Have been ordering from Denrys for years but will never use again. Made an order via justeat which failed to arrive, when I phoned to query this I discovered Denrys have absolutely zero customer service and have no interest in apologising to customers. I was told the food had been delivered, but Denrys couldn’t tell me what colour my front door was, they they said they would get food to me as quickly as possible but this would take another 40 minutes as the kebab would require cooking, I am fairly certain the kebab only needs slicing and putting in a box. At no time did Sue from Denrys offer any form of apology and thought her view and style of customer of service was perfectly alright. What people like sue don’t realise is they are in a customer driven industry and if you upset enough customers you’re not in business. Denrys reasonable food, with no customer service, my advice is avoid Denrys and go somewhere which doesn’t employ people like Sue.

Ordered a couple of times now, and each time my order was spot on and on time. Burger bun was slightly hard and pizza was slightly burnt but overall would order again.

Really late and horrible food will never order again

Food arrived freezing cold, chicken burger was 2 strips didn’t even fill the stale bun, manager threatened to come to my address to “fix my fing problem” disgusting will never order again.

Came in for a late night bite to eat as was the only place left open to get food. Rude manager or owner. Wouldn’t take cash OR card? Was told to order over the denry app (which was useless) Owner decided to tell me and a friend we weren’t getting food as was miffed about the lack of payment options. Tried to square up to me and threatened me. ………moral of the story, came in for a kebab and almost got a knuckle sandwich. Avoid at all costs.

Denrys are usually good but not this time, cold chips, rock hard pitta, minuscule amount of salad and meat on a large kebab. Pity really.

very small partions not worth the money. hardly any cheese on the fries nad nunder cooked fries. very little salde and 4 pices of donna meat.

Our usual kebab house was closed so we ordered from here. £7.99 for a chicken shawarma with the most pitiful amount of meat you've ever seen and half the salad missing. Supposedly a large, but my 5yo could finish it. Chips cooked to death, they were so dark and chewy, seemed like they'd been sat there a while. Chicken chunks in the mixed kebab were half black and tasted burnt. Took 75 minutes for two kebabs and a portion of chips, then the driver had no change (£1.50) so my 15% discount was useless. Apparently the restaurant called them in last minute because they were so behind with orders. Order from Slices instead!!

Normally decent amount of food, this time chips overcooked and hardly any food in the trays. Delivery was very slow very disappointing service. . .

Fantastic food and super fast delivery however on this occasion they forgot to put the donner meat on the special kebab!……….. Mistakes do happen but food was delicious

The lamb kebab is very expensive for what you get, also some was a bit burned. Donner meat was fine.

Very full, can’t go wrong, delivery driver was lovely

The main issue was the quality of the chips very soggy and not good quality, the kebab meat tasted like it hadn't been flavoured or had salt added to it whatsoever, and finally the chicken nuggets had a odd fish taste to them.

Wrong food, very dry chicken, still no refund for wrong food

Food was awful! Ordered a chicken wrap only to find that they had put two pieces of chicken with bones instead of the wrap. I could of broken a tooth on that. Also, ordered chicken strips and got sent the wrong item, again chicken with bones in!! Delivery driver was incredibly rude to my partner when collecting the food as well. What a huge disappointment.

Lamb kebab was horrific. Naan bread was flavourless, chilli sauce was all heat and no taste, the lamb itself was worst of all tough, chewy and flavourless. Abysmal.

Kebab with no pitta, 1/4 ckn was ckn pieces, and bargain bucket is no bargain, cooked in old oil , nothing was crispy

Pay for extra toppings and receive a plain pizza, not ideal when topping prices are so high.

Order was incorrect and wrapped in cling film so everything soggy... really poor effort, just some chicken legs with barely any flavour... stay clear!!!

That was Epic! Nicely done! Thought the price was a little high for a none mainstream pizza place but it was WELL worth the little over a 10ner! The only complaint i have was the can wasn't refrigerated, but that's a small detail reviewing food! Will be eating here again!

Food was very late, nearly cold and not as enjoyable as previous orders.

Food was cold and sloppy. Smelt that bad my boyfriend had to leave the room. Didn’t eat it and won’t be ordering from here again.

First time trying this place and it’ll be the last. Ordered a doner and chips and I can honesty say out of the hundreds of kebabs I’ve had all over the UK this was up there with one of the worst. Very cheap meat, didn’t taste of lamb at all, more like a cheap chicken mix. Chips were of the same quality.

Truly a let down, literally no cheese on chips and cheese. The large kebab was more like a medium. Such a shame.

Good portion sizes. Will order again. Did order Rio and got Diet Coke but other than that everything was spot on.

To be completely honest whoever was on the phone was completely unprofessional and had no concept on basic manners. However when it comes to the food it is always far below par and the only reason anyone would go here is for the later closing hours. To sum up in my opinion anyone in their right minds would choose to go anywhere else that is open. Food poor, staff poor. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Burger was tough and not very nice. Chips were soggy and very little cheese (cheesy chips) nuggets were a little cold and food was delivered 45 minutes late.

Food was supposed to be delivered at 12:40 called the restaurant was told 20 to 25 minutes called at 1: 30am in the morning no answer food was delivered at 1:47 am , service was appalling food quality is ok , one very disappointed daughter

the order was placed at 12:10am estimated delivery time 01:00, after calling twice we finally received the order a whole 50 minutes late at 1:50am (tired af right now btw) after all this was excited to receive the food finally to be ripped back to reality by the fact that the chicken tikka kebab was just a portion of chips, we proceeded to call again, and the store said they refused issue a refund for the kebab... pizza was nice though

Cold. Un-edible. The toppings on pizza; hardly anything on there, the chicken tikka had bones in on the pizza. Chicken fried piece was greasy and had way too much fat on it. Seriously irritated as it was the last thing at night I could order being at work. I literally threw it all away after 2-3 bites. The usual place I order from when at work on nights was not open unfortunately hence I tried this place instead. Waste of £15 definitely will be getting in contact with just eat for a refund as the shop was closed by time order got to myself

Had food from here a few times and been good. This time we weren’t happy! I normally have a value box because they are obviously good value this one on the other hand was not it was only half full and had no salad, we also had cookies which were burnt and did not taste good. Overall very disappointing

I ordered so I could get home from work and have a shower but they delivered it when I was at work an early when I got home it was cold and didn’t taste very nice at all I wanted to get my money back but just eat weren’t very helpful either what a waste of 12 quid

There was something that I Hated and that was the Fact that the Delivery Driver was very Inconsiderate by Slamming the Letterbox really Loudly when there were People in the House Asleep. He also Insisted on Talking Loudly before He got to the Front Door and outside it. I Had to Tell Him off for both of those Things which He didn't Apologise for as He couldn't Care Less. The Lad was Young and if I was you, I would Sack Him for what He did. Telling Him off won't Work as He won't Listen and He's Likely to do it to Me again or Somewhere Else. Please Sort it out as I was Annoyed by What he did. It must Never Happen again. In Future I would Like a different Delivery Driver from now on. Thanks.

I had the peri peri chicken and it was 100% better than nandos chicken and i had there own marinade and it was so tasty. Husband had chicken kebab in naan bread with chips. Chips weren't greasy and tasted lovely and Husband said best kebab he'd had. What was nice was we didn't feel yuk after eating it like u do with most fast food , id actually say mine still kept me on my diet plan as I just had the peri peri chicken with extra salad. Will def order again an next time for the kids too....

Food was edible but and delivered hot. However, chicken nuggets are made of processed chicken and other chicken pieces were dry and overcooked.

Food was cold and unedible they forgot the chocolate cake I wouldn't deliver it when we rang up won't be ordering from here again anytime soon

I ordered from Denrys in the early house of 1am, so I wasn’t expecting them to be busy. However they were, which is fine. My food took an hour to come because the driver got lost which is pretty normal for where i live. But what I was most disappointed about was the food, I’ve ordered from denrys before and never been let down, but this wasn’t great. The meat was completely over done and burnt, and the chips were still roar in the middle throughout all the chips, there was just no taste. For nearly 12.00 I’m not very happy as I’m normally always pleased with denrys, i understand we’re going threw difficult times and I will still continue to support this business, but just disappointed this time

Chips undercooked and cold food over 45 minutes late and continually called them to see what’s going on and got no answer

Cardboard chips no salad in kebab as stated in notes as on menu says salad or no salad then individual salad then extra salad then no salad all in different options and have to choose all so left my options in notes instead which was clearly not checked waste of time

The Breaded Mushrooms I Ordered were Freezing Cold! Also the Driver didn't have Enough Change and I'm Owed 90p which I don't Expect to Get! Very Poor!

Please do not order from here my food was horrible and cold only thing that came warm was the pizza my can of dr pepper had fell out the bag because the bag wasn't packed correctly i phoned them to speak to them and they sent some more cans we asked the manager to let the driver know to ring the number on the bill and he still knocked when asked about it I got sorry and then decided to blast his horn outside my house waking my kids and my neighbours i have phoned the police as it has caused me distress and has set my ptsd off i hope your happy Denrys lost another customer

I am not happy about this service at all. Delivery guy delivered the food with 4 very young girls in his car and blaring music at 3:40am. The food was over an hour and a half late. All the food was incorrect, cold and the naan was very very uncooked. PLEASE DONT ORDER

always have a nice meal from them, never late and the one time they missed part of the order they sent the rest within 20 minutes and sent a can of coke to say sorry. long time customer, no complaints
