Why do McDonald’s allways mess your order up

Very late and food COLD COLD COLD

im fuming there was no pattys in my burger

no milk with the tea and no tomato sorts to go with the food

food needed to be reheated, no drinking straw and dips for nuggets missing even though listed on receipt,so not checked before giving to the delivery driver 😕

Food was still hot, everything was good, delivery driver was lovely

I didn’t get one of the meals and it was the steak house stack with med fries and a strawberry milkshake so I’d like a refund because of my brother is now missing out on his food and it is his birthday

Freezing food. Over an hour wait

The food was cold and the drinks were tipped upside down, so we had very little drink and most of the food was inedible.

I ordered the triple cheeseburger without pickles because i’m allergic and it came with pickles in it so that was bad.

Shocking service from battlefield branch. Called because my order was wrong and the caller tried to blame the delivery driver for this but the ticket on the bag was correct? Clearly whoever put the order together wasn't looking at the ticket order.

The door didn’t knock or the door bell didn’t ring so no one answered the door due to not knowing they had arrived . Food had all gone and rubbish was chucked all over the garden

Both the milkshakes were not right. They were not thick, it is like they had melted. The vanilla was sour.

Depending on the time and day it is very quiet and service is good.

By the time the food arrived, the chips were cold and needed microwaving to be edible. The lattes also needed to be reheated. The burger was just about ok and reasonably tasty. We were in a hurry to go out, so the late delivery did not work for us.

We ate at this place three times. I think the service attitude and quality is much better than that of McDonald's in other places. Especially the manager. This place shouldn't be rated this low.

Courier's fault. Watched then collect the order and then sit at another restaurant for 20 minutes, then make another delivery first. Ice cream melted, hot food stone cold.

I ordered the big Mac micraft movie meal and no collective figure was put in the bag and it's. not the first time this has happened they may of run out of stock of the collective figure and happy meal toy or they could of just not bothered putting them in at all in the first place and I ordered the chicken nuggets happy meal for my son and ordered the toy but sent the book
