25 mins wait for a Big Mac meal and order was still wrong

Says online open 24hrs yet it's closed with no notice at all

Mcdonalds known for cold food. They lose more customers because of long cue's than they do serving cold food so they cook large batches and the food gets cold as they are serving but they dont care because they reach their target goal, if you want hot food you will have to wait a long time so people give up and go away costing mcdonalds, they should not be aloud to do this the little thieves, they should notify customers that the food will be cold since they do know it will be, they have ripped millions of people off as i cant eat cold food and i dont have the time to drive back. It may sound petty but i have put £30 in the bin but millions of pounds worth of food as probably gone in the bin, the only thing you can do is say when ordering if the food is cold i want my money back, or maybe relax at the window for a hour so that they will lose the customers they would have done if it was hot. They have got away with this for a very long time, they somehow need to be made to compensate.

McDonald’s. You know what you will get. Breakfast is always nice.

They are not very good with their delivery every time they deliver to me the order is wrong

Constantly having things missing from this McDonald's, this time it was all the dips and the straws for the drinks (straws is a favourite they like to forget to put in with your drinks) one day they might get an order right and it may even arrive still warm.

Everything was terrible. Slow service, skinny car park, awful time topped off with substandard and meh burgers. The cheeseburger had 1 piece of gherkin, onion crumbs and a skid mark of ketchup so it was dryer than my deceased cat.

Arrived late and when it arrived it was cold.

Every time there's a problem I get told I'll get a refund. I've never received a refund.

Very clean, someone always tidying around. Clean tabletops, clean tablets for kids, things like ketchup replenished quickly. Had a good time;

Ordered two bacon roll meals one was not in the bag. the roll that turned up was a sausage an egg roll instead of a bacon roll absolutely shocking also food was luke warm

Ordered mcdelivery, no burgers, just cold chips and drinks, was happy to drive down as the burgers were expensive, was told on the phone it's not their policy, and it's not their liability once it leaves the store even through their own app, so no food and waiting on a refund

On many occasions, the order comes incorrect, and the hot chocolate and other hot are quite blunt. The shop must consider giving the correct shot amounts to make it tasty as it is supposed to be.

Ordered happy meal , it wasn't in delivery bag. imagine the disappointment for my child. Nearly every order from McD has an item is missing. Please employ someone who is able & willing to complete an order.

There were no tomatoes on my burger and so much sauce I felt like I was eating slime from a swamp and the driver was stood still so long I think he was eating our straws which also didn't come

The macdonalds appeared clean and the service was pretty quick and the food was still warm when received. We ate in and had table service which worked well. The toilets were not as good in terms of cleanliness, the soap in ladies had ran out, and my wife witnessed a staff member go to the toilet and not wash their hands after 😫🤮, hope they washed them in the kitchens!!

it was on time but the timing way nearly 40 after my order, meaning when I got my food, my main and side were cold meaning I didn't eat half.

McDonald’s food was cold because they make it when the orders come through and not when they are ready for collection. The driver was a really nice guy though.

I say on time because the delivery time changes, the time the wrap was prepared was 12:10 and we got the food at 13:20. Food was cold.

One of the busier McDonald's, sometimes parking is an issue, the carpark is very small and soon fills up, the drive through is usually quite fast.

Well well well… Never in all my life. I can only have 1 maccies every few months due to me not being able to work much because i have ADHD. The experience was awful and the worst maccies I’ve ever had in my life, I asked for no ketchup on burger and it was absolutely smothered in it as if there was no lid on the bottle. The fries were as hard and stale as cardboard. My child literally was crying as they were not able to eat for the rest of the night.

Arrived about 20 minutes late, was lukewarm when arrived, no salt at all on the fries.

We often stop for a breakfast meal. My partner likes to order a large cappuccino but nearly every time the service staff cannot do this simple performance on the till. They say they can't do it it only comes with a regular size drink. This becomes a ball ache as you confirm the large drink and find you're handed a regular size drink. I now think this is down to the lack of training. Most recently we drive off with someone else's order. I took it back to the window and told them what my order was, they handed me another back and found it was still incorrect. It's not a difficult to serve the right customer the right order. Staff mostly under 25. Need improvement. 😠

second time in about 3-4weeks I've ordered from McDonald's and it's the second time I've had a meal missing from my order. phoned McDonald's up to complain all they could say putting it bluntly that it is nothing to do with them, take it up through just eat. Delivery driver was on time and very polite

The parking/carpark is absolutely horrendous. No space in the bays, no room to turn, etc. food is just thrown together and looks like puke in the box.

Was missing Mc flurrys I know mc Donald's are busy but if couriers cant pick up all bags Even with what I ordered in their notes to ensure they have all the order its frustrating not 1st time either Hense I write order in their notes
