You get what you expect from McDonald's just good old-fashioned fast food that fills the hole until you can be bothered to get some proper sustenance. So if you want food that tastes ok then McDonald's will do for you.

Chips and the burger were both cold

speedy delivery, good communication between delivery driver and nothing was wrong! only thing was that we had no straws and napkins and my burger was a bit burnt, which isn’t the drivers fault. other than that very good thanks a lot!

Dips missed off of the order.. never had a full order delivered from this McDonalds.

soggy and cold chips and again they forgot to deliver the sauces that we requested! happens everytime, why ask us what we want if you never deliver them?

perfect, food excellent, friendly and understanding driver too, if i had one issue the mcflurry sauce was almost all glued to the spoon not in the ice cream

Every time I come here something is forgotten, every single time they’re useless and they can’t even put sauces in a bag. SIMPLE. I now find I would rather drive further away to collect from a different store just to make sure I get what I what I pay for.

The staff here are amazing. I rake my 84yr old mum and 93yr old dad. They know what we want when we go in as we go often. They are always ready for a chat, which is so nice. They make a fuss. Gaz and Amina always go the extra mile

the food was cold on arrival it wasn't freshly cooked it would of been alright if it was fresh and warm

Called in at the drive through for a small snack, ordered two cheeseburgers which I hadn't had for a while and was somewhat disappointed as they were nothing like they used to be, they felt as if the buns were too big for the burgers and there was hardly any ketchup and no serviettes in the bag.Maybe just Wakefield??

Shocking my order came wrong , can't contact coz apparently no one answers the phone. I ordered 2 plain hamburgers and got this. Frigging joke git 8 nuggets not 9. People working here must be thick as owt how hard is it , what a joke! You needs to go back to school permanently!!!

Last time they sent us someone else's order completely so the kids didn't get their meals. This time we ordered the 4 burger family meal deal, except it's not much of a deal when the 4 chips are missing. This place is absolutely useless to order from. Won't be ordering again, don't waste your time.

I order food to get no cheese on my son’s burger, but it always comes with cheese on, and he can’t have it. So then he’s heartbroken, this is very frustrating for him and me, cause he then can’t have it

This was actually a delivery through the App, missing main item on meal, nobody answering, virtual assistant is usually, so no way of getting missing item delivered or a refund, we will never use mcdonalds Heckmondwike again, their a a joke.

Don’t order takeaway from here , rather pick up . The fillet o fish was hard . It was not made and sat on the hot plate for hours that’s why It went like that

Food was 2 hours late then came freezing cold and could not eat, as if it had been sat waiting for the delivery driver the whole 2 hours. Just eat only gave £3 compensation for this although the food was inedible.

My food never arrived, we called the restaurant only to be told that they couldn’t do anything because there were a lack of drivers. Tried to cancel the order as it still was there by 11:40 pm and we ordered at 9 but just eat does not facilitate this option once an order is placed. It’s extremely frustrating as we just kept being told that the driver is at the restaurant waiting for the food but the restaurant said otherwise

Delivery time was good and standard mc Donald’s quality (let’s be honest you know what you’re getting when you order from here) however there were items missing from order, it seems to happen often and I just don’t understand why someone isnt double checking the ticket to make sure everything is packed in the bag. It’s frustrating.

Just called in for wrap-of-the-day only £1.99 just timed it right, straight through the drive-in. A little something on the way home - one of the few items I enjoy. Thanks

driver could not find house even though every other takeaway can. he was inpatient when i tried to help was cold due to it being so late and I have to walk 7minutes to find the driver as he kept saying he wasn't going to drive anymore.food was for my kids on xmas eve which ruined the evening

when the delivery driver came with the food the coffee had split allover the food therefore ruining it so inedible. the driver took it away, so I had nothing, but when I went outside he had just thrown it away on the pavement. I have paid for food but had nothing!
