Fast food, served fast! Couldn't fault it

To many delivery drivers holding the food queue up .

BAD food stone cold. Missing most of my order. Never use again

Very slow service , waited 15minutes for an apple pie , to them be told it would be another 5-10 minutes ... so swapped for a mcflurry instead . All mcdonalds seem to be the same these days , the uber eats drivers seem to get priority over everyone else

For Granson, don't eat Mcdonalds

A typical McDonalds, however the speed of service especially in drive through is exceptionally good. Other than that is pretty standard

Breakfast muffins are always rock hard if you use the drive through

Drove from church stretton to battlefield for a drive through. Returned home to find the order completely wrong. Our chicken wrap was empty as in no bloody chicken. Missing 2 portions of garlic dippers. Coffee was ice cold, cheese not even melted on burgers that cold . No toffee latte or frozen lemonade available. Service was shocking waited in drive through for nearly 14mins. Joke of a place. Meole ain't much better but at least food comes out hot and on time. Wasted 40 quid for what can only be described as dog food waste.

Everything was fine apart from it being a bit late and the coke had spilt in the bag and was flat. Friendly delivery driver

Always forget one thing on the 3 for £4

The food is always cold and I live battlefield. A 2 min drive. They never ever put the dips in with the order. This is McDonald at battlefield

Quite. And relaxing to enjoy your food. Actually taste the flavour how it's ment to be. Not like the slop that every where else sends out. I'm originally from Shrewsbury so.

Everything was cold! Plus chips were uncooked and the chicken wasn’t full strips it was in bits.

The food was cold when delivered that i had to reheat it all in the microwave I give the benefit of the doubt as its happened before but this has got tl be the 5th time now

on time if you count the fact that the time changes to suit. apparently the food had just been prepared and the driver who had apparently Been waiting at the restaurant for 30 minutes had it to my door in five minutes........now tell me how my food was freezing 🥶. I'd suggest the driver picked the food up and didn't turn on the delivery status and was driving my food around for 40 minutes. POOR SCHEDULING

Food was cold, small fries were uncooked and none if the 3 dips were in delivery.

The double dog Mac with bacon, the deliver rung when he was by the gate in case the dog were out, which I really appreciated

Missing lots of items - why does it always happen? Why can’t they just get everything right

Came in with family and ordered a 20 piece mcnugget box to share. Only received 15 nuggets. We ordered to take out so I didn't bother going back unfortunately.

Always missing items, thought I'd try one last time to see if I get all my items. Yet again missing a burger and bag was sealed.

Ordered at 9.40pm to be delivered at 10pm - 10.20pm, delivery time then kept changing. After one hour it said courier was at restaurant (roughly 10.40pm) but did not get delivered till midnight! Order was wrong no sauces, wrong drinks & freezing cold

Not going to bother ofering from here again, the last couple of times it has been poor. Food stone cold, meal deal missing the burgers so no point in even ordering it. Other items also missing and took over an hour to arrive when app said less!

A very clean and modern McDonalds. Screens to order, a collection area and plenty of seats inside and out. The food was great, hot and well presented, not just thrown in the takeaway bag. My only gripe is the car park. I couldn't find a disabled bay and the bay i did park in was, like most of the spaces, at a 45 degree angle. Fine getting in, but no space to reverse out and no manovering room. When you eventually get out of the bay, you have to then get around a 90 degree bend. Fine if you have a small Fiat, not so if you have an SUV. Enjoyable food though and the staff were lovely. I'll be back 😉🥰

The Mcflurrry’s were half melted by the time we got them,I bought them as a treat for my work colleagues so was disappointing

Every time I order food missing. There’s never ever any dips even if you pay extra or whatever never put in. It’s like they can’t read or something it’s bad is to follow instructions on a receipt

This has to be the worst Macdonalds food we've ever had - unfortunately the food was luke warm and my single hamburger was so smothered in ketchup it really was awful - can't recommend and won't be returning.

Staff are rude! Ordered food and had to wait 10 mins, only ordered 1 meal. Absolute joke!!! I’m an ex bk worker and could have done all of that under 2 mins! Shocking!!!

the chocolate and raspberry pie was missing, there were no straws and no sauces and the food was almost cold.

Courier at restaurant for an entire eternity! As such food sat around for ages, so therefore not just cold but completely inedible when it eventually arrived. Traffic cannot be used as an excuse! Item was also missing. Very disappointed children awaiting lunch at a birthday party!!! I would appreciate a full refund!

If you want cold food and your order to be wrong then use this McDonald’s not only was there stuff missing the food I did get was squashed and cold and soggy

Do not order from here on any sort of JustEat,UberEats service, they cannot get simple orders correct. Order arrived missing 2 Happy Meals but randomly had extra portions of fries in it that were not ordered. Order was obviously not checked against the slip they stick to the bag, Utterly useless!
