Real Taste in Tower Hamlets

i really like the taste of the kebab and I really love it comparing to other kebab restaurant in London this one seems to be the best one I had so far ! Very cheap comparing to other places in London

Used to go to real taste regularly when I was at uni. Went here last week and waited an unusually long time for my food (20 minutes!!). The owner was cooking the food and only had 1 other chef with him. When the food finally did arrive the fries were really good. The wings were nice and crispy too. The chicken burger was the real let down!!! The bun was over cooked and dry. The chicken fillet was so tasteless is cannot be described in words. Yes it was large but was full of water from being pumped up to sell to the shop more expensive that it should be. they provided plastic cutlery, whereas previously it used to be stainless steel!! Gives an idea of the cost cutting taking place here!! The combination of a terrible chicken fillet burger and a long wait led to an unusually bad experience at what was once the best chicken shop on this stretch of Stepney Green.

The food was amazing, I have never had doner kebab like real taste's doner kebab anywhere in the whole of London and I travel a lot and eat out a lot. The price was cheap and affordable. Went with a huge group of friends and no one had any complaints. The customer service was immaculate. A restaurant I would deffo be happy to return to

This place was closed for a year. Now it has reopened. The staff arw still same. The food is amazing and friendly staff. Price is very good. Fast food at its best. They do everything. Highly recommended

Good atmosphere and quality service. Stuffs are really qualified and they were so friendly. Food was hot and made of fresh ingredients, as the taste was really great!

After eating Turkish kebabs for most of my life, having discovered Bengali Kebab since university days, I've never looked back since and Real Taste is definitely my favourite one out of them all. The quality of food is excellent and always cooked to perfection - the spices make it so dam delicious! Not to mention, it is ridiculously cheap, even for East London standards. Recommended for sure. Also the guys working there are real gents and always a pleasure to see them.

One of the elite PFC joints of Mile Ends infamous 'PFC strip'. Like its neighbour 'Spice Hut', the standard has dropped slightly. However, the service remains excellent and food is still tasty enough. Portions also appear to be slightly reduced but still generous.

Hot & Fiery Shatkora Doner is what you go for here. Chicken & Chips aint bad either. Bargain prices. I wouldn't eat in though as you get a mix bag of customers, mainly teenagers. Chairs and tables need upgrading.

Really wish there was something local to me that serves doner like here. Food is tasty however the place needs to be a bit more cleaner.

Food is still great, spicy donner and chips with plenty of chilles and red sweet sauce, good end to a fantastic night out watching dave chappelle. Great great great

Ordered a spicy lamb biriany, it took 30 mins to make!!! When I took found the biriany was not spicy and tastes rubbish. Phoned to complain but they didn't seem to care. Avoid this crap

The quality has dropped, it's unfortunate the fact that they can not maintain their standards. This outlines why reputable businesses actually have a name for themselves. I must state the it can be tricky with food but surely they should try harder. I hope they sort it out

Was quite surprised as the Donner quality was up to scratch The grilled wings aren't so bad either but there are times where the produce is not as fresh

Only couple of doors away from Spice Hut which used to be very good but as of recent been pretty bad! This the place my friends always use and I never used to like however after eating at this place afew times starting to like it. Even then its a 4 star for me as I have not come across a 5 star PFC My way of thinking is when you are very hungry thing is top class but if think carefully then you will be able tell if the food was good, bad or averge

You will never be dissapointed with the food here for the price u pay, £3 and u can land urself 2 wings, chips and doner wrap AND Drink! (yes all for 3 quid). Try it out, u wont be disappointed.

Not for the fearful as these yummy doners burn burn burn!! Easily the best doners around. Good portions and very friendly staff. Open very late.We tend visit once a month. Recommended.
