We got a sausage roll and chicken bake bloody cold! they're should be heating electric mat! Keep warm enough all day. Never again go there wasted of my time and money ripped off. Not enjoying thanks a lot Greggs! I hope Santa send you naughty list Greggs

Despite the negative reviews the place is alright, food is a bit cold sometimes and they can’t heat it up for health and safety reasons but regardless staff are lovely and any issues they sort it out without a problem

Went in for some hot or even warm food. Food stone cold and refused to warm it up or give hot food on the basis of " elf n safety mate" what a load of shi@e.Dont waste your time with this bunch of amateurs.

Absolute circus in southbound service. Waited an hour for food. When I asked about my order the manager said ‘it’s gone in the ether’. Staff were laughing and at one point, the lady told us to give a round of applause to the manager as if they were doing a great job when at least 10 other people didn’t get food. Didn’t get my food, neither did multiple other people. The Apple pie given to an associate of mine was freezing. Food was under the heat lamp for an hour and didn’t move. Embarrassing

Clayton By PassDreadful. Couldn’t even get to place drive-through order yet other lane was flying through. Unfortunately not the first bad experience either. This site is a poor representation for the brand and Congleton deserves better.

Lyme Green Retail ParkUPDATE: This franchise seems to have upped it's game the last couple of years. Service has been much faster, food is always good, and plenty of clean tables :) Original review from three years ago: Food is always great from Burger King. Our 15-month old LOVED his King Jr. meal :) However, it is notoriously slow and can be difficult to find a clean table. And they were out of decaffeinated Diet Coke this time :(
