Mcdonald's Restaurants in Cannock Chase

Where’s my order? I’ve not received it.

After waiting 90minutes from order, called restaurant to be told the food had gone cold waiting for the courier - when the app had stated the courier had been at the restaurant for almost 40min waiting for the food to be prepared. Which is true? The courier was not at the restaurant but the app was lying or the worker at the restaurant lying because they’d taken far too long to make an order of two large meals? Because someone is lying. No apologies were made at all. Dreadful service!

Food was cold when we got it and the delivery times kept on getting extended

Avoid this one, they are seriously incompetent. Each time gone here or ordered via app they manage to fail. Always wrong or missing items, the food is never fresh or hot. Expensive for what you get. Amazing how often they fail at this.

Food took around 3 hours too come

Even in store not takeout most of the time I seem to receive lukewarm food. Food hygiene training about teaches temperature checks and how important they are, so either it's not been done correctly or not at all.

Order food 2 hours ago (7:30pm) only just came at (9:21)

I ordered at 8:30 he then arrived at 11:25. The food is beyond cold, it was horrible. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Driver was rude and the order was not even delivered I really hope this gets sorted and I have a full refund

so not only did they forget to put the sauce in, they didn’t send all 4 of the burgers that i paid for i did not receive my full order yet again.

The last 4x order not correct for all different places or way under standard

The food was slightly cold and most of the item boxes had been damaged. The quality of the food was fine but the fries, they felt wet or soggy.

Delivery time was originally 20 mins earlier but changed last minute. Fries stone cold so gone hard and chewy,totally uneatable and had to throw away,burgers barely warm either,sauce pots were missing although ordered and paid for and wrong ice cream delivered. After paying a fiver for service and delivery on top of the order it was a huge expensive dissapointment,not a happy customer.

Very quick, glad it was earlier than predicted

Can't get a simple order correct, stopped in on my way to work for breakfast, went through the drive through and ordered 2 sausage and egg mcmuffins NO CHEESE with a coffee, paid and left with breakfast. When I arrived at work and opened my breakfast what did I find, CHEESE ON MY FOOD, what a waste of my hard earned money and my time, all ended up in the bin.

Nice clean well laid out McDonald's with very friendly and helpful staff food was good the fries were hot the burger was good and did not look like it had been thrown around the restaurant three times before landing on my table like some McDonald's I have been to the milkshakes were cold and thick like they are supposed to be overall for a McDonald's it was very good and would definitely go back

terrible mcdonalds. honestly the worst I've had the displeasure of ordering from. consistently get orders wrong, leave items out or push back the delivery time multiple times. take a look at the history, definately some 5 star padding going on to try and raise the abysmal ratings everyone is giving them.

5 stars for Longford McDonald's, 0 stars for McDonald's digital team! Massive shout out to Sam part of the management team. I've had so many issues in the past with this McDonald's, and continue to have issues with the app, which I know is nothing to do with them. Made a massive order through the app, including a discount code to save some money and when I got to the restaurant surprise surprise yet again the app crashed and said they had nothing in stock. Fortunately Sam came and processed the order manually and added the discount. It's a shame that a company as big as McDonald's can't sort their technical issues out with the app.

There was missing items on my order. Iv been charged 19 pound odd and on the receipt it’s Sayin 11 .74 . The Icreams I ordered are missing and my drink .

paid £11 for burger and chips didn't get the chips so they sent me £2.50 back after I had to pay delivery fee
