Place was good and clean food was amazing will be coming back

They don't cater for people who are gluten intolerant, I ordered a burger without a bun, I received a hug box with a tiny burger and a small blob of cheese on it. Still had to pay the same price.

Service was amazing food was perfect and the store was clean the ceaser crispy chicken made this hot day that mutch better

Just tried to order and they had no ability to take payment other than by card or cash. Online app is not working. Unable to do any business have left.

food arrived hot and fresh and in an insulated bag which isn't always the case in the past food has arrived cold. - efficient delivery, pleasant delivery driver

So disappointing, haven't used Just Eat for ages and ordered a Burger King, when it arrived my burger (Chicken Royale) was missing - so frustrating, you pay above the regular price through Just Eat and they can't get the order right!

Unfortunately the drink was missing off the whopper meal and all the chips with the meal and chips that was bought as a starter were all cold and rubbery

Yet again delivery was missing food. Was over half an hour late than advised. Driver said it took a long time to bag up but forgot we can track them and he did three other drops in great wyrley and cheslyn hay before doing ours in Cannock. Food was freezing when we got ours and our order was over £70.

Chips were stone cold. Burger was a mess (thrown together). Paid for a large meal, but the chips portion was very small and u got a standard size bottle of pop. Not sure if a bottle of pop is considered a large.

Since this place got rid of the counter staff I now go to Rugeley. I just want to oder a burger "how I want it", remember that tag line? The food is great and the staff are better than the service they can offer, it's not there fault at all, it's management. The instore screens are useless and usually one of the staff comes out to help , then has to put my order through the till. And why do you run out of proper coke so often? The seating area is always cold as well, again management. So basically, the staff and food are good and management is the problem.

SERY was really nice and the atmosphere was really good

Ordered about 5.20. Said delivery was around 5.50. Turned up at 6.35 and the food was like warm.

Strange that there is a reluctance to actually interface with the customers any more. Shame Blue Light is declined on a Saturday.

Worst burger king I've ever been in. Toilets stink. Service is slow and they got the order wrong. Avoid. There's a kfc across the road.

They just left food on my doorstep so now it’s all cold by time I realised it’s there when checked how long it’s gunna be

This is the second time, that they forgot the burgers! Left a note to say dont forget the burgers and dips. Sent chips and chicken nuggets. Asked for photo evidence but we had eaten before they replied with an email. Get decent staff.

Staff were more concerned about serving drive-thro customers than preparing our food, we waited over 20 minutes and we were the only customers in the restaurant at the time. The food was lovely once we received it.

Said delivery was at 19:00 pushed back 5 times again to 19:45 an when it eventually came it’s freezing cold

missing 2 burgers and fries with order. every time seem to order with just eat.. there's always an item missing. but for that many items to be missing and how much it costs. I can't get hold of anyone to sort the problem. so now my food is also cold so thank you very much for that

Every time I order something from Burger King they don’t even start making your order until the drivers there my delivery time has been updated 5 times what a joke of a restaurant go to McDonald’s at least there on time

An hour and a half after ordering, ordered 2 meals with large fries only received medium fries and the chicken royale was missing altogether. but to add insult to injury Just Eat have refused to issue a refund for the missing item and won't give me a reason extremely disappointed and annoyed

Toilets were dirty and everything was, the food is disgusting. They cooked the chips on old oil and after eating the food we felt sick.

Customers are treated in good way by emoplyees ..especially sophie is very kind and good hearted person ..thank you for your burgers tho

Incorrect food delivered, unable to consume due to allergies as clearly notified I’m on the notes which was also printed on the receipt attached to order! tried to call but saying voicemail is full! Shall not be re-ordering.

I come in on Friday evening with my family was greeted by Ellie with a lovely smile and she was very helpful and kind we will definitely be returning

Cold food, probably due to the cold drinks being in the same bag and the bag it was all delivered in was soggy so obviously been in there a while 🙄

Great value meal from BK. Superb service from Adam and Ellie whilst in the branch. They made sure that our order was fresh and correct. Would definitely come here again as they made the experience one to remember.

Would give 0 if possible. Manager refused to take my order, staff not doing anything anyway. And the restrooms and eating areas were dirty. Hate to think what it looks like in the kitchen areas where food is prepped

missing Fanta and food is very cold

Food was cold and chips were all dried up as if they had been sat for ages long time. One order was completely wrong and when tried to contact the restaurant nobody answered the phone. Will never order from there again

Went here as a big family and was worried about ordering a lot of food, can happily say that Emily on the till took our order and everything was correct and delivered quickly, Emily’s service was also amazing!

Went down there this week and the food was done to a very great standard, an individual known as Josh served me when I was there, he was very courteous and seemed like a great lad, and he made sure that I was satisfied with my order, so keep up the amazing work everyone, I will definitely be back down there soon!

Called in here yesterday and was gobsmacked. After waiting to be served at the counter, staff were looking at me like I had 2 heads. After 3 minutes a young girl told me that they didn't take orders at the counter anymore and I would have to use the computer terminal to order. I turned round and there was only one terminal with people waiting. What an absolute nightmare if the restaurant was busy. I wanted to pay by cash which the terminal WILL NOT ACCEPT. I told her to forget it and we walked out and went to McDonalds instead. The restaurant wasn't busy but also looked dirty and the floor clearly hadn't been cleaned for hours. WHY WILL A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT NOT ACCEPT CASH. ABSOLUTE JOKE !!!!! MCDONALDS ACCEPTED MY ORDER AND THE COUNTER AND MY HARD EARNED CASH. STOP THIS NONSENSE NOW AS THE PUBLIC DON'T WANT A CASHLESS SOCIETY !!!!!!!

I have ordered my burger king and payed for a Ben and jerrys cookie dough Ice cream and there is no ice cream with my order and I've payed £6 something for this!

Food was ok,waiting was quite a while but only 2 customers in ,no atmosphere but its a fast food place

I had my burger king delivered to my house, but when I come to prep it my Ben and Jerry's cookie dough ice cream wasn't in with my order after I have been charged the £6.49 too

Burgers and chips cold. Don’t deliver them if you can’t keep them hot
