Mcdonald's Restaurant in Shropshire

I have had breakfast wrap McDonald’s close to battlefield and the staff are super fast, respectful and friendly.

Good food. nice and clean.staff nice but the music is far too loud not everyone wants to here music in a restraint. Especially that loud.

Usual Mc's food and drink Modern clean restaurant but parking can be a problem when busy

Having visited a few McDonalds lately, we found this one to be quite good for a change. The food was brought to our table quite quickly after placing our order. The place was reasonably busy, and most of the tables were quite clean. However, the bins inside were all full, and no one seemed to be keen to empty them. People were having to leave their trays full of rubbish on top of the bin area until what appeared to be a manager took it upon himself to empty one of the bins. Other than that the place was very good.

My food is freezing, I am missing a large fries, a large coke, sauces, I have also received 5 chicken nuggets inside a 9 nugget meal, and only 7 mozzarella dippers inside a sharebox, this is outrageous I want a refund immediately!

our poor driver was sent to the wrong address by his sat nav and then had to phone me so he could use his phone to find us! such a lovely bloke and it's obviously your apps fault. refund please as all the food was cold but the driver was lovely!

Fab delivery drive and hot food!

Delivery arrived late so hot food was actually cold and had to be reheated but once heated was very tasty. an insulated bag would help greatly

don't usually complain but food was late and cold and the two burgers not in boxes were squashed chips tasted under cooked and quite a few black at the end of chips. my wife was nit impressed as my grandson was here as it was his birthday. usually have good service and good food. not very happy.

The kitchen was a hive of activity, which was all focused on justeat orders while customers in store where made to wait ages, with no apology, I even went back up for further drinks and had same experience while waiting for 2 drinks.

It's a McDonalds so you know what to expect. Food was hot and delivered pretty quickly. Everywhere was clean, including toilets,and the tables were quickly wiped when someone left. It was pretty quiet when I visited on a Wednesday lunchtime. Touchscreen display didn't work the greatest when I made my order, that's the only negative I left with.

It was lukewarm at best. Not the best McDonald's I've had.

I love our McDonalds. I often whip through the drive-thru for a quick lunch-time burger. Always a speedy service and polite staff. When getting meals for the family they rarely get my order wrong, which I have experienced in other branches down the years. Long may it stay in Newtown!

Went and ordered table service had a new ranch burger meal which was really good the fries were lovely and hot and instead o f a milkshake I had a hot chocolate caramel which was delicious overall the service was quick the staff where very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was very clean with a couple of hard working staff going around cleaning up after us messy customers just shows how having good staff can improve a customer overall experience

We ordered 2 small chocolate milk shakes with our burgers and they sent us 2 arla semi skimmed milk. We asked for a refund and they refused. Just ridiculous.

Food turned up half missing and 25 minutes after just eat said my order was on the way. It was stone cold and the driver said you live far away what do you want me to do. My house is 4 minutes drive from McDonalds.. will never be using just eat again

Delivery time kept changing and was on preparing order for the whole wait, had to go in to the restaurant to ask to then discover it was now being delivered, the food was cold when I got to eating it as well.

I don't usually review McDonalds as I find them the same all over the UK. However I found the staff here very helpful and friendly and the food was extremely fast and hot. Recommend the chicken burger here as its seems crispy rather than soggy.

How tf you open 24/7 if you closed at 2 :30

Delivery driver friendly and efficient, the burgers look like they have been run over but they always look like this so no reflection on the driver more so McDonald’s

i had a drink that was awful and it didn’t taste like coke zero there was something wrong with the drink and they didn’t even try to help when i complained they said that it’s hope they always make them and ended the conversation which was very rude so i’ve wasted money on something i didn’t even drink.

Oven not working so tried them again. Food was cold, we received a box of McNuggets with none of the 4 sauces I paid for. A dry wheatabix would have been tastier and healthier…sorry staff, it’s not your fault your bosses suck but it would be great to at least get what I paid for in a state fit to eat

When our order arrived, all three drinks had tipped over in the bag and therefore we had no drinks. Also we ordered a plain chicken McCrispy with no garnish or mayo, but it arrived covered in both. Very disappointing.
