Sometimes I get the wrong order plus they don't make the fries fresh without salt like they meant to but it's clean and foods good

Disgusting attitude from manger very slow and the most unorganised McDonalds iv ever been then had the cheek to blame me for there poor service definitely need better staff training

Always sending the wrong food out. Just got some sausageless double sausage and egg mcmuffins... again... this isn't original coke and it's flat

Great food and service. Easy to park with plenty of spaces.

Nice little maccy dees. Breakfast, certainly hit the spot & silenced the demons, saying MC dees breakfast, must admit it was more better than I thought. Definitely worth a visit

I ordered a meal and a burger on its own. They put the food in the bag in such a way where it looked like all the food was in there.i get home just to find out they missed my burger.The second time this type of incident has happened to me at a McDonald’s.disappointed,

Heckmondwike Branch. Used to be a regular visitor...pre Covid era... and especially in the breakfast meal era...where service was more personal....now all behind the scenes, impersonal and untidy.

does the job staff good just the usual maccies 'no milkshake sketch' & always check order is complete although they do a much better job at this here than most stores

Ridiculous long wait while a bunch of kids were messing about behind the counter. Avoid if you are in a rush

Toilets not cleaned, rubbish everywhere ...

Prices have increased; burgers have become less expensive

I wonder just what they are doing with all the Minecraft collectables they miss off the orders that go out for delivery? The food was stone cold as well and inedible. Complanined on line and heard nothing .

Safe to say i would never eat this ever again me and my partner ended up in hospital with severe food poisoning and had to be put on a drip as we couldnt keep anything down either end. This food is not worth its money and i wouldnt feed it to my dog Wouldnt eat it ever again

Both fries were cold, put wrong milkshake’s in (ordered shamrock and got chocolate)

They just never get the order right! I expect to receive items I have paid for. I would suggest checking what people have paid for before "completing" the order.

everything was good with my order apart from not sending straw's for milkshakes

had to be heated in microwave as

quality warm burgers and nuggets only let down is they didnt listen to instructions but least it all turned up unlike last time

Arrived all packaged up,but i think they must have thrown the burgers against a wall prior to bagging up.

Asked for no cheese but got two pieces of cheese. Couldn’t eat it. I want a refund for the double quarter pounder.

Missing straws for drinks. This occurred on my last order. Allso missing ketchup which I paid for. Missing straws occurred on my last order also, something of a habit.

Finally! An order that was hot and on time from a McDonalds. Well done Heckmondwike. Keep it up.

no dips plus milkshakes were all spilled out into bag so got about half in 1 and 3 quarters in other need better staff

no filet of fish and sent small milkshake when I paid for a large strawberry milkshake

Unfortunately the coffee had all spilt in the bag

I paid for this on my card and gave the driver 1 pound tip online, I handed him 10 pound and he took it saying thankyou, not realising I had already paid and tipped, .I would like my money back please as he should have said it is paid for, I also have it on door cam.

food was cold and managed to mess up drink. ordered large diet coke and got medium coke zero ( deffo wasn't diet coke unless pipes needed cleaning, had a slightly fruity taste) so I left it. Not impressed

Hot chocolate arrived leaking due to either incorrectly prepared packaging or delivery driver not being vigilant considering what ha was tronsporting

I placed an order last night which I paid for from my bank and my order got cancelled but I've to wait for my money to go back in to my bank I think it's disgusting how I've to wait for my money when it was through no fault of my own why my order got cancelled when I got to message customer service they said it's because a driver could not take it and they could not get another driver even though I got a message saying my delivery would be with me in 6 minutes

Every time I go to mc Donald's some how manage to mess up my order. Also chips are cold and soggy my chicken nuggets taste like the been out for a week not on need to train your staff better or make it easier to read simple orders off a screen .

Missing McSpicy from a McSpicy meal. Had to order another burger on it's own - McDonald's think they're going to refund the missing item? Nope, they're going to refund the order. Pathetic service. Friday night staff are terrible.

You get what you expect from McDonald's just good old-fashioned fast food that fills the hole until you can be bothered to get some proper sustenance. So if you want food that tastes ok then McDonald's will do for you.
