Food was really good. The service was excellent, friendly and efficient. I was served by Ebrahim.

Served by Ebrahim who served us on the counter went above and beyond from helping us choose our meals. From start to finish he was very helpful we had a table within minutes of getting served which was fully cleaned and sanitised. Our food was ready within 10 minutes lovely and warm. Gotta say the buffalo wings and the moody stack was my favourite. We also had peri chicken whole and wow 😍. Ebrahim also came out and asked if we needed anything else and also handed out tissues and wipes. During the meal Ebrahim was just a call away and he would be there to help. We didn't know which sauce to choose so he gave us the taster of all sauces to choose from. Absolutely fantastic service. I had family who came from Essex and they were all wowed with the Service and the quality of food. Special thanks to Ebrahim and ofcourse the food. 5 Star 🌟

I went there on Monday evening and after my first experience of Frankie’s I just wanted to say that the food was delicious, the customer service was excellent, especially from the worker Ebrahim he was very helpful and kind guided me through the menu and helped me pick the best burger for me was also very kind. Would definitely recommend to try Frankie’s as I’ll definitely be going again.

I visited on Friday evening. It was my first time trying Frankie’s. I requested for some recommendations and was very happy with the support provided by Ebrahim. I really enjoyed the food he suggested. I will be returning very soon, I had the best time and received outstanding customer service.

It is what it says on their slogan good vibes good food can't go wrong with this spot, my cousin really enjoyed the chicken burger and the beef was really good quality no maccies quality here it's really good and we tried the mix chicken and angus beef cajun fries really hit the mark with presentation and flavour. As someone who's worked in the industry I rate this a 9.5/10 if you want good burgers and fries try this place. Will be ordering again.

Ordered a Moody burger and it was indeed very tasty. However, the price was astronomical for what arrived. Burger wasn’t much bigger than a McD’s double cb. And fries were average in taste and size. Absolutely not worth the money spent. Certainly won’t be ordering from here again unless the prices come down a LOT.

They gave me the wrong soft drink- Cheese chips barely had any cheese- wings were overcharged almost burnt. Quality of food/ service has depleted.

Management of this place seems to have go downhill over time. seems to be alot of new faces. New table workers aswell, I remember Saf who was a amazing and friendly person ( Table worker) . No longer seen when I go their to eat.

Didn’t like the burgers mostly due to its very vinegary flavour

Been coming to Frankies for years. The service is friendly and fast, with staff always willing to offer recommendations or help with spice levels if you're unsure. The ambiance is casual and laid-back, making it a great spot for a quick bite or a relaxed meal with friends or family. Me and my kids love it!

Ordered at 12:10 and estimated time was 12:35-12:50 and my order came at 13:51 that is shocking timing i need a refund. Also i think it needs to be said that the food was ready as i phoned frankie’s and they said the driver hadn’t come so i think just eat was the issue please give me a refund

Order time kept changing for an hour then while out for delivery the time kept changing for another hour tried telling the driver he’d gone to wrong place he ignored the messages and continued to what he was doing all my food was clap cold wont be ordering again

I go with my best friend as she's o ly around the corner. The sweet potatoes are delicious, something about them that are so moreish it's pretty hard to stop. It's clean halal and friendly. Order your food and they give you a buzzer pad. Rings once ready They always get the order right too. Definitely recommend to go with friends and family. Nice and spacious seating area.

food was lovely, delivery driver was very rude tutting and skaking his head at me because his delivery code would not recognise. ended up taking a pic and stormed off with a word. manners most nothing.

This is the second time we have ordered food which has left us extremely disappointed. Found the chicken rubbery, you are forced to select their dips. Poor customer service from the delivery driver too. Will not be ordering again.

Today was the first and last time when I had eaten there. After finishing my burger I still had some chips left and while I was eating the chips a big dead mosquitos 🦟 was hiding between the chips 🤮🤢 I would never recommend someone to eat there....

I’ve eaten here many times, and I always go for the chicken & Rice meal. Today it hit me that the prices has gone up, whilst the portion size has reduced. Now you get 3 chicken mini fillets in n stead of 4 or maybe 5 that you used to get only a couple of years ago. Still tastes good, just a little bit disappointed in the pay more get less aspect. Now the chips & rice ratio to the chicken is too much.

So ate here on afew occasions food has gone down hill and prices are way over priced 8 quid for a filet burger however miles better tasting is chickcanos at only 6.50....asked for their xxxxx punch drink and fell over when I was asked 2.99. Seems they want to brand everything so they can charge customers a premium and it looks pretty but what you don't understand is your customers don't mind unbranded burger boxes at affordable prices! However good luck... tip tender/beat your filet burgers so they are similar thickness so they cook through evenly

Was over 50 minutes late on the original time, which changed twice while waiting. Food arrived cold and had to be re-warmed. Other than that the food was good, once it was warmed back up.

Fillet burger was ment to be a fillet not strips, also the inner chicken strips in the burger was brown 🤢🤮, asked for a fillet burger (peri peri burger) as a replacement, which was also disappointing soo salty and overbearingly burnt, don't know how this place serves food which is rotten and burnt at such a high price point. Gets a 2 star just for the fresh fries, Hope management wakes up and sorts this out. :( 😕🤦

Currently waiting for what I hope is wonderful meal today and I was served by a very polite young lady at the front till who always smiles and talked respectfully. Unfortunately your staff don’t have any name badges so I can’t name the employee. Most I can do is say that she was short, English and wore a cap. staff like herself are the most important asset to your company!!

Everything was abit soggy but it would be when your wrap it in tinfoil. Food was just slapped together but the chips were good!

Ordered 2 x fries on order none turned up. Spoke on the phone and they said nothing they can do unless I collect. what is the point in ordering for delivery if they can't deliver the correct items.

Bit pricy but really delicious. The Smashed Angus Burger was incredible, the lamb chops have the perfect tenderness (mild was slightly spicy) and the chips were lovely. The peri and garlic sauces were amazing too. Highly recommend if you fancy a treat!
