Lovely McDonald's and the Manager went above and beyond, when I had problems completing my order today. Food was hot and freshly cooked and the floor staff were extremely pleasant. Would definitely recommend 👌

McDonald’s is like that friend who’s always around, but you’re never quite sure why. Sure, it’s dependable in that “open at 3 AM” kind of way, but let’s face it, the food is more of a guilty pleasure than a culinary experience. The fries are salty enough to make a desert jealous, and the burgers are suspiciously uniform—like they’ve all been pressed out of a mold. As for the ambiance, it’s a fluorescent-lit shrine to convenience, where the smell of frying oil lingers like a persistent memory you can’t quite shake. It’s not gourmet, but hey, at least the ice cream machine was working

My daughter went in with her friends. Ordered chicken nuggets with chips. Got only slightly warm chicken. She had food poisoning from it. Avoid.

Only walked past here but it is what it is you either like it or don't

It's food, does what it says on the door, quick and puts the hunger pains on the back burner till I can get to my cooker and create a meal....... 🤷‍♂️

Terrible service I bought a black coffee I always drink it cold but they don’t have an option for that. So I usually get ice in a separate cup and pour it in. Employee tells me he can’t give me ice even though at every other branch they gave me. Won’t be returning to this branch again.

no straws in the milkshakes. theres always something. ice creams melted hot food cold on other occasions

McDonalds ravenside retail park .family cone down on Fridays so get a take out .last 2 tines .loads of food missing . Wife went back to get what we ordered and made them do it fresh .my wife was a McDonalds manager in a busy London McDonalds .The manager here was incompetent Rude . Amateur with attitude . Should be sacked for gross misconduct . a queue of 3 other people that had missing items they also ordered . This is not a busy store . These are not taking £1500: an hour on each till like my wife's store 6 tills. They have 2. And loads of staff ..so food should be perfect and correct .

Never order from this place we got the complete wrong order the food was horrible and freezing cold the chips are microwaved and we didn’t get refunded NEVER ORDER FROM HERE

Delivery driver was nice and friendly, however both sets of nuggets tasted cold and almost a bit rubbery and the big mac was spilled all in the box had to reassemble it together.

If there was an award for squished up burgers cold chips half empty drinks and burnt McFlurrys, Eastbourne Mc Donald’s would win hands down

The delivery driver took forever, then said my drink was left in the car. But then just got back in his car and drove off!

both cheese burgers had arrived cold and the chips were almost stale, the large coke was flat and wasn't very nice.

Well for the first time, that was a disaster. Wrong burger and wring dips. Given the burger was the most expensive, a but of a dead loss really. Can't contact for redelivery and only found when too late that need photographic evidence if order wrong. already mushed up and in the bin so that's out the window. I'd better just suck it up I suppose. £15 for some chips and a drink. Hey ho.

Ordered a happy meal but no toy 😭

Orders are always wrong and missing items. Drinks leaked. Food cold. Milkskes & Mcflurries rarely available...maybe once a week? I use the drive thru now as they get the orders right.

I want my money back as I ordered 2 small fries and got 1 and order 5 drinks and got 3 this is unexceptable

Poor management = poor standards. They often give you no ice with your coke. And what’s up with having drinks already poured and set aside? By the time it’s sold it’s warm and flat.

Yet again not one dip sent. We had nuggets, chicken select and cheese bit and we had no dips. It happens every single time we order. This time I actually ordered extra to make sure we get them. I know they say no charge for dips but nobody wants to eat nuggets without the dips and it ruins it. Rubbish!!!

Great food, and love a wimpy for nostalgia! I am disappointed that staff were using phones whilst on shift in sight of customers quite openly. One trainee manager walked in with their head down staring at the phone. I'd suggest that the trainee managers lead by example here but also appreciate all staff are young. Great place in the town & fun nostalgic vibes!

my order didn't turn up at all . the McDonald's on Eastbourne terminus Road is absolutely disgraceful several times I've had issues from getting the order wrong,items missing from my putting in ingredients I specifically asked to be removed ,send me somebody else's order and then not bothering to send mine when I send the wrong order back then today the order just didn't turn up at all I will never be ordering from here again

everything was cold including the hash brown. the drinks were spilled and one of my hashbrowns was missing. every time i order here it’s always awful

Long wait for food due to the amount of online delivery orders being done. Very crowded at collection point.

I would like to mention that I had a very disappointing and unorganized experience at the McDonald's in Eastbourne town. The majority of the staff were just standing around chatting and goofing off while there was a queue of customers waiting for their orders. Additionally, most of the female staff in the kitchen were not wearing hairnets or proper hygiene attire. I observed one incident where they left an egg muffin open on the side, and by the time they added the sausage meat, the egg had gone stone cold.

As always the sauces are missed

Had the 'Hat-trick' limited edition burger, it bit disappointed it's just a Big Mac (which are quite small these days) with one more Pattie and bit of cheese.

We not from here, the people are so so lovely. I left my babies changing bag here and didn’t realise. When I went back they’d put it to a side for me. Good food with great sense of kindness, can’t go wrong.
