Was a great surprise to get hot fries as normally just warm.. Burger was delicious

Fast food? Waited inline to pay, asked another member of staff if I can pay for my order, said there's only one till. Literally two tills at the counter..... Put my ticket on the counter and walked out, shouldn't have to queue for over 5mins being the second person inline.

Food was cold and no sauce on chicken wrapped milk shakes was too thick too drink not a good experience today

It's OK seamed a bit chaotic staff were average got drinks wrong there were other people taking items back while we were there not to impressed

5 stars from me !! Ordered grilled instead of crispy chicken in a wrap and they kindly changed it free of charge even though I offered to pay .. really top quality service and nice food with piping hot fries . Well done all !!!

absolutely appalling never ever have i experienced customer service so bad, completely disregarding all customers waiting on food and walking past , required customers to shout over the counter for staff to actually communicate, whilst the manager ignores the situation completely. Food order was also wrong and unable to correct as staff were so rude.

I had chicken buurger&fries,husband big mac & fries,2 latte coffees.we waited about 15 minutes for food,but there must have been about 10 people behind the counter,when my app wouldn't work there were 2 girls behind the counter at the end chatting, a copper of times I looked straight at them and basically they looked the other way and pretended they hadn't seen because a couple of times they glanced back at me.it took a girl cleaning the tables to come over to me after about 10 minutes to go behind the counter and get someone to serve me.from when we get there to getting our food was near half an hour.and when it did come one hot one cool coffee,I changed it straight away..as soon as we started eating fries you could tell they had mixed freshly cooked fries with a batch that had been done a while before some hot some bendy and cool.the people on next table changed there's but had to wait.we just left the fries.we did mention it to a young man bringing food out,but bless him he was busy so don't think he would have mentioned it.

So annoying lately.. Never seem to get an order right an when they do it's cold or going stale. Nothing worse than cold hard dry fries..

Went to cannock 1 ,lovely staff and food

Pulled up at the drive through on the 16th September at 4pm to order a Big Mac to be told "we have no beef today" What a joke

Big Mac?! Hmmm?! I think mine shrunk in the wash! Something else that has got smaller but more expensive .. Haven’t ordered a Big Mac for quite a while and was shocked to see the size of it now!

Order 96 today 01-09-2024 Arrive before 19:40 order than wait till 20:10 ask for my order?they deleted the number from the screen 🤷🤷🤷got home with the delivery to my family guess what missing the nuggets on happy meal and the garlic dippers cold 🥶 left with my order incomplete 20:15 very bad 👎 McDonald's no respect

Food is always good, but not always hot enough, but must admit food was nice and hot.

We arrived what seems like a lifetime ago and are sat waiting for our food. Not sure how much longer we can hold out. Send help!

Absolutely terrible not one worker cares for there job, every single item was wrong, delivery driver called us to make sure it was right but yet it was wrong when it arrived, we had to wait a whole hour for our food had arrived

we finally got all of the things we ordered, so we'll done people. perhaps the delivery drivers weren't hungry or thirsty tonight .😆

I got the complete wrong order almost. Only my fries were fine, and it even had my receipt on the bag. Not happy.

Quick service clean and staff friendly

Food was quick to arrive. Staff were helpful. The restaurant was clean and tidy. It was easy to park but it eas early in the day. All exactly what you'd hope for and expect from a fast food restaurant.

missing items as usual with McDonald's but delivery was excellent

I would like share and say a special mention and thank you to your staff member Louisa who was exceptionally kind and polite when dealing with an issue with our order. She showed an excellent level of customer service and attention and was really helpful.

considering the short distance from shop to me, the food was cold!

the chips wasn't fully cooked and cold, I had to finish off cooking them when they gor to me.

My frise wasn't even cooked so I'm not happy about it

I HAD FLYS IN MY MCFLURRY… maybe instead of leaving your McFlurrys near a window or making them then waiting until someone wants one it’s stupid don’t make it until someone wants one, im grossed out

not only did they say it was to arrive at 10:15 and it arrived over an hour later. but they also didn't include our drinks.

What can I say.......this place is McDonald's but not as you know it. This is the McDonald's all others should aspire to. The management must really have their finger on the pulse and an ear to the ground. These are the best maccies staff I've encountered. Well done to the management of this branch. Consider yourselves the benchmark. Thank you.

Not so much the driver, the restaurant seem to have an almost perfect inability to understand the simplest concepts of their own menu, take a nugget share box for example. You pick 4 dips. Its a standard item you PAY for. Some how. These absolute GCSE gremlins don’t seem to understand that they do indeed need to place these IN the bag rather than just leaving them out. Im sure they do it on purpose as it seems their trained to do it. ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE UNABLE TO SUPPLY DIPS TO CUSTOMERS.

Service is slow, and the amount of incorrect orders makes me triple check the bag each time I've gone

I ordered 2 mc flurry’s and they are both melted I got them in store and if I wanted melted I cream I would go and buy some and let it sit but I’m paying more for one small tub of I cream from there than a tub of ice cream from tescos it’s ridiculous

food was freezing. driver was standing still for ages. probably had another drop. coke was all over the Icecream and items missing. happens with every McDonald's delivery.

My order took over 30 minutes to arrive and was wrong! The burger I ordered was not correctly customised and was someone else’s. Not only that, the receipt sent with my order didn’t match my order nor the incorrect item they sent! Terrible service. Needs to be changed ASAP

All the food wasn’t there I want a refund

Was usual good quality but the drive thru took over 20min and wasn't busy, but obviously a shift change, surely it could be staggered. Another visit at 11pm, 3 cars in front at drive thru and over 15mins to get served, using the app as well , then they have turned off the milkshake machine so none of those either, FFS get your act together as it's appalling. Your a 24hr busy mac Donald's and each time I visit it's the same, quicker driving to another one!

Chips was burnt and food was cold

wrong order was delivered so when I rang the store I was told to fetch it, not good enough when I ordered it for delivery, so I ended up fetching it myself and the app wouldn't let me apply for a refund...poor service

Seating broken, service was slow but food was good and extra fries given for delay.

Would be 5* but if you park round the back of the store, there is not footpath and no where safe to walk.

I ordered vanilla milkshake, but was sent coke. my son can't drink fizzy drinks

hadn't put lids on properly so the drinks spilt into the mcflurrys and onto the food.

Food was well late and was cold stone cold

every item was so cold it was inedible. The ice cream had turned into liquid. I dont agree with only sending a partial refund for such a disgusting meal. if I had this at any other restaurant in the world I wouldn't pay for for it. This happens so often that I will never order from here again. If orders can't be fulfilled in a timely manner they shouldn't be doing delivery at all and having me pay for it. shame on mcdonalds and shame on just eat for not offering full refunds for bad service

Toilets button was broke and toilet wouldn't flush. Hand dryer wasn't working and the food was a million miles away from description. Outside area is lovely tho.

I asked for 1 of the burgers without cheese. My son can't have cheese, however when his dinner came it was not only very wrong with cheese, so it couldn't be eaten but it was also very cold. Poor lad had cold fries for his dinner.

Delivery driver was awful ! He refused to come upstairs to bring the food as soon as he was out of the main door he called me saying to go down to pick my food even after I pointed I’m paying delivery and my food has to be delivered at my door he was keep saying come down to pick your food till when my boyfriend took the phone and told him to come up then he just came in seconds 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Delivery driver was spot on, no complaints there. Maccies doesn’t really travel well, fries are always like warm, this time the McFlurry was about 2 spoonfuls in the pot, probably stick with going there personally from now on.

My milkshakes were not what was ordered we got vanilla asked for banana and strawberry . Quartpounder not in bag but a cheeseburger

The driver rang me to ask me to go to the front door. I live in a first floor flat and he said the drivers don’t deliver to flats. EVERY other driver does!!! Does your delivery exclude disabled customers?
