Burger King in Kirklees

I cannot describe how poor this experience was being sworn at by the driver and food thrown at me. To the food being stone cold and inedible. Horrendous

Food is always cold, I shouldn’t have to use a microwave for store around the corner, sadly I can’t walk to guarantee hot food, I’m housebound

waiting too long ended up saying he was at my address and he was 2 streets away was absolutely fuming

Fries we're stone cold. Cheese sauce even had a skin on it! Burgers we're nice and warm but not hot. Disappointed I'm afraid.

The beef patty if that’s what you want to call it was more like cardboard tasteless horrible garbage the cheese sauce over a few fries tasted like one of them square cheese slices does melted what an absolute disgrace garbage beyond garbage

Only gripe they never add a straw for the slushy very annoying as it’s not a drink you can take the lid of and drink

Cheese chips where’s the cheese also cold driver messing about on doorstep asking code taking order from bag slowly so cold

Chips were great, got 4 nuggets instead of 6. Burgers were cold. Food took over 2 hrs to be made to finally be able to be delivered. Delivery driver was quick if only the food was.

None of the food I bought was delivered I got somone else’s order

Lauren Conway at the Huddersfield restaurant was so lovely,so pleasant! Refreshing to hear someone that's happy to take your order and has the biggest smile

Forgot a burger from a £50+ order, should not be hard to double check an order before being sent for delivery

Ordered 4 meals from Huddersfield Burger King, Including 3 double bacon cheeseburger XL. Only 2 burgers were delivered. Called B K but there was no answer. The method for claiming online takes up to 7 days! Will not be buying from Burger King again. Poor do when you can't count to 3!!!

Person counting our Burgers couldnt count to 3. Only received 2 and impossible to ring outlet. Not happy.

Asked for no bacon came labels as no bacon but had bacon in it

It's OK if you want a burger at 9am just as it opens the food is hot then but after 9am it's only warm not hot and fresh like it should be.

Food was cold and peppercorn sauce was very vinegary . I ordered peppercorn sauce on fries and they sent bacon and cheese loaded fries 😐

Nice place. Manager very friendly and helped me redeem the whopper Wednesday. the place was clean. Food was good and value for money

No fries, No onion rings, No Chicken Royale and it was flat cold !!

Ordered 20 Dorito chicken fries but only received 5 with some cold onion rings and nuggets. No note on the order regarding stock issues. The rest of the order was correct and still hot considering the distance it was delivered.

Wrong ice cream sent out take more care with order

Ordered and paid for a double whopper , got a single whopper was so hungry I wolfed it down and didn’t complain but this is a joke when they charge so much

Order came but it didn’t have all the items in the bag that I paid for. Tried to make a complaint but this has now been closed as the order was delivered. Very unhappy

went through the drive thru, the women on the drive thru was rude seemed like she didn’t want to be there, went to the first window not realising they weren’t using it and had the women from the second window poke her head out expecting us to understand we needed to go to that one and then did it again with a moody look, we then got to the second window and she told us the price and shoved the card machine in our face. my friend had a blue light card and wanted to use it, so told her and she didn’t seem happy about it and very rudely asked what the expiry date was. then shut the window and got the food then came back over shoved the bag in our face and said there you go. Not happy with the service that she gave us. would go back for the food but not for the service that was given to us.

ive paid 30 quid least you could do is put the correct cheese on especially when youre the ones that asked me what i want (i actually got my hopes up when you gave me that cheesy choice). rest of the meal was good but its triple cheese

Abysmal service, haven’t even got our refund because a “code” was sent to the driver. Yet the driver was the issue and gave our food to someone else. Hasn’t been resolved. Burger King never answers.

Delivery driver verbally and physically abusive. Was with a customer at work couldnt answer my phone. He was in the car park expecting me to find him in a huge carpark. He was verbally abusive and threw my food at me made me unsettled

Dull dreary staff, no atmosphere at all, but the food was good, massive burgers. No matter my opinion on Burger King, it'll always be better than McDonald's.

My partner ordered a burger king via just eat last night. Ordered it to be delivered for around 7.10 as I didn't finish work until 6.30. Time went on and still no meal to then my partner get notified that iy had arrived. No knocked on the door nor did the doorbell ring.. So my partner went to see if it was left on the doorstep which it wasn't.. we tried to call the restraint 4 times and no answer. My partner requested a refund ect..he has just informed me now that apparently the driver tried to call my partner multiple times and rang the doorbell so no refund. Sounds to me that the driver claimed the food as his own or he dropped it off to the wrong house. Not sure how he could have done that though if you needed a code. Absolute joke when you spend money on a food delivery for it to not turn up and the driver LIE about it.

Ridiculous wait time for an order where the food was cold and stale.

Wrong order was delivered. Called restaurant and they said they knew the driver left with the wrong order yet they didn’t contact him to come back for the correct one. They said to either come pick up the food myself or contact just eat because they can’t send the order again even though it was there at the restaurant and was hadn’t been sent the first time.

Absolutely shocking food , the burger ( a double bacon and cheeseburger was about the size of a Macdonalds breakfast McMuffin , I might be wrong but the last time I had a burger from BurgerKing it was a good size , I won't be having another,RUBBISH!

Driver got lost, wrong street then rang me up shouting HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT OUT HERE. Its not my fault he cant use his sat nav. Had enough of just eat. Food was stone cold aswell. What avwaste of money.

delivery driver wouldn't come to the door, called on mobile but couldn't hear properly so had to shout across the street. very strange!

Just bought two chicken burgers with chips, burger was like leather and the chips were cold inside, feel quite ill now, I will never go to a burger king again £ 17 and through them in the bin

I don't usually leave negative reviews . It's been a while since I've been to Burger King and was looking forward to a whopper meal . However, I feel that on this occasion, my visit here was not a pleasant one. Upon walking in, I approached the till , lI asked if I could pay cash and was told very abruptly to go to the kiosk to place my order. After a few customers had been coughing over the screen I asked if they had wipes to wipe it down . I was told no. After eventually ordering at rhe till, I had to wait what seemed like an eternity for my order to be shouted at with just "ORDER 89". I would appreciate it if it was busy, but it wasn't. A gentleman behind me asked if he could order at the till as he had young children ,one with special needs. He was also told to order at the kiosk They were a lovely family and polite too. The sfaff had No, please, no thank you at all. I asked if I could have mayo and ketchup. The guy serving me abruptly said with no eye contact. "Mayo 30p" I politely declined. After sitting down to enjoy my well waited meal. There was no sugar available for the coffee, and my burger was not hot, almost luke warm . The fries had too much salt on them. I'm afraid it's a 0 star from me and I won't be coming here again. Customer service goes a long way and this place could do really well if they had good manners. In my opinion, the staff here should maybe do a course on this. This will probably fall on deaf ears as was my complaint about the luke warm burger.

On time but took a long time to come from ordering. Food was lukewarm and ordered Tropicana orange juice and got Capri sun!

Delivered on time according to the estimate, but when that estimate is over an hour after ordering it's probably hard to miss it. Food was cold - according to the screen is was being prepared for about forty minutes. Absolutely diabolical experience.
