Burger King in Cannock Chase

looks nice however havent recieved my chilli cheese bites AGAIN

Burger came spicy not normal and then missing items and cold

Visited on a Sunday afternoon. Very quiet and so service was quick. Not good service though, at all. I’m the only customer waiting with the only order outstanding on the screen. Why do you insist on the colleague shouting in my face line he’s some sort of wannabe army drill sargent of something “Order 939” when it’s quite clearly my order for me? It makes the lad look demonic. Service has moved-on from this, even in fast food. This did in the 1990s.. not anymore. Food was fine - usual Burger King standard.

Excellent a driver that used an insulated bag, not all do, so meal received nice and hot - I dont mind receiving any order earlier than anticipated

Personally I prefer Burger Kings burgers compared to McDonald's.

They were trying to deliver 5 miles away i got a call from driver saying he was at an industrial estate and when i finally got my order 35 mins later its was very cold

The delivery driver left the food outside without even saying it had been delivered and now the food is stone cold so thanks a lot mate not like we’ve waited 45 mins for 3 items anyway…

Ordered the sharerbox and there was no chillicheese bites end the food was not the warmest. Food was good just wish it wasn't missing items.

No fries delivered with any of the 4meals I ordered and no after asking for refund no refund has been give.

They don't cater for people who are gluten intolerant, I ordered a burger without a bun, I received a hug box with a tiny burger and a small blob of cheese on it. Still had to pay the same price.

food arrived hot and fresh and in an insulated bag which isn't always the case in the past food has arrived cold. - efficient delivery, pleasant delivery driver

So disappointing, haven't used Just Eat for ages and ordered a Burger King, when it arrived my burger (Chicken Royale) was missing - so frustrating, you pay above the regular price through Just Eat and they can't get the order right!

Yet again delivery was missing food. Was over half an hour late than advised. Driver said it took a long time to bag up but forgot we can track them and he did three other drops in great wyrley and cheslyn hay before doing ours in Cannock. Food was freezing when we got ours and our order was over £70.

Everything was freezing cold and the ice cream had melted!! Not happy

Chips were stone cold. Burger was a mess (thrown together). Paid for a large meal, but the chips portion was very small and u got a standard size bottle of pop. Not sure if a bottle of pop is considered a large.

Best tasting Whopper I’ve ever had. I ordered the Whooper meal with a juice drink. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I didn’t know how to use the ordering machine and they helped me. I will definitely be returning to this Burger King again. You guys are doing an amazing job here. Keep up the great work.

There was hardly any cheese sauce on my chips, they forgot my ice cream and I paid for a Coke and got a Coke Zero , bit annoying after paying £30

Food was lukewarm and squished. Delivery time kept changing but was late by original estimate.

Since this place got rid of the counter staff I now go to Rugeley. I just want to oder a burger "how I want it", remember that tag line? The food is great and the staff are better than the service they can offer, it's not there fault at all, it's management. The instore screens are useless and usually one of the staff comes out to help , then has to put my order through the till. And why do you run out of proper coke so often? The seating area is always cold as well, again management. So basically, the staff and food are good and management is the problem.

Ordered about 5.20. Said delivery was around 5.50. Turned up at 6.35 and the food was like warm.

Place was empty when we got in. Had to use the kiosks and they had a mind of there own took 10min to order and 3 meals come to £38. Kitchen staff screaming at eash other with football chants. Food was only warm

Delivered early, clearly too early, rushing one main item missing 14£ plus delivery charges taken. Refund requested and up to 7 days is a joke. Not the first time as a company you (just eat) need to do more to ensure mistakes are rectified soon Ethan seven days

Dirty restaurant. Food all over floor and left on tables. Would not return.

Worst burger king I've ever been in. Toilets stink. Service is slow and they got the order wrong. Avoid. There's a kfc across the road.

They just left food on my doorstep so now it’s all cold by time I realised it’s there when checked how long it’s gunna be

This is the second time, that they forgot the burgers! Left a note to say dont forget the burgers and dips. Sent chips and chicken nuggets. Asked for photo evidence but we had eaten before they replied with an email. Get decent staff.

Staff were more concerned about serving drive-thro customers than preparing our food, we waited over 20 minutes and we were the only customers in the restaurant at the time. The food was lovely once we received it.

Every time I order something from Burger King they don’t even start making your order until the drivers there my delivery time has been updated 5 times what a joke of a restaurant go to McDonald’s at least there on time

missing 2 burgers and fries with order. every time seem to order with just eat.. there's always an item missing. but for that many items to be missing and how much it costs. I can't get hold of anyone to sort the problem. so now my food is also cold so thank you very much for that

Said delivery was at 19:00 pushed back 5 times again to 19:45 an when it eventually came it’s freezing cold

An hour and a half after ordering, ordered 2 meals with large fries only received medium fries and the chicken royale was missing altogether. but to add insult to injury Just Eat have refused to issue a refund for the missing item and won't give me a reason extremely disappointed and annoyed

Toilets were dirty and everything was, the food is disgusting. They cooked the chips on old oil and after eating the food we felt sick.

Customers are treated in good way by emoplyees ..especially sophie is very kind and good hearted person ..thank you for your burgers tho

Incorrect food delivered, unable to consume due to allergies as clearly notified I’m on the notes which was also printed on the receipt attached to order! tried to call but saying voicemail is full! Shall not be re-ordering.

I come in on Friday evening with my family was greeted by Ellie with a lovely smile and she was very helpful and kind we will definitely be returning

Terrible ,cold ,soggy burgers

Cold food, probably due to the cold drinks being in the same bag and the bag it was all delivered in was soggy so obviously been in there a while 🙄

My driver definitely stole my order like, rung me and told me that burger king hadnt gave him the meal after watched the pin move to my address and then change to delivered

Great value meal from BK. Superb service from Adam and Ellie whilst in the branch. They made sure that our order was fresh and correct. Would definitely come here again as they made the experience one to remember.

Would give 0 if possible. Manager refused to take my order, staff not doing anything anyway. And the restrooms and eating areas were dirty. Hate to think what it looks like in the kitchen areas where food is prepped

Great food, great service and a nice atmosphere. Emily served us and she was so polite, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this branch as the staff are all really nice. 6 pm on Sunday afternoon. One customer in front of us and still waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers and 1 lot of chicken nuggets. Burgers were cold . Atrocious service. Won't be back
