Haven’t been to a Burger King in years so decided to try this one on my way to the theatre in Huddersfield, decided to go through the drive through, ordered our food, which was hard as we could not see the full menu and not having been for years did not really know what was on the menu so fortunately they were not busy so we were able to take our time. My pet hate about drive throughs is that the menu is usually too small, too far away or not fully displayed so unless you know what you want before you go I feel pressured to order without the full facts. The food itself was actually quite good with that flame grilled flavour that I remember, the burger and fries were more than enough to fill me up. Based on my experience the price was quite steep, but most fast food joints are now, it was hot and tasty. Could not comment on the inside of the restaurant as I did not go in, the staff member was helpful based on our lack of knowledge and managed to put through what we ordered correctly.

Just love the taste of these burgers.. Bacon Double XL meal.

Absolutely ridiculous! I ordered the big kind little king and two dips. I haven’t received ANY of the dips and missing the chicken royale and chips! WHY HAVE I ONLY RECIEVED A KIDS MEAL AND CHEESE BITES! I have images to support.

Good food and excellent service. Tidy site only thing noticed was a manhole inspection cover that’s bent up at back of the drive through. At ordering the guy was really polite. 26/7/24 at 7.24 pm. At payment window I was informed to park whole foods being done just a minute. Then the same guy brought me my order.polite and a good representative. Food was on spec exactly as it should be. Well done the team on tonight.

I put ASAP and to come quick.And it didn't even turn up on time.This is poor

all the frozen tango cups were less than half full and I was not offered a refund. we won't be ordering again

My star rating doesn’t matter as I never received the order or food wise ……Never arrived never seen my delivery and I know there wasn’t a doorbell ring or a knock at the door as I have 2 dogs

Food was cold due to been delivered by a cyclist…this is not good enough at all ..I live a couple of miles from the restaurant and a cycle deliver…joke…wont be ordering again

Well, it doesn't seem like much time of lateness but it was estimated from 15h15 to 15h35 and I had children waiting for the food and seeing the delivery time extending more and more got them really anxious.

That was a tasty, tasty pre-Slovakia meal, hopefully England can deliver a tasty result later on and get through to the quarter finals of the Euros. You do that England players, the reward for all of you will be Burger King food from Just Eat 🤣🤣🤣 .

Nice place. Quick service, nice burger clean environment, friendly accommodating staff. But found a fly fling all over customer environment. Not good for hygiene. Outside that. Too good and would love to visit again.

driver exremly rude. issue with the system so couldn't call me to say he was here so decided to just wait. He eventually came to the door after about 15 mins then blamed me for the issue. saying he'd tried calling 10 times. sorry but if you can't get through you have the house number....

As Burger King's go, this isn't the best. Took way too long for one regular meal, burger looked as if someone had punted it into the bag, drinks machines broken / flat beverages, toilets are rancid. The seating areas and kitchen however are spotless.

Our burgers arrived but sadly the ice creams were missing. parts of the order was cold due to the cold drinks being placed on top of the hot food. I'd definitely recommend placing the drinks in a different bag.

There was a young man called JD and he has the best customer service, he was so polite and even helped me use the freestyle machine, he was also very goodlooking :) and I also wanted to congratulate the chef called LUke who made the burger with love

I would say wastage of money and time . I never had this much tasteless burger in my life . And the girl who passed me the food tray was looking so confused and she was just throwing all things in front of me. She needs to learn serving manners. Awful experience. Burger bunn was soggy and all food was cold didn’t even find anything fresh not even salad . I promise with my husband after trying burger king i will never ever visit again.

Missing a portion of chips with one of the meals. Missing a tub of Ben and jerrys ice cream. Tried ringing the store and it just rings and rings with no answer. Now obtained a refund through just eat. Not great

Food came on time and a good temperature. All the right amount of items but a couple things were wrong. Original coke instead of Coke Zero and there was bacon on the spicy mayo chicken royale when asked for no bacon. Nothing major to complain about though.

I thought I wasn’t going to have a another celebratory meal to celebrate Huddersfield Town’s impending relegation after celebrating it with a meal on Just Eat yesterday, but I haven’t stopped smiling and being so ecstatic since yesterday’s defeat for them. This Burger King was my second meal to celebrate that wonderful victory for Swansea over Huddersfield Down. This Burger King is located near the club’s stadium. Fans will be able to eat a meal before League One matches next season 😂😂 l

I originally payed and asked for a whopper with just cheese , when it came the lady hadn’t listened to me everything on it went to return it , she was so rude didn’t say sorry just snapped the burger out of my hand . Came bk again cold this time so went bk again , she didn’t say sorry infact arguing with me saying i was rude I told her it’s you that’s rude I was a customer was no sorry . Won’t be going ever again .

After giving the correct address the driver parked approximately fifteen minutes walk away, refused to listen to my basic instructions about where to go, berated me for giving the 'wrong' address (I gave the right one), insulted me over the phone, and finally parked around the corner so I still had to walk to get the cold food off them as they insulted me once more. The worst service I have ever received in my life.

I thought I'd give them chance to redeem themselves after previous incorrect orders. What a fool I was. Asked for tomato and onion to be removed from burger, both were left on. Asked for an extra burger patty, bacon and cheese to be added. Only cheese was added. Once you've decided what you want from Burger King Huddersfield, order something completely different. That way, you might actually get what you ordered.
