Worst experience I have ever had . Staff was really rude so that I dint even like to order food from there. The staff should know atleast how to behave with a customer. Will never visit again.

Underrated pfc shop I had 5 hot wings meal freshly made texture, taste was very good

I went into there restaurant the staff and manager was rude to me and being really racist they gave me my food and when I eaten it and it was so raw not even cooked at all the burger and it made me really sick I could not stop vomiting up blood and I kept passing out and I got a really bad disease from the chicken and when I had a look at it was a rat they fried and passed it on as a chicken and I went to the doctors and now they say I have 3 weeks left to live because of the rat that they served me

I popped in recently in a hurry to pick up some fried chicken. As I was waiting, I noticed one of the cooks at the back drop a beef patty on the floor and then put it a bun and serve it to a customer. This is not only unhygienic but is is unsafe and can cause food poisoning. The service is pretty awful too, the owner just grunts at you. Suffice to say I didn’t bother with my fried chicken after seeing that.

The food was great. Good quality and fairly priced. The atmosphere was definitely above average for a PFC, I would have happily ate in if we had time. Service was also fast and they were friendly and hospitable, they even kindly gave my mum a place to pray!

Everytime I come london I regularly eat here...shatkora donner chips....been coming here since 2012 onwards every time I visit

This place is definitely currently underrated. Amongst all the chicken shops in the Limehouse/Burdett Road/Salmon Lane area, this is the best in terms of food and price. Also, IMO, they do the best naga wings I’ve had in London. Admittedly, the atmosphere is a little drab, but it’s a chicken shop, learn to temper your expectations. As an example, you could go to the new place on Salmon Lane, which basically looks like a Taco Bell, and get a 5-wing piri piri meal for about £8.50. That same combo only costs £5 at Lime Grill. Basically, this place should definitely be higher than a 3.6!

Rude staff even tho it wasn’t busy, paid £4 for this chicken burger… fillet is thinner than a A4 paper… never again

I ordered a chicken fillet burger meal with three wings. Can I just say the chicken fillet was tender and crispy, bringing out the taste of it. I’ve been to other PFCs and they’ve been making the fillet hard and it wasn’t tasty at all. 10/10 for the fillet. Also, the chilli taste brought some unique taste to it with different flavours. I like it when it’s a darker orange. If this pfc was close to my home then I’d go every time and order the same meal cos it was that good 👍 whoever said it’s too overrated - you haven’t tried the right food to be able to comment on it. Next time I’m going to try the sweet chilli sauce - heard it’s sour and sweet. Okay that’s something unique compared to other PFCs. I definitely will recommend you try this place out if you’re looking for a quick bite. Trust me you won’t regret it. Another top PFC on my list in East London

I wouldn't recommend it, it's terrible food, more flavor in a glass of water. It is best to stay away from this restaurant.

Food is very nice, would say that this place can get quite busy at times and during those times you may have to wait a while. Worth the wait though.

The guy at the front desk asked me if I wanted my food spicy and I said no. Even tho I said no they put spicy on it. Be careful people they just serve whatever they want. Is this a joke? Someone could get food poisoned there.

During my recent visit to lime grill , I was disappointed by the overall experience. The hospitality provided by the staff and the owner was quite rude and unwelcoming. There seemed to be no reason for their behavior, which left a negative impression on me and my fellow diners. Additionally, the food quality at Lime grill was merely average. The dishes lacked the flavors and presentation that one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. While there were no major issues with the taste, it fell short of leaving a lasting impression. Considering the combination of the inhospitable treatment and average food quality, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend Lime grill. I believe that customer service plays a crucial role in any dining experience, and unfortunately, that aspect was sorely lacking during my visit. I hope that the management takes this feedback constructively and strives to improve in the future. The

An interesting fusion of a kebeb with some Indian influences.

Order a chicken fillet burger meal. No garlic Mayo. Chicken was grey and bun was stale.

Halal food option with variety of food with good price. I had biryani the quality was good taste was OK service was also good.

Unfortunately food was a huge let down. Especially as we don't often eat fast food. This was local and convenient. The chicken burger we ordered was over cooked and the chips was extremely hard. Oil probably wasn't changed in a while. However, our chicken wrap was not so bad.

I ordered from this place on recommendation and was very disappointed. Wings were salty, chilli sauce was salty, biriyani had no flavour, grilled platter was smothered in one sauce even the sheekh kebabs! - there's really no need for that! Also too many onions with the grilled platter. I recommend they taste the food and make some changes if they want to do well. Unfortunately I won't be returning.

The food here is amazing. I really like their french fries. It's better than KFC's and McDonalds'. Their burgers and fried chicken are also crunchy and juicy.

Incredibly cheap for the amount of food you get, it even comes with a drink. Inside looks fine for a snack bar and there is a wide variation of dishes to choose from. When we ate there, there was a guy cleaning the same window over and over again, which was quite peculiar.

I came here with my 3 children quite late at night I felt really comfortable to sit and dine in. The food was a good portion for the kids meals. It was very busy you can tell this place is quite popular to the locals and is open quite late. The staff were very friendly

Decent fried chicken place to eat. But Judging from the comments and my own experiences, hygiene and customer service is a big issue. Owners should understand that times have changed, it’s not the 90s anymore and you can’t get away with being rude or abusive to customers because everything is online now. When there is a high rate of negative feedback, other potential customers will avoid going to this place to eat.

Lovely shop. Went there 45 mins before closing and I have to say the food quality was really good. The customer service was excellent. They do wide range of food including Aroma ice cream and Mochi.

Really poor service. They took 20 mins to give me a simple kebab and served 15 people who came in after me before my order was given.

Really poor customer service. I ordered a simple kebab at 1945 which they gave me at 2005. Tons of people who ordered more complicated things after me got their food first. Not even apologetic for their poor service.

ordered a chicken wrap meal and the chips were fine, however the chicken in the wrap tasted old and had an unusual colour. DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU COME FOR CHICKEN

The food is over priced for what it's worth. £6.50 for large Lamb donor when they're usually priced £4.50. I think their menu overall is over priced when they're just your normal chicken shop.

For those times you are thinking of grabbing yourself a Spicey and almost explosive bit of grub they actually don't disappoint. Came here after almost 5 years and tried 2 types of diner both of which were good in their own way. Naga and Shatkora, I prefer the Shatkora. Worth a try though!

Best customer service, they are promoting ice tea drinks,giving out free with orders. Donner kebab always very tasty and good portion.

I have been a regular diner of Lime Grill for 2 months or so. Their peri peri chicken (not tandoori, you will have to specify) is excellent. They have a lovely Mr. Naga doner, be careful with this as it is very spicy but not as spicy as their fresh naga doner. The service is very good.

Been here as a regular and I can say nothing but the best shop miles, service 10/10 food 10/10 and the staff so accommodating.

Found 2 pieces of hair in the donner . I told the owner when I went next he said I should bring it back. I went a long journey and he actually expected me to save the donner and bring it back. Couldn’t accept that his hygiene is poor. And for the price not enough food at all. Would not recommend to anyone.

Went for late lunch and Lime Grill was inviting with their spacious and comfortabe seating. We ordered Tower Chicken Burger and Peri peri wrap both tasted good, tender and not too spicy. The burger was in their king size and came with well portioned tender chicken and two hash brown unlike many other establishments. Chips were good sized and not greasy - just right. They had all the regular sauce which was very good. Chilli sauce tasted good, very hot. Mayonnaise was thick and flavoursome and ketchup was as expected. The grill wrap was made to our expectation and they did make sure it was cooked yet not charred as many places do. They had all the right ingredients and flavour. The customer service was friendly, tissue, hand wipes and served with friendly conversation, attention and smile. Will definitely come again when passing by this neighbourhood. Thank you to Mr Shamshul at the front desk and the chefs at the back. For future diners, there's three framed menu on their wall: Wrap and Indian and Bengali dishes on the right wall and Chicken and burger meals on the left. Recommendation: • Don't restrain yourself in trying out different flavours on the chips - cheese, crinkly cut, paprika flavour, etc. • Table metal base may need changing as the metal leg support sticks out slightly - made in a way that can trip people unfamiliar to your shop, as they shuffle in to their seats. The table itself is made of sturdy wood and always kept clean and seats are spongy comfortable. • Liked your sauces. Sell (charge) for different flavour sauces such as curry sauce of different flavour, herbs of Asian origin, garlic sauce with your own ingredients to the flavour, etc. to market your brand, however, begin with free trial sauces to gauge customer opinion (free as long as they give their feedback - give them a small card A6 or A7 with tick boxes and refund the sauce cost at that point). Conclusion: We liked it - as the name of the establishment suggests, not too spicy by default, however, they add spice and flavour to your requirements when placing order.

Overpriced and generic food. Biryani was 5 boneless pieces of chicken breast in boiled, coloured rice with some spices thrown on top. Tabletop wasn't clean either.

DRY chips, fillet burger DRY and just seemed old some parts of the white chicken was dark, wings HAIRY Good points : salt, chilli sauce, miranda orange Inside the shop PACKED full of booths I cant tell if its a desert shop or a chicken shop, AWFUL smell coming from the back of the kitchen, as soon as I walked in there was an open bin on the front door next to a table plus one guy ordered some grilled lamb chops and sat down to eat next yo the bin and his food took more than 30 mins thats how long I waited for the hairy chicken and dry chips by the time I left the poor guy was still waiting for his food This place used to be quality don't know whats happened

The worst PFC shop in East London and this is not even an exaggeration. The wings were vile and mushy inedible pretty much. The chips were hard and the donner was disgusting, no spice no flavour.

Very pour sarvis. I was oder a cod fish. But i found insight is realey cold. Water came out, But when i tole tham thay say thanks. Might be he was ouner. He Dasn't boder the castomar health.

Best naga dishes n biriani Love from burdett easte!

I went with my dad to buy some chicken and chips and doner kebabs etc. The look the counter guys gave us was as though we've just committed a huge crime where all we did was walk into their shop, there was no greeting and the atmosphere was stale. When I ordered and paid they were still unhappy with me. The smell from the back was awful, when I received my order I noticed the chicken wings were smaller than my pinky finger and they were not fresh. I told the guy that they were very small and he replied with "that's how it is" as though it was a take it or leave it scenario. With my chicken I only received 10 fries (usually the boxes are jam packed in diamond pizza, which is next door) The doner is processed and comes from a factory. The portion sizes are getting smaller as the price goes up. I've eaten at almost every fast food shop in East London and this is one of the worst. If you are ever hungry and you are nearby lime grill just go to Diamond Pizza which is two doors away and overall better.

Their food is top quality and to top it off,their prices are very humble, certain reviews I have seen about their prices are not true, if you go to all saints some of the shops charge ridiculous prices for the same quality food. If you go to the the Isle of dogs and see the prices of fried chicken shops and the quality and customer service, you would be very happy to know that your getting your monies worth from this shop, whenever I pass by there I always get food from there. I don't know why this shop does not have 5 stars, most of the counter staff is very polite, however the guy with the glasses needs to fix his attitude when it comes to giving customs to youngsters as age does not define the level of respect you show to someone.

yesterday I had takeaway from them and naga chicken and chicken fillet burger it wasn’t really good at all and naga chicken smell like it chill powder nothing else very go to again.

Order a family meal and it was worth it. Honestly the food was perfect was delivered hot tasted fresh the perfect level of spice on the doner. The price point of the meal was a no brainer. Thank you so much for great service and amazing food its been a while since everything was done to such great standards will definitely be ordering again.

This is a good place to get your standard PFC food. Their wings taste nice when fresh but less so when left for too long. And the chicken tower burgers were particularly good from what I can remember, not sure about now with new owners. My friends really enjoy the donner kebab here too.

I was like what I read all oreder from limegrill site .I would rate it zero..the way he was rude next time that whole curry would be over his face lucky for him its lockdown.
