Great food and a great service. Will definitely be using them again.

Mc tuckeys cheadle have never let me down, the food is great quality and I should know as I've now just finally had everything on the menu. I love it when they knock on our door number 7 whitby!!! The service is great and we've ordered for a lot of us at once before Christmas. So ignore that moaning bugger on the reviews because they are talking rubbish. Good food good service fast delivery. Nasty . Pizza box's stacked up in window with dead flies on them . Nasty looking elephants leg meat spinning around . Nothing good to really say .

I entered the store at 9.05 am. I ordered one coffee. After a long wait I enquired at 9.35 am " where's my coffee?" It was duly brought to me immediately. The label stamp showed it was ready at 9.21 am. So it had been sat there for 14 mins ! The eccles branch is in a disgusting state. For over two weeks now the gents urinals, there's only two have been taped off and unusable. That is disgusting. I'm a builder myself. It takes one phone call and should be fixed same day or next day at the latest.

This place is a freaking scam yard. In the middle of my meal in the afternoon , two guys walk in, pick up my phone from my table while I'm having my meal, in broad daylight, and walk out and the manager or the staff couldn't be bothered. These guys were dressed as beggers. Come to think of it, the staff is a part of this scam. Why do they allow these kind of people to come in? I'm guessing because the staff is on it with the thieves, and after that, supposedly more homesless people came in trying to pull the same scam 5 minutes later. The manager as well as the staff are f*****g useless. The manager didn't even wanna talk to me about it and said it was my problem and they couldn't do anything about it

I have no problem with people liking McDonald's and I'm partial to the occasional quarter pounder. However I won't go into another branch until they get a grip on eliminating the mountains of rubbish that too many of their customers dump onto our streets and countryside every day. McDonald's - please take responsibility for your customers anti social behaviour, and reintroduce regular litter patrols. I for one am sick and tired of cleaning up McDonald's Praed Street litter from my community in Paddington.

Visited here on my way out of Hull. Service was fast, the place was clean. With McDonalds they are the same wherever you go. Visited mid week during the day, so the place was quiet

It did not take to long we got 2 cheeseburger for 10 pound so cheap it saved are day thank you for the lovely food very good loved it I will come again

Terrible food, wife got food poisoning apparently from the chicken burger she ate.. She commented on flavour at the time. Wouldn't go back there ever.

Don’t know who they are hiring but missing half a small order along with the fries is just plain idiotic. I’ve worked in the industry and to make a mistake as big as this is just plan stupid.

I really wanted to put this review on the McDonald’s system but after 5 attempts i still couldn’t complete. Friday 9th August I called in on my way to Doncaster. I tried to order from the self service but it wouldn’t allow me to pay. I went to the desk and one of the restaurant floor staff served me. Her name is Di. The same thing happened when she submitted the order on the till. She rebooted the system to no avail. She brought the duty manager and he had same issues. She the brought the restaurant manager and he transferred to another till. Di remembered my order for the manager and reminded him i now only had a couple of minutes for breakfast. I thought Di went above and beyond. She came to check if my meal was alright and asked if i needed anything else. She is amazing and a credit to the restaurant. I hope someone from the store replies. Also the McDonald’s site puts people off praise reports - so many questions before you can say what you want to. Thank you Di x

If I could leave a 1 star I absolutely would. I ordered a McRib and there were next to NO onions and No sauce. Don’t even get me started on SAUCE! Every McDonalds that I have been to I have NEVER had to pay for sauce (except the 50p pots) the fact a restaurant wants you to eat food DRY is beyond me. To follow this up the lad on the window was about as useful as a chocolate fire guard with an attitude and service about as sh*t as the available parking. To top this all off we ordered a triple cheeseburger WHICH WAS LABELLED and still only given a double. Money grabbing as well as poor attitude from staff….should go back into training. :)

Ordered takeaway and we were missing a burger (a Big Mac as well which is more on the expensive side). EVERY TIME we ordered some sort of takeout at this restaurant something is missing. Where is the organisation? Most annoying thing is that when we called the restaurant and contacted the virtual assistant on the app they said we have to contact Uber to get this resolved. This was not Uber's fault! The delivery driver was great - right on time and polite. The bag was closed and locked with the cardboard so the driver couldn't have lost anything. This was the restaurants fault for not putting it in so I do not understand why Uber and the delivery driver is being blamed for a mistake that's not theirs.

All I can say is this outlet is the only place that was good in Chessington and were happy to assist adults with learning disabilities, their colleagues need to take a leaf out of their books. The manager/assistant manager and young lady served a great lunch up for 36 people. The food was hot, service amazing and I cannot thank them enough for the help and support. The rest of the staff at Chessington should be ashamed of themselves, perhaps the staff could tell me, as a local authority care provider what a “disabled person” should look like!

I have used Tankerton Kebabs since it opened and always had great food. Friendly staff. I would recommend collecting to guarantee the food is hot and delicious.
