McDonald's - Eastbourne 1 in Eastbourne

missing chicken selects. nearly £10 and you forget to put them in the order. nearly everytime I order there's something missing or it's cold.

Order was pushed back by 45 minutes when there was 5 minutes left. Food arrived cold. Courier on bicycle appeared to not be bothered to walk to our door, so said 'take this' from our gate. I had to walk barefoot in the rain to take it from him. Drink was on its side in the bag too so half of it gone.

Much better today, products were cooked properly, coffee on the ball, makes a change & hopefully for the better, 😊

Staff in charge shout at other staff for doing wrong in front of customers, totally unprofessional and rude to fellow colleagues. What ever happened to teamwork?

The food was cold. And was not given any sauce so did not enjoy 20 nuggets also forgot my straw so wasn’t great at all tbf

My child’s happy meal was missing they delivered the drink no food. Walked down McDonald’s after to tell them they didn’t pack it and ask for another one they refused to give me another one had to order another one in store

both of the large chip's were less than half full. And order was missing the 9 chicken nuggets.

As a major burger outlet you should be ashamed to put your name to what I received

Fast service, food hot and nice. Not rushed to have us leave. Clean and tidy. Would go again if in the area again.

The food was terrible. All of it was cold and the drink had spilt. The burger was so dry and cold made it impossible to eat. The chips were so cold the texture of them made it impossible to eat. The entire meal was ineditiable and feel like I can't order from this McDonalds again. I very clearly had been served foot that had been sat there for ages.

Took one and a half hours to arrive. Food and coffee was stone cold! Icecream melted to milk! Driver extremely rude claiming store not busy and wasn’t his fault!! Will NEVER order from terminus road again!

The Big Mac was not completely in box and the steakhouse is burger is also cold the saver burgers and fry’s are ok but the main burgers are cold and damaged.

Shame that my order was incomplete when it arrived. I only ordered three items & one was missing.

I did not receive any of the sauces that I selected for the Dippers and Nuggets. I did not receive the additional sauce that I paid extra for either!

Wrong drink was delivered and food was cold when it arrived, it keeps saying 10 mins till delivery then going to 5 then back to 10 again.

our main meal which was kastsu chicken wrap we orded two of them as meals with fries the katsu wrap and and fries was cold and the wrap had hardly anything inside it i did not enjoy it at all!

no dips again. you have to select them on the order but never receive them.

When visiting this McDonald’s with a friend this afternoon, we were refused entry by the security guard. His reason was that we couldn’t bring in packaged fish and chips from another restaurant, as it might affect food safety. I repeatedly explained that we were only there to order takeout and wouldn’t eat inside, but the guard still insisted on denying us entry. In the end, my friend had to go in alone to order, and the takeout took a long time to prepare. I waited outside for 20 minutes, which was a very embarrassing experience. I’m not sure if others have had similar experiences—is this a standard practice in the UK?

Hot drinks were Luke warm at best despite the wait.

Nearly 2hrs late food had be left for ages dry & hash browns dripping with grease & cold worse experience ever if this was the 1st time using wouldn’t use ever again couldn’t even cancel order as I would of still been charge No drivers available for over 1hr 30mins yet ordered was taken for food at 07:30 food delivered at 09:15

No barbecue sauce all the cheesy garlic bread dippers, but other than that, everything was fine

Two of our main burgers missing

The drink was only three quarters full, it may have spilt a bit as the bag was soggy and the salad was pathetic - half full and a bit of lettuce and one tomato slice.

Not only was it an hour late, an item was missing from each of the meals (3 items in total). Between waiting so long and finally not receiving our complete order, it's ruined our morning and we have a very upset little boy on our hands. Considering the charges, we are very unhappy.

Order was late and the food was cold and the ice melted in the large Coke. Customer service wasn’t reachable. No way to contact anyone. Contacted next day and they rejected refund and the means of communication is really difficult. The only way to talk to customer service is convoluted and through leaving a one way comment/message which is odd and they would reply by email almost like a generic response.

We just had some fried chicken and chicken burger with fries I have worse experience about the food the smell of chicken and fries was so bad ,we tried to eat but it feel like vomiting ,I don’t know but the food was disappointed us ,

My order did not match what i ordered

Very rude delivery lady handed one bag to me that had completely disintegrated. Four drinks and a McFlurry were upright in their cardboard trays yet all were spilt and ruined. Clearly the delivery lady had tipped it over during her journey. The spilled cokes poured all over my floor and my new canvas boots. The latter are permanently stained despite immediately washing and clearing up the mess. No apology; her only words were to say she had not opened the bag... it had no bottom due to spillage!

The restaurant should not be allowed to miss items from the order everytime there is something missing it’s quite clear that the staff at the restaurant do not care otherwise it would not happen

Called in for breakfast. Usually great standard, not disappointed, everything good.
