I ordered food for my son through uber eats and the chicken was pink inside!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!

Ordered a lot of food via Uber just for them to not provide sauce which I paid for. I call them to see what they can do and they say they will give next time. This is a complete joke as it is not the first time they have done this.

Spent 20 pounds here on burgers, chips and spicy chicken wings. Burger was really nice, and so were chips. Chicken was undercooked and gave me and my family poisoning. Staff were really nice, and very quick waiting time, just uncooked chicken. Disgusting.

This place is always good hard to complain the food was great and the service was good.

Ordered for delivery via ubereats. Sauce tubs were left open and it spilt all inside the bag making the food soggy and a mess.

Good variety of food to choose from. Food was not great compared to the rest of the chicken shops nearby and the quality is poor too. Customer service is not great, the man at the counter looks miserable which does not show he cares about service nor making good food. There's better chicken shops to choose that are better with price, quality and customer service, don't waste your time here.

Absolutely shocking and shambolic food. The chips were not the best but oh my the chicken was absolutely horrible, the meat wasn't juicy and the skin was absolutely disgusting, felt like I was eating glued paper! Worst PFC I've had in a long time, won't be going there again!

The wings were mediocre and had a curry smell, but the chips were crunchy. There are plenty of sauces available on the table. They accept both card and cash payments, and the menu offers a wide variety of items. I plan to return in the future to try some other dishes

The little midget old man the slim old one with the hat is very disgusting, his got some horrible attitude and is very filthy.

VERY POOR SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO ONLINE ORDER OR TAKEAWAY. 3 times in a row now they have forgot to give the chips and drink my meals when I've ordered with UBEREAT. they make the same excuse when I call them, that the staff is new, and that they will add it next tie, which is rubbish, how the hell can you do that with online delivery, also you will forget. If Arif is not there they make MISTAKES WITH ORDER EVERYTIME. please sort it out

This PFC has changed a lot since the owner's son has been working there. Their wings and chips are the 'Original Fried Chicken' 😋 Great and quick service, they have a wider menu of food compared to the other PFCs on the strip. They take card as well 🙂

Very busy but just went in not long ago and got an American triple and the cheese bites, best cheap and easy food around, 10/10 service and food

I went to eat out just before midnight and luckily stepped into this hidden gem. It is just outside stephney green station and was without doubt one of the best biryani place that i have visited. I highly recommend to stop by and grab a meal from there.

The food was amazing, decent portions and cooked correctly. Reasonably prices as there are plenty of competition on the same street. Right opposite Stepney Green underground station on the district line or Hammersmith and City line, so the location is great also. One bad point on the day we went, two blokes did some DIY, now come on... this is a food business with people eating on the tables and you go and use a sanding machine. Hygiene in this place is poor last review 2, Avoid eating here, I got meal here, quality is not that great also price is high. Please look at report from gov they are not sure how to store food well, I thought after many years of trading they would be good. Shame..!!

Very tasty good old honest food. Had a mix donor combo with some wings. Excellent value for money, but the taste of the food was excellent. Fresh mixed lamb/chicken donor meat and tasty wings. Crispy fries and a lovely ice cold drink. All for around £8. Service was good, food is fresh as they're busy. Many thanks again. Intending to visit again.

Absolutely love the chicken shish with naan, for £6 is the best value meal in London!! Other food is great too

Food taste went slightly down, probably, chef has been changed. Great customer service, opens till late, and many varieties. But the shop is so cold during the winter, they need to do something about the heating arrangements. Alhamdulillah, Halal.

Where do I begin order 2 large doner kebabs, the kebab was full of onions and the chips were terrible! The chicken wings was terrible and was dry as the Sahara desert! What a waste of £30 and the food went in the bin!

I’ve been eating at this legendary fast-food joint since my early teens. Whenever I’m in the local area, I need to indulge in some food from here. They offer a variety of different meals, ranging from chicken burgers, spicy wings to even more mainstream south Asian dishes, such as lamb chops and biryani. The overall quality of their food cannot be compared to. It’s always fresh, portion sizes are very generous and the overall price to quality ratio is excellent. The food tastes really fresh and is always piping hot. The hot wings are one of my favourite. The place has a nice ambience to it and a general sense of a tight knit community feel. The restaurant is located within very close proximity to the underground, which has always made it very convenient for me to come. They are opened until very late but the food consistently remains fresh. The superstar of this place is the manager, Arif. He is a real asset to this business. Arif has excellent customer service skills: he’s always very friendly and helpful. When you have great staff, such as Arif, you want to come back even more. Any customer who walks in will usually be served by him and it’s always a positive experience. Thanks Arif! I’d recommend anyone visiting this area to check out PFC. A true og in the east end of London!

We ordered lamb doner and chicken doner...the shop is very busy and tatse of the food, I would say 7 out of 10...Customer service was great..guy was smily and also helped us to order the right food.

Do yourself a favour and never order from here. 1 chilli sauce for 4 meals, overcooked wings, stale chips, mediocre overpriced burgers. Go literally anywhere else on stepney strip.

I moved to London a year ago and honestly it’s the first time I eat (out from home) such a nice chicken. Haven’t try other things on the menu but if the Chicken is this GOOD, Then the rest should be as well, give it a try before go for other brands with the K or the M. 💯

I have been going to this place since the early 90s,almost every Friday,very popular with students and locals,must say the fried chicken is not how used to be?quality is going down.

One of the best chicken shops I’ve tried in east! I ordered the medium hot donner which was quite large and flavourful, not too much spice or sauce. The donner meat itself wasn’t the best quality but I didn’t expect it to be. The chicken burger was also pretty decent for london, obviously it can’t compete with Manchester spots like Miamis/shakebee but very good relative to most other chicken burgers in the area. Chips were bang on and wings were tasty aswell even if they were on the smaller side. As for the service, I ordered delivery but food was made quickly and packaged well, they even followed my additional notes so that was fantastic. Highly recommend trying this place if you haven’t already.

I’ve been living in this city for many years, and that is the first time in visiting this place. Excellent customer service, friendly member of staff, the food quality is fantastic. Everything is made fresh from scratch. Definitely coming back for more. Highly recommend it.

I was tried lots of of food here and food was very delicious. But today i see one person who wear a white cap/tupi is very kind and helpful. I don’t know he is staff or owner but i feel very happy for his amazing behaviour and he helps a lot to select food as well. Highly recomanded 🙏

awful service they were not serious went i went to eat the food was raw and un cooked am i sad as this was banging me and my mates used to come here all the time but its just like over night it went downhill also left a big hole in my bank !

We were Starving we went there. after we eaten. we all stomach aches it turned out we had food poisoning we have came here before and nothing happened but this this is devastating it was just really a disaster I am very shocked and disappointed as it was expensive is well!

Mixed grill for 2 £13 so worth it and delicious! Only negative would be they need to update old pricing inside the shop menu.

Posto spartano, fast food con tanto pollo fritto, kebab, hamburger, nuggets e piatti di carne, riso e insalata. Pulito e con personale davvero molto molto gentile! Non vendono alcolici, quindi neanche una birretta fresca per accompagnare i menù, però diverse bibite. Per un pranzo o cena veloce. Ok

Pros: great Bengali style chilli sauce and chips. Cons: what matters the most - the wings (Chicken hair covered on wings which is a shame as the breadcrumb had potential flavour wise).

Very poor service , we have waited more than 1 hour for grill. When I have asked for little chase up.... they said they forgot to make our order. I will not recommend this fried chicken for others.

Ordered from here the other night a donner kebab for me and husband what a disappointment to say the least! So soft and mushy out of date kebab never tasted kebab like this before. Not mentioning how dry it was with no sauce given to us.

I ordered yesterday night a mixed grill after having it I got food poisoning it was horrible moment for me I got more pain in my belly honestly it was not a first time same thing happened another day so my humble request to everyone please avoid this fried chicken shop also in front who serves customers his nails is so long this guy speaks in proper bangla I think health should visit there .

And let me tell you about the food...hold on a minute, there are no superlatives that can adequately describe how perfect the fries are or how tasty the fried chicken is. Never greasy just sooooo tasty! My favourite fried chicken joint in the world. The house chilli sauce is equally special and a "must try" for chilli sauce lovers.
