Too crowded lots of people food is okay service is nice

What a crap show. Waited over 30min for my food.

Big Mac and fries ordered, almost 25 min waiting, no tissues in the bag, no apologies. I sympathise it's a shit business you work in, and customers are super demanding but it doesn't cost anything to be polite

I think we stopped there for a burger when other places were closed.

Me, my mum, Alex and Steph went there to have some lunch. I had a Filet-o-Fish, fries and chicken McNuggets for my lunch which I liked eating. It was a brilliant day.

The order that I received was not my food order at all

Given 3 children’s drinks but only one meal!?!

First time I’ve really had a bad experience with McDonald’s, order had 2 missing items and a item we didn’t order, no straws or napkins and it took a long time to process too a lot longer than normal. Delivery driver was ok but overall not good

Yet again, she have not given us are full order. Now my 6 year old is left without her meal and also missing 4 hot chocolates. McDonald's your an absolute disaster

Last 3 orders from here no straws for drinks. Sort it out, it’s really not hard. Bone idle laziness. If you CBA to offer the service properly, don’t do delivery. Simples.

This restaurant gets worse and worse. We have had items missing in the past but today we were missing an entire meal, and unfortunately, it was my 7 year old sons Happy Meal. He was very upset and had to just eat the chips from one of our meals. No dips either but I've NEVER received those from here, even when I've ordered extra in the hope of getting any, so that wasn't a surprise. Just terrible.

No kids play area that i could see from down stairs but food was ok just had issue with card machine on the self service

absolutely awful, sinewy bits of chicken. no dips with the selects. burgers were bland and tasteless with minimal effort, no crispy onions and one Pickle and one grilled onion per burger. chips were half empty and so were the drinks.

Was stone cold. Had to microwave it when it arrived!

When ordered it gave earlier time then kept changing getting later and later

Delivery time got later and later despite the Courier apparently being at the restaurant for over an hour (hard to believe). Food arrived disgustingly cold and several items were missing.

This was a standard McDonald's. The food was ok had a breakfast there and it was cooked ok and come in normal time.

Shocked how many times things are missing didn’t receive my Big Mac meal when phoning macdonalds back up to tell them about my order to be told they can’t do anything and that I have to phone just eat i would like a full refund this is not the first

I don't blame the courier. One third of the meal was not delivered and another third was ruined. I had strawberry milkshake all over the floor. I will never order from McDonalds ever again. Never ever.

Didnt recieve any of the dips. The free ones or the ones that were included with the cheese sticks

Ordered a large Philly cheese stack meal with a hot chocolate. The burger and fries were barely warm. The hot chocolate was stone cold.

The delivery rider tried to blame McDonald's on the damage to X6 Large Lattes and a Galaxy Ice cream put IN the same bag as the Lattes, so it MELTED!

Most of the chips were burnt and the chicken nuggets were cold and had no flavour i would like to receive a refund.

In the last few months there's been a huge incline of failures: Items missing, wrong product, specific requests not being fulfilled, condiments left out, I mean, you order a Philly Cheese stake burger with NO CHEESE! The Arndale branch clearly doesn't have enough staff or they just don't care, however the No of Refund requests from Online ordering might eventually bite them, so could the Franchise holder SORT IT OUT! P.S, When you clean your ice cream machine, make sure No chemical residue is left behind as it taints the flavours!!!!🤢

Ordered 22 quids worth of food then they deliverd just one chips with 6 sauses , told me there is nothing they can do because they diddnt have and cheese burgers or vegi burgers or frozen lemonade or orange juice or anything else that i ordered...

Lovely McDonald's and the Manager went above and beyond, when I had problems completing my order today. Food was hot and freshly cooked and the floor staff were extremely pleasant. Would definitely recommend 👌

Absolutely abysmal!!! All cold! Big Mac no source no cheese totally thrown in box dismantled. Half the chips there half the drinks spilled and no dipping sauces that were orderd. I can’t understand how and why it could be so psychotic

Both quarter pounder burgers looked like they were made by a 3 year old, sauce all over the boxes and not in the burger, no onions at all despite selecting extra onion. Chips as usual were undercooked and cold, both drinks spilt, no ice or straws , cola was flat! Also ordered share box of chicken which I thought would’ve been a saver in this instance but I was so wrong ! Chicken was pink, nuggets were soggy and not crispy at all , DISGUSTING ! Bunch of kinder garden kids running the kitchen

Our food was late. The delivery time kept getting pushed back again and again. This was a small order but still took nearly an hour. The delivery driver was not good at all. They parked all the way up the road (atleast 5 doors up) and slowly walked down to our house. Extremely disappointed

Bad service no receipt came out no table service and the salad was not all there it got replaced after the man said im surprised there selling it. No serviettes the staff couldn't solve the receipt problem.

I ordered a crispy chicken salad meal to include a medium Oasis. I got two salads and two Oasis. I also ordered two still waters and a brownie. I didn't get the water or the brownie.

My daughter went in with her friends. Ordered chicken nuggets with chips. Got only slightly warm chicken. She had food poisoning from it. Avoid.

McDonald’s is like that friend who’s always around, but you’re never quite sure why. Sure, it’s dependable in that “open at 3 AM” kind of way, but let’s face it, the food is more of a guilty pleasure than a culinary experience. The fries are salty enough to make a desert jealous, and the burgers are suspiciously uniform—like they’ve all been pressed out of a mold. As for the ambiance, it’s a fluorescent-lit shrine to convenience, where the smell of frying oil lingers like a persistent memory you can’t quite shake. It’s not gourmet, but hey, at least the ice cream machine was working
