said would deliver over an hour before it arrived. when it came it was cold... not acceptable

was sent burger with mayo and lettuce despite putting no to both

Food was very tasty and it was a perfect temperature. Speed of service was good.

Just bought two chicken burgers with chips, burger was like leather and the chips were cold inside, feel quite ill now, I will never go to a burger king again £ 17 and through them in the bin

I don't usually leave negative reviews . It's been a while since I've been to Burger King and was looking forward to a whopper meal . However, I feel that on this occasion, my visit here was not a pleasant one. Upon walking in, I approached the till , lI asked if I could pay cash and was told very abruptly to go to the kiosk to place my order. After a few customers had been coughing over the screen I asked if they had wipes to wipe it down . I was told no. After eventually ordering at rhe till, I had to wait what seemed like an eternity for my order to be shouted at with just "ORDER 89". I would appreciate it if it was busy, but it wasn't. A gentleman behind me asked if he could order at the till as he had young children ,one with special needs. He was also told to order at the kiosk They were a lovely family and polite too. The sfaff had No, please, no thank you at all. I asked if I could have mayo and ketchup. The guy serving me abruptly said with no eye contact. "Mayo 30p" I politely declined. After sitting down to enjoy my well waited meal. There was no sugar available for the coffee, and my burger was not hot, almost luke warm . The fries had too much salt on them. I'm afraid it's a 0 star from me and I won't be coming here again. Customer service goes a long way and this place could do really well if they had good manners. In my opinion, the staff here should maybe do a course on this. This will probably fall on deaf ears as was my complaint about the luke warm burger.

On time but took a long time to come from ordering. Food was lukewarm and ordered Tropicana orange juice and got Capri sun!

Delivered on time according to the estimate, but when that estimate is over an hour after ordering it's probably hard to miss it. Food was cold - according to the screen is was being prepared for about forty minutes. Absolutely diabolical experience.

food arrived late driver decided to drive round Huddersfield with my food and just eat only gave me half of my money back sorry it was all cold the dips came warmer than the food

The beef is paper thin but the price is through the roof now!. Then JE have the cheek to take 10% and still ask for driver's tip because they want to pay them as little as they can. There's better, cheaper, quicker burger meals from Iceland!

Delicious you can't beat Burger King

What a disappointment, the description let's you believe the burger is a large filling meal, reality is it's a kids size burger that arrived cold, dried out bacon and a burger you can't taste due to been over packed with a poor excuse for a BBQ sauce.

Food arrived packaged neatly, no items missing and the driver was very polite! :3

I must admit McDonald s puts me off with all the chavs vaping or being a nuisance but this is totally different no vaping nobody being a nuisance just walk in order your food sit n relax in peace but that’s probably why it’s a bit pricey but the meal was pretty decent nicely cooked plus the chunky choirs were tasty washed down by a zero sprite so I can see why this is more appealing to myself . The staff kept on top of the cleaning so a different standard to McDonald s attracts different customers.

As you’d expect from a Burger King. They do have frozen Fanta now though.

I ate this marvellous 🤩 BK order just over 24 hours before I am on a coach 🚌 to Wrexham 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 away, hopefully 🤣🙏 I’ll be coming back from there having seen a home 🏡 win and a return to losing ways for HTAFC 🔵⚪️. This BK branch is located very near to their ground 🏟️. They’ve won 3 games in a row across all comps. I need to see HTAFC taste defeat in Wales tomorrow, not desperate to see them go back up and escape L1 🤣👍. I like League One, HTAFC can stay as a L1 club for some time for all I care 🤣👍.

When the food arrived we had to warm parts of it up and put the burger back together, it looked like it had been thrown in, not impressed by this order, others have been better.

I would like to share my experience with burger king i had a dinner meal at their huddersfield branch it was of great taste and the staff their is highly helpful one of their staff member asked me to try their double whopper and it's like a treat to the guts!highly recommended to you'll and a must go place

I ordered from Burger King through Deliveroo, and it was a huge disappointment. The burger tasted awful—the meat had this strange texture, like it was half pastry, half meat. For £29, I could’ve gone somewhere else and had a much better meal. The nuggets were greasy, and the fries were just average at best. This was the second time I’ve given Burger King a chance, hoping for a better experience, but that’s it for me. I’m done with Burger King. Never again.

It's been years since we went to Burger King, mostly due to the appalling service Halifax branch, but today we visited the Leeds Road Huddersfield branch, the burgers were superb, miles better than McDonald's, so all in all a most positive place to go for lunch, ive only scored 4 on atmosphere due to noise in the restaurant, it's very noisy, but, hey ho you can't have it always can you, 😁

I ate this delicious, delicious King 🥡 during the 1st half of the Rotherham-Huddersfield match, I watched the game on TV and HTAFC 🔵⚪️ lost for the first time this season in the league, 2-1 👍🤣. BUT, it was also their second defeat in the same week, with the other coming against Walsall (3-2) in the Carabao Cup 👍🤣. I wasn’t at either of the away matches, didn’t travel. The team obviously need me to go along, to stand a better chance of winning 😹😹

A JE order delivered to the house 🏠😂 for the first time since Tuesday, so 5 days. This Burger King is in the retail park that’s across the road from the stadium/JSS 😂🏟️ and in that stadium yesterday HTAFC 🔵⚪️ won AGAIN, they beat Shrewsbury, 3 league games played and all of them won 👍. I wasn’t impressed with the performance though, played scruffily and the visitors gave a good account of themselves. On another day, it ends in a draw.

Haven’t been to a Burger King in years so decided to try this one on my way to the theatre in Huddersfield, decided to go through the drive through, ordered our food, which was hard as we could not see the full menu and not having been for years did not really know what was on the menu so fortunately they were not busy so we were able to take our time. My pet hate about drive throughs is that the menu is usually too small, too far away or not fully displayed so unless you know what you want before you go I feel pressured to order without the full facts. The food itself was actually quite good with that flame grilled flavour that I remember, the burger and fries were more than enough to fill me up. Based on my experience the price was quite steep, but most fast food joints are now, it was hot and tasty. Could not comment on the inside of the restaurant as I did not go in, the staff member was helpful based on our lack of knowledge and managed to put through what we ordered correctly.

Had to go find delivery driver who was walking around two streets away. Told me my adresss didnt exist. House is more than 100 years old and never a problem to anyone else. Will not order again.

Absolutely ridiculous! I ordered the big kind little king and two dips. I haven’t received ANY of the dips and missing the chicken royale and chips! WHY HAVE I ONLY RECIEVED A KIDS MEAL AND CHEESE BITES! I have images to support.

Good food and excellent service. Tidy site only thing noticed was a manhole inspection cover that’s bent up at back of the drive through. At ordering the guy was really polite. 26/7/24 at 7.24 pm. At payment window I was informed to park whole foods being done just a minute. Then the same guy brought me my order.polite and a good representative. Food was on spec exactly as it should be. Well done the team on tonight.

Well, it doesn't seem like much time of lateness but it was estimated from 15h15 to 15h35 and I had children waiting for the food and seeing the delivery time extending more and more got them really anxious.

That was a tasty, tasty pre-Slovakia meal, hopefully England can deliver a tasty result later on and get through to the quarter finals of the Euros. You do that England players, the reward for all of you will be Burger King food from Just Eat 🤣🤣🤣 .

Nice place. Quick service, nice burger clean environment, friendly accommodating staff. But found a fly fling all over customer environment. Not good for hygiene. Outside that. Too good and would love to visit again.

As Burger King's go, this isn't the best. Took way too long for one regular meal, burger looked as if someone had punted it into the bag, drinks machines broken / flat beverages, toilets are rancid. The seating areas and kitchen however are spotless.

Our burgers arrived but sadly the ice creams were missing. parts of the order was cold due to the cold drinks being placed on top of the hot food. I'd definitely recommend placing the drinks in a different bag.

Burger was stone cold, the bacon on the burger was just fat no bacon on it. Thrown in the bin!!
