The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Yorkshire and The Humber

Sat in click and collect bay for over 30 minutes (whilst cars which got there after me were getting served), after going in to collect the food myself I was stood waiting for assistance for another 5 minutes, after finally getting the food it was cold.

Absolutely disgusting, ordered food & because the staff are incompetent & can't pack 4 labelled products into a labelled bag, I as a customer have to wait 2days for money back & food that's not our order, & none of us eat, how is it acceptable to put the loss on the customer, worst customer service iv had ever, from anywhere,

my chicken was pink :((( so sad i was so excited not happy flames (also the pots of cold beans in the fridge made me uncomfy :( )

Waited 20 minutes for a drink, staff more interested in serving burgers than drinks.

Food took 25 in a fairly empty maccies Missed my train cause of it Staff where slow Needs improvement

Never....and I mean never get the order right. I always have to check after drive through then go in to the restaurant to change wrong or missing items. Unfortunately husband didn't check food on this occasion and came home with 2 burgers that couldn't be eaten one of which was part of the happy meal so child had chips only. I admit, food should have been checked before heading home but its disappointing that it has to be. A few times food has also been cold when delivered to car so has had to be swapped. For these reasons I have had to rate this mcdonalds as poor. Think we will be saving our mcdonalds trips to times we are in hull.

Food is standard McDonald's food, not great not crap, but the service is horrendous, don't wana work the tills and take cash off you, they are wanting you to use to self service, and it's 100% not fast food, after a 12 min wait with a nearly empty restaurant I was pretty disappointed to say the least

You don't need two hands to hold a big mac as advertised on TV ????

Visited today and all staff were hanging out of the drive through window chatting. One staff member then made the order for that customer. I waited a while and asked if she could let them know there was a customer waiting. Her customer service response was they were busy and they were allowed to talk. They need proper customer service training and manners. I will take my business elsewhere as its obviously not important to Starbucks.

Very disappointed, order from here often but tonight the food was very disappointing

Only just passably no atmosphere. Food only just warm

all the staff care about is the delivery drivers

Call in this one a lot for either breakfast a train journey or refuel after work so it does come in handy

Fantastic quality fish and chips and great service.
