Subway in Shropshire

Very clean, excellent customer service. The staff are very friendly an very helpful . Most definitely will be returning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve had to make an official complaint to subway regarding a female member of staff. Incredibly rude

We arrived at 5-27pm wanting to order a single 6 inch sub. Four people were at the counter and as I joined them, a server told me to leave that they close at 5-30pm. I tried to point out that even by their clock it wasn't that time yet but was ordered out. We will never return and recommend others treat the store the same, avoid it.

I had to call at Subway because it was the only place open. Doubtless it is like any other Subway. It was clean & hygienic & the staff were perfectly good, bur foodwise - never again!

love a subway, big fan of the salad bowls ,Nice variety of salads ,meats and sauces full to brimming ,always immaculately clean from the entrance right through to the storage and prep areas ,lovely friendly staff ,brilliant for a quick grab lunch when busy or a nice relax in the park for lunch ,never disappointed .

Be warned the toilets next to the subway at Oswestry services are in a shocking state and there is no soap to be found. People exit the toilet cant wash their hands then touch the chip and pin device and drinks dispenser. Complained to staff who simply got defensive...disgusting services!!!!

As expected, a quick service at lunchtime. More seating might help on a busier day. Staff friendly and helpful.

went to subway yesterday, noticed after i had ordered my food that that there were flies on the salad. Couldn't eat my sandwich as it tasted strange not the usual, when i got home my stomach felt awful, then in the morning i was violently sick for at least an hour, would never go there again....watch out for flies....

Another Oswestry outlet that cooks to order, when will they learn that having food ready to go works! We stopped going in Subway after repeatedly not being able to have what we ordered. Running out of staple items like meatballs at lunch time is not good business.

I recently visited subway and asked for a footlong efficiently my sandwich artist made my sub and asked what I would like on it she was very polite and helpful will definitely recommend and return.

We had some lunch here on a busy Saturday afternoon - it was OK. Just that, not amazing, not poor, just OK.

We love having a subway for lunch here. Mia is so friendly and happy and we love it when she serves us. I like the choices you can have: what bread to have, salad, sauce, toasted or not, cheese. Reasonable prices too.

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat. The food was great and cheap.great value for money and the seating area was clean.

I've only recently discovered Subway and I'm always happy to use them, the staff are always friendly and obliging. The cleanliness is good and the choice of items is very good. This time I tried their new pulled pork roll and thoroughly enjoyed it. The only thing to mar this visit was the music was too loud and intrusive, but I guess they're catering for a younger audience than me.
