Mcdonald's Restaurants in Cannock Chase

All though limited seating, service was prompt, food was warm and as expected. Overall experience was elevated by one employee (cleaning op) who was greeting and talking to all kids which was a nice touch.

Nice food apart from the lady 'here to help ' keep coming to my table I get anxious when people just walk over and just watch and look there are other things to do woman don't mean to come to my table there are lots of tables and people to help 😒 I felt very uncomfortable when she comes to the area where I seat 😑

At least half the time we go, the food is cold! When they get it right, it's a great place. But far to often it's cold. Yet again both my wife's food and mine was cold

The worst McDonald's in the country. The staff are worse than useless. Every time I've ever used this drive through they make me park up for at least 10 minutes for standard food from the menu, after having to wait in the queue for ages. Once the food arrives the fries are always cold. One star is too generous.

Can be a bit slow, not good when you have only ordered a couple of drinks. 😒

didn't arrive..driver hung up on me rudley after I tried directing him for over 20 minutes when he was literally just up the road and claimed he delivered my food

WORST McDonald’s in the area, just go to the one in Longford or Hawks green unless you like waiting an hour and a half for cold food.

ARRIVED OVER AN HOUR LATE AND COLD! Tried calling mcdonald’s over 10 times and no answer! Sent it back with the courier now i want my money back.

Missing my napkins from my order and my straw. So i now can’t enjoy my milkshake. Not very good service as my burger was loose in the wrapper and looked like it was thrown together.

it took over an hour from my order to arrive it was apsoultly stone cold when it arrived. 2 happy meals for young children stone cold and a burger for my son. apsoultly awful service. the delivery man was rude at the door and didn't even knock the door he hit it with the bag of food. awful

Did not receive my order!! It showed on the map the driver was nearby then said order had been delivered.. No attempt was made to deliver food to me!!! Terrible service

Actually ordered a McDelivery (delivered via Uber) . Most of the food was missing and by god it's a struggle to use the app to get any refund. Top tips 1) Don't order a delivery from here. 2) Don't both using the McD's app to complain / upload receipts (it doesn't work) 3) Don't delete the text message Uber send you for confirmation - you need to click on that link to speak to customer service (via AI chat) to get anywhere.

The delivery driving was not nice he was on the phone the whole time then got annoyed when he couldnt hear me tell him the code. He made me take the bags out and then got angry when i was struggling to get it out. He then just stormed off.

always forget things once the evening shift come on burnt burger and soggy nuggets. how someone can mess up cooking chicken nuggets I don't know. I definitely won't be wasting my money again

delivery of hot drinks too often means they are spilt from the ride causing the bottom of the bag to be soaked with whatever should have been kept in the cup allowing the cups to fall through the bottom of the bag so a messy Chocolate stained carpet.

Very enjoyable visit to this Mcdonalds outlet. Disabled parking spaces available. Wheelchair accessible entrance and an accessible toilet which was modern, clean and tidy. Helpful staff on duty. Room around the tables minimal but with co-operation from other diners I was able to access a free table. We were in for breakfast and enjoyed our meal.

Of the three McD in town this is my favourite. The main entrance/exit is also shared with the two other shops so the McD drive through traffic queue frequently blocks access on to the main car park during busy times.

Took over an hour for food to arrive and was luke warm when it did arrive. Chips were soggy and veggie dippers hard and cold

Driver didn’t move from one spot for around 20 minutes, everything was freezing cold when it finally arrived and the driver blamed me saying I wasn’t in the right place, both burgers was cold, fries was slightly warm and my espresso was stone cold.

My food delivery was technically on time as the time for our food to be ready was constantly upped, it was over an hour. when our food arrived it was all stone cold and the mcflurry's were melted. The driver was fantastic and on time according to the app.
