McDonald's in Stratford-on-Avon

my fries were cold and half empty but delivery was early. problem is with the restaurant not the driver

drinks supplied were wrong and when bag was handed to me it was dripping. one drink was on its side and cup half empty

Courier driver really nice, food good and warm.

short measured the order and this is the second time this week

Pedimos aquí a veces, ya que es nuestro McDonald's local. Cada vez que hemos pedido algo ha faltado una hamburguesa o al menos un artículo y está en el recibo pegado en la bolsa. ¿No estás seguro de cómo esto es posible perderse cada vez? No deberíamos tener que comprobarlo. Incluso en la unidad - a través de todavía falta. La comida se enfrió y tampoco pudimos obtener un reembolso por el último pedido : )

When the delivery driver came, he only gave me half the package and when I asked where the rest of the packages were. He argued with me that there wasn’t any more packages for me. When he finally looked in his bag, he found the rest of my packages. I had no apology of him

Everything came food was warm and driver very friendly

It's OK, I forgot it was half term, so it was a bit noisy, I would have gone else where had I known. Food was fine, sat upstairs, still noisy.

Delivery amazing shame can’t be said about food

There's nothing fast about this "fast food" outlet! I waited 20 mins for standard breakfast only to be told it was going to take even longer. I can't really comment on the food because I ended up walking away hungry and disappointed

Takeaway is never given to you straight away anymore so it is no longer fast food! Ordered through the drive through and was told to park up, good then came out 30 mins later with no apology.

They tend to look after and serve Uber drivers before anybody else. Many times, I've been waiting to be served , in comes an Uber or other delivery, and straight to counter, served and gone. Some of the burgers are sloppily wrapped and the fries are never really warm.

Mot quite as good as Alcester maccies at busy times but if you go when it is slightly quieter it's a great maccies. 1 million times better than the evesham branch

He was stood behind the building for ages and was calling me over and over again until I answered while I’m at work

As a local resident, I’ve had plenty of opportunities to observe the service at this restaurant over time, and unfortunately, it’s clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. While I can’t fault the speed of order preparation—food is usually ready within a reasonable time—the state of the restaurant is consistently disappointing. On my most recent visit, not a single table was cleaned or wiped down, despite it being a quiet period with no rush of customers. What’s worse is that there were plenty of staff on duty, but instead of attending to the mess, they were gathered in groups laughing and chatting. This level of disregard for basic hygiene is unacceptable. If the visible parts of the restaurant are this neglected, it makes you wonder what’s happening behind the scenes.

time kept being pushed back, 40 minutes from ordering, I called mcdonalds a couple of times and the food was sat waiting along with 6 other orders. No sign of the driver.. when the food finally arrived it was tough, dry & cold due to being sat waiting for SO LONG. not happy at all, throwing most of the food straight into the bin, I would like a refund/credit to my account. Very busy on a Saturday. A few kiosks were out of order and the one I used has a paper jam. A long wait for the food, which was expected. The hot drink was wrong meaning an extra wait. I returned the following day for coffee and porridge, all was great.

Not a great experience. Food order was wrong and on explaining this the server became confused Bins were overspilling, tables not cleared and piles of rubbish

My food was freezing cold when it arrived

Food freezing cold...fries, burger and cheese dippers. App showed delivery driver at restaurant for about 25 minutes. Never had such a poor quality delivery before. Will not be ordering this way again. As an aside, we are moving house tomorrow, have been grafting for days and we're starving. This cold food was the icing on the cake of a tough few days

Very slow service for a “fast” food restaurant. The restaurant is always busy and there is always a big queue for the drive-thru - perhaps for this reason, drive-thru and Deliveroo/Uber Eats orders seem to be prioritised over customers who come into the restaurant. The staff are usually friendly and often apologise for the long wait, but nothing is ever done to address it. The restaurant is supposed to be open 24/7, but in reality it locks its doors for much of the night and only allows drive-thru/delivery app orders. The worst experience I ever had here was when I came to get breakfast and had a delirious homeless man asking me to buy him a coffee - the staff did nothing to stop him even though he was bothering customers.

Los peores Macdonalds que he tenido. El lugar estaba sucio. Teníamos algunos vales que nos dijeron que no podíamos usar en el restaurante, solo válido en el otro de la ciudad. Esperé unos 20 minutos para hamburguesas tibias de Luke - las envió directamente de vuelta. No fue mucho mejor. Dinero ganado duramente desperdiciado - no sé por qué nos molestamos. ¡Esperamos el regreso de Burger King al Maybird Centre!

Filthy and slow. Sent cold burgers back. We did have some vouchers to use but were told not valid in this restaurant, only in the one in town. Wasted hard earned money surrounded by filth and chaos. Awful place

Excellent service and good food was really busy to the staff was really fast as getting your order.

Absolute shambles!! What a waste of near £20. Went through the drive through I had to repeat my self like 20 times on a basic order as the man kept getting it wrong it even showed on the screen eventually what I had ordered correctly I then went round to the window paid (thinking order is correct) I then was passed my drinks and the woman then asked if I wanted sachets for my latte? What latte didn’t order one had to sit there then sniff testing that they was actually hot chocolate that I had ordered.. then get told to go and pull up in a bay and over 5 minutes it took to bring rest of my order out to my surprise I didn’t in fact have a breakfast roll I had a bacon roll with a ridiculous amount of ketchup that was pouring out onto my lap.. my autistic child was having a meltdown when we realised they kept egg on the sausage McMuffin even though I asked twice for it to be removed and the man even repeated back to me that I wanted it removed and I said yes! I thought the kitchen had got it all wrong but nope checked my receipt and it was all there he had messed it up but how can it be correct on the screen to me then driving round to it been changed to been wrong? Clearly needs more training or just someone completely different on the front because he couldn’t even also tell me what the price difference was as a meal with a drink or without a drink.. honestly never again may as well and thrown the £20 down the drain and thanks for the meltdown that could of been prevented.

Modern McDonald's with average service from kids who clearly don't want to be there but one of the nicest I've yet been to. Majes McDonald's in the USA look antiquated.

Ordered for children as im not feeling well they waited 45 mins for cold burgers and no chips arrived at all. When trying to report it the app doesnt work . Called McDonald's they say they cant help . Waste of money and energy. Wont be using again

Meant to be open 24/7, door was locked. Staff inside saw me, only to ignore me for 5 - 10 minutes while I'm out in the cold (-2°C!). Just to tell me the restaurant is closed. Very poor service! Not going again!

When food arrived a had no straw with my drink and no serviettes

Missed off happy meal. I should know from previous orders McDonald’s notoriously miss something from my order every time. So disappointing and frustrating

Staff are decent and do all they can to help but I guess they only can do a limited number of things. Drive thru is bad at times usually up to about 30 minute wait which is frustrating. Had previous issues with staff identifying my meal as a complaint meal which ain’t something I have heard before but at least this franchise made the extra effort of a free meal to try to make things right on occasions. Recent experience: 2024 Watch out when ordering on the app for delivery as frequently there are missing items from western road and customer services provided by Uber eats in app don’t believe there’s any missing items ever so getting a refund is difficult to almost impossible and they never will refund any of the delivery fee, imagine how much money McDonald’s and Uber eats make if they miss one burger per order makes you think what sort of fraud could actually happen.

My first Maccas in England was commendable. Not bad but not great. The 2 stars for the atmosphere is a bit tough - the place was peaceful but my friend was vomiting in the toilet the entire time which certainly curbed eye catching scores

only delivered drinks. no food. luckily the driver went back to the restaurant and surprised me by picking upmy food. good job he did as I was told by just eat no refund. by time it got to me was cold.

I just order something from there by just eat. ... 6 items was missing!!! After called to the restaurant i just heard you can come and pick up, tge operator was very ugly. If you can't manage with the orders just stop pick them!!!!

This location has the most wonderful manager Jordan. He enthusiastically helped me through a crisis and managed to also continued to deal with keeping this place running smoothly. This workplace has a generous, positive, resourceful manager that evokes the best cooperation from his employees. Thank you so much Jordan. You are one of the great ones! McDonalds has chosen well!

1h I waited for the order to come ,then was cancelled ! Ordered again all came in a small bag upside down so the burgers was all over ! I’m still waiting on the order that was cancelled to be refunded! I said a few weeks ago that is the last time ,but this time I have enough . If you can’t deliver why u take order ! U change service charge for not getting the order correctly ! Wow

Food is stone cold. Stuck at home waiting for deliveries I need to sign for. Needed food delivered because I can’t leave the house. Very hungry very frustrated. 2nd time in a row I’ve been delivered cold food. Waste of time & money. Food is unedible

After number 1 comes 2. Window 1, window 2. But you can’t get your food. This is the last time I’ll ever go here. Absolute disaster. Stay in school kids! I cannot emphasise enough how bad this place is. If 1 in 10 visits were satisfactory, accurate and not comically insane that would be impressive. I’ll not bother ever again though and consider this fair warning.

Usé este McDonald’s desde que abrió por primera vez, que debe ser hace 7 - 8 años ahora. Nunca he tenido ningún problema hasta hace poco Acogí a mis hijos y tenían pepitas comida feliz cada uno. Mi hijo no comió mucho solo unas patatas fritas. Mi hija comió mucho más. En una hora estaba violentamente enferma. Pensé que era solo sobreexcitación, ya que había tenido un día ocupado. La semana siguiente tuvimos McDonald’s para nuestra cena familiar. Algo similar sucedió, tanto yo como mi hijo nos enfermamos violentamente a las pocas horas de comer la comida. Ahora podría ser pura coincidencia que esto nos pasara. Me quejé al McDonald’s directamente y me aseguraron que limpiaban con los más altos estándares. Esta es la primera vez que nos pasa y anteriormente mi experiencia de McDonald’s fue buena. Sin embargo, en general dudo que vuelva a comer McDonald’s. En una nota diferente sobre este McDonald’s. Me molestó ver la eliminación de la sala de juegos suaves. A mi hija le encantaba usarlo y era muy bueno tenerlo en días lluviosos. Estoy seguro de que hay una buena razón para su eliminación, pero muchas familias usan McDonald’s específicamente con soft play, así que puedo ver que eso posiblemente impacte en sus ventas. Así que en general siento que este McDonald’s se ha ido cuesta abajo. Forgot kids drink and fries and didn’t even get straws with the drinks. Also ordered a large meal and got a medium coke rather than large.

Place was great, nice and clean, service was good but I don't understand why on earth they placed the toilets on the 1 st floor instead of the ground floor 🤔

four sauce pots missing. refund claimed. double cheeseburger was wrapped in paper saying bacon double cheeseburger. burger right, wrapping wrong. a small reason, but small things matter.

Usual McDonald's fare.. low atmosphere score given as beggars/vagrant was outside/inside asking for money/food at 6.30am in the morning.
