The driver asked for PIN code so I sent he has blocked my number and taken my food

chicken was burnt, chips wasn't cooked

This was a fantastic restaurant for dining, the very first Frankster's as is advertised! Designs all around add about this, including the counter with the food options on both screen and individual menus. I had a yummy Big Mama with Fries and IRN Bru, sitting at leather seating!

absolutely shocking. after a few episodes of ordering a big mama burger and it having little to no buffalo sauce on my last occasion i complained and was told to request extra sauce upon ordering. So today it was offer day i though i’d give it a go again, upon placing my order as told previously i requested extra sauce. i got my burger with no sauce again, i rang up and was told you need to request extra sauce. When i said i did she said send me a picture. when she looked she goes yes that’s correct we only put 30g of sauce in a burger if you want more sauce come and we will put it in. it’s a joke honestly a joke.the supervisor who took my call was no help at all. i wish i could upload a picture and you could see this had no sauce at all forget 30g it barley had 15g.Will not go at again and this wasn’t one burger this was all 4 burgers

Food was cold when it eventually arrived

Both chicken meal lovely. The kids cheese burger meal, I asked for a Plain Cheese Burger we was sent a Plain Burger without any Cheese on it! My daughter didn’t eat any of it, very disappointed!

First time ordering from here and it won’t be the last everything was outstanding I will soon be filling that stamp card up 🤣🤩

Unfortunately not as good as it once was, £10 for a burger meal that's more than some of these popular spicy dip burgers places, very small portions and the chips aren't the same as they used to be, the size of the chip portion is not worth the £10 price tag.

Unreal food I went for my lunch today I got a chicken butterfly with chips and popcorn chicken, Hawa is so polite when taking the orders always Smiles and made me feel welcome 10/10 Thankyou

Ordered takeaway for the first time the other day, food arrived 5 mins early, was lovely and hot and so tasty. No items missing like a lot of places. 10/10 and more orders from me

I was so pleased with my food, especially the tasty burger that the tall guy at the back made, probably owais/uvesh was his name, but he made an amazing grilled peri burger patty it was utterly tasty and not as all burnt, just perfect I also enjoyed the tangy side sauce and the fries were crispy

Food was really good. The service was excellent, friendly and efficient. I was served by Ebrahim.

Served by Ebrahim who served us on the counter went above and beyond from helping us choose our meals. From start to finish he was very helpful we had a table within minutes of getting served which was fully cleaned and sanitised. Our food was ready within 10 minutes lovely and warm. Gotta say the buffalo wings and the moody stack was my favourite. We also had peri chicken whole and wow 😍. Ebrahim also came out and asked if we needed anything else and also handed out tissues and wipes. During the meal Ebrahim was just a call away and he would be there to help. We didn't know which sauce to choose so he gave us the taster of all sauces to choose from. Absolutely fantastic service. I had family who came from Essex and they were all wowed with the Service and the quality of food. Special thanks to Ebrahim and ofcourse the food. 5 Star 🌟

I went there on Monday evening and after my first experience of Frankie’s I just wanted to say that the food was delicious, the customer service was excellent, especially from the worker Ebrahim he was very helpful and kind guided me through the menu and helped me pick the best burger for me was also very kind. Would definitely recommend to try Frankie’s as I’ll definitely be going again.

It is what it says on their slogan good vibes good food can't go wrong with this spot, my cousin really enjoyed the chicken burger and the beef was really good quality no maccies quality here it's really good and we tried the mix chicken and angus beef cajun fries really hit the mark with presentation and flavour. As someone who's worked in the industry I rate this a 9.5/10 if you want good burgers and fries try this place. Will be ordering again.

Ordered a Moody burger and it was indeed very tasty. However, the price was astronomical for what arrived. Burger wasn’t much bigger than a McD’s double cb. And fries were average in taste and size. Absolutely not worth the money spent. Certainly won’t be ordering from here again unless the prices come down a LOT.

They gave me the wrong soft drink- Cheese chips barely had any cheese- wings were overcharged almost burnt. Quality of food/ service has depleted.

Management of this place seems to have go downhill over time. seems to be alot of new faces. New table workers aswell, I remember Saf who was a amazing and friendly person ( Table worker) . No longer seen when I go their to eat.

Been coming to Frankies for years. The service is friendly and fast, with staff always willing to offer recommendations or help with spice levels if you're unsure. The ambiance is casual and laid-back, making it a great spot for a quick bite or a relaxed meal with friends or family. Me and my kids love it!

Ordered at 12:10 and estimated time was 12:35-12:50 and my order came at 13:51 that is shocking timing i need a refund. Also i think it needs to be said that the food was ready as i phoned frankie’s and they said the driver hadn’t come so i think just eat was the issue please give me a refund

Order time kept changing for an hour then while out for delivery the time kept changing for another hour tried telling the driver he’d gone to wrong place he ignored the messages and continued to what he was doing all my food was clap cold wont be ordering again

I go with my best friend as she's o ly around the corner. The sweet potatoes are delicious, something about them that are so moreish it's pretty hard to stop. It's clean halal and friendly. Order your food and they give you a buzzer pad. Rings once ready They always get the order right too. Definitely recommend to go with friends and family. Nice and spacious seating area.
