Great service from the young man working on the desk this morning.

Rude staff on the Phone, Ordered a delivery and the driver had left the food on the doorstep of a communal building? Didn't even ring the doorbell! Mcdonalds don't want to take any account for this! Let alone the fact the order was missing multiple items. You spend over £30+ on food and recieve a fraction of the order and its cold? Despicable service, can't believe the staff were so rude about this. Avoid if you actually want your food and to be treated with decency and respect when you call.

Just awful. evrytime myself or anyone orders from maccys there's always something wrong or missing, when you challenge this the delivery company and McDonald's just blame each other. had them both tell me they can't do anything about it. won't be ordering again. that's a.fact.

Tracking the driver he went completley out of his way and made several other deliveries before ours. The initial delivery time said 5.10 but this kept getting more and more until it arrived at 5.40 when it was unfortunately cold.

Ordered at 9:27 and given an eta of 9:55-10-15. This kept getting pushed back until eventually the food arrived at 11:10, almost 2 hours late and every single item was cold, rubbery and saturated in grease leaking through the wrappers and bag! Just grim!

What the heck. How do you have workers that don't even know how their own rules work. Around 1pm, I went to mcdonalds to go get a mayo chicken and a mcflurry via monopoly sticker. When I went to the counter to recieve my free mcflurry, the girl at the counter decided to open her mouth to tell me that "you have to be 18 to get a free mcflurry". ?????WHAT. WHAT IS SHE ON ABOUT. you have to be 18 to get some free food??? HUH. I HAVE GONE TO MANY MCDONALDS AND I WAS ABLE TO RECIEVE MY FOOD. it's not like I was playing monopoly itself, so why has she decided to say something like that??? Ridiculous mcdonalds and ridiculous workers. If ur under 18 u can't get free food..... utter doodoo. That's why majority of your reviews are one star. I hope this shop closes for good due to all it's low reviews and is replaced with kfc. there's only one positive thing I have to say about this place and its that the food I got was pretty fresh. We have to wait more than 30 minutes for the order, driver never called even they got lost as we could see them from map and all drinks ruined, milkshakes became milk, sodas lost fizz, could not eat the chicken nuggets as they were cold and solid, burgers were very cold and fries were cold and rock hard we have to put them in the bin, never had a bad order like that before

I'm sorry but I'm genuinely confused as to why this McDonald's gets the order wrong nearly EVERY SINGLE TIME... and when it's not wrong or missing items, it's stone cold despite us living a 2 minute drive away. It's really not hard to read the order and prepare it correctly, surely?

I don't know where to begin about the upset this McDonalds has caused and I don't know why I would expect any of the workers here to care anyway. We waited approx 2 hours for a delivery from here - they didn't even start on the order until and hour later! A whole day of disrupted plans over the mistake of ordering from here was simply not worth it. I could go on but honestly, just avoid. Go across the road or elsewhere in Sutton to another chain or the wonderful small businesses. The appeal here was once that it was a cheap and cheerful option to go to but it is no longer either of those things. Please, don't waste your time.

Gave me someone else’s order and not my own

I am an uber eats delivery driver and entered this restaurant all happy and joyful. I left upset and angry and suffering from a panic attack (as I do from time to time) After waiting patiently for twenty plus minutes for this first of two pickups (the second one being KFC across the road) the team member was obnoxious, argumentative and showed me a total lack of respect. I explained to her that I had already 'Started My Journey' and had a second pickup at KFC and that I'm already twenty or so minutes late due to waiting for the team member taking her time to complete the order. The team member kept telling me to Start my Journey and I kept telling her I already had but she was having none of it. In the end I left with the order and dropped off the orders to the clients. I'm a very patient and passionate about my customer service but this experience really got to me today as I'm suffering from anxiety now about it all.

Restaurant severely understaffed. Whenever I order via deliveroo or uber eats, there is always food missing or the food never seems fresh and sometimes cold. Whenever I go there myself, there is always ridiculously long wait times as there is very little staff, which I guess explains why their delivery service is so bad. It's not the staff's fault as they seem to be doing what they can but they need more staff as the food and service is not up to standards.
