We got the total wrong order again. This service and delivery drivers are getting beyond a joke

everything was cold and later than first expected

Generally pretty good, onion rings were really burned and over done though they were hard to bite and I gave up

Delivery turned up on time, fresh and warm, taste delicious, recommend Cannock burger king to anyone.

Somehow my food was cold, but my drinks were warm. So if we could switch it around next time that would be great.

Yes again items missing, if you focused on getting the order correct rather than plastering 20 stickers on the bag it would be helpful

Rude and was sat on his phone waiting in car while he was supposed to deliver food he came to door while still on FaceTime on his phone and gave food to me then walked off without a word just too busy on FaceTime

Worst Burger King ever, they make drivers wait for over 30 minutes for a order that is ready which only needs packing. Worst service ever.

Ordered ‘large’ hash browns, I received a quarter of a box.

Been here for food quite a few times and service was always fast and the food was warm which is just what you want. Quite a lively team too - really friendly staff and management! And the place is kept clean even when I've been at busy times. All in all a good experience as far as fast food goes!

Ordered on just eat, a burger was missing. Been trying to phone the place for half an hour and no ones picking up. Sort it out. Wasting my time and my money.

Food came stone cold, ended up warming up in the microwave, order was over £40 not value for money here won’t be ordering again. Got a poxy £8.80 compensation

Why on Earth would you consider putting chilled bottled drinks in the paper bag with the hot food? We ended up with sweaty cold food in wet paper bag. Bag them separately!

This Burger King was very clean. Staff cleared and wiped tables immediately after people left. Staff were all very friendly

the receipt taped to the bag has items ticked then the chicken royale is not ticked and low and beyond its missing from the bag the last order had a problem as well and it makes it look like I'm pulling a fast one which just isn't the case - the receipt has boxes to tick so why not use them or just count the items as they're put in bag - the order has 6 items surely people can count to 6

Lots of mayhem for a quiet restaurant, some choice language used by staff behind counter. Also, restaurant charge for you to use sauces, they do not come with a meal that cost £15.

Order screens aren't working properly, they employ kids with no customer service skills or they dont care about the customer.. kids running round causing havoc with no control... staff talking amongst each other waiting for the food, with the food not being under the hot lamp... doesn't look good from the outside in... won't be coming back again...

Worst delivery ever. Phone call from the driver which lastest 10 minutes as he was very lost didn’t appear to have a sat nav and had to ask pedestrians for help. Food was then cold. Not happy

Just been in for lunch was greeted by Ross who was very helpful with recommendations on what to have. Was in and out in no time with their help

The tastiest burger I have had in years. Freshly cooked. Lovely polite and efficient service from a lovely young person called Ross who took my order, payment and served me all with a smile and a thank you. Loved the ref onion pickle on my smoked cheese Angus. Will defo go there again.

My first experience at Burger King this evening. Kizzy took my order through the drive through, very patient with us as we chose our order and was very polite. Seemed happy to be working. Food was also wonderful. Will definitely be back!

Employees are nasty there, visited on a Sunday afternoon quarter to two. 17/11/24 Busy atmosphere, but a young lady on the counter was working there. I asked them when can they serve us, as we were going to pay cash. She told us to go to the self-order machines. We were confused because we'd have to come back to the counter anyways. She ended up telling us she could do nothing about it when 2 other people ended up in front of us 2 minutes later. She didn't even bother to serve us, and made the process long and difficult. She wouldn't even take our order, or let us pay. This lasted for 30 minutes in total. We ended up storming out of there angry after what had been a long and tiring day. I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Never coming here again. Reform Burger King now.. any other branch is better.

My food was freezing and I had asked for extra mayo and lettuce and they put on less. Like barely any. The chips were stone cold and wasn’t salt or a napkin. The juice wasn’t cold either. Certainly wasn’t worth it

I bought my grandchildren a meal that was cold because the driver did not have it in a thermal bag. Also he must’ve put his own time down because he didn’t ask for the confirmation code.

Enjoyed our burgers, they were nice and hot so were the fries!! Restaurant and toilets were extremely clean. Nice place for a quick bite to eat eat !!

Food was absolutely delicious and so much so i actually finished every crumb. Service was amazing and staff were very kind and welcoming. Atmosphere was very quiet but just what one needs after a long day. 10/10 would recommend more than any MacDonald's. After all, why dine with a clown when you can dine with a king?. One of the workers Adam actually looked alive and not like he didn't want to quit which is always a good sign. Definitely would go there again.

Driver pulled outside the house bang on time … then drove down to the bottom of the cul de sac for 20 minutes. Eventually came back up the road and sat 50 yards away. I beckoned him from the front door. Food was obviously cold when he handed it over

Unfortunately could have done with being hotter - luke warm at best.

Alway prompt service and hot fresh food. Sadly they have changed the menu recently and are no longer serving my favourite hallumi chilli jam burger. Only alternative is a plant based burger which even though a vegetarian I do not like 'fake meat' as I do not like the texture of real or plant based meat. Hallumi is was great go to option.

Driver was sat on Sainsbury’s car park for 10 mins after order was collected and when they arrived half of the order was missing delivering only cold food

Can't rate the other things as it was non exsistant. Well where do I start. Ordered food on the screens which was OK to start with daughter ordered a double bacon xL, but the option for no cheese wasn't there so she presumed it had non which is what she wanted, as she couldn't get an assistants attention waited for it to arrive guess what it had cheese!!!! When asked the assistant she gobbed off saying we should've selected no cheese on screen, she tutted, rolled her eyes slammed the one in the bin and ordered the correct one Food was crap, only just warm and for the cost was a bit of a let down. Staff only seem interested in sorting uber and just eat orders. Been to other BK and never had a problem, it's not if it was busy. Come on cannock pull your finger out. On a plus the coffee was good.

Visited this restaurant today.theplace was really clean the staff was friendly and energetic the food was fresh and delicious and they were able to modify my burger for me.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon. Very quiet and so service was quick. Not good service though, at all. I’m the only customer waiting with the only order outstanding on the screen. Why do you insist on the colleague shouting in my face line he’s some sort of wannabe army drill sargent of something “Order 939” when it’s quite clearly my order for me? It makes the lad look demonic. Service has moved-on from this, even in fast food. This did in the 1990s.. not anymore. Food was fine - usual Burger King standard.
