on the floor .. bins full.. dead flys on windows and inside the posters.. mucky tables.. absolutely disgusting!!

Bless, it is not a happy place staff always look fed up, the drive through intercom thing is a pain, it is so loud it fills the place, Staff are slow I love the drinks dispenser so I go just for that, it can be a bit of a tip sometimes like all these places, I always tidy up the tables in my eye line, I hate mess. Its a BK so the food is the food and I always think the burgers are better than the other place

Same as you find all over. Same taste what makes it replaceable and not special to others. People just “work” there and do their thing. Do I expect more?

I've visited here a few times and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this place is awful. Service is ridiculously slow, the staff appear disillusioned and disinterested, and most of the time some of the drinks aren't aren't available. Most burger kings are poor these days, but this one is probably the worst I've visited.

Called in here with family and was pleasantly surprised,decent seating and great food though possibly more expensive than the other popular franchise but we all enjoyed.i love the drinks machine loads of choice and free refills also i spilt my drink all over table and the helpful and friendly Carly cleaned up also served us and greeted us.was getting fairly busier as lunchtime.toilets average and the mens there was a lot of water on floor on first entry.bit of a hazard think leaking from urinals.would go back

Went through the drive through and received disgusting customer service off a young girl called Faye I believe? First of all, she failed to mention the lack of drinks choice to us before we ordered, which left us confused and had to mention to her to get a choice of drinks available, secondly, when we arrived at the window to pay, the girl was leaning on the window ledge like she didn’t have a care in the world, her tone of voice was making a clear point that she didn’t want to be there and the fact that she slammed the window on us without saying how long the food would be, annoyed me further! We got our items, and everything was fine, until we got handed our Oreo milkshake which was half full and not even blended! we asked for it to be topped up to which we were very rudely told that it has to be filled to the line and there was ‘nout’ she could do! If this is the level of service your staff are providing, I will no longer be providing my money to you, will not be coming back here. Absolutely appalling.

Went on monday tea time restaurant not busy and every table was dirty even the counter we were served at was dirty, sat down and had food sat for just over an hour, kids take forever! The restaurant was not cleaned at all no tables wiped, all the staff were carrying on behind counter and no one came out the front to clean, it never used to be like this!

Visited about 7pm one other car in the drive thru waited at the speaker for 15 minutes taking to myself saying hello and beeped my horn once no answer. Went to next window to be greated by a shut window with loads of dirty catering trays stacked high, went to third window to be greated by a untidy man who looked stoned and a vagrant. I decided not to eat there after all, no apology and was annoyed.

The service in here is so slow. It's never really busy. Not busy when I've been in and never seems to be busy when I drive past, which is most days. They always get the order wrong in some way. Food has been cold on the drive through, or you're short changed on the fries, And I is a pain when you get home and realise. I've stopped going there now, the staff can be rude also. Who wants to be served by a rude member of staff?

The staff appear a little nicer on my last few visits, but do not expect a welcome or a smile, also they will never offer you a cheaper option, like, this is on offer would you like to try, they have a current offer of a burger, drink and frys for £2, but no member of staff will tell you about it you have to know about it in advance or over hear someone ordering it as I did. BK burgers are so much better than the other place, but they are not cheap, you would think the staff would do a better job of trying to get you to come back. BEST THING EVER is the drinks unit it has even more flavors now and an excellent range of sugar free drinks, peach fanta is my fave Place has also been very clean recently I would recommend above the other place any time

Decent place clean and hot food couldn't moan staff seemed friendly and coffee was nice, very family friendly which was nice

Used the drive through with no problems , staff friendly and efficient. Got exactly what we ordered very nice. Will be using again.

staff are miserable as ever, burgers are always better than maccy dees, but the new drinks dispenser is fabulous, loads of diet drinks too, its clean and easy to park they do not stay open late so do not try and get a table when its near closing time the staff are very very kean to close

Fuimos para un bocado rápido con mi marido a las 7 pm. Mientras mi marido estaba pidiendo la comida, elegí una mesa y juego de espera. La chica que trabaja allí empezó a mover algunas sillas alrededor de ambos lados de la entrada bloqueando a la zona donde estaba sentado causando ruido terrible y molesto a nosotros y a los clientes comiendo...

Fuimos a este BK con familia y nietas, tuvimos que esperar un poco más para todos nuestros alimentos para ser cocinados, esto se tradujo en todo estado fresca y caliente. El lugar estaba impecable y el servicio excelente, no sólo que toda la comida parecía auténtico, no como el cartón. Volveremos, buen sabor, bien preparado, limpio, con buen servicio, ¿qué más se puede pedir. Bien hecho, gracias.

We went to the drive through and placed our order the girl took our payment no thankyou just give us a funny look...got our order which was wrong 'missing burger 'and she looked like she didn't wanna be there so miserable can't believe the customer service shocking.Think you need to retrain.

Place looked clean, couple of people in eating/waiting for meals.Staff seemed competent with the usual asking me if i want extra's as these places always do, the server seemed polite and quick.didn't really pay attention to what was going on behind the counter, as sometimes you just gotta trust these people ammiright ?My burger came within a few minutes, seemed like they where making them to order only and there was a few people waiting ahead of me who got served first, which is fine.it was about as perfect as it gets in these places, was hot looked pretty close to the 'advert' and travelled well in the bag/wrapping.taste wise, pretty good, the burger meat had some nice flavour and the bbq sauce is great, the black bun didn't taste much different, maybe a little sweet because of the infused 'bbq flavour' but that could've just been the sauce lolwill be going back to double check my findings with a sit in full meal.

Went tonight 12/03/15 for a quick tea . The food was as always very nice . I love Burger King burgers. My big let down was only one person serving all the others were cleaning it took nearly ten minutes for our food which isn't really fast food . Half the place was closed off and only eight tables were left and considering there was another 4 hours before it closed just gave the impression come ten o clock the staff leg it. Like I said food was lovely when it did come and the place was very clean . Think they just need to prioritise jobs better.

Arrived and placed an order. Staff seemed more intent on taking more orders even though no one was there.Then they gave our burgers away to others twice even though we had an earlier order number.Our order was then complete on the tray and they failed to offer it to us, instead preferring to chat between three of them!!Absolutely, desperately poor service.not what I would expect.Avoid it......

3.29 for 4 chickennug andchips drink included but they charge 50p for milk shake, this is not displayed on the menu behind counter. the milk shake is small compared to mcdonalds.
