Food again cold had to microwave to heat up👎🏻

Ordered a large drink it came half full

the chips should have been large they was medium and cold i also had a delivery yesterday and I should have got 6 fee nuggets and didn't get them

I ordered 3 meals and they were stone cold will not be ordering again

food was cold. had all the sauces put in the bag with the mcfluffys so they was all over too not happy at all

Fries were cold and literally no lettuce on chicken Mayo

All burger boxes soaking wet through as the drink has obviously been spilt , half a diet instead of a full large, the quality of the order was horrible . I wont be using you again .

our food was cold,we ordered a large meal 3x and all came with medium fries and medium drink for one of our large meal orders.not very happy

the taxi driver, banged on my door with his phone , I've a notice Stating disabled person lives here please be patient. Has I got to door he'd rattled glass window on my door three times and once my living room window. Fuming he said he never saw it , so I asked why drive a car if you can't see what's Infront of you !

Order wasn't delivered, map showed driver drive up and down my road then status changed to delivered without it arriving.

Every single time without fail that I order form this macdonalds and request sauces etc they never ever include them. What’s the point of ordering something that requires a dip if no dips are sent.

Bags soaked wet, from drink going all over, which caused it to split and food going all over floor, waste of money in my opinion, all had to be binned &13 pound wasted

Average for a macdonalds. Good service. Food was sub par. Fries are poor. Burger was poor. Been here twice.

Vile. Cold and uncooked. Chips.went cooked at all. There was only FOUR chips in a small.fries packet. Never be us8ng this one again.

Everything was hot and fresh. Heckmondwike has improved massively. This is the 3rd perfect order in a row. Go teach the other stores in our area how to do it.

Just eat said it would be 10 to 25 minutes. it arrived after 50 minutes. As you would expect this was clap cold. Didn't even bother with it. Just went in the bin and ordered from a local Chinese. To be fair I should have done this in the first place. Should have known better. In addition the fries on top of been colder than an Eskimos nose were opaque and floppy. The worst takeaway I have ever ordered in my life. Do your self a favour go elsewhere!!

Every time I come to this McDonald's there are delivery drivers paking were they want which isn't on for the paying customer. Went today and the staff are the worst I have ever seen at a Macdonald's very ignorant

considering I only live around the corner ..it took 35 mins to be delivered.. ordered large fries they came half full and everything was cold..even the mcflurry hadn't set right it was just slop..

waited 1 hour 45 minutes for my order, when it arrived, it was freezing cold. AND it was someone else’s order, none of my items were in the bag and it was a whole different order.

If I could rate lower, I would. I recently ordered from uber eats from this branch. I waited over an hour while the driver sat there and waited. After managing to get a hold of him I was informed they hadn't even began the order. Once it had finally arrived, we came to notice the order was missing items of which we obviously couldn't get a refund for. Don't waste your time with this branch, isn't the first time they have purposely missed items on my orders

Super delivery - lightning quick! Very impressed. Always quick delivery from the Heckmondwike store. Means the food is nice warm temperature when it arrives. Very tasty.

Mc Donalds have come on leaps and bounds recently, especially with customer experience. A while ago it was all they could do to look at you in service but now... I can honestly say that of all the sites I visit (which is a good number), I always receive a please and a thank you !!. Oh yes, and the foods not bad either 😋. Very hot and miss at Heckmondwike McDonald's. Most of the time some machine is out of order and the quality of food is not up to par, especially when going through the drive through, by the time you figured out it's wrong you're miles away.
