More of a review for a member of staff called Jamie. I am always delighted when Jamie serves us. His friendly and chatty demeanor makes every visit enjoyable. Jamie’s energy is infectious, and he consistently puts a smile on our faces. He truly enhances our experience with his enthusiasm and warmth. Top lad.

Usual spot for our post swim meal. Always great service & friendly engaging staff.

Went to use offer on app Very confusing as many weren't available at this location.Ridiculous. Staff were helpful to make up for the meanness.Enjoyed the burger when we eventually managed to settle on an available choice.

We visited the Burger King, A51, A51/b5013, b5031 Western Springs Rd, Rugeley WS15 2AS today (03/06/2024) at 18.30. The customer service here is awesome!!! Particularly a gentleman called Jamie Gillan. The minute we pulled up to the drive-thru his enthusiasm over the speaker was infectious!!! His tone and happiness just made us smile. He was so helpful and kind, was patient while we sorted what the kids wanted and his eagerness to be so happy go lucky was honestly a breath of fresh air!!! This man needs recognition and the food in general was just fresh and warm and delicious!!! They really are doing everything right in this branch. Even the manager was polite, helpful and happy!!! We don't live locally but about a 30 minute drive away and we would be more than happy to travel just to get this service again!!! It was a real pleasure!!!

My review is more for a member of staff. Jamie is a credit to Burger king, I've been through a few times & each time he is bubbly, happy & a breath of fresh air. His customer service is outstanding! Jamie if you ever see this, I hope you go far in life you are such a nice person & it's such a nice experience when being greeted by yourself. Someone who comes across as happy & enthusiastic is a rare sight these days. Keep being you. Oh & the food was lovely too ☺️

Just wanted to praise Toni Roberts at Rugeley, Staffordshire for her cheerful and helpful service and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

Called in for a late lunch and it was perfect, what made the difference was the two male members of staff who were very pleasant and helpful and I witnessed that continuous as the served others. These need to be in training and pass on their good work as it certainly makes your day when you take a break in a busy schedule. Thank you lads. The time I attended was 1648hrs on the 7th May.

Marie-Claire (store manager) is a lovely woman and great with customers. Had such a pleasant experience here and will definitely be coming back.

I was served by Gareth who is very competent, friendly and likeable. Food was cooked fresh to order as it always is from here. I never fund cause for complain as the whole staff know exactly how to get things just right

We recently moved to the area and decided to try this store as we were passing and we were very pleased we did This was the best burger we have had in a long time it was so juicy and hot and the coffee was excellent I am diabetic and had a low sugar while at the store which leaves me confused some times and I ordered a capri sun drink not realising it was sugar free and because I was shaking I couldn’t get the straw in and it bent the paper straw as well Caylum came to my rescue twice the first time he exchanged the capri sun and inserted the straw for me and then he gave me a full sugar orange drink when I realised that I had bought a zero sugar drink Caylum was very pleasant throughout our visit and very professional in all his service to us and I would say he is a great asset to this store and we will be returning soon Thank you again for a great experience Caylum your a star

my food came in seconds, the portion size was great for the chips, the man serving whos name was caylan i believe was super helpful and friendly

Went through drive thru. Burger was lush. Had onion rings on too. Only downfall I couldn't get a shake. All pop and monster drinks which I don't like.

Been here a few times recently, Food as been spectacular, especially the whoppers and nacho bites. Service has been brilliant and feel welcomed every time we have been there and enjoyed our stay, definitely recommend compared to other stores

I’m currently sat outside Burger King eating a chimichuri anges beef burger with loaded fries, which is amazing in itself. The man the served me (Gareth Evans) I believe needs credit, he made me smile and showed amazing customer service throughout ordering, paying and bringing our food out. Absolutely lovely chap. I did try to call to speak to his manager but the number on Google doesn’t seem to be working. I hope this gets to him.

So I had the vegan bacon royale firstly the cheese was nothing like cheese and the texture was gross and then the vegan patty was burned and quite hard to bite into wasnt as nice as what I’ve had previously. The “bacon” is alright. Just some normal tasting plant based bacon but yeah. The cheese tastes nothing like cheese. The plant based patty doesn’t taste as good as it used to and the chips were cold

For Me this is the best fast food outlet in Rugeley. Food is always cooked well. Service is great. No waiting or getting orders wrong like some others! App is really good value 👏.

Just had 2 burgers from here, stale bread and the chicken looked like it had been cooked about 4 hours ago, terrible

I ordered today via Uber and ordered 9 chicken nuggets for my daughter with cheesy chips. Chips were cold and had a chemical taste to them and the nuggets were raw in the middle however she didn’t notice this until she had eaten half of them 😩🤯. This place has always been great in the past but will not be having anything from there again.

Not had a burger King for a few years decided to pop in and wished I hadn't the whopper was so plain and tasted like cardboard nothing like I remembered from a few years ago. I'd rather pay a bit more and have a five guys so much better

All ok, and handy if you are filling up and want a bite to eat, but parking is extremely limited and if you have a car bigger than a fiat 500 then getting round the bottom half is a bit tight.

Ordered on just eat, chips were not with the meals and wrong drink given. Don't bother ordering with the price and you don't even get what you order. Have to order from somewhere else and hope I get a refund requested through the app. Useless.

Ordered for delivery, missed most the stuff off the order. Cold food and wrong drinks no sauce on burgers. Order was 30.00 and missed most it. Such a waste of money. Also like to add that the cheese bites were so greasy and oily. We didn't eat it just ordered from somewhere else, so cost us more money - thanks Burger King 👍 p.s the phone number for the restaurant doesn't work, it's unrecognisable

What you expect from a Burger King. Went through the drive thru and as something was being made fresh waited in the parking lot. Food was brought out to me, no complaints and great value of using their app. The cheese and bacon fries were surprisingly good for fast food.

I ordered from uber eats came to just over 60 pounds because the driver was unable to get hold of me the order was taken back I lost my money any other driver from mcdonald's would leave it by my door not this guy I hope your customers know what kind of company u really are 😡😡

I didn't go to Burger King. I went to Subway in the same building. But I have frequented the King in the past and they were just as good as you'd expect from them. Good friendly service. And a great product.

Always great service at this branch of BK. There always seems to be the same pleasant fella serving, I guess he must sleep there! I don't think they've ever got an order wrong, and I usually ask to leave off the sauces on one of the burgers and sometimes add an extra burger patty. If I dare tried that at McMuppets I'd probably end up with a ketchup & mayo sandwich, and a carrot bag. It shares space with a Subway, so bonus if some of the diners are not BK fans. But there is an odd shortage of tables for the floor area that is available, maybe this is still a CoViD legacy.

Nice food and service but small and cold inside

Ordered a Whopper with cheese for a quick bite on the way home. There were others waiting (mother and two yong girls ) when i arrived. Still waiting when i left!! Looked like there were only two staff, girl at the till and guy making the food at the back. Anyway, i saw the whopper slide down and 3 other smaller burgers (presumably for the mother and daughters). The girl proceeded to mess with the till and was trying to correct another order, apparently, from shouts from front to back of house. Got fed up and asked for her to give me my whopper using 'please' and pointing out to her that it was ready (which she hadn't noticed!) to be confronted with 'I'm busy doing something else'. Tried to be jovial and joked about the complexities of tills to be greeted by 'I'm not struggling'. She gave me the whopper and i left. Started to est about 5 minutes later and to say the burger was luke warm would be an understatement. Not going back. Service and food is shocking and not comparable to their Cannock joint!

Food was good. Menu was limited but I think it was down to the size of the burger King more than anything. The staff were friendly and polite. Not many seats available so we ate in the car. Was a little cold too with their aircon but didn't detract from the meal

The poor subway people are rushed off their feet doing online orders so you can expect to be standing there a while.

We were starving so it was brill but we'll overpriced

Quite a long wait for food. There was a clear queue, socially distanced to place your order, but then no provision while you waited for your food to be ready so people were trying to stay at a distance in limited space. Our meals were disappointing . The onion rings were limp and too much coating . Crispy chicken just had loads of crispy coating and a only a small amount of chicken. The only part of it that was a bit thicker didn't appear properly cooked. After a few mouthfuls I binned it ! Not tasty, not good quality, and we are not going to visit this Burger King again!

Terrible place, noisey cooling fan making ordering with masks on, difficult.The lady serving was more interested into trying to get me to double up or buy extras than to try to listen to my correct order. Coffee machine not working. Ended up with 2, more expensive meals than intended. Fries not cooked and burger cold. The double wopper i ended up with, looked nothing like the one on this website photo. All limp and unapeeling . A lot of mine ended up in the bin. Total rubbish and a waste of money . Won't ever go back to any burger king again.

I popped in due to needing a quick fill,the previous reviews not so good.. I called in pleasant cheerful staff member and place looked very clean,toilets out of use due to COVID Food spot on no different to others I’ve had around the country

A coupe of years ago, this would have easily been a 4 or 5 star review. Until they decided to remove the drive through, what sick individual wants to go in and eat here. It looks smaller than it was before as well. With the chase being a stones throw away, a lot of people would visit after a ride to collect some food. You don't want to go in now caked in mud Not sure if it was burger Kings idea to remove the drive through, but I now use McDonald's a lot more than I would have before.

Food was normal standard BK food. Tall boy with the glasses that served us was really polite and good customer service. Fries were a little bit cold.

Newly refurbished. Burgers were great and cooked fresh. Service was fast and timely. If I had one complaint and it's probably more to do with personal taste, but I believe their cooking fat could probaly do with a change.

At Rugeley Burger King. i had a crispy chicken burger and was not impressed really.. it was 6 or £7 and I got this little burger with one Piece of tomato and one little piece of lettuce, hardly no source really..the burns weren’t seeded ones.. just plan.. top of burn looked a little brown and looked greasy.. don’t think I will be having another one..not at that price.. You get a better one at McDonalds

Was served by a member of staff called Gareth who clearly didn't want to be there and was more than likely hungover from Saturday night. Arrived the short drive home with food for the family to find portion of chips missing, Choc sundae also missing and Choc brownie and ice cream had been put into the same brown paper bag as the chips which leaked onto 1 portion and ruined them. Store appears to have had a refurb but staff clearly need an overhaul too! Will definitely not return as £45 for fast food meals for the family was not cheap.

Double cheeseburger is to die for

£1.99 for a burger and chips using the deal on the app. Bargain ! Great fast food restaurant for a quick lunch. Always had positive experiences at this Burger King. 5 stars !
