Mc Donalds in Kirklees

Waited 20 minutes for food..staff VERY rude..manager Kieran does not deserve 1 star on his badge...total idiot..only interested in serving Uber drivers. How on earth has that man become a manager ???

I always visit McDonalds after the movie. I always take takeaway but today the staff forgot to put fries and sauces. It was busy. I'm a little upset.

My partner and I visited for breakfast before we went to the cinema. 18th may at 10.15. It was very busy but one thing did stand out the lack of respect for staff by the manager. The manner in which she spoke to them was appalling shouting and barking orders at them. My partner never passes remarks about such things but even he said it was uncomfortable. I would like to see the staff treated better because without them they wouldn’t be able to provide a service

We use McDonald in several branches Have to say this was the best yet everything was hot and we really enjoyed it Other branches weve had Luke warm chips or beef burgers not greatHere they got everything right so huge thank you to everyone concerned

At times I am a little old school but fast food should still be fast if you order at the counter. Service was very slow but worth the wait as the food was fresh and hot.

Great food and prices aren't too bad either. The service speed at the drive through was faster than I expected so I was pleasantly surprised about that.

Two weeks on trot been to this restaurant and both times forgot items especially today when they forgot to put chicken nuggets in my sons happy meal! Also when ordering the lady got everything wrong on the order and I had to reorder. Personally I think this is due to them rushing to make the drive thru not look busy. It is ridiculous I will not be going again I would rather drive further and get the right order next time.

OK the good is what it is and you know what you're getting but what stood out at this restaurant was the service and the cleanliness. The place was spotless and was constantly being cleaned and tidied up. Top notch.

First visit to McDonalds BIRSTALL West Yorkshire and really impressed. What stood out immediately on approach was the CLEANLINESS to the point of GLEAMING. The lady responsible , I found out was called TRACY who was beavering away with cloths in hand and even cleaned the hand rails OUTSIDE.A very pleasant lady doing a splendid job and even found time to be helpful to the punters. The gent behind the counter called Adam was efficient and courteous and kindly brought lunch to our table for us. The food was hot and tasty and a lovely cuppa for both.

Tidy restaurant good service but staff struggled when really busy only had a coffee time waiting was low and had a seat clean and tidy Getting out in peak times can be hard though

Like any other Mc Donald just this one near the cinema so can be visited before or after not bad convenient location toilets not that good and clean though

Very disappointed! Service was great but ordered Big Mac meal in the drive thru. Big Mac was so cold I couldn't eat it! Chips were fresh and hot! Won't go back for a while!

Stopped to get some breakfast. Nice clean establishment but the food is poor. Bagels with bacon, egg and cheese, was just mush. Really not nice at all.

This has to be one of the best McDonalds I have been to. It is clean, superb fast service which is either via electronic terminal, or via the counter. Staff are very polite. You have to consider what McDonalds is. It is not a high class restaurant. It is a fast food, stop off . and taking that it to consideration, this branch is very good indeed. My only complaint, which is easily fixed, is that the floor felt very greasy. I am sure this can be sorted. Oh, and, maybe cater more for vegetarians. One choice is not enough. The select there is poor.

Refurbished recently, this restaurant now has table service. This is a great idea; food can be ordered at the automated screens and is then brought to your table. This works very well and is a great addition to the McDonald's idea.

It is Just your normal Macs Restraurant . Clean place . The food and coffee were ok but service very good especially Marcus . We used the self service which worked well. We will call in again . Steve b

Came with grandson. Lovely staff. Welcoming. Clean. No wait. Food good. Gave grandson a balloon. Toilets clean

Visited yesterday mid afternoon after the cinema. First of all the positives. The restaurant was clean, staff were pleasant & service good. My husband said the toffee latte was the nicest coffee he had had in ages & he really enjoyed his quater pounder cheese burger & fries although the fries were only luke warm.

Took kids for a treay after cinema they enjoyed it it was clean an got served straight away what more can you say macdonalds is macdonalds kids love it but not realy for me

I'm not sure how it's possible but the fries here are better than any other McDonald's fries I've tried. They were non greasy, lightly salted and hot. The burger was lovely as well. Thought all McDonald's were the same but this one is much better.

Work on the retail park so I'm not proud to say I eat here a lot. Drive through great, usually efficient and haven't messed up an order yet. All the McDonald's usual on the menu. As expected.

It's a fast food place and that's what you get. Take grandchildren when shopping at Junction 27, coffee consistently good. Particularly clean and tidy with staff quickly clearing tables. Plenty of parking and drive through.

Everything you expect from McDonalds, the food is mainly always good. Some staff let the place down with their "cant be bothered attitudes" and miserable faces. I like the chips here a lot better than KFC but annoys the hell out of me having to ask for sauces all of the time. It's as if the sauces expense are coming from your wages!

Nothing special, nothing bad - just a regular McD. Gets very busy at movie peak time and has limited car parking. Usually very quick service.

Gets very busy around peak cinema times, but you get what you expect from a McD - good food and time-efficient food at great prices

We popped in for breakfast - which was served quickly and courteously. The snack and coffee were exactly as expected - cheap and adequate. The window cleaners were working both inside and out - and being thorough. However it transpired they were parked in a designated disabled bay - I think they should be told not to do that again. While we were eating a customer who appeared totally mobile also parked in the second disability bay. Disappointing that the staff and manager seemed unaware of these transgretions....
