Arrys plaice is a brilliant chippy! The food from there is lovely and always make sure they give me fresh cooked chips! The staff are lovely and welcoming . Always the best food

I use this place a lot but won't be going back again they have given me food poisoning 🤮 I had a chicken pie and it was the only thing I ate that my family didn't been extremely unwell all day missing work has cost me

This fish and chip shop we used to always go to, never ever going back there after my mum had food poisoning from the food and dont get the pies or enything there, uncooked and really not safe

Just had freshly cooked fish & chips excellent for price & quallity best chip shop for miles 10/10.

Absolutely lovely per usual arrive hot and the fish is delicious lovely big pieces fresh and nice batter.

Over 1 and a half hours my order took to come. Had to ring the restaurant twice and both times I was told it was on its way and when food arrived it was cold!!

Tried ordering twice from them in the last week, first time order cancelled because they didn't have pizza bases... ordered again this evening to have it cancelled without a phone call this time so I called them and was told they were quiet so they closed early. Shouldn't be this difficult to order a takeaway really. Very disappointed.

Arrived late , cold and burnt . Orded 2 pizzas and because they arrived 20 mins late ( even tho I phoned them to ask where it was , I was told they were sorry as they were so busy which was OK) but they gave us one small coke as a sorry ??? But we had ordered 2 pizzas? It wasn't even a glass each . Sorry wasn't impressed on this occasion spent £22 .

Rang when saw the delivery time on just eat, as was goong to collect, as i have a 4 year old wanting her dinner, they said don't worry, it will be there between 6 and 630. They then rang at 640 to say it will definitely be here in 15 mins. I rang at 710 to be told it would be here in 2 minutes, Delivery finally arrived at 715. I would have come and collected! Caused a lot of unnecessary hassle with my hungry 4 year old on what was supposed to be an easy tea. Food always tasty. But missed off curry sauce.

Had a few people suggesting me to come to this place and I’m glad I did. The food here was something I’ve never had before. Fish and chips, curry’s and pizza. Top tier quality food. I will also recommend this place to everyone to try it out.

The butter chicken was amazing and for sure the best curry I’ve had so far!! They now do fresh naan which was tastie. But I did have to wait a while as they were really busy at the shop but definitely was worth the wait.

Only been twice. 1st time got served last, despite being the 1st one in at opening time. Felt like they were prioritising their locals they're familiar with before me. 2nd time order was wrong/missing food. Food ok but nothing in comparison to "oh my cod" just down the road. Went to this one as I was passing by, won't be returning

Ordered a large mixed kebab was a child's portion at best and the price had gone up think I'll stick to oh my cod round the corner, i understand things have gone up but this was tiny

Normally Arrys are really good, the lady is always really welcoming and accommodating. Recently one server who is their son will ask if I want s&v, I always say just vinegar, he puts salt on and when I ask about it he tells me he hasn’t. I got home tonight and this has happened for the third time, please sort this out!

Pizza and burgers were brilliant, food was awesome except for the chips weren't the best. Milkshakes are priced at 1.50 also but are just yazoo milkshakes which isn't specified, a little disappointed about that. Great otherwise though if you're looking for good value food

Hardly any meat on kebab, no salad. Drink bottle says 1.5 is 1.25

Although delivery was a bit early we were both hungry,we always order our fish and chips from here, can't be beaten for great chips and lovely fresh cod with light crispy batter.

Our food took an hour and a half to arrive. When it did arrive we did get an apology which was appreciated but the food was stone cold. Refund entitled to

Food was 45 minutes late and some items were cold , no call to say food was late , we waited until after 9pm Which was to late to have food for our family , it said between 8.15 and 8.35 but came at 9.10 pm

Arrived as expected as I might of thought the delivery driver would struggle to find my house in the dark. But all good. Food was delicious, the fish was perfect, huge portion, just couldn't finish it. Thank you so much

I paid £21 for a mixed kebab, a pizza with extra toppings and a couple of drinks. I had requested the toppings be split in half on the pizza and they did exactly as I asked, perfect customer service. I think the pricing is fair and the food was delicious and filling. I would absolutely recommend eating here / ordering from here. 10/10

Just ordered our normal, jumbo sausage and chips, got home and my portion was that small that I could see the polystyrene on the bottom, I had more curry sauce than chips literally had a really really small portion, it really wasn’t worth the money I also remained hungry unfortunately as my small order seemed to be extra small more child’s sized. Partner ordered ‘doner kebab and chips’ and they gave him doner meat and chips which wasn’t what we had asked for. Normally we are very pleased coming away from here but the young lad was serving this time and we were left very disappointed I would have gone back to complain but we don’t live to near by. Probably won’t go again if the lad is serving the lady is usually a lot better.

I put the photo of this place on Trip Advisor years ago, finally ate there this week. Good service, fast and helpful, the price was good and I was satisfied with the food. All good.

I have Never been anywhere with such friendly and welcoming staff. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. The fish was freshly cooked and delicious. Good price too. We also had a steak and kidney pie, also delicious. Good portion size on the chips. Highly recommend.

Fish over fried and greasy. I’m not sure if it’s been double fried or else over fried from frozen but batter thick and the only way to eat the fish is to literally bin the batter.

Rude staff missed things off my order when I called to ask where missing stuff was I was called a lier telling me nothing was missing... very rude very unprofessional ordered from there alot but after that with not even a sorry from them they have lost mine and my familys custom

Was given expected delivery time of between half 6/6.55. Had a text to say food was on the way at 6.50, 50 minutes later it arrives, after having to chase and be told they are 'really busy', everything was stone cold, and the food was poor quality. Also we received none of the sauces we chose alongside the meal, so overall really bad experience and won't be ordering again

Steak and kidney pies tasted sour and soggy. Unpleasant. Chips and gravy good though and food arrived piping hot.

Fabulous food, I had the butter chicken curry and Rice for the 1st time there and it was delicious. The chef deserves appreciation for the amazing food. The staff was very kind and I will definitely visit again 😁
