Hi I ordered from this Chinese a hour and half past by so I rang back to find out where my delivery was only for them to say we have no order for your address was fuming after waiting for so long and they didn't even seem bothered

The food was really nice and you didn't have to wait long for your food

Firstly, the place was spotless - you can tell cleaness is a top priority! The staff were not only friendly but genuinely welcoming too. Food was 10/10, very delicious and served in very generous portions so you definitely get great value for your money here. I highly recommend their peri peri chicken which is cooked perfectly- tender, juicy and full of flavour 😋

Shocking how much this shop as gone up in price nearly £20 for 1 pizza no thank you Shame really me and family use to have one every week on a Sunday not no more 👍👍

Service is only down because I feel they had so many delivery orders it can take quite a while for eating in diners to get their food. However the food is always amazing

If you are absolutely skint, then come here if you want a bit of quality Dont because this place has got zero quality food it’s all cheapest of the cheap It’s clean. It’s not dirty. The food they give you is presented okay? But the quality of the food is zero.

Been a few times recently and when you order either a single Cod or Cod supper the quantity you get of fish is very poor only around 5 oz. All other takeaways give you the full fillet of fish. Clearly cutting the fillets smaller and charging customers the same price for a full fillet. Nowhere on the menu does it disclose the size of portion you are getting. Got home and seen it was very small and went straight back to the shop for a refund and complained.

What a shambles 5 customers can't cope then the so called boss says to staff don't take orders....... absolutely rubbish, portion size poor £3.00 chips far better going to Stone chip shop. Staff no engagement all look as if they are chewing a wasp. Quality of poor chips etc no taste

The restaurant was disgusting, food all over the floor, dirty tables, staff not bothered with it. Nobody came out to clear in the time I was there. Asked the staff if someone could clean an area, very rude response.

Have been ordering from Denrys for years but will never use again. Made an order via justeat which failed to arrive, when I phoned to query this I discovered Denrys have absolutely zero customer service and have no interest in apologising to customers. I was told the food had been delivered, but Denrys couldn’t tell me what colour my front door was, they they said they would get food to me as quickly as possible but this would take another 40 minutes as the kebab would require cooking, I am fairly certain the kebab only needs slicing and putting in a box. At no time did Sue from Denrys offer any form of apology and thought her view and style of customer of service was perfectly alright. What people like sue don’t realise is they are in a customer driven industry and if you upset enough customers you’re not in business. Denrys reasonable food, with no customer service, my advice is avoid Denrys and go somewhere which doesn’t employ people like Sue.

Same problem as always, delivery driver cant follow simple instructions that are left for them in the app. also the fries were the amount of regular, not large.

The staff were friendly and the food was good. I ordered a coke but the machine was being cleaned so they gave me the option of waiting or they could make another drink for me instead, I really appreciated them giving me the option instead of keeping me waiting. The only issue I had was the hygiene practices when making the food, the staff weren’t washing their hands when they should. I understand it from their perspective because it delays your work and makes your hands dry if you are washing them frequently throughout the day, but it is really important that they do it to prevent any cross contamination when touching the food.
