Ordered a beef burger and got given a chicken burger not what I asked for and order a large kebab and it was a very small potion and tasted like cardboard and no flavour. Wouldn’t recommend this place

Burger was decent, salt and pepper wings and chips werent to my taste, just covered in a chilli sauce, not what I was expecting.

Buffet not as good as thought it would be .but ok

I have been ordering from Elite since it opened 18yrs ago, tonight I ordered 2 pizzas and a kebab and when it came the charge was a lot more than usual, after ringing to shop the man read out what he was charging and it did not match the menu prices. The menu was up to date as it was posted through my door this wk! The man on the phone was abrupt and rude stating “this is the price this is the price” the delivery driver even rang the shop asking him to offer some money back but he shouted at the deliver driver “this is the price” after 18 yrs of loyalty to this shop I’m guessing it has a new manager who is rude and arrogant and I will NEVER be ordering from here again!!! You can’t just make up prices and charge what you want, and you certainly don’t speak to customers or staff on the phone in such a manner!

Amazing food. Salt and pepper chips are to die for. Chicken was moist and tasty. What more can you ask for?!?

Order at 9 45 mixed kebab turned up at 11 and asked for 2 pound off and charged me full and walked off been a great take away for a bit but way over it now , j wish them luck

I got the meal deal that was £10 on the phone they said £1:50 for delivery. When they come they tryed to charge £2:50 for delivery up the road what a rip off. You need to sort yourself out before you lose more customers

Don’t order from this place. I ordered fish and salt and pepper chip box. All I received few pieces of fish and normal chip. When I called to ask about salt and pepper chip, the guy on phone was rude and not ready to listen anything and refused to refund or send my correct order.

great food all-round, chips were a tad soggy but other than that, spot on, shame about the sogginess of the chips they let the meal down due to the sogginess of the chips, the kabab and chips was brilliant except from the chips, they were quite moist and soggy but the kebab was perfect, shame about the soggy chips though!!

Gorgeous pizzas and good value for money

Will never order from here again. Food was 40 minutes late, asked for an update and they said driver was on way. Two hours later still no sign. Asked just eat to cancle my order, he got hold of the resteraunt to see what was happening and they was still waiting for a driver to be assigned to deliver my food.

Just got a delivery and got over charges about a fiver, not Impressed at all, the donner meat is full of white grounded up bones. Would seriously not recommended, won't be coming back here again

The pizzas arrived on time. They were fresh and piping hot. Tried the chicken tandoori and asian style. Absolutely delicious- the best in Huddersfield. This is a MUST try!!! A+++++++++ rating!!!!

My chicken wrap was just awful. The chicken tasted and looked like it was bought in sandwich bags from the ready meal section of a supermarket, and then heated up over and over. Secondly, they sent me the wrong drink as well so thanks for that. Massive shame

the food was cold and stale. i had to warm my chips in my microwave. my family couldnt eat it. the fudge cake was runny and looked like my dog had done his buisness in the tray. call urselves elite foods i think u need to rethink ur name. i would like something done pleae just wasted a tenner what i could have used to go mcdonalds at least it would have been better quality food

disgusting service. ordered a meal deal and apparently the naan kebabs I ordered weren’t in the offer. didn’t call to tell me, driver didn’t say anything either, kids now hungry and disappointed as was a treat and restaurant won’t do anything and actually hung up on just eaT!!!

awful food and awful customer service. food was over 20 mins late. food was cold and disgusting. brought the wrong order. on the app it gives you an option for a drink. ordered pepsi and brought us a kids drink.. ordered a icecream brought us fudge cake and said they sell icecream. rude over the phone and told us they would bring the drink, half hour later told us they wasn’t bringing it. would never order from this takeaway ever again.. don’t know why they even bother having a menu as they pick and chose whatever they give you anyway.

Ordered 3 pizzas, 1 garlic bread, 2 small chips, Coke and 1 medium chips. Medium chips was missing so I rang Elite a woman answered I told her my chips were missing she just didn't care not even an apology. I asked how long it would be to get the chips delivered she couldn't give me a time or estimate. So I asked for a refund. Disgusting customer service especially when I spent over £20. I used to go here when I was younger and it always used to be the same two men who were lovely. The woman had a bad attitude and because of that I will NEVER order from here again the food was full of grease and if I could this review would have 0 stars.

Order my food 15 mins after food was due I rang the takeaway multiple time with no answer then contact just eat who told me the food would be there in 20mins max food didn't show so I contacted them again I was then told afew mins 25 mins later the food turns up with 2 cans of Pepsi for being 1 hour 20 mins late

I rang after the delivery was over 20 mins late and received no apology for the delay and was told they were waiting on part of my order and it would be a further 10-15mins, then that came and went and I was almost at the point of cancelling the order when it arrived 15 mins later. We regularly order from here and although the food is always good tonight's service was beyond dire.

Some of the food was not what i ordered, If you dont have what i ordered at least give the customer a ring so they can choose what they want to eat. I ordered tikka chicken in nan and got deep fried chicken in chilli sauce.

Our food came about an hour an half late then when finally arrived the chips were cold and looked so brown and dead they looked and tasted like they had been cooked about 3 times and couldnt be eaten they was horrible i am very disapointed and was considering after waiting over an hour phoning anuver take away

If you live more than 200 yards from the takeaway, I would not recommend buying from here. We live a ten minute drive away from the place but nevertheless after waiting over an hour, the food arrived cold and they had sent us the wrong food. When I called for an explanation, the woman on the phone told me that, given we live so far away, the food being cold is to be expected. She also insinuated that, due to us living so far away, if we wanted the correct order sending, we would need to pay for a second delivery! Absolutely disgusted with the service and shall not be returning.
