Papa Pizza in Rotherham

Very disappointed, order from here often but tonight the food was very disappointing

Food is always fresh and delicious

Can’t get orders correct, this is local to us and so convenient but lucky dip on wether your order is correct. Order popcorn chicken and chips got nuggets, order popcorn chicken wrap, chips separate and they come on the wrap! And a mixed kebab wrap is doner meat and a chicken strip (like KFC style) ?! Ordered one as a meal and didn’t give us a drink either. Had pizzas before though and they’ve usually been ok Great location should be better!

Pizza and garlic breads are a bit on the greasy side but tasty enough.

Soggy chips, tasteless burger, soggy pizza bas with too much cheese and very greasy, would not recommend

Both pizzas had no toppings from being tipped over on delivery

Bolognaise sauce was dry and tasted like lamb but chips good

Ordered jalepeno poppers with chips.. unfortunately didn’t receive any chips so the pot of chili sauce I ordered was completely pointless 😡

£9.50 for a mixed kebab portion size was terrible and not great quality food for the money.

Dry hard burnt and not value for money at all most of it went in the bin

Not one to complain but worst take away I’ve had in a long time. Took going on for 2 hours to come. Chips when so hard and the southern fried chicken was just chicken nothing southern fried about it.

Worst pizza ever!! toppings were piles and dumped on it, base was undercooked and sloppy and no flavour… Wedges looked like one huge potato cut into 4 I couldnt fit them into my mouth.. Wont be ordering from here again 🙄

Best pizzas we have had in a long time. Service was quik and delivered well before the estimated time. Delivery guy was friendly and polite. Can't praise highly enough

Food was cold and not even cooked right vile!

This is the first time I've had a Calzone and it was delicious and huge. Full of ingredients, piping hot and delivered early by a friendly and courteous driver. I will definitely be ordering this again from Papa Pizza's.

We really enjoyed the food up until my husband found that one of his sfc wasn’t cooked and was still bleeding which has resulted in him throwing up, the rest of the food was lovely

Really nice. Usually order from pizza capital but this could be my new favourite.

Chicken burger was like charcoal,fries were really hard, pepperoni pizza was ok and onion rings were good

We had 15” pizza with 4 toppings ,, absolute amazing beat pizza we’ve had for a long time , lots of toppings ..! I even rang to comment the cook . Wedges and garlic Mayo 100% like always .. thanks again

Ordered at 7pm estimated delivery time between 8-8.20pm, had a text at 7.50pm saying food is on the way and didn’t arrive until 8.35, food was awful and portion sizes were ridiculous for the price. Won’t be ordering again.

Apart from the fact that I’d eaten way too much already, the food was amazing. It was delivered half an hour before it was supposed to be delivered which was great. Think I’d of enjoyed it more on an empty stomach as I was full enough already ! 5 stars ! 😂

The food was good with generous portions and very tasty. The only complaint I have was the nan bread hard because it was warmed in the microwave meaning it had hardened by time it arrived.... not very good for dentures :-)

First time and really disappointed. The chips were cold, and stale. Asked for chips with cheese I had grated Red Leicester caked on top of the chips that were so cold the cheese remained grated and not melted. The pizza was cold, me and my son ended up throwing the lot in the bin, I hate leaving negative reviews but I am so shocked and disappointed with the food, it was awful. Sadly won’t be going there again

Disappointed this time. Hardly any meat on the mixed Kebab. 4x pieces of chicken and 2x were really chewy. Not much for the money.

Pizza was great. Cut wasn't too deep though so ended up making a bit of a mess grabbing a slice.

When I placed the order, was given a 1 hour wait, 2 hours later the status changed from confirmed order to delivered. I called them and was told they attempted delivery 15mins before and no one answered (we have been stood at the window waiting!), they said they would try delivering again but would be another 20-30mins! Waste of time!

Pizza soggy and fell apart when I picked it up, and the chips were okay but I wouldn't order again

Terrible, last few times we have ordered the food has taken over 2 hours to arrive and order is always wrong and good cold. Always rude on the phone when you speak to them about an order. Avoid!!!

Food was late, completely wrong order given to me, delivery driver had an atrocious attitude and basically threw the pizza to me. Would not recommend nor will I be ordering from here again.

Keep getting the order wrong every time, then claimed that we hadn’t ordered what we had asked for. Food takes much longer than they advise, such a shame as used to be lovely.

Over an hour late. And we've literally just ordered from then to try give them another chance and ordered an hr and 10 mins ago and still not received. Shame because the food is so nice. Doubt we will go there again

Two hours wait for a delivery. Passive attitude on the phone, Rubbish don’t bother.

No star really only got one star as you had to enter one . Order is 1hr late so far. No phone is picking up the phone. Can't get a refund. Don't know if I will ever get my order . DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Drive forgot to collect the cash and drove off and called an hour and half later about the money and said wouldnt be long before he come to collect cash

Usually order from elsewhere but decided to give these guys a whirl. Not disappointed at all, great food, all hot, quick service. Will 100% be the new go-to takeaway for us! 😍

Lamb shish was chewy, but the rest was bang on.

We ordered some pizzas for the family as well as a pasta. They definitely weren't bad, but they were not good either. Bland, not fun to eat. The spicy pizza, which had a warning, was barely noticeable. Also, it was a lot more greasy than a mostly vegetable pizza has any business being. The chips were moist and floppy. We followed instructions given online for altering an order, but it wasn't followed (Not sure if they could actually see it, though, to be fair). I wouldn't turn it away for free, but I'm not paying for it again.

Ordered from them before but after this time would think again, did a £60 order and only received less than half of the order had to ring and was difficult when trying to find where the other half was and took another 25 mins for it to come. Was not apologetic at all. Was not offered anything for the mix up.

These guys are useless, send half of your order and then when you call them there standard response “yr order is on its way”

Really nice as always - our go to place when we want a burger. Expensive but worth it for how fresh things always taste.

Very bad experience I have had to waited nearly 2hours since I ordered my food with them so when finally was delivered the driver just left it in front on the gate where everybody can go and in by car and walk......

This was the worst delivery service EVER!!! The nasty person on the phone was sooooo rude and just hung up on me because I asked where he was... 1 hour after he supposed to arrive. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE... If you can call it that!!!
