Subway moseley in Birmingham

Makes you wait over 2 hours nearly and order worth of 37 worth of food get the wrong order and a small salad box we didn’t even order!! And said they couldn’t do anything about it

The guy taking the order didn't have a clue of what to provide and how much it cost. There was only one person at the shop - no one else to pass on the phone. Placed an order and went to pick up however it wasn't ready despite being told it would be ready.

I've been getting my food here for quite a while, and recently I've been served by Abbas, one of the newer staff members. His customer service is outstanding—second to none! He often suggests trying something new, which I really appreciate. Abbas is a fantastic asset to Subway and always goes out of his way to be helpful.

Abbas is very polite. I get service with a smile every day. I leave the shop feeling very pleased.

Came all the way from London and needed a quick subway this place is clean and great customer service…. Abbas is very friendly and made sure we have all we need to enjoy our food thank you once again will return to this branch if we need a Sub!

I come in a fair bit due to working down the road. The sandwiches are made perfectly, you can tell Abbas has pride in his work. It’s nice to see that because it’s not often seen. It’s clean and tidy

I was supposed to collected my order at 7:20. When I got there nothing had been prepared and therefore I didn’t get my food until 7:45

This is a really good friendly Subway, been coming to this Subway a long time, since Abbas start working here he made it different with his kindness and friendlies and amazing behaviour and he make Subway clean and tidy, if you close by try it one time and will see the difference compare to other Subway.

Wrong toppings all the time and don’t know how to cut the sandwich. Avoid.

They didn’t have what I ordered so they replaced it on their own without even consulting me. I don’t have any problems with the food itself but I would have liked to have been asked what I might have wanted it changed to. I also paid extra because it was a new item and they simply replaced it with plain chicken.

I Never actually eaten here but i used to be a delivery driver for them , and to this day im still quite shocked what i saw several times here , Firstly there was a young girl always served me on her own no other staff unsure if this has changed now, she was over worked stressed out but yet still always polite , i would ask her out of concern where is manager have you eaten have you been toilet etc, she would always say its just me here which then raised concerns for her safety, yes moseley is overall nice but Balsall heath is not as only down the road, how this poor girl was never robbed i dont know.. but again not her fault no way she could serve clean and do everything on her own but i was allowed free drinks from machine, on a occasion i was given a drink and when i looked inside it had bugs swimming in it, never said anything just binned drink outside , whoever is manager of this place is a disgrace if that was my daughter working alone like that on her own she would be looking for a new job,

shocking service waited over an hour for delivery and when it eventually arrived food was stone cold, threw straight in the bin. I want a refund.

Driver couldn't find house.food was cold so I had to put it in microwave then it was hard and I think I asked for brown sauce because I can't stand red.first time I ordered from subway I wish I hadn't.

I want to say thank you to the two staff that served me that day (Friday 15th December between 2-3) Thank you for your patience with me and get the sub I wanted. I did not understand how the Sub Melts worked, I thought, I chose that, add my salad and sauce but its already chosen for you and my head melted little as that what I always knew subway to be and I got into bit of a panic and the two staff were understanding and lovely and made my experience better. Thank you to you both.

Tried the new series sub as chicken teriyaki has been taken off all subway menus which is not good I wasn’t a fan of subway turkey rashers as they tasted smoked unlike the ones i buy when i go shopping and sub needed more sauce as it was very dry with a lot of filling. However the swapping an item for a different one which was fulfilled and the new strawberry and cream cookie is delicious the delivery time was very quick and the driver was polite. thank you

Sold mouldy food and has intentionally overcharged, plus doesn't listen very well. Used to be a good Subway, now it's like this con man is trying to make people sick. Meatballs sold today tasted strongly of mould/penicillin, they are clearly gone off. Once he misheard me say footlong (like 5 times) started making me a 6inch, Then after correction, charged me for two 6 inch, pushing a simple footlong to over 9£. He has taken advantage of my blind friend to overcharge and not state the costs. Not a good Subway. Recommend to avoid, chance of food poisoning.

The order was wrong. The chicken tikka wasn't chicken tikka, it was salami.

Incredible per usual. Whoever the legend that made my order is, deserves a raise. Tasty sandwich that keeps me coming back, packed with care. I find this location to be very trustworthy and always order from here specifically.

Got the correct sandwiches but drink, crisps and cookies where all completely different to what was ordered. awful packaging aswell, just thrown into a bag and stapled together which meant the sandwiches where cold and crushed from the bottles of pop sitting on top. My friend advised me not to order from this subway but I really wanted one, I should've listened to him.

Different prices in each store, assistant who clearly didn't want to be there who was working a snail pace. Sandwich looked like it had been ran over by a truck it had been slapped together so aggressively. For the price and the service, I'm out.

I ordered a meal came without the crisps, the bread was rock hard and so hard to chew. Won’t be ordering again!

4 out of the 6 items ordered were incorrect. For twenty quid, I'd expect someone to be able to make a couple of sandwiches and select the right sides.

Food was disgusting bread was old and hard with all the incorrect salads order old paid for a meal didn’t get what I paid for waiting for a refund.

Driver didn't show up at the restaurant until after it closed and the staff still fulfilled the order. Great service from Subway. Maybe when it just says Driver assigned for over 30 minutes JustEat should change the driver

Appreciate the people here don't care about their jobs or customers (why would you), but being refused service because it's coming up to closing time is really frustrating.
