I never received the order. It was just marked as delivered by the driver. Terrible service

food was hot, milkshake delicious, third good delivery we have had recently, for quite a while we were disappointed with badly cooked fries and barely warm food, so glad this has improved

was missing items out of my ouder came with no strays and ourdered 6 sauces two that i paid for and no sauces at all

Although the delivery time was great ... the food was cold by time it got to us, the fries were soggy and didnt taste nice on this occasion

I had my order delivered and they only delivered the drinks, none of the food came including my 5 year old son's happy meal and you won't give me a refund!!!! It's a disgrace!!! I SPENT £36 on 3 DRINKS!!!!

After waiting 90minutes from order, called restaurant to be told the food had gone cold waiting for the courier - when the app had stated the courier had been at the restaurant for almost 40min waiting for the food to be prepared. Which is true? The courier was not at the restaurant but the app was lying or the worker at the restaurant lying because they’d taken far too long to make an order of two large meals? Because someone is lying. No apologies were made at all. Dreadful service!

Avoid this one, they are seriously incompetent. Each time gone here or ordered via app they manage to fail. Always wrong or missing items, the food is never fresh or hot. Expensive for what you get. Amazing how often they fail at this.

Food took around 3 hours too come

Even in store not takeout most of the time I seem to receive lukewarm food. Food hygiene training about teaches temperature checks and how important they are, so either it's not been done correctly or not at all.

Order food 2 hours ago (7:30pm) only just came at (9:21)

I ordered at 8:30 he then arrived at 11:25. The food is beyond cold, it was horrible. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

The last 4x order not correct for all different places or way under standard

so not only did they forget to put the sauce in, they didn’t send all 4 of the burgers that i paid for i did not receive my full order yet again.

The food was slightly cold and most of the item boxes had been damaged. The quality of the food was fine but the fries, they felt wet or soggy.

Delivery time was originally 20 mins earlier but changed last minute. Fries stone cold so gone hard and chewy,totally uneatable and had to throw away,burgers barely warm either,sauce pots were missing although ordered and paid for and wrong ice cream delivered. After paying a fiver for service and delivery on top of the order it was a huge expensive dissapointment,not a happy customer.

Can't get a simple order correct, stopped in on my way to work for breakfast, went through the drive through and ordered 2 sausage and egg mcmuffins NO CHEESE with a coffee, paid and left with breakfast. When I arrived at work and opened my breakfast what did I find, CHEESE ON MY FOOD, what a waste of my hard earned money and my time, all ended up in the bin.

Kind of awkward to drink coke out of a paper bag, the drivers response “not my fault” as he walks off the drive repeating himself like a robot

it was cold and we missed a quarter pounder and a large cold and the burgers we had were cold and so was the chips.
