Food was cold, tables were dirty. Certainly will not be going back

Didn't receive the food even though it said delivered.

Ive been here a few times this week ordering lamb chops. They’re absolutely delicious! I came in last night and met one the staff members which was so lovely and friendly. He got my order spot on! Would 100% recommend this place.. I mean the picture speaks for itself 🙂

I have never tried Taco. I have passed by this store many times in the past. Either there are too many people and I don’t want to queue, or it is too deserted to try. I passed by again today and saw a moderate crowd, so I took the opportunity to go inside. After downloading the app, I found that the interface was not very user-friendly and Apple Pay could not be used. I was a little disappointed, so I ended up using the in-store ordering machine instead. My first order was missed. My friend and I waited for more than 10 minutes. We found that the order had passed more than 20 times and the order had not yet been delivered. After checking, we found out that the order was missing. The clerk immediately made corrections and proactively upgraded the drink capacity and gave away two chenna bars as an apology. However, the Pepsi Max machine is also temporarily out of stock, and the counter must be notified again. In terms of food, the taste is acceptable, but the crust is soft and lacks flavor, and tastes like uncooked flour; the fries are surprisingly crispy, better than McDonald's. Overall, the experience is acceptable, but if there is an obvious shortage of manpower again, it may affect the customers' dining mood and the staff's work pressure, and they may not be willing to visit again.

Whether driving through or dining in, i always receive fresh hot wings when I order them.

Got to be the world's slowest McDonald's, waited 30 minutes for stone cold burger and a warm drink, never again absolutely shocking

It's a new restaurant, with self service and two levels with a kids play area, the food is average. After a recent refurb the lobby looks great. Feels a little more modern

I ordered Egg muffins No sausage no cheese but when I got my food just bread on top sausage I was so disappointed after I asked them, they no response between 10 minutes after I asked again and one girl it’s I bring it now and she gave me right food but no one apologised 🙃

All McDonald's are the same. Cheap fast food.

Everything was thrown on a tray not wrapped in paper....staff telling at just eat drivers ....rough!

I only have visited this outlet a handful of times ,the latest was 12/5/25 . The service was fast , the meal was very good , nice and hot Ayaz and Zoe were friendly and efficient . The site was overall very clean , including the toilets , my server even apologised for a 30 second wait for my meal being late ! Much better than my local B/King outlet , but to be fair it was only opened recently and the meal was not hot at all , this will improve I'm sure. Totally better than Mc Donald's , again a little unfair maybe as I don't use fast food outlets often at all . The biggest plus point I feel is the warming of the buns and fresh salad , keep up the good work .

I went to order a cup of coffee that lady served not quick she intend to gave late .

Absolutely shocking me and my friend ordered two happy meals with a Coke sweet-and-sour sauce. She had a chicken nugget meal and I had a Cheeseburger and when it arrived, it was cold and three items were missing my source and my drinks and I do not live far away from McDonald’s and it took about two hours when there was no wait time on the app!!!!!!!!!!

Busy a tad on slow side serving and busy

You know what you're getting at a maccies. Staff here are generally nice. Service times can vary, even when it's quiet. They do occasionally mess up the order. Fairly standard stuff. The big issue with this one is the amount of antisocial behaviour you end up having to deal with. It's bad enough that they could do with security to deal with it.
