We ordered from just eat the other week, we wanted just chicken and bacon so went for the chicken and bacon club it does not state what comes on the pizza so we put in notes. We had a call from Emma the manager saying the bases were not available so we choose something else, when it came it came with diced onions and tomatoes normally I just take these off but they to small, I spoke to Emma again, I have to say Emma is a credit to your company she apologized and even offered to deliver one herself. Just as a note if you order through just eat the notes do not get passed to the kitchen this is no fault with Pizza Hut, Just eat this needs rectifying as customers may have allergies like my daughter does. Emma offered for me to pick up a pizza the next day as I work nearby. I honestly could not fault Emma at all, she is on the ball and customer service is amazing you really have a lovely caring manager there who will go above and beyond for her customers. So thank you Emma

Yet another local takeaway that will at first accept your order for 45 min delivery then cancel it 30 mins into the wait.... guess they couldn't be bothered with there last order. ..

Pretty poor didn't answer the phone kept hanging up and kept on canceling online orders.

Absolute joke, order turned up, with food missing, no answer from monks cross york, not the first time, thought we would give them another chance, no change, avoid, WE WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, do not use, no wonder there profits are up, so angry

Absolute joke! Waiting best part of 2 hours for an order. They never look at order details so it's always wrong. Don't order from these cowboys. I could have driven to the nearest KFC, eaten and come home before these deliver.

Absolutely awful experience. Order food which never arrived when I proceeded to call up they told me they had been twice in a 30 minute period however me neither my girlfriend received a call (after the first time we gave them my girlfriends number ) . Apparently they called both numbers twice but no calls were ever received . Unprofessional and blocked my number afterwards . Cowards!!!!

Don’t bother ordering, they don’t even accept them and delay the order until way after closing! In the space of 20 mins my order went from 28 mins then 48.

Had food delivered, banging bacon double cheese burger , barbecue burger , loaded fries n sides woild have give 5 starts but no ketchup , gutted but food cooked lovley
