Had a salad bowl from here. The amount of salad in the bowl was shocking, it was less than you would put on a sandwich. I've had the same order at many Subway's and this was far from the standard of others. As it always seems quiet here, I can only assume they are trying to cut cost by giving such a small service. Extremely poor.

We were looking for a nice saturday night takeaway in the house however this was food you'd get after coming out of a nightclub. Half of the order didn't even match the description of the product eg Spicy burger with no spice and huge chunks of cucumber. The loaded fries were just fries with plastic cheese sauce on them. Ingedients all the cheapest you can buy. Wouldn't order again. Only ate a quarter of the food the rest thrown away. There was an offer on but still not worth the money.

what was received was OK,cold but ok.But I didn't receive all of the order, chicken was missing as was coleslaw that I paid extra for. But the worst was the fact we paid over the odds for 2 cans of Pepsi and receive Barr!!! Shocking, and this used to be the best Dixy around !! Sorry but not again .

I can't give any stars for the food it was disgusting and not edible. We took a quick stop here on the way back from buying our kids school uniform. My child's cheese burger meal had a dead fly in it. I had to show this to the staff who kindley replaced it. However we also ordered x2 lamb tikka in naan and fries. The lamb tikka and naan was not cooked properly the lamb had an off taste and was raw and the naan was very dry and hard /rock solid. The fries also tasted bitter and were dark yellow in colour, it tasted like the fries was fried in old oil, tasted like oil had not been changed in the fryer for a very long time . I took one bite of naan and lamb tikka and I had to send the food back because it was not edible. The staff kindly refunded me for the food because I could not eat it and I did not want a replacement, I was put off by the whole experience. My poor husband however quietly ate his food even though the food was not up to scratch as he didn't want to make a further fuss because our whole experience in this place was already ruined. Neelams many years ago going back 15 years used to be a good place to eat but it has gone down hill. The staff don't know how to cook the food, advice for the owner is send your staff for training or get them to visit a place like Lahore Village to learn and observe how to make naan, lamb tikka etc as they clearly have no idea how to make desi food. Sorry I have had to put this negative comment but this has been my worst food experience ever and I will not be returning.
