McDonald's in Doncaster

Awful food , scabby bits of fries not full length chips, once again no milkshake , had to have a container full of ice with flat unfizzy so called Coca-Cola, absolutely disgusting, straight down the sink!! Don’t get me started on the quarter pounder with cheese, a fraction of the size they used to be , wafer thin burger,looks like it had been flattened by a steam roller, embarrassing to look at when you open the box, I’d like one that looks like the ones made for the tv commercial, total waste of money, my first McDonald’s for some years, definitely my last!!

McDelivery had our pants down a long while ago now, & we were sort of hoping lessons had been learned, & that in the words of D-ream, "things could only get better". So, our latest experience of McDelivery (which must have been prepared by someone on a galloping horse with their hands bound together), was sent from the lakeside outlet branch. Delivery driver was brilliant, the food wasn't! A £20 bag of cold, beaten up fast food remains which wouldn't have looked out place in a bin behind a kebab shop at 3am. 2 McDelivery experiences, & 2 complete McFailure's. Not loving it!

Nice breakfast wrap and hash brown, however we went to the drive through and order an extra hash brown and didn’t get it. This may sound petty, but this happens nearly every time and it’s not exactly like McDonald’s needs that extra money, even if it doesn’t cost very much. Especially when I’m on minimum wage too. Would actually appreciate some money back for it even if it is a very small amount, because I sure do need it more than them!

Ordered from uber eats and took two hours to make my food also missing some fries, dont recommend if you actually want your food to come fast in α fast food place

mcdonalds in balby is convienient and the staff have always spoke polite to me.also the food is always warm, chips are never cold :)

Ordered 20 chicken nuggets as normally only 8-10 are fresh and edible, on this occasion all 20 were inedible! Waste of money! All because the staff can’t be bothered to cook fresh? Anyone would think they are hard up for nuggets? Re cooking old inedible crap

Used the drive through. Same as always with this macdonalds. Food was cold. No straws, no fires, 2 burgers where missing and what was supossed to be a coke was a fanta. This must be the worst macdonalds I've ever had the miss pleasure of living by. They never, and I mean never get your order correct. You end up paying for products and don't get them. The only reason I go there is I work 70 hours a week and sometimes I just can't be bothered to cook for my family when I get home and want an easy night. The worst part is, when you go in to complain they are rude, dismissive and infer you are telling lies. This branch needs new management

Don’t bother ordering from here or going in. Staff absolutely rubbish, unhelpful and you have what looks like a 14 year old being a so called manager who has zero communication skills. Food order all completely wrong and refused to sort it. Also food cold to top it off

Mark has a proper voice! food was ok but the best part of my trip was mark (who was on the drive through windows voice was such a proper accent and he has done the best job i’ve ever seen at this! deserves a raise or too work as a voice actor. when it comes to the food, it took way too long to prepare we were sat at the drive through window waiting for about 7-9 minutes.

Went along the drive through which was very efficient. My daughter and I both had 1/4 ponders with cheese meals. Took them home and enjoyed them. The only issue is the fries were cold and I got a soured cream and chives dip which was yuk. The company should look at changing the dip. Worst I've ever tasted, and I've tasted many. Staff were nice and polite.

Mcdonalds at Rockingham Way, Redhouse, Doncaster. Do not bother. Absolutely terrible. Just ordered a coffee and an egg Mcmuffin. Simple really. I am currently sat eating it and it's going in the bin I'm afraid. It's stone cold. The bread is hard and stale. The egg resembles those plastic ones which children have in their Playfood sets. Inedible. Staff nearly threw it at me .... Dire with a capital D

It’s was awful!!! The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had in the UK. I’m actually surprised they don’t get heath and safety knocking at their doors. I will not be going back. Uncomfortable environment and seriously bad food! Both of our plant based burgers were seriously burnt with black bits. My friends chips had mould on them and the cokes tasted flat and disgusting. The McDonald’s looked really unclean, but we only started looking around after we paid for the food. PLEASE NEVER VISIT DONCASTER MCDONALDS!

well. I did a 12 hour waitressing shift. It was a rough one. with aches, pains and sweat; I decided to treat myself to some food after little snacks all day. I got to the walkie talkie dude and ordered my food, it went well. Then I went on over to the lovely man at the drive through and paid. Happily went to get my food, had some good small talk and went away feeling good. I arrived home, food in hand ready to dig in before coming home and clambering into bed….. to my HORROR - someone thought themself high priestess enough to treat themselves to a bite of my BURGER. This is a new low brothers.

The chips were red hot as I ask the burger was spot on no mayo like I asked and quick and fast tho the drive though

Went though drive though ordered over 30 pounds worth of food, got home and the burger top wasn't on the actual burger brought it back down as it wasn't acceptable. Asked for the manger and this young girl came over and taught it was acceptable to be handed food out like this, I think the big bosses need to sort there staff out in McDonald's in balby Sandford road

I once visited the drive thru in balby near lidl i ordered a fillet o fish meal which took ages to be made and one it had was alnost cd pnce i gkt home BUT thsy easnt worst part an hour pr two after eating it i felt ill and threw up will never vist a macdonalds agan!!

Visited this branch yesterday ordered 3 meals. The food arrived and I noticed there were brown coffee lids on our fizzy drinks which is strange since these are used for hot drinks not cold! So they expected us to drink coke through the small spout you have on hot drinks. The fries my husband and I both received were cold, not even like warm but actually cold! and dry as though they were reject fries sat there that they decided to scoop up and feed us. I called over a member of staff told them and requested the fries are changed as they’re inedible and extremely dry. Friendly man happily changed them. However very put off by what I received, and wouldn’t trust their food at all. Amateurs

My daughter and I stopped for a drive-thru before her "A" level exam around the corner. We remarked on how warm and friendly the service was. Sitting in the car park I accidentally left the ignition on. When I turned the key the engine was flat. Not knowing what to do I walked over to McDonalds to see if anyone there might have any ideas. Immediately the team jumped to my rescue and started generating potential solutions. Trying a few different thoughts out they eventually settled on bump starting the car - to my delight and relief, this worked!! I am now safely home and thankful for all you help. Thanks for a lovely meal and a bonus rescue! xx

When we come in the till staff are very ignorant, however nobody ever notices the restaurant floor cleaners. Today he was helpful with sauces and straws that needed to be replaced and he did it very well. He was very neat and engaged talking to my nephew. The cleaner is called Eddie. Very nice man

Popped in here Tuesday morning and sat in for a snack breakfast. Fulfilled all the expectations of McD's - speedy, cheap, busy etc. I had the bacon bap which was tasty. Think the coffee here is generally better than the more expensive outlets (Starbucks etc)

Used the drive through on the 27th of June, at 4pm. The woman at the pay point was so jolly and understands customer service. She deserves to be recognised for her great service as it's amazing. Thank you very much Kim..

No suelen comer en restaurantes de comida rápida, pero como nuestro gruop estaba alojado en un hotel cercano sin restaurante teníamos desayuno y almuerzo en el restaurante Mcdonald's. Las instalaciones y la zona de fuera estaba muy limpio y el personal fue muy eficiente.

called on a busy saturday but it was chaotic! The servers behind the counter have the annoying habit of absolutely bellowing at each other so you can't hear to even order your food. very busy which is not unusual for a McD but this one was mayhem,shouting, rushing about and an untidy restaurant with uncleared tables.

my grandson had a meal burger and chips I felt sick at the smell so just had a coffee which I enjoyed I don't understand how a beef burger could smell like it does when its supposed to be pure beef that's got to be an untruth I wouldn't recommend anyone eating this muck

i always have the wrap of the day only £1.99 which is cheap,even when not wrap of the day they are only £2.99,sweet chilli yummy,barbeque bacon and chicken really nice too,im usually there once a week

There is not much you can say about McDonalds but this one is very clean, has decent staff and you aren't left hanging about waiting. I suppose it depends what time you visit but this one is organised.

I go to this McDonalds regularly as this is my nearest store and it is by far the best in Doncaster. Seriously! I know people aren't always massive fans of McDonald's, but I have never to this day had a bad experience from this McDonald's

I enjoyed my trip because it was to watch football as a visitor I had never been here before so I enjoyed it more I had a big tasty and it was!!!

I have visited this McDonald's numerous times over the past month and every single time I've been they have forgot something from my order (I always use the drive through), but tonight however really took the mick, so much so that I set up an account just to let you know how incompetent your staff are. Whoever was working on the second drive through window at around 11:30 tonight really needs a lesson in customer service, after receiving and checking my food and noticing some was missing (at this point she had just closed the window) I waved to get her attention, she looked me point blank in the eye and turned around and started walking off, so I pipped my horn in hopes to get her attention, when she turned around, rolled her eyes at me and after opening the window I was greeted with "what?" What? What? I asked myself, "half of my order is missing as it is every single time I visit here, that's what." I was met with "oh yeah" literally thrown my food and again the window closed. So McDonald's, I highly suggest you retrain your staff on how to read a ticket as to put the correct quantity, of the correct food, in the correct bag. That is all, rant over.

I used the drive through to order my meal and was appalled to find the staff member was absolutely full of a cold virus and sneezing all over the place. She informed me that she was feeling terrible from the virus and that she had caught it from another member of staff. Thankfully she was taking orders as opposed to touching my food but none the less this is an extremely poor example of hygiene. As a person who is qualified as a professional caterer I am fully aware of the rules and regulations regarding NOT coming to work or entering a kitchen or food preparation area when knowingly infected with any kind of illness. Clearly these standards are being violated by the staff members at the Balby establishment. Not only is it disgusting for customers but for other staff members to have to work in such an unhygienic environment. Repulsive

Popped in here for a McFlurry after seeing Deadpool at the cinema.One thing about this place is the coffee is a proper serving unlike the one on Sandford road where its short measures.The guy is quite cheerful on the drive through almost like a butler manners you would expect. Although we sat in on this occasion.The McFlurry was good just like you would expect.The negatives (and there has to be some). Give the customer a choice on..A - whether they want the whirlygig machine to spin the spoon in the icecream or not and..B - have a choice of topping and sauce for the McFlurry

I had to buy Late night foods for my family who is staying at the Radisson opposite across the road.So took some ordering and take away foods to bring back for them. Like most McDonald it serve the usual burgers etc.

Needed breakfast and walked to,McDonalds. Hot bacon roll very tasty and only £2.09.The service was quick despite the drive thru part being extremely busy, it did not affect the customers wanting to eat in.

We called at McDonalds drive through yesterday , i have a gluten and wheat intolerance so fries and a garden salad work fine for a quick snack , normally the salad comes in a round container with a mix of lettuce and 2 cherry tomatoes but the salad yesterday was 99.9% rocket with a thin slice of tomato packed into a small container , the same container they use for a sundae only these containers had garden salad printed on them. Come on McDonalds if your losing money through out your company dont take it out on your salad. that salad was like eating weeds out ouf the garden,with that and the cut back on the amount of fries you now serve pr portion it is time for me to look for another fastfood outlet that gives better value

Despite been very busy our 4 meals including queuing took around 6-7 minutes to be given to us. Not my favourite type of restaurant but they certainly know the meaning of fast food. All of our food was hot and freshly cooked.

Having taken my girlfriend here on our first date as we both have a mutual love for burgers, we were met with screaming kids, unenthusiastic staff and an incredibly poor meal experience. The meat parties were cold, the chips were salty and the service was terrible. She went spare! Thankfully, we're still together and will be celebrating our two month anniversary at KFC.

Quite a late in the day visit for a coffee and snack but the place was heaving. It seemed to take ages to be served. There was food on the floor which I allerted staff to. Not their finest hour, but if it's busy it was probably just a bad moment (feeling generous in old age!) the coffee was fab as ever!!

Possibly the worst burger of my life, bland, tasteless, soggy chewy bun, salty chips and "drink" almost entirely ice. Not helped y the screaming kids, both eating there and serving! I really do not understand the attraction of these places. Oh no, I'm starting to sound like my dad!!

Regular mcdonald eaters, we used them for late evening snacks but at home we eat at mcdonalds twice a week and go more often if we want a takeaway icecream

This has got to be the worst Macdonalds in the country. Every time I visit I have at least one of the following issues....fries missing, burger missing, warm drink no ice, sauce/dips missing, no straws/napkins, meat on the veggie option! Is it really possible to get it wrong every single time?? I no longer am able to use the drive thru as I only have to then park up and go in to complain so why waste my time in the first place!
