Didnt arrive at all and getting told im not entitled to a refund

items misding yet again. poor service these people cant coynt

No dips and no straws for drinks.

food was cold and the sauces did not come, drinks was spilt all over. the driver was lovely though and made sure we got the food on time.

Service was good but food terrible. I had a double cheese burger and if they could have changed the buns on it for poppadoms it would have been thicker. It looked like it had been stood on it was that thin, nothing like the picture. Didn't feel too well after eating from here too.

the food was freezing cold by the time it got to us. felt like it was days old because of how stale the chips was. don't recommend at all. the milkshakes were like water. all went to waste

just kept changing the delivery time later and later when the food arrived it was cold

all food was stone cold when delivered had to warm it up in microwave before we could eat it.

There is a lovely customer care worker name Rina. She is so lovely and is more than happy to have a conversation with anyone and we were sat on a table eating our food and we were gonna put our rubbish in the bin but Rina offered to take it.

Food arrived on time but items were missing and food cold. Asked for help, reported missing items but was told no refund to be given. Only medium fries on a extra value meal and a chicken mayo missing worth £3.19. But not the point. I didn’t get what I paid for and nothing was done about it.

I am fuming one of youre drivers was so rude to me left without helping me with my order i had the wrong one and i told him this isnt mine he shouted at me and then sped off. Ive got his reg number and reported to the store so they wont accept him.

It is the same as most other McDonald's but there service is slower than normal. But they did get the order correct.

I’ve never had such cold food that’s been delivered to my home before. Completely unacceptable. I’ve a feeling it was McDonalds issue. First time using Just Eat. No joy in getting help from the app on what to do with the food. Just kept telling me there was a connection error. Was fine when it took my order of £25.

My food delivery ordered 20/9/24 at 17.35pm came over £20 and when it arrived at 18.25pm it was really cold couldn't be warmed up as being chicken. The Fries were stone cold. It all got thrown away. I basically wasted my money.

yet again ordered a chocolate milkshake and got a vanilla third time now.

bacon was rock hard for my roll and I added extra sauce but got a really tiny bit of sauce also the egg muffin was all over the place and not placed in the muffin.. Very disappointed and macdonalds continues to get worse with people's orders....

oh wow whoever cooked the breakfadt egg mcmuffins n hash browns nailed it .we enjoyed it 10 stars today

Went through the drive-through. Must have repeated myself three times when placing an order. Whilst being told to park up whilst I wait for my order. Customers behind me didn't have to park up and wait. After waiting for a while, only half my order turns up. After telling member of staff im missing items, I had to wait even longer for the correct order. Absolutely ridiculous. My food was cold. When told member of staff my concerns about food being cold, he didn't seem bothered. Staff here don't seem to care about customer service only selling food

Food was cold after a ridiculous wait, had to ask for my food even after waiting and there was a full scale riot going on in the store with 15/20 14-15 year olds acting like ‘ big men/women’ it took the police to be called to clear kids off!!! With one stupid girl shouting her mouth off at everyone it was hardly the best experience of fast food I have ever had. Would not use this branch again and certainly not with anyone of a nervous disposition or a small child :(

If i could give this a zero, i would. Yesterday took my grandson for his tea. We waited a considerable amount of time outside the serving hatch before being told to park up. So 10-15 mins later, the single meal came out. We we were driving home to find the fries were stone cold and only part the burger was in the box, the top of the burger was thrown in the bag. The sauce from the burger wasnt very nice and my grandson said was a bit spicy (he loves spicy but not on his big mac!!!!) Also there was sauce that wasnt one of the sauces he had, at the bottom of the bag. A few weeks ago, i had no burger top!!!! So i had an upset child. I phoned today when i had chance to complain and was told there was nothing he could do about it as i should have brought it back last night. So we had been out for the day and i had other children in tow so i couldnt get back last night in any case!!!! I said i didnt want a refund, just for whoever this member of staff was, to be flippin trained!!!!! This was just the last straw. The manager to be honest was useless and staff even more so. Wont be bothering again. Will just pay the extra and go burger king!!!!

We placed order on app to collect in restaurant. We waited over 20 minutes for our order, whilst other people collected their food. The problem was the frappes. Not the best service today. It was worth the wait, frappés were yummy.

Received a fillet fish meal with mould on Complained & was met by attitude with staff without an apology just take my money back & leave Will be taking further as not happy with service received today Avoid this place

Driver couldn't speak English,,he couldn't find my address so i had to go meet him at a local pub,,get home everything is cold and allso my mcflurry was missing,,so i had nothing to eat with my apple pie,,the restaurant is really close to my home too

Just awful, absolutely awful. It seems that if you make the effort to enter McDonald's the less effort the staff make of you. If you're going through the drive through you get served and your food immediately. I stood waiting to be served for 5 minutes, then once served then waited an additional 20 minutes for the food (1 breakfast meal). No apology, no thankyou, absolutely nothing, this is not the 1st time this has happened. I will NOT be eating or ordering in the restaurant again. A little staff training in manners wouldn't go a miss either

not only was the food cold, the delivery driver was on his phone and spilt both drinks which only ended up with 1 large drink put together

Absolutely ridiculous waiting time is a joke most of workers were faffing about and only prepared one order at a time when they can as they seemed so focused on the drive thru and not the customers who have ordered inside I waited like half and hour for my food not impressed won’t be going there again these workers need to learn not to faff about and waste time and do there job properly

I occasionally have need to grab some breakfast, went inside and took ages - they only seemed focused on serving the drive through. So if you want to eat in a timely fashion go to drive through... But, tbh Bette off finding a local cafe and supporting local businesses (which is what I normally try to do).

my food was over an hour late i called them and they said delivery driver took it but didn’t deliver it then its came all the chips are missing only burgers have came and all the burgers are freezing i’m not happy with this won’t be ordering again the restaurant have told me to get a refund for the whole order

3 meals missing again!! The last 3 times I have ordered from here now the chase centre Cannock. There has been food missing!! Absolutely diabolical service. It’s not like it’s cheap either!!

The food was poor, the order was incorrect, I was disappointed with my food as the chips tasted soggy and cold. The order was incorrect as I ordered 2 milkshakes I only got 1. The burger was the only good thing that was edible. Worst McDonald’s I had for a while.
