Didn’t like the burgers mostly due to its very vinegary flavour

Been coming to Frankies for years. The service is friendly and fast, with staff always willing to offer recommendations or help with spice levels if you're unsure. The ambiance is casual and laid-back, making it a great spot for a quick bite or a relaxed meal with friends or family. Me and my kids love it!

Average. Used to be good. Badly made burgers.

I go with my best friend as she's o ly around the corner. The sweet potatoes are delicious, something about them that are so moreish it's pretty hard to stop. It's clean halal and friendly. Order your food and they give you a buzzer pad. Rings once ready They always get the order right too. Definitely recommend to go with friends and family. Nice and spacious seating area.

delivered to wrong address didn't receive my order

don't order from these or just eat as send wrong items out and can't do anything been emailing but don't get anywhere so don't order from these or just eat

food was lovely, delivery driver was very rude tutting and skaking his head at me because his delivery code would not recognise. ended up taking a pic and stormed off with a word. manners most nothing.

Ordered a vegetable burger and that’s definitely not what why daughter got ( as a vegetarian ) instead two meat patties in her burger !! Chips were cold . Definitely gone down hill from years ago, as have the portions but with a huge price increase

Delivery driver was stuck at one spot for 45 minutes before delivery, really unhappy with service received and cold food to go with it. Terrible experience with just eat

Had some issues with the just eat driver and called the restaurant as just eat weren't helpful. The guy I spoke to was really helpful and got it sorted.

Ordered the Nashville hot burger didnt look anything like picture plus really soggy wrapped in tin foil ruins it no crisp at all, sauces no flavour either garlic mayo basically mayo used to be nice when just one restaurant was open originally not worth money now

I ordered a chicken burger for takeout, and once home, I was given a beef burger. I was highly unhappy

This is the second time we have ordered food which has left us extremely disappointed. Found the chicken rubbery, you are forced to select their dips. Poor customer service from the delivery driver too. Will not be ordering again.

Today was the first and last time when I had eaten there. After finishing my burger I still had some chips left and while I was eating the chips a big dead mosquitos 🦟 was hiding between the chips 🤮🤢 I would never recommend someone to eat there....

Amazing service from grace was very polite and smiley gave our food quick and hot should be promoted if not already rest of the workers looked a bit depressed.

never received my order and I waited 2 hours

I’ve eaten here many times, and I always go for the chicken & Rice meal. Today it hit me that the prices has gone up, whilst the portion size has reduced. Now you get 3 chicken mini fillets in n stead of 4 or maybe 5 that you used to get only a couple of years ago. Still tastes good, just a little bit disappointed in the pay more get less aspect. Now the chips & rice ratio to the chicken is too much.

So ate here on afew occasions food has gone down hill and prices are way over priced 8 quid for a filet burger however miles better tasting is chickcanos at only 6.50....asked for their xxxxx punch drink and fell over when I was asked 2.99. Seems they want to brand everything so they can charge customers a premium and it looks pretty but what you don't understand is your customers don't mind unbranded burger boxes at affordable prices! However good luck... tip tender/beat your filet burgers so they are similar thickness so they cook through evenly

Very good service from Maryyam was very polite and helpful. I didn’t know what drink to get and she recommended a great drink. Wonderful and quick service.

I ordered burger a lot of salt and 🍟 Fries are very dry not fresh so don't west your time and money to order

Was over 50 minutes late on the original time, which changed twice while waiting. Food arrived cold and had to be re-warmed. Other than that the food was good, once it was warmed back up.

Fillet burger was ment to be a fillet not strips, also the inner chicken strips in the burger was brown 🤢🤮, asked for a fillet burger (peri peri burger) as a replacement, which was also disappointing soo salty and overbearingly burnt, don't know how this place serves food which is rotten and burnt at such a high price point. Gets a 2 star just for the fresh fries, Hope management wakes up and sorts this out. :( 😕🤦

Paid over £17 for this piece of….. 3/4 of the box filled with fries and 7 pieces of chicken. The only positive is that the food was warm and fresh…. A NO from me

Currently waiting for what I hope is wonderful meal today and I was served by a very polite young lady at the front till who always smiles and talked respectfully. Unfortunately your staff don’t have any name badges so I can’t name the employee. Most I can do is say that she was short, English and wore a cap. staff like herself are the most important asset to your company!!

Ordered the mood stack. Very underwhelming and nowhere near what it looked like on the menu. The two patties were wafer thin. Very bland for a £9 burger, I've had better at the golden arches.

Everything was abit soggy but it would be when your wrap it in tinfoil. Food was just slapped together but the chips were good!

Ordered 2 x fries on order none turned up. Spoke on the phone and they said nothing they can do unless I collect. what is the point in ordering for delivery if they can't deliver the correct items.

my food is cold and I clearly stated no lettuce yet its on my burger.dont expect my food to be clap cold I'm utterly beyond annoyed

Bit pricy but really delicious. The Smashed Angus Burger was incredible, the lamb chops have the perfect tenderness (mild was slightly spicy) and the chips were lovely. The peri and garlic sauces were amazing too. Highly recommend if you fancy a treat!

Been going to Frankie's in Batley for a while..the food is good and service is good too..only reason I gave it 4 stars was due to the price. I think prices have gone up far more then one can commercially justify! Burger meals worth circa £5 or less in many same businesses, are now nearly double the price at Frankie's! There's a reason why the car park is now mostly empty during times when previously it was full. QUALITY you already have, should now be QUANTITY over PRICE.. for that reason, I'm sorry to say, "I'm out"!

Excellent loaded chicken box, nice delivery guy followed request to ring on arrival so the baby didnt wake up. Excellent chicken tenders! Wish i could order them alone!

I visited today and there was a piece of metal which was 3 cm long in my burger I went back to them they showed them I (was polite about it) they apologised and made a new burger in the next five minutes apart from that everything was fine
