McDonald's - Eastbourne 1 in Eastbourne

So slow. 20 mins to provide one sausage and egg muffin breakfast. Should have gone to Spoons. McDonald's seem to focus all effort on just eat and Uber eats rather than walk in customers

Food was fine but took forever and when I walked into the left male bathroom stall there was shit on the wall and floor

I've always liked wimpy but it's getting very expensive to eat with a family Food is good and milkshakes are fab

Bouncer in the door, looks like trouble was imminent with scores of hood wearing kids squaring up to each other. Had to wait 30 mins, which is actually quite quick for this McDonald's for my food as a dozen plus Uber drivers seem to take priority. Shocking

MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED! The driver never buzzed or knocked on my door, he called me and asked for me to go to his mo-ped I said I can’t I’m 9 months with sciatica he hung up and sped off! This is not the first time the same driver has done this! Order WAS NOT received, I expect a full refund and an explanation to how I can complain about this driver furthermore.

Everybody working here is a bone idle, lazy baboon with the IQ of a 4 year old. May the fleas of 1000 camels infest all of your arsecracks.

Only received half the order, no chips delivered for four meals, half the drinks wrong orders, no option for milkshakes or McFlurrys. Really a disappointing meal.

Delivery guy complained he has to use stairs, food was cold and no sauces as per usual. Workers obviously can’t be bothered to do their jobs correctly.

I often have this problem; this happens with Ubereats as well. I have missing items and sauces which make some of the items inedible such as the Veggie dippers. The Apple pie and sauce were missing. Thanks

The burger patties was burnt and hard to eat. The burgers was cold and the fries had excessive amounts of salt leaving the in edible

I'm very disappointed in McDonald's Lottbridge drove Eastbourne. I've had an operation and it's left me not being able to swallow my food without some hot water. So I went up to the tills and spoke to the manager and explained my situation, and she said sorry I can't give you any water.🙈 You can buy a tea... I haven't to drink tea or coffee. I feel discriminated. I explained I only wanted some hot tap water so I could eat my meal in comfort.. They do normally give me some hot water. I've had it several times. I had already got my drink with my meal, but I'm unable to drink a cold drink whilst eating because it closes up my esophagus tubs.. I paid £13.88 for 2 meals Surely a cup of hot tap water to help me eat my food isn't asking too much. I don't drink tea or coffee. Hence I couldn't eat my meal it really spoilt my afternoon.

Pancakes on their own without the syrup are dry and horrible thanks for ruining my daughters breakfast that she waited all week to have at daddies . Just the basic simple requirement of checking an order can not be that hard surely

Driver didn't try to find door just rang saying here even when instructions said upstairs. then goes to the door with no lights on! only one door where lights were on. that being said food very quick and good as always

Amazing food and service! Pity it is so very expensive for what you get. But worth it if willing to spend a bit more.....

Poor management = poor standards. They often have no ice (??). What’s up with having drinks already poured and set aside? By the time it’s sold it’s warm and flat😂 yuck! Upstairs is basically a sauna in the summer, was busy downstairs so had to leave because the heat was unbearable. I guess aircon and ice are too expensive eh💩 Whenever I opt to eat-in I get a bag and if I argue I’m told I’m wrong. All in all - ok if you’re desperate for a bite😂 But do yourself a favour and never order a home delivery - stone cold (might be more the delivery company fault though).

The delivery guy was very nice and polite. It’s the restaurants fault forgetting my son’s drink and not having a sturdy drink holder as it spilt in transit. The delivery guy apologises but it can’t be helped with how it was packaged

Why is it that the employees of most McDonald's are incapable of placing the bun on top of the meat, centrally? is it really that difficult to line up the meat and bun 😅
