Food is great how ever orders usually missing a item and there are so many problems with there website you cant even put a order in and after so many tries it completely resets your order

Terrible world slowest McDonald’s ever went here on Monday bank holiday and it’s so slow will not be recommending anyone to come here. Won the best experience coming back to this McDonald’s from age ago went on the 4th of May 2025 when before they flip the menu over to 11 am lunchtime menu and so it’s not too slow as you expected to be at lunchtime but very fast .

Good food service received hot and tasty

I have long since accepted the fact that I have to pay more for extra tartare sauce these days; the amount used to be enough, until one day it seemed to be little more than a teaspoon. Today I ordered it again, got it home and no cheese - just a fish fillet and sauce in the bun - could have filled a book on incomplete orders over the years but today I finally write that review. All I want is what I paid for 🤷🏻‍♀️ BTW could not find any google review options

A really poor performance from McDonald's here. I ordered a meal through Just Eat from here. I made the order at around 11:15 for a 12:00 delivery. The delivery driver didn't leave the restaurant before 12:30 and when I got my order (it was only to Lilleshall), all the food was cold. It's like they made the order and forgot about it or the delivery driver was late to collect (even though the app said they'd been there since 11:50) If I bother to try it again, I'll be specifying Newport next to see if they can perform better than Donnington.

Its a McDonalds so atmosphere is what it is. The food was ok, service when busy lacks a little to be honest.

Got a fine for parking in Basford mcdonalds for being slightly out the box didn't have a choice as the car next to me wouldn't be able to get in there car if i wasn't slightly out. I was only a few mins while i collected my order a 1.99 chicken wrap cost me 61.99

Visited with our small children, no access to the toilets as it was past 6pm and upstairs area was closed.

The attitude of the workers and staff if this place is absolutely abysmal, they do not care about anything that goes on In this place , the wait times for " fast food " is shocking , you get served quicker in spoons... the managers are lazy , incompetent and clearly do not want to be there which reflects down onto the staff. Good luck to anybody paying with cash as it'll take 20 mins for any body to come to the front desk to take your money, absolutely shocking experience all around, ya better off going to another McDonald's
