Missing items ordered very dispointed

they left the pickles out of my burger

Every McDonald’s in Eastbourne is a nightmare to order from

It was very quick but it could have been warmer

The food been cold and staff missing

Appalling eating conditions, dirty and messy tables/floors. The entire upstairs was way too crowded. Will not be going back.

I’m incredibly disappointed in the delivery service at this McDonalds I ordered two meals one missing a drink and in the past have had many similar experiences. I understand and sympathise because I am aware it is a very demanding franchise, however the delivery at this branch is absolutely horrendous every time I order (this one now officially being my last) items are missing, dips, drinks, chips and even sometimes the whole burger! This is just getting ridiculous. If you are reading this I’m warning DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ORDERING! Today my drink wasn’t delivered so I decided to order another due to my disappointment. The drink then turned up in the bag on its side dripping everywhere, it had not fallen in the bag the drink was placed in the bag sideways. This obviously wasted half of the drink and left me was a saturated paper bag and a waste of my money due to the delivery fee! What is wrong with this McDonalds I can’t understand why the workers can’t take a couple seconds to check the orders before they are sent off so mistakes like these aren’t made.

Once again, did not deliver all of my items which I’ve paid for McDonald’s is getting way out of order your order your food and don’t get it always asking for refunds

burger was dry and cold no jam in porridge no treacle syrup on pancakes breakfast wrap same dry and cold not enjoyable at all I thought it would be fresh as it was 20 minutes after opening time

Young employee called Debbie is a real credit to this branch. She was cleaning trays, light shades and tables and had a smile on her face. I told her she was doing a great job and she appreciated the positive comment. The young servers at the counter who were arguing loudly about who were going to pass me my order were disgraceful....they could take a look at Debbie's behaviour and see how to give real customer service.

Most of my order was missing so 2 of my kids had to wait for me to order elsewhere

I ordered a double sausage & egg mcmuffin and got a double bacon & egg mcmuffin instead. Also there was no syrup to go with my pancakes....

Too quick and easy, i might become a couch potato! Delivery man polite. Just slightly less hot than I'd like but not bad and beats having to go out on cold winter's night.

MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED! The driver never buzzed or knocked on my door, he called me and asked for me to go to his mo-ped I said I can’t I’m 9 months with sciatica he hung up and sped off! This is not the first time the same driver has done this! Order WAS NOT received, I expect a full refund and an explanation to how I can complain about this driver furthermore.

I often have this problem; this happens with Ubereats as well. I have missing items and sauces which make some of the items inedible such as the Veggie dippers. The Apple pie and sauce were missing. Thanks

Pancakes on their own without the syrup are dry and horrible thanks for ruining my daughters breakfast that she waited all week to have at daddies . Just the basic simple requirement of checking an order can not be that hard surely

I'm very disappointed in McDonald's Lottbridge drove Eastbourne. I've had an operation and it's left me not being able to swallow my food without some hot water. So I went up to the tills and spoke to the manager and explained my situation, and she said sorry I can't give you any water.🙈 You can buy a tea... I haven't to drink tea or coffee. I feel discriminated. I explained I only wanted some hot tap water so I could eat my meal in comfort.. They do normally give me some hot water. I've had it several times. I had already got my drink with my meal, but I'm unable to drink a cold drink whilst eating because it closes up my esophagus tubs.. I paid £13.88 for 2 meals Surely a cup of hot tap water to help me eat my food isn't asking too much. I don't drink tea or coffee. Hence I couldn't eat my meal it really spoilt my afternoon.

Driver didn't try to find door just rang saying here even when instructions said upstairs. then goes to the door with no lights on! only one door where lights were on. that being said food very quick and good as always

Half of the food is missing all my fries are not here I ordered a Big Mac and have received a bbq bacon crispy wrap with only lettuce which I never ordered and don’t like ordered 20 chicken nuggets and have only revived 11 and are very cold ordered 4 sweet and sour dips and have received none also missing a drink this is appalling service
