The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Yorkshire and The Humber

We arrives at kfc at 9:50pm, we ordered our food on the electronic ordering machines, it asked if we wanted to sit in or takeaway, we wanted to sit in, the cleaner kindly asked us if we could sit in a certain area because she cleaned the other side which was fine, not a problem. We went to collect our food they told us they closed in 10 minutes so we would have to take our food away, to which I argued our case that we had been told we could sit down. Fold arrived, no popcorn chicken (even though it was part of a box meal), we asked for popcorn chicken and eventually got it. We asked for sachets of sauce, they don't do them anymore, u have to pay 50p for a pot. The ice cream looked NOTHING like the pictures at all, the chips were horrific, we asked for cleaning wipes, they don't those anymore! Another set of customers came in who was also told they closed in 2 minutes, yet on the door it clearly states 10:30pm and we were only at 10:05pm. The attitude of the staff was appalling! Apart from the WONDERFUL cleaner who was really kind and doing an exeptional job.

Horrible comida, trozos de patatas fritas con sarna no patatas fritas de longitud completa, una vez más sin batido de leche, tenía que tener un recipiente lleno de hielo con plana sin gaseosa llamada Coca - Cola, absolutamente repugnante, directamente por el fregadero! No me hagas empezar en el cuarto de libra con queso, una fracción del tamaño que solían tener , hamburguesa fina de oblea, parece que hubiera sido aplanada por un rodillo de vapor, vergonzoso de mirar cuando abres la caja, me gustaría una que se parezca a las hechas para el comercial de televisión, desperdicio total de dinero, mi primer McDonald’s en algunos años, definitivamente el último!!

Tip 1: The west bound Services has a rather good mini Waitrose which serves good food to take away at relatively modest prices. You can access the West side by walking over the motorway bridge from the Eastbound side. Tip 2: The Petrol here (both sides) is an eye watering 30p per litre more than your regular garage. Better to be warned ahead of any journey.

Firstly it’s difficult to get to off the ring road. We made an effort to go. Ordered food of the menu 2 box meals which is comprised of a chicken burger. fries,drink,and wings. The cost £25+ that is very expensive and you expect something amazing. Burger was nothing special, wings were terrible dripping with oil. Fries were so hard we just left them. Worse service was terrible - wait 20 mins for the food and the guy at the server did not even give forks to eat coleslow with. When I went and asked for forks please he handed me 1 fork so I look at the server and just wait - his bearded manager speaks “ says why you looking the server like he’s an idiot “ his words not mine! I said I was waiting for him to give me a fork. He reiterated his words. Anyway I walked away and we left. I have never had as bad service and further to be accused of insulting his staff was the id img on the cake. I would not bother with this ver overpriced and very poor food.

Very tasty & filling. Mine - classic salmon & cream cheese on sesame bagel. His - Salted beef on multi seed bagel (New York style - surprisingly filling!) 2 bagels & a bottle of water were £13.50 - so not cheap. Hint - take your own bottle of water! Takeaways are also about £1 cheaper

Totally bad experience. We had a voucher for a free child’s meal but on sitting down we realised we had been charged suit. On querying this at the till they admitted that a mistake had been made but refused to rectify it. Also wrong ingredients in one of our sandwiches which instead of replacing they just scraped the wrong items off won’t be going back

Waited 20 minutes for food..staff VERY rude..manager Kieran does not deserve 1 star on his badge...total idiot..only interested in serving Uber drivers. How on earth has that man become a manager ???

Great fish shop. People very friendly and helpful. I found quantity and quality. Can’t grumble at all . Food hot , food tasty . And I live nearer to other fish shops what are less excited. Mike @ Preston

Waited over 2 hours for driver to turn up outside house and not have the food in the car so cancelled food order absolutely terrible service will never use again !!!

Food taste so delicious, perfect size portions. Burgers especially are juicy and tender :P. Definitely worth every penny. I would go miles just to get food from here. Every single visit to Leeds must include a visit to Harlies. They always seems to have some offers as well.

It's one of our usual takeaways but for the last few months every single time we've ordered something has been wrong or missing from our order. Staff are new and menu has changed appearance so wondering if there's new management?

Buena comida y servicio. Compramos 50 libras en comida china y todo era de gran calidad y muy sabroso. Sin duda recomendaría este lugar si estás en la zona.

Don’t expect a gormet pizza because that’s not what you’ll get. What you will get is a little bit above average takeaway pizza, delivered hot, VERY quick service and good value for money! I eat out loads and believe in paying for what you get, this is definitely fitting into that bracket.

Used Everest for years but had a break and moved house, waited 1hr and 45 for a delivery, which is too long, the food was good and the delivery driver could have been more sympathetic to our concerns. Will use again but hope the communication is better and the food arrives quicker,
