Ordered some things. More than an hour late. By that time I had ordered some new food, Don't spend your hard earned money with someone who doesn't care.

Food was burnt so much that it was uneatable, when i called and complained they gave the same burnt food and wanted a refund, they declined my refund hence why i am here

food was cold the chicken was cold the drinks were warm the chili sauce was colder than the drinks this place is usually good the kebab roll had no sauce so all the fillings fell out!! Not a good meal for £20 spent

GOOD CHICKEN AND CHIPS WITH DONNER AND CHILI SAUCE

These guys do a nice crumb with a bit of yummy spice and an amazing sauce that I want the recipe for! Pretty fresh too. Also food comes in half an hour or so which is much better than other Just Eat vendors!

Pizza tasted Soggy and Partially cold, wings are bland , disappointed Even though I left a note to provide Sweet sauce and Burger sauce they still didn’t!

The food was cold and wet and the chips were over poked and nothing was frszh also I left specific message and teuex to speak yo manager but was told nothing can be done tell just eat not us!! The piece of xhichen was meant to.be breast but we got a thigh which was pink inside gave it to my cats! Altogether only cheese burger was OK

worst delivery ever. all kebabs were too spicy and we did not order spicy. my stomach is hurting. we chased the restaurant 3 times to get updates they could only say sorry for delay. 45 minutes delay food arrived almost 11pm no apologies from the delivery guy.. never ever again.

Finally some fresh & crispy fries! chicken and mozzarella sticks was very good, pizza & garlic bread could be better but wasn’t too bad either but delivery time.... 1.20min but the restaurant is only 8min away from my place...

Pathetic. Food was so cold. We didn't like it at all. There was kind of weird smell in the chicken. We won't order next time.

I'm very upset and disappointed. First of all my food was 30min late, even do I live about 5min walk from their shop. When I tried to call them, the said that they are experiencing a high volume of costumers, but I had a feeling that they just forgot about my order. When my food arrived, I've checked I'd and realised that the order is completely wrong. I was originally ordering, 1x doner burger, 1x quarter pounder, 1x chicken burger, 1x tuna salad, 10spici wings

Food nice and customer service good. They have missed some items but were apologetic and willing to arrange a refund - too much for the driver to come out in the snow again!

When the food arrived , the chips were cold and the chicken was very dry and chewy and lacked the vibrant and oily taste that fried chicken usually has. On a previous occasion in which I had ordered with this restaurant, the store had cancelled my order soon immediately afterwards with no explanation. Thankfully I was refunded. On this occasion I had ordered a hagen daas belgian chocolate ice cream. The store called me and informed me that they did not have this flavour and offered me two other flavours or a choice of the other deserts. I had asked if it was possible to just take the desert off the order completely but they informed me that it wasn't since I had already paid. When I asked if I could possibly have two pieces of chocolate cake, they informed me that they could only give me one piece and a toffee pie. At this point, I felt compelled to take what I was offered, which wasn't much. I probably would have looked past this had it not have been for the abysmal and poor quality chicken and chips. Needless to say, I will very much not be ordering from this ironically named restaurant again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone else.

STAY CLEAR!! firstly the food was late. secondly they gave, gone of sauce with my kebabs I ordered. I ordered £56 worth food. so when poured it over my kebabs it's was disgusting smelling thing ever. after a heated argument with the boss, who try's telling me the sauce is freshly made, said would refund me for 2 kebabs. then as the delivery driver turns up only refunds 1 kebab as that's what he was instructed. I will never be ordering here again 😡

they was 2 hours late with food when I called them they said already on way waited ages then called again only to be told just left when they are only round the corner. Had to refuse the food when it did decide to turn up no apology from them at all.

Disappointed as I ordered first time from here... Never again, Food was very late and cold worse part Sent a Burnt Out Magharetta pizza !!! And I Tipped the delivery driver only to realise after that the food was cold and burnt, but the restaurant did send out a fresh pizza with in 15 mins ... by then We had loss of appetite..

Box for chicken wings fell apart so chicken wings were on top of pizza box, pizza box was greasy and soggy, missing two hot wings, burger came with a soggy bun, order came late and couldn't contact restaurant, absolutely awful, only good thing was the drink which they didn't have to do anything for

Delivery and food was on point. We ordered 3 meals plus pizza and only recieved 2 small packets of mayonnaise and 2 small packets of ketchup. These hardly have any sauce in them. No tissue or fork, Well i dont know how much they save by not providing tissue and fork but that should be a essential part of any order!

I called the restaurant to ask why it was late and I was greeted with Ahmed who was abrupt and didn't even apologies for being late

I paid for a meal deal which included a can of soft drink however I was not given my can of Diet Coke.

I was supposed to receive my food at 6:25, its now 6:51 and my order has not even been sent out yet. Just called the pfc now and was told as soon as the drivers back it will be sent with him. Delivery driver gave us the wrong food, we ordered Chicken and were given Indian (which the restaurant don't even sell). The restaraunt refused to deliver the correct order and blocked my number to stop me chasing them up. Will never be buying from them again, atrocious customer service.

My chicken was undercooked and still pinky/red inside so I could not eat it. There are better chicken and chip shops out there that won’t try and kill you.

The food box was delivered on time however absolutely messy! There was excess oil dripping out the Donna due to box being sideways and shoved in the back, leading to all the back filled with Oli. Which out my off eating the food. Very digusted and have been put off.

the food was disgusting in summary. it came on time but i wish it didn't I wished it was late so I can delay the suffering of my tastebuds the kebab was awful, what bothered me first was that the salad and meat swapped roles and it was like the meat was a side but in hindsight I am grateful as at least the salad was edible and I could eat that, the wings were bland and the chicken not cooked properly it was slimy and the batter was awful the fries were ok but seemed amazing as that's all I could eat properly and a quarter pounder you can't mess that up since it's frozen and you just heat up I'm glad I went for the safe option of buying something like that something almost no shop can mess up I'm still hungry and will probably get an upset stomachs in 30mins I would say don't order anything that they make in house, just get stuff that's made by the supplier and things you can't mess up like quarter pounders and fries other than that you're asking to waste your money and get triggered

only one complaint the naga pizza is not naga! they put normal green chilli's on it. feel a bit cheated because of that. the rest of the food was okay.

The chicken was very very oily and there was a lot of batter on the chicken, and not tasty batter either. The wings were okay and the chips were okay. Not more than okay. But the naga chilli was 10/10.

The lamb donner was aweful! It had no taste to it at all! I even called them up and asked to make the donner spicy, I chucked it all away! Also the wings and chips meal it was like half of the box empty and the wings was just dry! The person I spoke to on the phone was really rude and does not no how to communicate, please find yourself a new receptionist! Really wouldn't recommend this place at all to anyone!

Donner kebab weren't all spicy neither the chilli sauce. Sent me only lamb donner kebab when I ordered chicken kebab too. But it was sorted by sending me chicken kebab after we finished eating the lamb kebab.

the food was better than I expected. very tasty and the portions were good. they did forget to add the spice to my dish but the quality of it was great. they provided plenty of sauce and condiments. I would order again.

The food was a totally waste of my money... it was just disgusting. The biryani was awful I had only 2 mouthfuls and chucked the whole thing away. Pizza was poor quality and kebab was just Nasty. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Absolute chap.

The dishes were packed awfully and half of the food was spilt in the carry bag-- unable to eat half of it!! Would like to ask for a refund atleast 50 pc

Ordered at 8:30 food arrived at 10:15 despite being given a 9:45 delivery time (9:45 is after the take away added 20 minutes to the initial time of 9:25). Phoned take away to complain but got no answer. Food was mostly cold when it did turn up but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't have been very good even if it was hot when it arrived.

lovely food from here the mixed kebab was especially delicious and the delivery was on time the doors was still piping hot. definitely order from here again

Cada vez que llamo para pedir siempre me puso en espera. Me dicen esperar "1 minuto". Se piensa que están yendo a papel y lápiz, pero no. La orden está tomando fkin bastrd sobre el contador en vez de mí. Por tanto he sido paciente. Soy Paciente. Pero hoy me rajo. He estado tratando de llamar no recogida. Puedo oír los pedidos sobre la bstrds contador en vez de servir a la persona que obtuvo el primer lugar. Sólo porque algunos wnker llegó después mí no significa que tome ese orden personas fkin. Shamim pfc freshy está llena de tazas que tienen el peor servicio al cliente en el mundo fkin. Y es muy común entre todos los otros freshies. Incluso Shamim a sí mismo, no lo mismo fkin. Después de 25 minutos me contestaron y me explico con calma lo que sucedía y decirles que si camino demasiado a menudo, y su respuesta fue "puedo tomar su orden? "y acabo así y sólo terminó la pssed llamada fkin. Ahora estoy en cada revisión sitio. Porque el servicio al cliente es el más bs freshy servicio.

normally love my food from here, today was very bad. when it came it was literally freezing cold, I paid for 6 or 7 dips and didn't receive the ones is asked for. chips were overlooked and very small portions. won't be eating here anymore.

Order arrive late by 13 minutes, having waited for 60 mins already! Chips and burger was undercooked. Pizza base not baked well. Overall we're disappointed to give this place our custom, never again.

The food quality was really bad the the lamb doner i ordered looked sort of out of date and the pizza was not nice at all,everything looked like it was days old and i would not recommend it for the future.

King size burger was just a burger, Wrap and the size of the chicken was good though

Food Was not good as expected, delivery was very speedy and quick. Donner had big chunks of onion pieces, pita bread its like you can break someones head with it that's how hard it was.

Sent a big beef burger instead of the chicken fillet burger I ordered.

Hot wings was disappointing maybe this was a one off... Very dry and some a bit burnt... Apart from that pizza was awsome...

Everything about this meal was OK. Nothing spectacular. I did however feel full, satisfied, and they sell mirinda which loads of places don't. The home made hot sauce was nice and tomatoey. They clearly use fresh ingredient s too which was nice. All round 6/10

I order from these guys at least once a week, sometimes twice a week. I mainly order the Vegetable Burger and they always make it juicy with just the right amount of grease. I would anyday recommend these guys for their really tasty food (and also their really yummy unique chilli sauce)
