The best restaurants serving Fast food food in West Midlands

Got cut off at the ordering bay on outer edge at wall island McDonald’s , but then I spoke to a woman who worked there and she said I’m really sorry to hear that did you get your order I said yes thankyou but chips are really cold

First time I ordered from Dixys. Chicken was on point 👌 fresh and tasty, loved their chilli sauce. Delivery driver was polite and arrived earlier than expected. Keep up the good work guys, will be ordering from you guys again

Had a great breakfast, the 2 young ladies serving were so helpful and with a smile , screen ordering apps fall short of McDonald’s flexibility to change and adapt the item, but food way better than alternatives on site,

My favourite Subway branch in the city! Excellent friendly service and newly refurbished so all very clean and enjoyable.

The pizza base was soft an soggy alot like it was made with scotch pancakes,topping was ok but base killed the pizza, and as fot the reviews ive just read!!! I wouldn't have bothered getting food here??? No stars thank you

We stopped for a quick meal before boarding the coach. I ordered the Chicken Whopper because I was told it would come out quickly. The owner is very fun and kind. Since it is a halal restaurant, I saw Muslims exchanging brotherly greetings for the first time here, and it was the first time I was able to see Muslim culture. Although the food is ordinary, the owner's service makes this restaurant special.

Have been ordering from Denrys for years but will never use again. Made an order via justeat which failed to arrive, when I phoned to query this I discovered Denrys have absolutely zero customer service and have no interest in apologising to customers. I was told the food had been delivered, but Denrys couldn’t tell me what colour my front door was, they they said they would get food to me as quickly as possible but this would take another 40 minutes as the kebab would require cooking, I am fairly certain the kebab only needs slicing and putting in a box. At no time did Sue from Denrys offer any form of apology and thought her view and style of customer of service was perfectly alright. What people like sue don’t realise is they are in a customer driven industry and if you upset enough customers you’re not in business. Denrys reasonable food, with no customer service, my advice is avoid Denrys and go somewhere which doesn’t employ people like Sue.

Can't really recommend this place its got dirty toilets, a terrible atmosphere and the food is below standard.

Popped in the shop today for 1 piece of chicken it was cold and had no taste never will i go back again absolutely vile i wouldn't give there chicken to a dog let alone a human being!!

BEST SALT AND CHILLI CHIPS IVE HAD , curry sauce is also nice very unique, the only issue I had was I asked for no bean sprouts in the chow mein but it came with them in. Would order again 10/10

After waiting 20 + mins for the long awaited McRib I took a big bite and was not impressed at all. See below image . I asked staff if this looked right and they replied with yeah sorry we’re busy! as if that was a valid excuse . C’mon guys u can do better !

Part of my order was missing and when I rang them they told me to come and collect it. Extremely poor customer service and the food was as dry as the Sahara dessert
