McDonald's - Eastbourne 1 in Eastbourne

over half an hour wait from when I put order in. food was basically cold

my food did not come said it was here but no where to be seen absolutely fuming

Never arrived I am over disappointed at this point

We order from here occasionally but time and time again they disappoint from missing food to no straws napkins sauces just everything really so to whoever is the owner/manager get rid of the staff you have and start again your also overpriced for what you serve food always cold absolutely disgusting stay away from here if you can

Like any McDonald's, gets very cramped and can take a bit of time to get food. Burgers sometimes come deconstructed. Lots of seating upstairs though which is good!

Food arrived on time and apart from coffee being spilt on route all was good. very hit and miss on how the food will be and deiivery time

As many time I ordered they never manage to send one order right. Dips barely ever comes. My problem is I want to have a meal with my family and refund is giving back my money but not the chance to have a food with my family. They need to sort out their staff or the method they work because surely something goes wrong there.

Food is cold yet again! Also the staff aren't able to read an order and include dips or the correct drinks! I don't know why Just Eat actually affiliate themselves with MacDonalds

The visit was average , it's McDonald's what do expect ,dispointed that Ronald McDonald's wasn't there doing a strip tease, at least that's what I expected for the price of a happy meal .

Driver called me when he was outside asking me to come and get my food? You have my flat number get my food to my door you lazy POS. Whether it's restaurant staff or drivers, somebody is always cutting corners.

The quality control at this site is non-existent, you WILL have items missing from your order. How hard is it to check and pack an order properly?

Food was delivered over an hour late because of this the food was cold I tried to helped the person delivering it with directions as we could see on the app they was at the wrong address they saw my messages and didn’t respond. I asked them to call me they did not. No apology and didn’t even look at me when they gave the food to us.

Do not order food from here. Consistently miss items off your order, hardly ever put sauces in and it is next to impossible to use the customer services to get a refund. The virtual assistant on the app just goes round in circles and the website has an error message. Never again

It was awful it took over 1 hour to come, when it eventually came the driver called me saying that he couldn’t find the house I sent my dad out to guide him and he started screaming at me through the phone saying he didn’t have time and he was going to leave. My dad got the food and it was so cold the chips were cold and the drink was spilt in the bag. The driver was very rude and the food was unpleasant .

Nothing wrong with the delivery, it was McDonald’s that messed up(surprise surprise), I guess they think customers don’t need any straws with their drinks, I’ve actually lost count now of how many times they don’t put a straw in and I even wrote on the order notes to add a straw, McDonald’s are useless, it would help if they didn’t employ a load of spotty gimps who have just left school

Delivery time was pushed back nearly straight away. For the amount of time in preparation you'd expect a fresh hot meal, not the tepid been sat for ages excuse for a meal. Very poor quality as I've come to expect from the Eastbourne Town centre branch.

The chips were obviously the last scrapings as a large chips was not even a small portion and they tasted really weird! Burger good and drink good though l.

I ordered food at 6:45pm. I received the food at 8:35pm. That is 1 hour 50mins. I contacted the restaurant during the waiting time and I was told around 7:40pm that the food is ready and they are waiting on delivery driver. The food was sitting there for more than an hour before being delivered. The food was cold and we had to oven the food after it arrived. What is the point of ordering food online if I had to wait for almost 2 hours and then heat my own food? If there were no delivery drivers, why accept the order in the first place? Horrible service Just Eat.

Main items are missing. Bought a happy meal for my child and it didn't arrive.

One of the worst Mac Donald I’ve ever had. Was an 1 hour late, food was stone cold, ice cream was just a puddle, no sauces for the chicken select and no straws. Drinks were only half full.

Didn’t turn up with the correct order sent it back didn’t return and said it was delivered when it wasn’t I ordered again which I got it correct but was charged £47 twice for 1 order i think it’s not a good service at all and giving a rate of 0 would be too much

Me, my mum, Alex and Steph went there to have some lunch. I had a Filet-o-Fish, fries and chicken McNuggets for my lunch which I liked eating. It was a brilliant day.
