I have had to leave a complaint with just eat as i had made another order and the sharebox arrived with burnt tough onion rings and tough chicken fingers with no sauces ! This is the second time its happening and its a bad image for BK considering the price im paying this service is not at the same standard

The onion rings in this order were burnt and dry and been cooked awhile ago and sent to us. The burger was cold upon arrival. The delivery came 5minutes late in was not impressed

Absolutely appalling service from this branch tonight. Placed my order at 20:30 - not a cheap order either. I am now sat here at 22:55, the app says it has been delivered, they have taken my money and yet no food. Reluctant to order more food in case just eat refund to my account credit rather than my debit card. Had an issue here before where the driver parked up half a mile down the road and ran off with the food. There are better branches around Birmingham than this one. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

generally my order was okay but my onion rings were tough, chewy and completely inedible, on trying to complain I got automated replies that didn't have any relevance to my complaint and therefore received no compensation or refund, very unhappy

gonna sound like a peti guy now. but I asked for 4 tomato sauce sachets as cant eat burgers on own cause they are soooooo dry!!!!!. and didn't come. couldn't eat my food so had to throw it om bin. it says it right on the receipt. do better next time. .(told you I'd sound peti)

£47 for 4 people. They just sell a whopper with a tonne of extras and call it a different burger. Total rip off. Go to McDonald's.

I ordered a take away from the counter. I did not check the items. However, when I reached home, I realized TWO items were missing: one whopper and one 9-pieces chicken nuggets. I was really disappointed. I thought it was basic trust that they gave you what you ordered. Obviously, I was too naive. Really bad experience. Totally ruined my previous good experience with Burger King.

Came here for food after a day out and was geeeted by amid (sorry if I spelt it wrong mate) who stopped at nothing to make sure we had an enjoyable experience dining at Burger King, it felt like we was at miller and carter, he was brill and definitely one of the best fast food workers I’ve ever come across. Makes me want to come to this Burger King every time and the food was unreal. Definitely underrated 10/10

Great store, nice food and outstanding service. I was greeted by Sadek, he had great manners and had my order taken. The food arrived within minutes and the place was clean! After having my meal, Sadek came to my table and asked if everything was okay with my meal, which it was. I appreciate the customer service as it was my first time at a Burger King and I felt really valued. Thank you for another great visit

Food didn't arrive and restaurant won't answer the phone. Just eats say they will get back to me in a few days. So they have my money and my children have no food, and no one answers the phone. Would have put 0 star but it won't let me

I use this restaurant quite regularly and always choose the drive through, molly is usually my server and I can not fault her service, never any problems and always greets me with a smile by far the best most welcoming person at the restaurant

My visit to this Burger King was extremely disappointing. This particular location is arguably the worst I've ever encountered. The overall atmosphere was messy and dirty, with a car park that resembled a derelict land. Overgrown bushes and neglected surroundings added to the dismal ambiance.The staff seemed unresponsive, lacking in hospitality and attentiveness. But the biggest letdown was the food. It was not only cold and stale but also tasted as if it had been cooked in old, unchanged oil. I added cheese to the royal burger & it was hard & cold like the burger had been sitting there for a very long time & they opened it up to add som cheese. The quality was far below expectations, making for an unpleasant dining experience. Adding to the discomfort, occasional sightings of rats scurrying around the car park were disturbing and concerning. Overall, I strongly advise against visiting this Burger King location. It's best to avoid it altogether for a more satisfying and sanitary dining experience elsewhere.

Forgot all the dips and the ice creams had melted as they were put in the same bag as the hot food

Food was all cold, could barley eat it as fast food goes stale as soon as it’s cold. I have no idea how it was so cold becuase only took around half an hour to arrive. Really disappointed it’s as if the food had been sitting around for hours. Not happy

food missing from my order,I phoned the restaurant and they said I can pick it up from the restaurant when next passing..I had to collect it myself after I just played for delivery.

Only a few fries in each box, I paid for a full box like other food places.

Why are the fries boxes only half full?

On the negative side, the food orders were all wrong, I had to go back twice. There were no full sugar drinks in the machines & I'm diabetic and needed the sugar, there was another diabetic in front of me who also wanted the same. We did get full sugar drinks from behind the counter but it took ages, while our food got cold. My daughter had to return her onion rings because they were chewy & hard & had obviously been cooked some time before & kept warm or reheated. I returned my burger, the top of the bun was torn, and it was called the classic melt, there was a blob of cheese in the middle the size of a 20 pence piece! Nothing like it was on the menu! Service was slow, my family had almost finished their food when mine arrived, & I had to return it. The only positive was that the guy who served me, and another staff member I spoke to were pleasant, cheerful and friendly.

Food was horrible like it was on the hot plate for 30 mins plus prior to being sent out when it arrived it was half cold and dry not happy never happens when I go directly

Food always comes out quickly and tasting good. No complaints. Update- Visited here again today and 2 items came out not customised as ordered and the drinks machine was only serving sugar free drinks. The food took a while to come and some food had to be returned as it was not fresh and had gone pretty soggy. The staff were fine about it and replaced them straight away. The tables in the restaurant weren't clean and we had to ask for the cups for our meals as staff weren't giving them out. I am a bit disappointed with my recent visit.

All the food was cold when delivered, bag was open with the closing sticker pulled off. The two pots of Ben & Jerry's I ordered was missing!!

Food was delivered on time, but it was cold, especially the chilli cheese bites were old or cooked in old exhausted oil. The onion rings I ordered with that, were only on the receipt but they were not in the delivery bag. And there were not sauces at all!! So, food old and cold, incomplete, with some part of the order missing but delivered on time. Not satisfied at all.
