Meal was cold. Delivery bloke had two other deliveries in his bag. Lets hope they had a microwave oven [I don't].

A two hour wait on one "Happy" meal and when it arrived it was stone cold!! Allegedly it had only left the resturant a couple of minutes prior to delivery, so why was it so cold?! I tried to cancel the order but this seemed to be an impossible task. It seems the only Maccies in the local area to currently be delivering is the Sutton one, perhaps this is causing them delays, but this should be made clear when placing an order. What an absolute joke.

Food was ordered 6pm with an hour and half notice 7.25pm & then arrived a further hour and a bit later 8.35pm. And it was received cold. We had to reheat in a microwave it was that bad. So so disappointed with the service and timings!

There was no text to say they were on their way . The driver tried to ring me and then put the phone down. Then he got to my house and straight away moaned at me there wasnt a number of the house. I didnt even get a hello just a moan. I had no straw

Driver was great , the restaurant didn’t add syrup with a pancake and syrup meal , pathetic and ruined my breakfast, what a let down

Vicky and the other shorter lady who tidies the restaurant are very friendly and say 'hello' when they see you, fetch things for you and they go out of their way to make sure your dining experience is great there. They are fabulous and a real credit to this McDonald's. The other staff are good, too. Food comes out quickly. The negatives are the front door, when open, lets in lots of cold air. The gangs of teenagers hanging around are very intimidating. The presence of the doorman doesn't fill me with feelings of safety when I go. He ignored a group of female teenagers who were swearing in the presence of a some young children on a table next to them. I thought that was a disgrace. I hate teenagers. I hope the parents complained. The self-service checkouts haven't been working for a while now and that's unacceptable, as I now can't get a receipt to leave an online review.

yeah ok......but way overpriced

2 hours late and none of the order was mine it was someone else's order

Ordered a delivery through Just Eat. Informed we had a 40 minute wait for delivery. Fair enough, Saturday evening. However it arrived 30 minutes later than that. When it eventually got here, one of the burgers and all of dips were missing. What we did get was cold, the milkshake was warmer than the fries. The chicken selects were so hard I'm banging a nail in with them. Absolutely waste of money and time.

Dips missing, no napkins, no straw, pineapple sticks missing, all food cold absolutely shocking

Sadly, this is not so fast food. We visited a month ago and waited for a long time to receive luke warm food. Fast forward a month and we thought let's give it another try. Unfortunately, this was a bad decision. We waited an age again and when we did receive our order the food we received was wrong and it was missing extra items we had paid for. Visit another Mcdonalds and save yourself the grief.

Driver turned up with wrong order so I REFUSED THE DELIVERY but he had asked for the code before I realised that it was wrong. I twice tried calling the store and there was no answer so I was unable to discuss this with them

Waiting for McDonald’s is like waiting for Christmas! 2 hours we waited for 3 burgers, no chips and no drinks. When it eventually arrived the food was freezing cold. Quicker to go yourself!!

We wanted McDonalds but did not want it delivered so decided to eat in. This was the best McDonalds meal I can remember having. Big Mac was made properly and looked like the photo for once. The fries were hot and perfectly salted.

Order delivered an hour after original estimate, delivery time just kept constantly revising. Courier seemed to deliver promptly from the time it said the food was ready but everything arrived freezing cold and missing chips. Not the first time this has happened from this particular restaurant and we’ve always made do but this is definitely our last time ordering here.

Order placed 17:15 and received 18:47. McDonald's kept putting the expected delivery time back. Delivery person told me he had to wait at McDonald's for 25 minutes for the food which was only a 4 nuggets happy meal. Needless to say, child not happy.

What i like in this branch is mainly because of this particular staff who helped me out with my 3 boys when i was ordering our meal. As I observed him all throughout our stay here, he is very hardworking and make it a point that the shop is clean and well taken care of like his own house. Food kept getting delayed. When the driver arrived, half of my drink had spilt in the bag which eventually spilt on my carpet all the way to my kitchen.

Driver was apparently at the McDonalds for nearly an hour waiting for the food- which is not slightly credible for a McDonalds. When the food arrived it had obviously been sat for ages all hot items were cold and all cold/frozen items were melted. Last time I tip a courier in advance! Absolutely appalling service

disgrace. driver came with the wrong order - wrong food, wrong order number, not even my address on the bag. when I refused the food he said I had to accept it and complain. I said I didn't, I told him to correct the mistake. he went off and I got nothing. Just eat now won't refund because I can't provide photos. steer well clear

Delivered an hour and a half after I ordered and it's ALL cold. I live literally a 2 minutes drive up the road. Even the driver said it took the restaurant ages!

I ordered McDonald’s at 16:10, the food did not arrive until 5:26 ! The food was not even warm, it was cold, the drinks had even lost the fizz and ice had melted as they had clearly been poured an hour and a half ago when I first placed the order. We had to throw the food away it was inedible. My son and I don’t have many delivered takeaways as we don’t have enough spare money to do so. This was supposed to be a special treat but ended up very upsetting. I want a full refund asap.

Dear Shift Manager Rhiona, I'm sorry you are depressed about working in a McDonalds, but there is no need to take your frustration out on customers. When I repeatedly asked you to stop talking over me, but you continued to do so, you are at that point, actively frustrating the customer more. So you should not be surprised when they get increasingly upset with you. When I asked if your manager was there, and you LIED by saying she was not in, shrugged your shoulders, smirked and walked off, I was appaled. I'm glad I actually got to speak to your manager as she explained things well, let me get to the end of my sentence and was kind. FYI I am Dyslexic/autistic. The way you handled my refund request was awful and you never know who you are talking to or how best to communicate with them. Appalling service once again food items missing food cold and just eat are the worst customer service I have ever received.

Food was warm our bag was left on side for 15 minutes while staff just messed about , ordered strawberry milkshake but got one with no flavour just milk , staff were rude place was dirty won’t be going back to Sutton Coldfield MacDonalds again

Really bad experience, food was cold, waited 30 minutes for my order, all food was cold, they served the coffee to another person and it was wrong so they have put it back where should be binned. The chicken in the wrap wasn't cooked enough, and the salad and cucumber was old, we ended up with bad stomach and diarrhea. Won't come back here ever again.

Toilets are gross one door couldn't even close right and saw pads with blood on on the floor and they missed 1 burger from our order and 2 nuggets from 20 nuggets box and 4 dips and took them 10 mins for 2 apple pies when they come already made

Each time I order from here through just eat the food is cold and items are incorrect or missing. Delivery time was so late this time they kept adding more and more time from 7pm to 9pm delivery.

This order never arrived, I did report it the order as missing on the day and I’ve not heard anything back, I want a full refund and I will not be using just eat again!

Driver got angry and attacked the food. It arrives soaked with spilled drinks and bent boxes and just eat does nothing. Pathetic.

My order was clicked as delivered but nothing has arrived me and my staff member are waiting for our food

The worst ever experience, bought a few items on order for takeaway, should not have trusted them, they forgot to add a crispy chicken sandwich. Unfortunately I had to find out after going home, when I went back after a few hours, the answer I got, "What you want me to do" no apology but yes they gave my missing sandwich but the state of that was very bad. Will never ever go back to McDonald's again.
