ive paid 30 quid least you could do is put the correct cheese on especially when youre the ones that asked me what i want (i actually got my hopes up when you gave me that cheesy choice). rest of the meal was good but its triple cheese

Food arrived late and stone cold. Unsure why they send hot food to be delivered with a cyclist.

Abysmal service, haven’t even got our refund because a “code” was sent to the driver. Yet the driver was the issue and gave our food to someone else. Hasn’t been resolved. Burger King never answers.

Delivery driver verbally and physically abusive. Was with a customer at work couldnt answer my phone. He was in the car park expecting me to find him in a huge carpark. He was verbally abusive and threw my food at me made me unsettled

Dull dreary staff, no atmosphere at all, but the food was good, massive burgers. No matter my opinion on Burger King, it'll always be better than McDonald's.

My partner ordered a burger king via just eat last night. Ordered it to be delivered for around 7.10 as I didn't finish work until 6.30. Time went on and still no meal to then my partner get notified that iy had arrived. No knocked on the door nor did the doorbell ring.. So my partner went to see if it was left on the doorstep which it wasn't.. we tried to call the restraint 4 times and no answer. My partner requested a refund ect..he has just informed me now that apparently the driver tried to call my partner multiple times and rang the doorbell so no refund. Sounds to me that the driver claimed the food as his own or he dropped it off to the wrong house. Not sure how he could have done that though if you needed a code. Absolute joke when you spend money on a food delivery for it to not turn up and the driver LIE about it.

Ridiculous wait time for an order where the food was cold and stale.

Wrong order was delivered. Called restaurant and they said they knew the driver left with the wrong order yet they didn’t contact him to come back for the correct one. They said to either come pick up the food myself or contact just eat because they can’t send the order again even though it was there at the restaurant and was hadn’t been sent the first time.

Absolutely shocking food , the burger ( a double bacon and cheeseburger was about the size of a Macdonalds breakfast McMuffin , I might be wrong but the last time I had a burger from BurgerKing it was a good size , I won't be having another,RUBBISH!

Driver got lost, wrong street then rang me up shouting HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT OUT HERE. Its not my fault he cant use his sat nav. Had enough of just eat. Food was stone cold aswell. What avwaste of money.

delivery driver wouldn't come to the door, called on mobile but couldn't hear properly so had to shout across the street. very strange!

I don't usually leave negative reviews . It's been a while since I've been to Burger King and was looking forward to a whopper meal . However, I feel that on this occasion, my visit here was not a pleasant one. Upon walking in, I approached the till , lI asked if I could pay cash and was told very abruptly to go to the kiosk to place my order. After a few customers had been coughing over the screen I asked if they had wipes to wipe it down . I was told no. After eventually ordering at rhe till, I had to wait what seemed like an eternity for my order to be shouted at with just "ORDER 89". I would appreciate it if it was busy, but it wasn't. A gentleman behind me asked if he could order at the till as he had young children ,one with special needs. He was also told to order at the kiosk They were a lovely family and polite too. The sfaff had No, please, no thank you at all. I asked if I could have mayo and ketchup. The guy serving me abruptly said with no eye contact. "Mayo 30p" I politely declined. After sitting down to enjoy my well waited meal. There was no sugar available for the coffee, and my burger was not hot, almost luke warm . The fries had too much salt on them. I'm afraid it's a 0 star from me and I won't be coming here again. Customer service goes a long way and this place could do really well if they had good manners. In my opinion, the staff here should maybe do a course on this. This will probably fall on deaf ears as was my complaint about the luke warm burger.

Delivered on time according to the estimate, but when that estimate is over an hour after ordering it's probably hard to miss it. Food was cold - according to the screen is was being prepared for about forty minutes. Absolutely diabolical experience.

The beef is paper thin but the price is through the roof now!. Then JE have the cheek to take 10% and still ask for driver's tip because they want to pay them as little as they can. There's better, cheaper, quicker burger meals from Iceland!

Delicious you can't beat Burger King

What a disappointment, the description let's you believe the burger is a large filling meal, reality is it's a kids size burger that arrived cold, dried out bacon and a burger you can't taste due to been over packed with a poor excuse for a BBQ sauce.

Food arrived packaged neatly, no items missing and the driver was very polite! :3

6 chicken nuggets are missing....

I must admit McDonald s puts me off with all the chavs vaping or being a nuisance but this is totally different no vaping nobody being a nuisance just walk in order your food sit n relax in peace but that’s probably why it’s a bit pricey but the meal was pretty decent nicely cooked plus the chunky choirs were tasty washed down by a zero sprite so I can see why this is more appealing to myself . The staff kept on top of the cleaning so a different standard to McDonald s attracts different customers.

As you’d expect from a Burger King. They do have frozen Fanta now though.

I ate this marvellous 🤩 BK order just over 24 hours before I am on a coach 🚌 to Wrexham 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 away, hopefully 🤣🙏 I’ll be coming back from there having seen a home 🏡 win and a return to losing ways for HTAFC 🔵⚪️. This BK branch is located very near to their ground 🏟️. They’ve won 3 games in a row across all comps. I need to see HTAFC taste defeat in Wales tomorrow, not desperate to see them go back up and escape L1 🤣👍. I like League One, HTAFC can stay as a L1 club for some time for all I care 🤣👍.

When the food arrived we had to warm parts of it up and put the burger back together, it looked like it had been thrown in, not impressed by this order, others have been better.

I would like to share my experience with burger king i had a dinner meal at their huddersfield branch it was of great taste and the staff their is highly helpful one of their staff member asked me to try their double whopper and it's like a treat to the guts!highly recommended to you'll and a must go place

I ordered from Burger King through Deliveroo, and it was a huge disappointment. The burger tasted awful—the meat had this strange texture, like it was half pastry, half meat. For £29, I could’ve gone somewhere else and had a much better meal. The nuggets were greasy, and the fries were just average at best. This was the second time I’ve given Burger King a chance, hoping for a better experience, but that’s it for me. I’m done with Burger King. Never again.

It's been years since we went to Burger King, mostly due to the appalling service Halifax branch, but today we visited the Leeds Road Huddersfield branch, the burgers were superb, miles better than McDonald's, so all in all a most positive place to go for lunch, ive only scored 4 on atmosphere due to noise in the restaurant, it's very noisy, but, hey ho you can't have it always can you, 😁

waited an hour for them to not even deliver my food not impressed
