not very happy, been waiting a long time, all my food is too cold to eat, it's stone cold! I would like a refund, terrible service, not happy.

Food freezing, paid for sauces received none. No straws, bag opened. Really bad service

cold chips, missing toys, missing source. always happens. how hard is it? idiots

I am severely disappointed I ordered the food at 11:30 pm and it then showed up at 1:30 am it was a disgrace

Courier's fault. Watched then collect the order and then sit at another restaurant for 20 minutes, then make another delivery first. Ice cream melted, hot food stone cold.

the Minecraft meal didn't come with a build a toy

I ordered the big Mac micraft movie meal and no collective figure was put in the bag and it's. not the first time this has happened they may of run out of stock of the collective figure and happy meal toy or they could of just not bothered putting them in at all in the first place and I ordered the chicken nuggets happy meal for my son and ordered the toy but sent the book

Wrong food delivered by driver, and driver very unhelpful, rude and dismissive. Drove to McDonald’s and they were extremely helpful, and remembered bagging up our order so it was definitely a driver error. Re-made correct food but quite a frustrating experience.

How do you guys manage to be min early yet Still send out stone cold food you cook it all in bulk with no quality control whatsoever certain times a day the food is fantastic nothing missing hot on the dot but 99% of the time it’s either 90% of the meal missing or it’s stone cold. There is never any happy medium it’s one extreme or the other shame really because it has true potential to be the beat around as the staff are quite nice just a shame the quality control for the food is so poor.

Ordered a medium quarter pounder meal and got given a filet o fish meal instead

Didn’t include our wrap meal, not very often you actually get what you order from this restaurant. Wouldn’t mind but they charge you the earth for food you get even get. Great to add to your profit margin, not!

The Driver was lovely and helped close my door as I had no hands to shut it. Very polite too. McDonald’s though are useless and kept delaying my order which keeps happening when I order.

The food was cold. It took quite a long time to be delivered.

I pre ordered the food. for 10:20 2 hours prior and it still turned up late. when it arrived it was stone cold. I haven't had a McDonald's in over a year and this just was a perfect reminder why.

Unfortunately by the time the food had arrived it was cold and soggy, the icecream was more or less melted. The delivery driver was lovely though and did apologise for the wait. Not very often i have a bad maccies and these things do happen sometimes

My order was over an hour and a half! The driver was waiting for 50 minutes at the restaurant for my food the restaurant said that they didn’t have the order. The driver phoned me. I had to speak to the restaurant. They said that they didn’t have the order as it didn’t go through the till so then they had to manually do it for the driver had to wait longer. My food arrived an hour and a half after I ordered it. Was not the delivery driver’s fault. It was the restaurant it was awful. And cold.

I have had breakfast wrap McDonald’s close to battlefield and the staff are super fast, respectful and friendly.

What is the point of ordering pancakes and syrup when there's no syrup and the food always seems to be just about warm. I'm disabled and there are times when I rely on food delivery ..... every time there's something!!!

Good food. nice and clean.staff nice but the music is far too loud not everyone wants to here music in a restraint. Especially that loud.

Having visited a few McDonalds lately, we found this one to be quite good for a change. The food was brought to our table quite quickly after placing our order. The place was reasonably busy, and most of the tables were quite clean. However, the bins inside were all full, and no one seemed to be keen to empty them. People were having to leave their trays full of rubbish on top of the bin area until what appeared to be a manager took it upon himself to empty one of the bins. Other than that the place was very good.

We have not received any food yet it says it’s been delivered!! Not happy!

An item was missing from the order

My food is freezing, I am missing a large fries, a large coke, sauces, I have also received 5 chicken nuggets inside a 9 nugget meal, and only 7 mozzarella dippers inside a sharebox, this is outrageous I want a refund immediately!

our poor driver was sent to the wrong address by his sat nav and then had to phone me so he could use his phone to find us! such a lovely bloke and it's obviously your apps fault. refund please as all the food was cold but the driver was lovely!

Fab delivery drive and hot food!

Delivery arrived late so hot food was actually cold and had to be reheated but once heated was very tasty. an insulated bag would help greatly

don't usually complain but food was late and cold and the two burgers not in boxes were squashed chips tasted under cooked and quite a few black at the end of chips. my wife was nit impressed as my grandson was here as it was his birthday. usually have good service and good food. not very happy.
