Mcdonald's Restaurant in North Tyneside

Paid £17 for freezing cold food. My partner went to the drive thru and came home (which is a stone throw away) and the full items especially the chips were absolutely disgusting. Clearly not fresh fast food as stated!! I have give this mcds far too many chances so wont be spending my money here again

Worst McDonald's in North East, possibly the UK. With rude unhelpful staff, every order gets something wrong. It's consistently terrible food, thrown together and haphazardly wrapped. Awful chips, awful coffee. Tonight I ordered a wrap with grilled chicken, after a stupidly long wait I got a crispy breaded chicken wrap. Fries were cold and stale. Coffee burnt and acrid. One to avoid if you have any other option.

I ordered food about 1am. I waited and waited almost an hour before I contacted them to see why my order has been passed onto 5 different drivers. They said they were closed for a software update and don’t have access to the app to inform people. Now I’m £20 down and have no food. A refund takes 5 day. Absolute joke.

I ordered in, specifically made adjustments to order. The food came with a sticker confirming adjustments only for the food not to have actually had certain items excluded. Lucky its just a mild allergy.

Absolutely terrible McDonald’s, staff are rude and unhelpful. Never give napkins, condiments and always seem to mess up the order. My recent trip saw a eyelash extension in my food 🤮 someone needs to get this place investigated

Absolutely terrible, how can you not cook fries correctly when you make them constantly every day? Pathetic, do places not bother training staff these days?

I think this is one of the worst McDonalds I’ve been to. Rude service. Cold food and coffee. No napkins. Scruffily wrapped food.

Absolutely appalling service. I was order 56 and an hour later while they were giving out orders in the 90’s and I complained, they took my receipt and 10 minutes later brought my order. When I complained they said they were too busy. An hour for a cheeseburger!!!!!! So disappointed that there was no apologies or compensation.

Went at 1:30 am on the 31st less than 24 hours after they reopened having been closed for 3 weeks , I ordered what I thought was a simple order a mayo chicken ONLY MAYO keep that in the back of your mind a portion of mozzarella dippers and a steakhouse stack meal with only cheese and sauce . Pretty easy Yet what I got A mayo chicken with mayo pickles and onions A steakhouse stack with EVERYTHING on I don’t know if it’s the staff playing silly idiots or just being thick but a mayo chicken has never ever came with either and thankfully I or my lads wasn’t allergic Sort it out

I had ordered a BBQ Bacon Stack for me and a McCrispy for the wife. First, the bacon tasted awful and was woefully undercooked. Fries and milkshake were OK. The chicken was very dry, like eating cardboard. Again, fries and milkshake OK. Been a while since the last visit, be a long while before the next.

Foods nice sometimes drive through is very busy icream machine and milkshake machin is always of because they can’t be bothered

This company use just eat they are the worst mc Donald’s you can ever order through they not only place incorrect orders they have drivers that steal your food .. you receive food that is freezing cold .. as well as spending £30 you get an order worth not even £10 you call the shop 27 times and they ignore you as well as when they do answer they advise they don’t care and there nothing they can do staff are the worst and need to brush up on there customer service .. below is what I got considering my order was miles different

After it’s been raining all day and you order a Mayo chicken and a coffee but it takes 20 mins seriously bad service and rude staff

Was going to go drive thru but cars waiting on main road so parked onsite and ordered inside on there screens,decent service was half full with customers inside but we ate in car and also was very busy in serving area but had plenty of staff,food fine and price ,even better now with reward service.filled our tums and we continued on our journey.

The food was cold last time, raw chips and they messed up the order twice in one visit. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt we tried delivery only to have the delivery time changed 7 times and then after nearly 2 hours of waiting be told the order was cancelled 😡 poor customer service, poor food. Went to McDonalds for breakfast whilst car being serviced. Food was of usual standard. We have to mention the extremely pleasant and helpful lady who was keeping the place clean, she is an asset to this place.

Called in at 3am, my meal was freshly prepared within minutes, it was hot fresh and tasty. Great friendly staff Quality and service was unbelievable for this time if day.

Friendly and efficient Staff.Drive through and Restaurant is always busy, Staff appear to enjoy working here as they always have a smile on their faces.Grandchildren prefer this venue as they say it's the best!

We went as a family through the McDonalds drive thru had ordered a fish finger happy meal with a fruit shoot, McFlurry & cone. The kids seemed to like the whole event. Ages 6 & 7. Quick service but finding a table was not easy. Ended up sharing with someone. Parking was free . A better take away than sit in.

Grabbed a snack on the way past. Tasteless burger and nondescript "fries" but good coffee. Would do without the food next time.

Apart from when I am abroad I only every go into McDonalds to use the toilets. The best thing about McdDonalds is that you know what you are getting which you cannot say about the night markets in parts of South East Asia.

This Mcdonalds is very busy and the drive thru is always quite long but goes down quite quickly. The restaurant itself is ok and bright but as all restaurants in the chain they can be chaotic.

Nice sitting in for breakfast with my girlfriend after a stay in the Travelodge next to it. Plenty of parking, and Drive-Thru is available.
