Shamim Perfect Fried Chicken in Tower Hamlets

My burger and spicy wings were alright (I’ve had better from other kebab shops), the chicken kebab roll was just chicken and a lot of disgusting salad between two burger buns it wasn’t good at all. Delivery was on time.

food was disgusting cold and didn’t taste very nice if could get refund I would as whole lot got put in bin.

my children were hungry and they come 15 minutes late?

My chicken was undercooked and still pinky/red inside so I could not eat it. There are better chicken and chip shops out there that won’t try and kill you.

The food box was delivered on time however absolutely messy! There was excess oil dripping out the Donna due to box being sideways and shoved in the back, leading to all the back filled with Oli. Which out my off eating the food. Very digusted and have been put off.

Pizza was amazing. We ordered nuggets, got given mozzarella sticks which weren’t nice at all.

Terrible food, seemed like it had been sat in the car for ages before delivery! Batter falling off the chicken! Wrong drinks! Stale cold chips! Never again!

the food was disgusting in summary. it came on time but i wish it didn't I wished it was late so I can delay the suffering of my tastebuds the kebab was awful, what bothered me first was that the salad and meat swapped roles and it was like the meat was a side but in hindsight I am grateful as at least the salad was edible and I could eat that, the wings were bland and the chicken not cooked properly it was slimy and the batter was awful the fries were ok but seemed amazing as that's all I could eat properly and a quarter pounder you can't mess that up since it's frozen and you just heat up I'm glad I went for the safe option of buying something like that something almost no shop can mess up I'm still hungry and will probably get an upset stomachs in 30mins I would say don't order anything that they make in house, just get stuff that's made by the supplier and things you can't mess up like quarter pounders and fries other than that you're asking to waste your money and get triggered

The chicken was very very oily and there was a lot of batter on the chicken, and not tasty batter either. The wings were okay and the chips were okay. Not more than okay. But the naga chilli was 10/10.

That lamb doner pizza is amazing. Well done guys.

Food is always great. Just a shame the delivery driver thought it was appropriate to tear up receipts and litter the pavement outside the house!!!

The lamb donner was aweful! It had no taste to it at all! I even called them up and asked to make the donner spicy, I chucked it all away! Also the wings and chips meal it was like half of the box empty and the wings was just dry! The person I spoke to on the phone was really rude and does not no how to communicate, please find yourself a new receptionist! Really wouldn't recommend this place at all to anyone!

Donner kebab weren't all spicy neither the chilli sauce. Sent me only lamb donner kebab when I ordered chicken kebab too. But it was sorted by sending me chicken kebab after we finished eating the lamb kebab.

Delivery was so late almost 2 hours and i tried calling the restaurant they wouldn't pick up and the food looked like it was cooked in old oil plus they forgot my salad

the food was better than I expected. very tasty and the portions were good. they did forget to add the spice to my dish but the quality of it was great. they provided plenty of sauce and condiments. I would order again.

The food was a totally waste of my money... it was just disgusting. The biryani was awful I had only 2 mouthfuls and chucked the whole thing away. Pizza was poor quality and kebab was just Nasty. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Absolute chap.

The dishes were packed awfully and half of the food was spilt in the carry bag-- unable to eat half of it!! Would like to ask for a refund atleast 50 pc

Keep forgetting items of food we have to keep calling them to let them know they missed items

Ordered at 8:30 food arrived at 10:15 despite being given a 9:45 delivery time (9:45 is after the take away added 20 minutes to the initial time of 9:25). Phoned take away to complain but got no answer. Food was mostly cold when it did turn up but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't have been very good even if it was hot when it arrived.

lovely food from here the mixed kebab was especially delicious and the delivery was on time the doors was still piping hot. definitely order from here again

Cada vez que llamo para pedir siempre me puso en espera. Me dicen esperar "1 minuto". Se piensa que están yendo a papel y lápiz, pero no. La orden está tomando fkin bastrd sobre el contador en vez de mí. Por tanto he sido paciente. Soy Paciente. Pero hoy me rajo. He estado tratando de llamar no recogida.Puedo oír los pedidos sobre la bstrds contador en vez de servir a la persona que obtuvo el primer lugar. Sólo porque algunos wnker llegó después mí no significa que tome ese orden personas fkin. Shamim pfc freshy está llena de tazas que tienen el peor servicio al cliente en el mundo fkin. Y es muy común entre todos los otros freshies. Incluso Shamim a sí mismo, no lo mismo fkin.Después de 25 minutos me contestaron y me explico con calma lo que sucedía y decirles que si camino demasiado a menudo, y su respuesta fue "puedo tomar su orden? "y acabo así y sólo terminó la pssed llamada fkin. Ahora estoy en cada revisión sitio. Porque el servicio al cliente es el más bs freshy servicio.

normally love my food from here, today was very bad. when it came it was literally freezing cold, I paid for 6 or 7 dips and didn't receive the ones is asked for. chips were overlooked and very small portions. won't be eating here anymore.

I pass to your shop most evenings as I like your garlic sauce and I had no idea I could order in from Just Eat... Slightly disappointed with the sauces delivered but overall the restaurant exceeded my expectations... Thumbs up

Order arrive late by 13 minutes, having waited for 60 mins already! Chips and burger was undercooked. Pizza base not baked well. Overall we're disappointed to give this place our custom, never again.

The food quality was really bad the the lamb doner i ordered looked sort of out of date and the pizza was not nice at all,everything looked like it was days old and i would not recommend it for the future.

King size burger was just a burger, Wrap and the size of the chicken was good though

Food Was not good as expected, delivery was very speedy and quick. Donner had big chunks of onion pieces, pita bread its like you can break someones head with it that's how hard it was.

Delivery man refused to delivery to my front door he expected me to come downstairs and collect it off him. Extremely bad service called the restaurant and was told there nothing they can do.

Sent a big beef burger instead of the chicken fillet burger I ordered.

Hot wings was disappointing maybe this was a one off... Very dry and some a bit burnt... Apart from that pizza was awsome...

Everything about this meal was OK. Nothing spectacular. I did however feel full, satisfied, and they sell mirinda which loads of places don't. The home made hot sauce was nice and tomatoey. They clearly use fresh ingredient s too which was nice. All round 6/10

They are rubbish. The food never came and they just changed the status into delivered. Its unacceptable

I order from these guys at least once a week, sometimes twice a week. I mainly order the Vegetable Burger and they always make it juicy with just the right amount of grease. I would anyday recommend these guys for their really tasty food (and also their really yummy unique chilli sauce)

Never order from this place. Bunch of liars. Delivery service absolutley apoorling. Ordered over 2 hours ago. Called the shop one person tells me its on it way. Now its been over 2 hours & STILL WAITING! Typical bengalis

Dreadful. I called to ask if the food could arrive warm. It didn't, it was very cold. Soggy pizza base and chips. The chicken was inedible. Ended up putting the whole lot in the bin. Waste of money, don't order from here, you'll be very disappointed if you do!

The food was so bad and greasy and did not have any taste on the kebabs wings was dry and chicken pieces was dry and zero taste will never order from there again the chilli sauce was sweet watery very disappointed with the service and food didn't reach us on time was half hour late!

Thought the lamb doner "roll" was a roll but was just inside a burger bun. Need to be clearer.

The wings and chips and burger were fine. The biryani wasn't the best but not the worst I've tried either.

I order the family party special offer, they sent everything apart from two portion of fries thats meant to come with the meal, called the shop 10times but no response, dont think a excuse as we are busy is a good one for not providing a service. This second time they have messed up my order. Not going there anymore.

Asked for a deep pan pizza but don't know why they gave me thin crust! Chicken wings we cold like cold out of the fridge and large fries were burnt 🙄

The boxes were broken apart, the chicken was disgusting. The food was soggy. Customer service was rubbish. I would have 0 stars but you don't wanna give me that option.

the chicken and the wings, for some reason, were kind of tasteless but they did pull apart amazingly. I did however enjoy the chicken poppers, they were delicious.

Ordered at 17:25, arrived at 19:20 despite it being my local tale-away. Cold food! Rude delivery man! He chucked the chips all over the landing and told me not to order from them again...er duh? Avoid if you actually want to eat hot food!

The chips were clearly dumped back in oil to re heat. The nugets were microwaved The burgers were dry and sloppy at the same time and the hotwings were basically spicy flour, no taste. The biryani and pizza were half decent. We wasted alot of food as it was tasteless. The food is usually quiet good there. Horrible today.

Batter on Chicken just not seasoned well.. Fine for a cheap meal but there are better places closeby if you want fried chicken.

Chicken was dry and old, you could tell it's been on the hot plates for hours. The chips were like cardboard and the kebab wasn't spicy at all. Not even the complimentary sauces were included. I've been ordering from here since 1996, when I used to attend the local college. You have to go in person to get fresh food, which is a shame. They fob off stale food to those ordering from home.

Food came late with incorrect order missing items

Very disappointed food was cold which confusing cos the restaurant is 5 minutes drive away from my house. Food was bland and only thing that was good was the coke. Won't order from here again a waste of money.

It annoys me when I particularly called them for 1 simple special request and they did the opposite. Food was very average.

Food delivered very late, luke warm when it arrived and incomplete. Took forever trying to arrange delivery of missing items which never materialised so obtained refund through Justeat. 2star for service as they were polite and apologetic on phone. What can I say? It must be Christmas.
