I was served a cold burger that looked like it sat out on display all day DISGUSTING overpriced garbage I won't be going here again the fries are never hot and you are lucky if they get your order right

Food is OK depending on time you go not so cheap anymore but a go to favourite

Bit old and worn out, tends to be a long wait for food

The staff are friendly and the meal was delicious

Always a pleasure to visit McDonald's, tables were clean when we went to visit and service was quick and food was hot.

Without a doubt the worst McDonald's i have ever been to, the management couldn't seem to care less, had to return a order multiple times as they couldn't seem to understand No Meat the manager on shift refused to help and we were basically told tuff luck will never return

If zero stars was available it would be exceptable, food arrived cold and made us all sick within 10 mins of eating it, we all had the mcrib which was freezing cold on arrival, no sauce, no onions etc it was truly awful and will not order from mcdonalds again they have had to many changes!!! They have no interest in providing good food at a decent temperature and this is one of the worst branches in cannock 🤢🤮 there is no difference in food quality whether you eat in, drive thru or delivery all of the food is always cold and incorrect. They do not have a quality control its all aboit money and numbers. Personally they obviously need a new manager who understands what hot food means!!! Avoid like the plague if you want to keep your insides!!! Personally would be interesting to see there food hygiene and management reviews 🤔

Orders are ALWAYS wrong. Always!

It's pointless this McDonald's offering the drive-thru option on the app. Every time they ask you to park up. It always seems under staffed, which means you wait ages for your food what has obviously been sat going cold. Avoid. Drive to the Cannock one.

Order 96 today 01-09-2024 Arrive before 19:40 order than wait till 20:10 ask for my order?they deleted the number from the screen 🤷🤷🤷got home with the delivery to my family guess what missing the nuggets on happy meal and the garlic dippers cold 🥶 left with my order incomplete 20:15 very bad 👎 McDonald's no respect

Once again there were no straws in for the 2 milkshakes and I ordered and paid for 3 barbecue dips which were missing. This is not the first time this has happened, I appreciate this is fast food but if you took a little longer you might get the order right.

Just popped in ..ordered Philly stack ....1st one was stone cold, went for a new one, that was stone cold ...went for my 3rd one and all the cheese sauce is stone cold ....I've given up

items missing from the order again, this is becoming a regular occupancy. No explanation or offer of replacement items, just left out, already been charged fir the missing items.

nothing was right I asked for chicken nuggets happy meal got veggy dippers and asked for cheese burger n there was no cheese didn't receive my cucumber sticks either, well annoyed.

my order was so cold when it got here that we had to put it in the microwave to warm it up have McDonald's ever considered putting the order in tinfoil so it stays hot as it's not just this McDonald's that our as been cold with ,I also think that it makes the buns rubbery and dry which makes it hard to swallow or digest

We placed an order for a 19.15 delivery. Estimated time for delivery changed 4 times, our order finally arrived at 20.20 All of our fries were missing & all 4 of the burgers were cold. WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM MCDONALD'S VIA JUST EAT AGAIN!!

McDonald’s didn’t supply me with a straw for my drink or the salsa dip for my mozzarella dippers.

foods good enough but be prepared for no straws no dips probably at least 50% of the time and they might forget cheese on a cheeseburger from time to time

All of the food ordered was barely warm, fries were just about cooked through, had to reheat all of it in the microwave, sweet chilli dip that was ordered was missing. Will be a while before we order again online from here, if ever.

Ordered the new Philly cheese stack, only removed the onions myself, food has come and they gave me a plain burger with NOTHING on not even the cheese sauce as said, they forgot my drink, fries was white and freezing cold, forgot my 5 dips I paid for! It’s 12am surely there’s not many people that order at this time, so how can you get a simple order wrong when it’s not packed, everyyyyy time I have McDonald’s, there is ALWAYS something wrong with it !

This mcdonald's is very busy, however the staff are very quick with the getting the orders to customers.

not even delivered! the driver turned up and hour later even though I ordered form the McDonald's near to me. The driver turned up with s KFC, so I said, my order is McDonald's, he just put his head in his hands and said he delivered mine to his previous place. I'm not impressed at all.

I ordered for delivery a Big Mac which had no sauce and cold.Also the McChicken sandwich came cold and totally plain but it should have been with extra cheese and bacon with lettuce.The chicken salad also ordered was abysmal how can it be called a salad it should be renamed a box of lettuce!!!So angry!!

the hash brown was good. however, on the wrap i ordered i requested no potato rosti and they put on a potato rosti which completely threw me off the wrap. Orange juice was fresh.

After finishing a 14 hr shift I needed quick food so I can gey home & go bed. I ordered a large big mac meal & 2 apple pies. I asked if pies was ready as I didn't want to hang around. Yes he replied so paid & moved to next window. Can you park up & we'll bring it out 😡. 15 mins later no food so I had to go in & find out where it was so after my rant I got a sniggering grin off a lad who'd not long finished school & he replied wot you want me to do about it. 😡😡 I said fetch the manager & this other kid about 18 walks round corner & he was duty manager . No wonder this place is rubbish it's run my pathetic kids 😡 gets home & my big mac was a double with bacon not wot I'd asked for 😡 absolutely useless. Never again will I use this branch 😡😡😡

Went through the drive-thru, window 1 member of staff was great, no problems at all. My friend in the car was speaking to the member of staff and we were giving the staff member the cash instead of paying on card when the manager was peeking his head through the second window, then proceeded to hold our food outside the window for a whole couple minutes whilst the member of staff was getting our Change. Plus, we got to the window to get our food, the manager then said okay, practically tossed me my food, and didn’t even give me my receipt. Wouldn’t recommend, go to the one round the corner, not this maccies.
