The best restaurants serving Fast food food in West Midlands

The food is great, the portions are big, and the prices are good. My favourite is the mixed grill. Hamza makes it amazingly well. But only he makes it this good and not so much from Mr Boss man.

Most amazing milkshake ever!!!!!!!!! You could feed a family of six on the large fries, really impressed, juicy burger with loads of added extras. Loved it

I order from here weather it’s take away or sit in. But both ways it’s amazing I always get great service. Best place ever. And they GAVE ME PEPPERS I LOVE THEM!!!!

First time for us at Five guys, staff friendly and helpful, explained the menu and process. Food was fresh, hot, tasty and filling, free drinks were a bonus too, definitely be back!

Large cod cold , grey and pink, straight in the bin, meat in nan, very poor portion and forgot sauces, meat and chips very generous portion, but very plain

Absolutely disgusted! We went in today and ordered some chips as a treat for us all to share..only to find a spider in our chips!! We were so disgusted that we couldn’t finish our chips and they ended up in the bin.

I got a burger and it had fries on the side. While eating the food, hair came out of the potatoes and the burger.

Thought I’d give this place another try because we can all have an off day. Wow never again! Chips were stale , order was cold, asked for sauce on the burger and there was none. The curry sauce was so watery and for the 2nd time your delivery driver looked at me like he had just trod in something. I hate throwing food away but we couldn’t stomach it 🤷

Really good kebab, the guys are friendly too

Very disappointed. The chicken kebab was completely tasteless, overcooked and looked disgusting. There was hardly any meat. I requested a replacement meal over the phone but when I arrived the shop was closed. I don't recommend it.

Dismall and expensive like most services

I go most weeks as it is located ideally to grab a quick snack before football, However the service is getting worse week on week, Staff stand about chatting and there seems no ownership or anybody accountable for actually getting the order inside ready for the customers, food just sits ready to go with no urgency, understand it is mainly kids working there but training needs to be given, McDonalds is not cheap anymore but the service very much feels that way, needs a decent manager to get them organised.

the food was stone cold. plus the chips were just all the dregs not Ctual chips. very disappointed.
