Absolutely disgusting, i ordered a chicken wrap meal and 2 pieces of chicken strips. The chicken taste old and definitely not freshly prepared, the chicken was greasy and full of oil. On top of that they added another free 2 piece chicken and two chicken drumsticks for free, considering it was a late order they dumped whatever left over chicken they had , in my order bag, and to top that, they also forgot to put my tango orange drink in there! Only provided one star as the chips were really nice.

shocked is an understandment! on saturday night i went into jesters to ask if they had any spare food they were going to throw away for free as i were drunk and had no money. they offered me and my friends chicken wings to we politely accepted the order and waited. i had eaten 1 of these wings when my friend noticed they were illuminions pink. we had checked them all to find they were all pink. very disgusted with this as i feel they were taking advantage of drunk woman.

Got a ghost kitchen running out the same place calles rumi chai, ordered mango lassi n it was literally gone off and curdling

I have been working in Dewsbury a few times and was recommended by my colleagues to visit this place. Highly recommend the food - very tasty and hot!. Friendly helpful staff especially usman (mostly served by him). Place is clean to a very good standard.. .

Regular customer on Uber Eats, cant go wrong with the food. Hit or miss place when ordering, sometimes you’ll receive everything or sometimes you’ll have missing items which they need to work on.

So hit and miss. 1st time I ordered the batter on the chicken wings was mushy, it was inedible, so I didn't try it again for months. Had 2 or 3 since that were excellent, really crispy, really good quality. Now it's back to being mushy and inedible again. It's like they've just been coated in a mushy breading and not cooked. Not worth the risk.

By far one of the best chicken shops around the chicken burgers are always fresh and juicy and their house made spice recipe is to die for I don’t even live anywhere near the takeaway but I still order regularly highly recommend

Absolutely disgusting food and service guy on the counter was very rude they charge 50 p for a simple cheese slice and are very tight with sauces burger was frozen and bland chips were horrible and cold and mushy would not recommend at all to anyone

Called "Rumi chai" on uber eats, got given 2 lassi that were spoiled, 1 with hair in and my brownie had hair in it too, ice cream came like a foam. The hair is dark, mine is blonde. On the photos you can see the lassi starting to seperate, it arrived at room temp after 15 mins with driver so i know its all the resteraunts fault. Edit 2 days later: i got food poisoning from it

Driver never showed up with food, I rung the store multiple times and they just ignored me after I’ve paid full price on Uber

Since these new workers have come in the quality has dropped massively in the quality of food. Bring back the old workers I ordered a supers staxx and it had no sauce the burger was soo dry so I thought it was a one off. So tried again few days later it was the same thing even though I had explained to them to add mayo and the cheese sauce but put in very little and it runs the whole burger.

I called for a food they said we don’t do delivery do uber if you want . When did uber one driver went there he didn’t pick the order then second same and when third one gone there we called him he said shop is closed. So basically they didn’t want to make order near closing time so he asked me to do uber because he knew it no one would be there at the time uber order comes he should’ve told us to do take out. Very disappointed

Impressed by the quality of food on offer. Very quick service too. Would recommend the spicy chicken fillet burgers and their wacky wings which are filled with a spicy sauce (inside the wing!)

I enjoy Jesters fried chicken because of their unique recipe which is inspired by al baik. My last visit was slightly underwhelming. The box meal on the screen showed four pieces of chicken with chips and a bun on a plate with a drink. When I enquired about it I got told the price which was reasonable and asked for it but it didn't come with a bun, same as last time. I specially asked for the meal in the picture both times and both times I was given no bun. But nevermind. Now onto the service, the front staff might have been someone new because I asked to eat in and he simply gave me a plastic tray and two packets, one with chicken in and one with chips in. This has been the first time that I was served chicken and chips like this. As I was eating in I asked could I have a box or a plate. And he said this was all they had. I find that hard to believe that they didn't have any boxes. It was very disappointing. I asked if they had red salt and he gave me normal salt. A clear communication barrier existed as well as a lack of experience with the young man at the front. Disappointing customer service having travelled from Manchester for the food.

1st 2 times i ordered the chicken burger was lovely since then it’s not been the same undercooked or rock hard and missing ingredients. They forgot the sauces have given different drink to what i asked for. I’ve felt like I’ve not had the same burger. Or experince. Will not be ordering again very disappointed as i actually thought this was going to be my new usual spot to order from. I have not been offered an apology just excuses.

Avoid this place. Absolute rubbish and rude!! I have been ordering since it opened, which was quality and decent size burgers back then. Lately these guys have gone down hill at 100mph! I ordered on Ubereats 2 chunky fillet burgers, 1 fillet was thin as a 2 pieces of tissue paper. The other fillet was pink and uncooked see pictures. Called to complain rude staff didnt care saying "our fillets are all thin and we use paprika on the fillet its not raw" Clearly they dont care about customer aftercare. I wont be shocked when you close down soon and lose customers due to your inconsistent food and rude customer service. Typical stuck up arrogant takeway owners soon it slap you in the face hard. Robbing and lying to customers doesnt get you anywhere fear God and change your actions before you lose everything.

Ordered take away from here afew times now. The chicken burgers, wraps and fish fillet are very nice. The garlic mayo is nice. The prices are reasonable. I have also ate in aswell and the place is nice and simple, cool music and it has customer toilets. Can't fault it, really good chicken shop.

I went in to Jesters for a quick lunch on a Saturday afternoon after a quick visit to Dewsbury. What a mistake. At first, I went in and walked back out after assuming it was shut as there was no staff around, and the whole building was empty with no music, etc. I walked around outside and spoke with a mate who said it should be open and went to try again after 20 minutes. There was a staff on the counter who looked grumpy and not welcoming, but I still ordered my burger meal. Whilst waiting, I could hear some staff at the back being loud and noisy playing about, but I just ignored it, and then they started to play music on their phones. There were no other customers until I left, but the tables were not clean. I sat on one table that was slightly clean to eat when my food was ready thinking this Jesters chunky chicken fillet meal would be great but after a few bites I knew this was a mistake, bland flavour, a few slice of shredded lettuce (nothing else) and literally a pinch of burger sauce. I would not recommend this place to anyone with how it's run.

Come here from work for my lunch ordered 3 chicken stack meals honestly the chicken was drier then the dessert so asked for another one, was slightly better but still dry the best bit of the meal was the can of coke

Just called in on the office chance whilst in Dewsbury. The food was freshly cooked, piping hot and delicious. The Super Staxx Fillet was delicious and very filling. I would recommend to anyone. The staff were very friendly I deed. Try it for yourself. I'll be back.

Rubbish. Ordered a chicken fillet burger and the burger wasn't even slightly crispy. Hash brown was soggy and the coating was like a wet paste around the burger and not batter. Wish I got a picture but it all went in the bin. Way too overspiced, way too much chilli powder. There's seasoning a burger then overseasoning. It was overpowering. Sloppy mess. Ordered when they first opened. Bad experience but gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again thinking maybe they've got better but definitely not. Waste of time. Emojies or Chicken stop way better. And £13 for two burgers in Dewsbury when they're as bad as that is just shocking in itself.

This place took me back to Saudi. The flavour the seasoning in the burgers & they chicken took me back to saudi Albaik chicken

Ordered the double crunch burger. It is massive. Ordered it spicy too. And believe me it was spicy. However, very nice. Fries were nice too. Kudos to these guys. Whenever I have ordered food from here, it has been of really good quality and decent size portions too.

Ordered the Mega Crunch Fillet Burger. Undoubted 5 star. Didnt realise it came with chips so I got two portions. Perfect amount of spicy, nice and simple in a good dry bun. Will be going back often

QUALITY food , a must reccomend

As I live out of town and travel for work I went in yesterday to give them a try. Wanted to buy 2 pieces of chicken and the 99p burger. Said their card machine is intermittent and couldn't accept card. Only had enough change for a burger. Honestly speaking, I would only eat this for survival. Chicken chewed like it had been there for a week!

Went with large group and Jesters were extremely accommodating and friendly. Food was cooked fresh and was really nice, definitely one of the better chicken places in our area. Would recommend and will come again.

Omg. This is the place to go for your burgers. Honestly, quality is at the highest and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I love the sauces (garlic and chilli) like all other burger places they don’t water them down. Thick and creamy. Yummy. I have to say my number one burger place. Love it. Can’t wait to go again. Never disappoints. Worth the trip from Wakefield.

Just came and bought a wings meal and all my chicken was pink

99p small chicken burgers are not bad for the price and size but only available during the week until 4pm. You just have to make sure they give you full chicken piece instead of srips when they really busy as they ran out once and and to go back and raise the issue which they offered additional portions to compensate.

Wow my first time we got five meals at a very reasonable price and the food was really lovely and good portion size too shop is lovely and clean and staff friendly

I really enjoyed the 4 piece chicken meal without chips and 6 wings there was a thigh, drumstick and breast however, if the menu overall was as good it would have gotten a higher rating.

Absolutely amazing food with great prices , and the girl that served us I forgot to ask her name but she had 2 pony tails . It’s very important to keep staff like her in the food industry.
