Absolute rip off - 30 fries with cheese and charged £4.66 so basically - I could see they skimped which is why I counted - seriously 15.5p for a single not large skinny fry!!! Never again they should be ashamed - more fool me for going there!!

NEVER ORDER HERE. ME AND MY PARTNER WERE WAITIG FOR 30 mins and because w had to catch a train never receiving our food that we paid £10 for!! It is horrendous staff are awful and I will write this on every single social media platform to ensure they people do not go here as it is horrendous. There was a massive queue. FAST FOOD! I might as well have gone to a fast food restaurant . Anyone in Waterloo go to the McDonald’s downstairs it’s fair better than the huger king!! DO NOT GO HERE !!!

¡El peor Burger King en el que he estado! No tomaría pedidos en las cajas solo en el autoservicio. ¡Tuve que esperar más de 30 minutos para ordenar después de recordarles! Algunas personas perdieron trenes ya que se vieron obligados a esperar más de 45 minutos para su orden. Cuando finalmente llegó la comida, le faltaban elementos y hacía frío. Tuve que pedir artículos nuevos que causaron un retraso adicional. Hablé con el gerente que parecía completamente incompetente, ¡no tenían idea de quién era la orden de quién y perdieron los boletos a las órdenes de la gente! Totalmente sin excusas, parece ser la norma para este lugar. Pessimo e’ un complimento!Arrivati un’ora e mezza prima della chiusura, su sette panini tre erano congelati, uno aveva 4 fette di formaggio cheddar freddo che non si era sciolto. Il mio mitico ‘doubblewooper’ era una povera cosa tiepida, quasi senza salsa, avevo anche chiesto 60 cents di bacon supplementare ma non è pervenuto....il pagamento si però!Il personale era palesemente affaticato dalla lunga giornata. Sono stati sicuramente gentili (i panini congelati sono stati rifatti non scaldati) ma poco efficienti. Conclusione: nelle stazioni e’ meglio evitare il Burger King.

Fui a tomar un bocado rápido, pero debido a mis requisitos, es más rápido y fácil de ordenar en el mostrador ya que la pantalla táctil no me permite personalizarlo correctamente.Las máquinas de tarjetas funcionan bien, pero el personal las engañó diciendo que los pedidos de tarjetas deben hacerse en las pantallas. Intenté explicar que no me permitiría personalizar mi pedido, por lo que aún tendría que hablar con ellos para cambiar los requisitos. . falta total de interés, y me dijeron que podía pagar en efectivo y que tomarían mi pedido, de lo contrario usarían la máquina. Me rendí y fui a McDonald's donde no había problema.Solo una nota. . . Este es el único BK donde esto ha sido un problema. . algunos son realmente serviciales y alegres.

Llegué a BK para una comida rápida para mi hija. Nos enfrentamos a un sistema de pedidos casi completamente automatizado que no facilita la personalización de sus alimentos, si es posible con las pantallas automáticas para ajustar los ingredientes de la hamburguesa. Luego tuvimos que esperar en una fila más larga para la mesa de pedido manual. Cuando llegamos al frente, estaba claro que el miembro del equipo estaba luchando. Se las arregló para tomar nuestro pedido de una comida Whopper sin queso, pepinillos y mayonesa. Después de que pedimos fue una espera de 10 minutos antes de que finalmente conseguimos la comida. No éramos los únicos que esperaban, ya que había 23 órdenes esperando. There should be a law against this blatant racketeering - way overpriced and hideous environment.Clearly following the WHSmith school of ripping consumers off in train stations and airports with limited competition.Made the mistake of trying Burger King rather than the usual McDonald's in Waterloo (which desperately needs self service kiosks and some bins but has almost normal pricing).Avoid at all costs.

Without doubt, the WORSE Burger King in the world. Not only do they regularly get orders wrong, but the upstairs seating area is a health hazard with rubbish on the floor, no facility for clearing trays but rather a plastic rubbish sack sitting on the floor and staff who couldn't care less about the cleanliness, even when reported to the manager.

Nunca he estado en esta sucursal antes, bot servido muy rápidamente por Nafidatu muy amable y servicial. Teníamos 2 chkn royal grande, 2 grandes patatas fritas, 2 café grande, 1 hamburguesa con queso grande, patatas fritas grandes, aún zumo de naranja. Firstly they got my order wrong; I paid extra to replace the fries in my meal with onion rings but was given fries. Secondly, both the chicken sandwich and the fries were lukewarm and consequently very unappetising. The bottled water was fine. As I paid via contactless card I wasn’t given a receipt, which is unfortunate - but possibly deliberate on their part. I left feedback on the Burger King website, but almost 24 hours later haven’t had even an acknowledgement. There are better places to eat at Waterloo - avoid.

Por alguna razón Burger King estaba llamando alrededor de la medianoche después de un día muy largo. Las expectativas eran obviamente limitados: una cadena que parecía estar en todas partes en la década de 1990 ahora hacia abajo por el Byron, cinco chicos y Shake casetas, y no mantiene su posición en el mercado a la MCDONALD'S. Me gusta el menú de Burger king, especialmente rhat hay algunas opciones saludables. Había un poco de cola, pero sirvieron en menos de 10 minutos. Por desgracia, tuvimos que esperar otros 10 minutos para mi ensalada de pollo crujiente. No es bueno si tienes que coger un tren. Así permite un montón de tiempo. Popped in to get a quick drink and ice cream before catching the train home, and both orders were mucked up resulting in a delay and having to get the manager involved for a refund.I'd prefer to go to McDonalds but couldn't as I had bikes and kids with me.Next time I won't bother stopping... Meal was standard Burger King grub, no surprises there. Location is central on the station, quick and convenient and no stairs to climb to get served. However, the person who served me looked hot and harassed and basically just threw my fries in the large brown bag so they were everywhere. There wasn't many places to sit down on the ground floor and there was a lot of stairs so I settled for a bar stool. There is no bin in there so people had just left good wrappers and bags on the table around me. There was nothing on the walls to look at and no atmosphere and the place was dirty. I couldn't wait to leave and so it really was fast food. Wouldn't go back!

Lots of choices of places to eat at Waterloo station. If you are in a hurry this is an ok place. I prefer Burger King to McDonald's. Service was quick.most trains out of Waterloo do not having catering facilities apart from the snack trolley. So this is a good place to grab a meal for your journey.

One of the worst experience I ever had. The person at till sounded very rude, disrespectful and absolutely bad mannered. He didn't even apologise when his supervisor asked him to and continued to be rude. He refused to give me tissues and didn't give any with the meal and asked me to pick them instead when tissues were placed on the other side of the counter that was right next to him and was out of my reach. He definitely does not has any manner how to treat customers. There was a lot more than just refused tissues but I would keep it brief, I would never visit that place again.

If your outgoing train has no food or if you are desperately hungry incoming and on your way somewhere and a bit late then if there is next to no queue, they have the burgers ready in the rack, and if you have no shame then there are worse places than this. Efficient, quick and predictably priced. There are lots of other places up and down the concourse and sometimes a baguette on the hoof from elsewhere will do but this Burger King has its uses.

Visited at a very busy time of day. Queued for 10-15mins. Asked what I would like, The server told me the price and then looked at my bank card. She asked if it was contactless. I told her it was not. The server pointed at the card terminal and said that isn't working have you got cash. When I told her no she SHOUTED to two other staff who gave her hand signals to say, "Not the best". She then looked at me, pointed at the terminal and said," This isn't working". I don't usually do negative reviews, this is my first ever!, but I felt like I had done something wrong in there. I didn't, this customer service was very poor and surprising for a representative of such a customer focused company. Very Rude.

Stop here on our way through the station, wanted to feed the children before we took them home.Not sure the person serving us, was actually listening to what we were asking for, as I had to repeat everything 2 or 3 times.The children's meal didn't have a toy in the bag and when I asked for one, the server asked why I wanted one.The meals themselves were almost cold.We sat upstairs and were surprised to see that there was not one single bin up there to put rubbish in. Consequently tables were dirty/messy.

Como fica em uma região central e perto dos pontos turísticos: tudo é muito caro. O BK é a opção mais em conta da região. Em um raio de um quilômetro não há nada mais barato. Então se não se importar com fast food: essa é uma boa opção. Ou então, para quem está na região turística: dar um pulo lá, descansar, se estiver no frio ou na chuva: fugir deles, e depois voltar para os passeios ou pegar um trem ou metrô.

This is my local McDonald’s, and as fast food doesn’t travel well via the apps, I visit this restaurant when needed. So, today, after waiting an age for my ‘fast food’, I got home five mins later to cold fries, burgers that had clearly been wiltering away under a heat lamp and a warm chocolate milkshake! If this was a one off, I’d probably not bother with a review but every time I visit this McDonalds, they just cannot get it right. I don’t have a receipt as machine rarely gives them anymore, the staff appear to wonder around aimlessly whilst many people are waiting for food and when you do need help/sauce/straws you get a response as if you’d just insulted them. This McDonalds appears to go against the principles of what it is meant to be, fast food, freshly prepared and great service, none of which I’ve witnessed here! I will not be visiting again, useless!

Les prix ne suivent pas du tout la qualité. J'ai commandé des ailes de poulet qui étaient incroyablement sèches et sans gout. La portion de frites était d’ailleurs ridicule. Plus jamais. Je me suis senti escroqué
