I’m a regular at this McD, but what happened today will stick with me. I ordered through the app with table service. As usual, a staff member brought my food on a tray to my table—but then, he literally tossed the tray on my table from a few steps away. I was stunned. I asked another staff member to call the manager, only to find out the person who threw the tray at me earlier was the manager himself - Max. I spoke to him about how I felt, but I can’t shake the feeling there was something off. This incident won’t be forgotten. Very Disappointing, Mr.Max! and McD Cannock!!

Got to give credit to this store they are definitely consistent, they are consistently RUBBISH. Constantly sending the wrong order or forgetting items, which is always cold and thrown in the bag. The staff are equally as helpful as a chocolate teapot (useless). I'm sure when they interview staff they ask 'can you read from a screen and put pre made food in a bag?'......'No'.....'great when can you start?' Avoid this branch at all cost absolutely shocking service, EVERY single time I've used them. 1 star is too much for this place.

The place needs closing or new staff. Food dreadful, cold and the wait is unbelievable. Staff uninterested, leaving food to go cold while they chat amongst themselves. No aplologies when you complain. The Manager is a complete waste of space and doesn't care. Read your reviews. One star is too much.

How was all the food cold when delivery arrived on time

Another freezing cold meal from Just Eat. Apparently driver got held up on previous delivery as they couldn’t find their code. Our meal was therefore inedible as the burger bap was tough as old boots due to it been so cold

I recently ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese from McDonald’s and drove home, looking forward to my meal. However, when I opened the box, I was shocked to find no bun. Just the patties, cheese, and toppings sitting there, completely incomplete. Since I had already driven home, I didn’t have the chance to speak to the staff at the store. Instead, I tried addressing the issue online through McDonald’s customer service. Unfortunately, despite raising the complaint, I haven’t received any response or resolution. Having no bun is such a basic mistake, and it completely ruined the meal. I had to eat it with a fork, which is not what anyone expects when ordering fast food. The fact that McDonald’s hasn’t even acknowledged the issue online makes this experience even more frustrating. Rating: ⭐/5 Disappointed with both the in-store quality and the lack of response online. This situation shows a real lack of care for customers.

we couldn't eat the food because the seal was broken on the brown bag. my son took a bite out of the burger and spat it out as we were all paranoid about eating it and the the wrapping on the burgers looked like they had been tampered with. quite scary!

Chips were like cardboard. Even my cats wouldn’t eat it to prove a point. Not the first time I haven’t received sauces I asked for with my order. Hemlock park is meant to be the better one in Cannock and I’m severely disappointed.

Hate to give a one star review but unfortunately the service is too inconsistent. The food you get is perfectly fine but its actually getting what you have ordered that is the issue. Previously it got to the point where I felt like I was gambling with whether or not I get my correct order but now I can be pretty certain its going to be wrong in some way. Odds are you're gonna be missing food / dips / drinks. You may get someone else's order. Likely to be cold by the time you get it. Or they may forget about you completely and leave you sat and the car park for 45mins while several JustEat drivers come and go with multiple orders. Idk what happened because I used to praise this place but recently it has fell from grace and I cant understand why. Pretty sure I won't be going here again.

The drive thru let me go thru the drive thru ordering and then gave me something different. Ran by children for children . Would go to another local one within 2mile. Simply avoid this like the plague

Very very slow service. The self service machines don't produce receipts. The food was cold before we got to sit down. They were busy in the drive through which is where the focus on customers was rather than those eating in. Avoid!
