Ordered food for 6.30pm but it came at 5.30pm so was not prepared. Please note the time on the app when the food is required. Food was great.

Delivery driver did a top job, found my house without problems and delivered even though path to door was icy

I asked for Ben snd Jerry's and got 3 different types of ice cream?

Lettuce was soggy and slimly, chips were old very disappointed as we Oder a lot chocolate cake was frozen

The wrap was burnt all underneath making it inedible and it wasn't the first time this happened

Potentially the greatest takeaway I’ve had the pizza was spot on and the chicken was glorious. Enjoyed the wrap and burger was solid.

No cheese on the chips and the wrap wasn't very warm nor tasty this time

we order from he alot but this week was the worst ever pizza all damaged and the chesses on the chips was very disappointing and my wrap was burnt and couldnt eat it .

Enjoyed the food but the rude service left a lot to be desired.

Got the chicken kebab was really tasty and fresh. Nice big chunks of fresh chicken couldn't fault it. Cheesy chips were peng too! Thanks

I've always loved the food from here and I don't think it's over priced. BUT!!! there phone managers are absolutely disgusting, Answered the phone "hi" Me: can I place an order for delivery please. Guy: ye Me: please can I have ...... Guy: ye Me: please can I have a ..... Pizza Guy: ye Zero conversation at all, never asked what size pizza I would like or anything Then I kindly asked how much and how long. Guy: £12 ready to collect in 20 minutes Me: I ask for delivery please. Guy: address? I honestly think that if they had a nice person answering the phone, this place would go alot further!

£5.50 for small donner meat and chips and it was very very small....cold donner meat soggy chips and wasnt going to even melt the cheese and said will melt by itself. Salad was yellow not green...waste of money didnt touch the sides. Should have stuck to pizza shack down the road, same price for medium not small and wayy better tasting. Wasnt fresh at all. Service was rude, the server touching his phone, going outside then touching food not hygienic at all, il be suprised if im not poorly

Ordered chips and they were good also ordered 2 different pizzas but received 2 off the same they were nice but on talking to the takeaway I found my time was wasted

Ordered two pizzas onions rings and cheesy chips. Pizza weren’t cooked was still like dough, onion bajis bag broke and ended up all over. It came a hour late (from ordering it took 1hour and 50minutes) Had to return one of the pizzas and get a freshly made one as it was inedible, very undercooked. Too doughy. Which is a shame because that’s the only place we’d order pizza from as it’s usually outstanding. Not today. Highly doubt we will order from there again.

Ordered a beef burger and got given a chicken burger not what I asked for and order a large kebab and it was a very small potion and tasted like cardboard and no flavour. Wouldn’t recommend this place

Am not happy with the food because I got the elite special for £9 and it said all pizza boxers come with salt & pepper chips so rang up explained and he said the elite special don't come with salt & pepper chips so that's fault advertising they shout put that elite special don't come with salt & pepper chips. If I knew that I wouldn't of ordered it and it's not worth the £9 at all and they was nothing special about it. And plus the food was cold I had to put it in microwave. I won't be ordering from there again. If I could attach a picture of the food I would to show what I got cause ain't worth the price at all.

literally pizza it's near enough cold, burger is kinda warmish, chips are the only think actually hot, the delivery was to the last minute or just over by a few, not buy from here again, definitely gone down hill which is sad as pops had everything perfect ☹️

Thought I ordered hot shot pizza but a received the stone cold one, shame is it’s tasty and just poor service, called restaurant to check why it was late……it’s on its way. Must have been cooked an hour ago

Really disappointed. Requested no spicy sauce on the (non spicy as requested) donner box and still found a fair amount of chilli sauce on the donner meat and chips.

I have been ordering from Elite since it opened 18yrs ago, tonight I ordered 2 pizzas and a kebab and when it came the charge was a lot more than usual, after ringing to shop the man read out what he was charging and it did not match the menu prices. The menu was up to date as it was posted through my door this wk! The man on the phone was abrupt and rude stating “this is the price this is the price” the delivery driver even rang the shop asking him to offer some money back but he shouted at the deliver driver “this is the price” after 18 yrs of loyalty to this shop I’m guessing it has a new manager who is rude and arrogant and I will NEVER be ordering from here again!!! You can’t just make up prices and charge what you want, and you certainly don’t speak to customers or staff on the phone in such a manner!

Order at 9 45 mixed kebab turned up at 11 and asked for 2 pound off and charged me full and walked off been a great take away for a bit but way over it now , j wish them luck

Not enough toppings on both Pizzas.

When my food came I opened it tried it and it was cold I had to put it the microwave to warm it up. And plus it came early 10min after i ordered it before the When ordering food on delivery or pick it should take about 45min to hour something like that. And plus they leave the food on the side till they wait on a delivery driver so it's getting cold

We order from here alot but for tonight the burgers were tiny for a 1/2 burger and the chips were very happy and not the same at all .

Ordered a kids pizza meal and the size of it was nowhere near an 8inch pizza, disgusting and cost £10 with delivery for a kids meal, not impressed at all

Not happy at all I placed my order on just eat at about half 6 and 5min after my food arrived and plus it was cold I had to reheat it in the microwave

Called 25 mins after delivery time to be told it was 2 minutes away turned up half an hour later food mediocre salad on burger looked like it belonged on the bottom of a fridge ignored any calls after the first 2 I made would not recommend I'm 7 months pregnant and waited nearly 2 hours in total

I ordered and paid for large cheesy chips but just got chips on their own.

Asked for cheese on chips and paid extra for it and was stolen of the cheese and still charged for it. So infuriating when you pay extras and they don’t put it on and still take your money. Also pizza was soggy and cold

I got the meal deal that was £10 on the phone they said £1:50 for delivery. When they come they tryed to charge £2:50 for delivery up the road what a rip off. You need to sort yourself out before you lose more customers

Don’t order from this place. I ordered fish and salt and pepper chip box. All I received few pieces of fish and normal chip. When I called to ask about salt and pepper chip, the guy on phone was rude and not ready to listen anything and refused to refund or send my correct order.

Was very late and cold when it arrived , got a chicken wrap but was far too spicy 😕 maybe they need to rename it as spicy chicken wrap, wont be ordering again.
